Location is wonderful. Right next to the Al Gubaiba bus station and metro. Some good restaurants nearby as well. As far as the hotel is concerned its not worth the money. The room service isnt good. But the reception guys were amazing and friendly.

Really felt comfortable to stay in this hotel, just except the food delivery system as I had ordered few times food from Mc Donalds, KFC. But they dont allow to deliver on my room door, I needed to come downstairs always to pick my foods.

Location is vary easy to accessible, hotel’s Right next to the Al Gubaiba bus station and metro. Some good Indian restaurants nearby, shopping mall also nearby as well. Cost effective option

I used to stay here for my every business trip to Dubai. It is near to Algubaiba Metro station and Bur-Dubai bus stop. Nalin the manager of the hotel is very good and always welcome us.

Only stayed for one day so dont have much to write here Room was tidy and clean and surprisingly the Internet speed was very good but in TV there is not much choice only few channels mostly arabic. Although it was short stay but the pleasant one.

The best part is 24 hours alcohol available staffs are friendly. Take care of cleanliness bit more

Some of the front desk staffs dont know how to speak with the guest. No hospitality qualities. Accused me of drinking a drink from their mini bar and refilled it with water. Even when the room service was convinced when I said no, the front desk staff, Mr Aquib remained unmoved and tried to make me guilty that it will be deducted from the room boys salary.Value for money and convenient location but bad service. Need to retrain their staffs.

I believe when you go to rest/bar u will pay for ur own food and drinks that u use, not that a Malaysian Manager come to our table trying to be friendly and share our drinks forn2 times!!! So disappointed 👎However the waitress lady’s was so kind

Very bad staff.. I can not believe this hotel exists in Dubai.. I was going to the airport and i stopped the car in the parking which is allowed to the customer they shouted at me and also they don not allow visitor more than 10 min.. I ordered hot water also they brought it in glasses i told the i want a disposable they also said we do not have in a very rude way . Very bad experience and service ever..

Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Have all the facilities. Only grip was that they did not have a kettle. They kindly brought us hot water 5 times a day. Street parking, but valet was prepared to watch our meter for us anf fill if needed. Would go there again.
