Excellent Hotel, spacious room, cleanliness wise best, with very good behavior of staff. About location very well located with easy to access

Had a nice quiet stay. The staff were on hand, understanding and helpful. Especially The receptionist Miss Bernard and the porter Mr Ashbin. I surly will be visiting again soon

Very bad experience during my quarantine time. Very irresponsible behaviour. Lack of coordination. Staying here more than 12 days. Rooms and other facilities are good. Problems in service and maintenance.

It was a very bad experienced during my stay The bed sheet seems too old as well as the towels too. The photos describes it. I asked for a robe and at least a new towel. Instead they only handed me a robe which I didnt use as well. When I was about to take shower, the shower where its placed in the tub. The water was not subsiding. I felt so sad. I went home for a shower. The AC was so noisy too. An awful experience. Im so sorry to say but this is what I experienced.

Not good experience as cooperation by front desk and room are not good and very small even tv like computer lcd.

We stayed in this hotel. AMAZING equal to 5 star hotel service. Amazing service, cleaning and price is very good cheaper than anyone available in Abudhabi.

Very BAD service from the reception front desk staff, person named Aldrine. He is calling the room late night at 12.30 am asking for parking payment of aed 20, where I informed I will make payment the next day. he kept arguing and made me to come down on to reception to make the payment even though there is aed 100 deposit with the hotel. The attitude of the person who was there in the reception ALDERINE was arrogant and no respect to the Guests. I was telling him over phone that I did such parking payments earlier also like the next day payment, but this person kept ringing the telephone many times disturbing my sleep and was unreasonably demanding for the guest to come down for making the parking payment, as such I am going to ran away without paying aed 20. The value of the car itself is so high where they kept the car keys with them but this person seems making such sillly, foolish and brainless demand for the GUEST to come down night 12.30 am for making the payment of aed 20. I explained the person that I booked around 20 days earlier in the same hotel and stayed here but this ALDERINE was so adamant, arrogant and rude. Hope the hotel management will have some sense to review such type of front desk hotel staff behavior.

The worst hotel I have ever been in. Bad service, bad cleaning and after I did my checkout I forgot my charger, then when I came back to ask for my charger they told me that no charger was in the room(stolen).

Excellent hotel in Hamdan St.

I was booking my room from an app. And was no information about that you have to pay a deposit 100 aed for your stay, i still cant understand why to pay a deposit in a hotel!! And the staff was nice and they explain that this is the policy, and they will return it once you check out, but anyway i didnt like this. Room was big in space and good, but not that clean nor fresh. They are using a normal glasses and mugs in the coffee area which is risky in these days and plastic will be better, the rooms are not quite you can hear the voices from next rooms and there is no free parkings.

It was beautiful experience and a very neat environment. Just that the bathtub was not having any water stopper.

Nice and very affordable

One of the best hotel experience I have ever had. Its a great place to stay when on budget. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. They will go an extra mile to help. Even after checking out, we went back to make a call, and they still helped. The receptionist even offered to use his personal phone to help us since it was an emergency call.Its in the city center of Abu Dhabi, and has great access to restaurants, bars and buses. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I used the gym, and it was great. I would wish they have an instructor around when the gym opens.

First time checked in on this hotel. The reviews are positive. The night staff are very accommodating and helpful. However, my experience would have been great if not for the morning assigned reception, Kathleen who was rude, telling me that I have to check out at 1.30pm because they will charge me for the whole day if I checked out at 2pm. Quite an unpleasant experience, a unique kind of hospitality service.

Great hotel in the city center. Our room was clean , bed comfy and shower great . We only had 1 towel for 2 people but it was sorted within mins of asking. If you needed any thing there was always a staff member able to help.Mark at the restaurant, excellent. The security guy, he was amazing . Helping with restaurants , getting taxis for us , local info and much more. I would highly recommend this hotel. There is nothing fancy about it but it is clean and staff are excellent.

Awesome place to stay. View from room is also awesome. Positive vibe environment. Many shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. Hotel people are very cordial and helpful. If you are a tourist then be prepared with cash/credit card because you have to pay the whole rent when u check-in. If you dun have AED then no need to worry currency exchange office is just walk-able distance (opens at 9.00 am). Room service is also good.

Never been to a hotel like this. The price is very good, but the room is a miss. I booked a 1 bedroom for for 3 nights. But I couldnt stay. The bathroom, bedsheets,sofas even the new towels were dirty. So if you are planning for an adventure and you have a strong heart. This is the place

10 Star customer service. Amazing room and exceptional breakfast. We were very early and there was an error on our booking form. They dealt with everything and went out of their way to accommodate us. Never had such an incredible experience with any hotel in the world. We will be using them again. The cleanliness is exceptional. And breakfast is must, fresh and cooked on spot.

The Spa at Nehal hotel is very bad. They do not respect bookings. I booked by phone, and then when I went (on time), I found that the masseuse who was assigned for the booking was already busy. The lady at the reception said you have to wait for one hour! There is no manager in charge, so nobody to talk to. When I asked to speak to the manager, they gave a phone number of a person who is not responding. Total disrespect for customers. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. There are many better places in Abu Dhabi.

Brand spanking new hotel. It took 45 minutes for the lady at the reception to check us in and she upgraded us to a suite to make up for it.Excellently furnished, thoroughly comfortable and luxurious. The air-conditioning however was way too cold and didnt turn off either.Breakfast is a sparse buffet, nothing to write home about.However I give the hotel 5 stars because of its plush bedding and decor for a great nights sleep!

Not providing water for drinking if ask extra whereas in it hotels providing.There is no standard for 3 star facilities.Internet is so slow.Even booked earlier at the time of check in no rooms available. And provided single bed room.The water is not drain in wash room.Its ok to stay for 2 hours.Overall very poor.

They need IDs for every visitor. The phone wasnt working when I arrived and internet slowed down at night. Staff were quick to respond to fix it and housekeeping was courteous but ran out of shampoo the next day. Maybe also bring your own extension outlets as they were sparse or maybe disconnect one of the lamps from the 3-pin plugs? Shisha cafe available at the lobby and Ive observed scantily dressed women in the evening so...
