A very disappointing stay!The rooms are too small for 2 and when we wanted to change they said all rooms are of same size.The first room that they gave us was horrible, the AC made a very loud noise continuously and a very bad smell was in the room. Also, that room had a constant sound of construction nearby. When we shifted to a new room, the toilet flush wasn’t working and had a stained rusty water passing through it.The hand towel was dirty, it had a black stain on it. There are no tissues or slippers in the room. The dental kit was paid whereas every other hotel is complimentary. The rooms smelled like they have never been used and closed since a long time. Also, the staff seemed very rude when we requested to change the room.The swimming pool timings were given to us as 8am to 7pm but when we wanted to go.. they said it’s closed for sanitization.It was a really horrible stay! I would not recommend anyone to stay here no matter what the condition would be. You will get a better price and service in other hotels like Dubai millennium Airport Hotel.

The beautiful LINDCY FRED at the front desk is very nice. Very patient, and the service attitude is also very good to help us print the itinerary report. The hotel is very clean, hygienic and comfortable. The price is also very affordable.

Premier Inn is always our hotel of choice when we choose to stay in Abu Dhabi or Dubai for several days. My number one reason is it so quiet and we always have a good nights sleep!! Beds are so comfy!!Id like to shout out to Joey for his outstanding servicr and promptness! Thank you Premier Inn and keep up the great work!

EDIT: Forgot to mention my glaring complaint. Only two standard water bottles (16 oz) are given for free, anything else comes at an extra cost. This is Middle East, you NEED water here. 2 water bottles was hardly sufficient.Very close to airport, you can easily walk from the airport terminal to the hotel via Skypark Plaza. I had no issues bringing a trolley with my baggage all the way from terminal to hotel room as well. If you are arriving from a flight, you will need to clear passport control first before exiting the airport to come to this hotel. The customer service was professional and polite, the people in the restaurant and reception counters all did their best to provide a great experience as possible.But the downsides begin now. This hotel is not cheap for a 3 star rating, the city has cheaper 4 star hotels with much better amenities and room facilities. This hotel charges for dental packs, slippers, combs, water, etc. The only bathroom amenity they provided was a bar of soap and a container fixed to the wall of the bathtub that had a shampoo body wash mix which smelled and felt EXACTLY the same as the hand soap dispenser next to the sink. They were not willing to provide a prayer mat and after some haggling I finally settled with them sending me an extra towel upstairs. Their cheapest rate is not cancellable nor flexible which is a bit harsh considering the current circumstances and the fact that the hotels main clientele is likely airline passengers due to its proximity of the airport who may have had their flights cancelled entirely. I have seen other reviews of people complain of such policies but the hotel seems to stand firmly with their policy without any leeway unless you pay more for a flexible booking. And those are even more costly than the relatively pricy standard rates and member rates. Their website lists the incorrect pool timings (closes at 7PM, not 8PM) and their prayer areas were also closed as well.It is a fair place if you need someplace to sleep or work right by the airport but I would rather pick something more decently priced or better in amenities closer to the city and the airport bus line instead of paying the inflated convenience room rates. I definitely do not recommend it for families or tourists who are visiting the city for multiple days as the hotel is quite far from the city itself.

I stayed here before my flight from Abu Dhabi airport. Very helpful staff especially Fred at the front desk. Room and bathroom was clean and breakfast the next morning was excellent. I would highly recommend to stay as the airport is a 5 minute walk from inside the hotel and there are trolleys available for your luggage

Good ambience...very affordable accomodation yet very luxurious with all the facilities in the room...hi-speed wifi, neat and clean room, clean bedsheets and towels...good location within Abu Dhabi International Airport....good for family... Good options for traveller, not so fancy but it has facilities to offer, the pool on the roof top was perfect for relaxing whilst the bar on the lobby was good chilling.

Hotel is nice and provide good experience with overnight stay. Staff was helpful and caring.Only issue I found annoying was that taxi from hotel considers this as an airport (flagpoint) extra 25 aed is charged even tho hotel is outside strict airport area.Besides that all good.

I am at a loss of words for the lack of respect and good will for the customer this hotel has shown me. The reception leader was very arrogant and inconsiderate. The only thing they care about is taking your money when you are making your booking and then treat you like trash when you have checked in. I have no kind words for this pathetic customer service. We booked 3 family rooms at the hotel for a night, bed & breakfast. However, I mistakenly forgot to edit number of guests per room which was sorted upon checking in. Come breakfast in the morning, all hell broke loose because the default settings were used of 1 adult and 1 child per room, when infact it was 2 adults per room. I was then made to pay extra. During this time some flexibility and good will to loyal customers would be welcome but they just dont care. Its like they are superhuman and do not make mistakes at all. They have lost one customer in me.

Room stay was fine. The breakfast scenario was the worst I have ever had in all my staying with Premier Inn hotels. This is at Abu dhabi International airport Premier Inn hotel. Registering my last visit - will not paint all the other Premier Inns with the same brush- but this particular one: my very last visit. I had endured the cold showers in the connecting room because I was tired of fighting for good service. Its a sign that the manager should consider, when a guest is silenced by the customer care and you just look forward to checking out because silence is golden.

We had a week stay, regardless the hotel rooms, the hotel staff delighted us. I would like to take few of their names Lindcy and the other guys in reception were lightning prompt. Needless to mention the HK staff also kept our rooms in mint condition. Will visit again soon.

I think this a great place , theres a gym a pool, and prayer area too which is highly appreciated. the lobby is very nice too, theres a few cafes around the place. which is great for breakfast and lunch other than that they have their own breakfast too. I would give it five stars but theres a slight complaint I had , weve been here multiple times but the last visit wasnt the very best because the bathroom had tons of really big stains they were very unpleasant to look at, they were on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the tub... other than that this place is great the wifi , the parking everything is super convenient. this place is a solid four stars they deserve it.

