Great potential. Location is amazing. Beach and overall resort is old world glamour. Bossanova type music while eating at the restaurant outside. Amazing potential, howeverNo food or drinks service, very poor choice of drinks/ cocktails, flat beer. Food is horrendous and frozen burgers and pizza.Other then that amazing beach and ocean view and nice breeze.

What can I say about this hotel? Simply amazing place! I couldn’t believe there is such a green resort in Dubai. We stayed here 2 days with our friends and we couldn’t get enough of it 😍 it’s a huge area with different activities: golf, tennis courts, water sports, beach, swimming pools, spa, horse riding(three last we’re close due to the current situation). The rooms here are extremely big 😍😍 with beautiful views. The territory is full of peacocks 🦚😍 We had delicious breakfast. There are three restaurants in the hotel which two of them we tried for dinner (Asian and Middle East cuisine), both were just wow, very tasty! I would only highlight few points here: the beach was not super nice, water is full of seaweeds and the bottom of the sea is unclean. Another point I would mention about service, although the staff is super friendly, but we faced some inconvenience moments: two times we ordered some ice to our room, first time we waited more then 40 minutes and kept reminding them again and again, the second time we didn’t receive it at all. I also feel there is a little miscommunication between the employees, which happened every time we had breakfast, either they were forgetting to bring us some orders, either were bringing the same orders several times. But in the end, it didn’t effect our stay, we tried to not focus on such things and really enjoyed our stay.

We booked at this hotel hoping to find fun and relaxation only to find out that our room 3305 door is not working, Ive been up and down numerous times for them to fix the bloody room card but instead insisting us to use a metal key instead but the metal key itself isnt working too!!. And we said just transfer us to another room but still they insisted on fixing the door which by now took us a good 2 hours or more! All our good vibes are now gone, all our plans of watching the perfect sunset have now been ruined! They know we reserved the room a month in advance! And in that one month nobody from JA checked if the bloody door is working or no? Now we are suffering the consequences of the incompetence of these baboons!!!

Honestly, this is the best hotel Ive been and its truly the most elegant, classy and luxurious.. The moment I entered the hotel, I was completely in love with the property, as I felt walking to the heaven of luxury and elegance!

We went to Ja Lake views hotel, which was absolutely stunning. The new hotel has large rooms, our view was towards the pool and golf course which was beautiful.The Indian restaurant is a must stop! Food was awesome. This place offers traditional Indian cuisine and curries with a twist.The staff obviously love their jobs as they are all really friendly and helpful.

The whole experience was amazing, we visited for our anniversary and were very impressed.A special mention is needed for Cyria and the guest relations team for their help and support- thank you so much we will be back soon!!!

It was very pleasant stay. The hotel is perfectly situated at the beach walk, the public beach in 3 min. Many cafe and restaurants are nearby. The apartment we stayed was very big with one bedroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, plus washing and drying machines. There is a swimming pool between two skyscrapers ( the hotel is in the one of them). The breakfast was really rich and diverse, for every taste and need. Stuff is friendly, everyday room service. Additional bonus was a complimentary shuttle to many destinations of Dubai ( malls, markets, private beach).

Great atmosphere, there a volleyball place to play and a mini football as well

JA Palm Tree Court is bar far the best value for money in Dubai supported with the friendliest staff. Wil be going back next year for a 4th time....Love it!!

Great place to stay in Dubai, large rooms with full kitchen....right in middle of The Walk on JBR, everything is right here. Free shuttle to the things that are not close by.

I went just for a drink in my dayoff, its a very quiet place but very kindly staff and very good price, highly recommend!!!

Everything perfect. The location the ambience wonderful.Beach belongs only to the hotel. And the food there is great. Even the uber drivers said this is pretty much the nicest hotel. Can only be recommended for a perfect vacation.

It was much better than the picture.Room condition was good, too, and we contacted because there was a problem with the shower head.There is a beach right in front of it, there are a lot of restaurants,I am coming back!