The hotel was clean and tidy.Hotel has a gym and swimming pool.The bar has a large tv streaming major sporting events such as football matches.Food was buffet style on a pre-paid business visit. The choice was limited but an acceptable standard.Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Everything you need on an airport stay.The room TV has a fair choice of channels plus HDMI or USB connections should you wish to bring your own media.There is a Costa attached for 24hr coffee & snacks.Wifi is fast & reliable with no login required.Denis, Shavi and Lindly stood out as exceptionally helpful.I look forward to my next visit.Graham Boniwell

For being at the airport this property management team needs to understand to be flexible with refunds when a guest is unable to make it to the property due to circumstances beyond their control. Terrible service and very unwilling to understand that due to COVID-19 regulations did not allow us to make it to the hotel and continued to charge my card.@Management team,Thank you for your reply but your apology is fake and you do not care or even understand that my absence was due to authorities not allowing exit so your terms and conditions should allow the flexibility to have room for guest service and allow an exception when it is beyond your guest control and No you will not see me again due to your attitude of just caring about your money.

Excellent property to stay in Abu Dhabi. Right next to airport. The hotel staff specially Ms Jane, Ms Sona(Housekeeping), Mr Aru Front Desk have made my stay more wonderfull. I stayed at the time of covid, rooms were super clean. Proper sanitisation of rooms are conducted. And personal attention is given to each guest. I travel a lot but this type of hospitality is rarely seen.These guys are real asset to the company and I guess employes like this will make this hotel grow more and more. HAPPY TO STAY.

Stayed for a week in R314 beginning December, the room was nice with a comfortable bed. The view from the room was pathetic.10/10 for the Housekeeping staff member Chino (friendly, helpful and dedicated towards his work)

Best review i ever written !Premier Inn Abu Dhabi, its a best hotel to stay while you are traveling through airport, hotel is connected to airport 5 min walk you can reach hotel reception, no need of going out and arranging a pick up. hotel staff are very good friendly and professional. you are very close to airport but still you wont hear any noise inside our room.The room was lovely, super clean,cleaning staffs are good, example one of the staff Gloria,very kind and helpful. This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Couldnt fault anything about it, i stayed here for 4 days it was my official visit. Plenty of good quality food options available. during this corona time they are working hard to keep excellent hygiene standards. bath room is very neat and clean all the fittings are good brand and fresh looking. Hotel is great accommodations reasonably priced. will recommend to all friends.

Booked the hotel for a night because of the lay over on the way to Dubai. We informed them about late check in. On arrival to Abu Dhabi airport the authorities did not allow us to go to the hotel unless we would self isolate there for 10 days. We choose to go straight to Dubai. The hotel gave us no show penalty. I wrote them 2 emails to explain the situation but they did not respond. I though the hotels where in hospitality business but this one is in the business of stealing money and then laughing at you. Pathetic...

Best option if you are travelling from Abu Dhabi Airport, break fast buffet was just ok and need much more improvement specially for customer service and some Asian dishes to be added like Paratha. Reception staff was reasonably supportive after insisting they gave us late check out facility.

It is exactly what you expect of a 3 star hotel. Everything is nice, not over the top and goof enough. The food is good, but their mattresses and pillows are below average.

I enjoyed my one week stay at the hotel. A stark comparison with Capital Center. The rooms are large, well maintained and clean. Another plus is the fact that smoking is prohibited completely and the cleaning and maintenance staff was were attentive and professional.

Perfect for a short layover in Dubai. Located just outside the airport with free shuttle service. We had a 7 hour layover and wanted a place to rest and shower. Price was less than half the cost of the hotel in the airport. It was clean, comfortable and completely met our needs. Will definitely stay again if I have a similar layover.

Nothing too fancy, but this place has everything you need for a long layover. Its connected to the airport, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. There are good food options close by. Perfect respite for a long journey.

Fix your phone lines please. Just had an emergency booking for VIP clients and could not get a hold of anyone for one hour straight. Ended up with family of three sleeping at the airport. Unacceptable.

Were supposed to stay at this hotel from April 16 to April 18, 2020. The rate is irrevocable. But due to a critical situation, flights and borders are closed. They asked the hotel to return the money. But the hotel only offers transfer dates. Everyone returns the money. And this hotel does not meet the client at this difficult time. I do not recommend it.

Staying in priemer inn hotel in abu dhabi international airport is so nice . Everything is good .I would i like to thanks cleaning staff they are cleaning room properly which i am satisfied all time. One of the staff Mr. Salman of cleaning staff is very nice and humble person he is cleaning the room perfectly.

Everything is perfect so far except the internet , the staff are great so professional a special thank to the breakfast staff and to the housekeeping team ( BILAL ) who do always there best to make you feel home , rooms are always very clean and neat . I highly recommend Premier Inn Abu Dhabi airport .

The current climate makes one miserable but that is not the case at this hotel. I stayed there for half a month because of travel restrictions where I witnessed high hygienic standards. The employees cleaned and sanitized properly and they wear protective gear, masks and gloves. Karen and Abdurr helped me almost everyday with information, printing and new keys. I will be back again because of travel restrictions.

Great location. You can walk in from the airport. Also great if you are renting a car from airport which is next door. Parking is available on site. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is a luggage room if you need it.

It is a nice place to stop by, take a break, and wait for your flight. The staff here is very friendly. You have all you need for a simple stay: coffee shop and restaurants and bars, cozy bed, and gym and swimming pool. I would like to come back again next time Im waiting for my flight in DXB.
