It was a very bad experience,I felt like I just got a place to sleep,while making the booking we saw pool and beach access are available,but once we reached there for check-in they said it is temporary unavailable.If we knew this before we never go here.There was issue with washroom also,lot of water coming out and not going anywhere.Also we called them to get Glasses and plates,couple of of time we called, finally we got glasses but never got plates, and finally while we making the checkout, I noticed these all,but the person in the reception just replied we will give you better service next time!!But we not going there for next time..next timeI cant even give 1 star for this service..

We stayed here for our babys 11th month celebration...we enjoyed it a lot.. although upon our stay. The pools and beach is under renovation but it is ok since you can ride their shuttle going to west bay in corniche where there are pools and beach and recreation al area available. Very friendly staffs. The breakfast is eat all you can..so many dishes to choose...we enjoyed it very much with my family and friend..👏👍👨‍👩‍👦🥰

Hotel is good, clean and staff are very nice. However under construction so if you’re wanting to sleep in, you won’t be able to as the noise will wake you. The drilling was happening right underneath my room.

We booked the all-inclusive package for 3-nights and we both got food poisoning (joke!!!) - the food was absolutely incredible. The omelettes at breakfast were made by some kind of omelette wizard, the choice at lunch was exceptional (think seafood dishes brimming with prawns) and dinner which featured an abundance of grilled meats. Nor to mention the drinks we were served at the beach bar - good German beer and delicious cocktails! Really, really impressed by the quality of food (and standard of service) here. Would 100% recommend.

Calm ambience and comfortable place, the current pool was under renovation, however, the staff was kind to allow access to their other hotels pools at West Bay. Access to clean pool, beach and mini slides for kids. Overall good ambience, clean and hygienic place. For breakfast, there are various option to choose from asian to english.

Amazing room and breakfast. The resort is BEAUTIFUL. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Michael was very accomodating and sweet in redeeming our free coffee voucher. The breakfast was delicious. Great stay!

We stayed at Le Meridian last month with the ongoing construction. Access to the beach and outside restos was not possible, however, we still enjoyed our stay. It is always clean and comfortable to stay with. I Highly recommend Mohammed Nizam for his work. He was respectful and cleaned our room well.

And the room smells like wood and dusty.Rooms small ref is also dirty and not cooling.No Netflix 😌 No english channel

The best stay ever... We were forced to stay here due to a fire incident in our bldg.. But the staff here and the atmosphere here is more than soothing.. Its extremely hot though specially due to the extreme climate outside and the ac has some issues .. Its a pity the pools are not open as its still under construction... But the staff here is incredible and very supportiveMaricel- the kindest waitress who taught my son Oppa... Always takes extra care.. She deserved 10/10Delwar- always active and caring to everyone needs ..9/10Glazia - always with a smile and ready to help 9/10Nirmala - very friendly and smiling always 9/10Thuwa - makes the best tea and Cafe latte and always make sure you have it.. 9/10Then we had a very friendly manager Mustafa also pushing us to try the best dishes..The Chef Vishnu who makes the best Omelets as your desire..Chef Elias always welcoming us with a smile and very eager to explain the food..And many more nice people whose names I dont know.. But even though we had some bad experiences due to some ac problems the staff try to solve it by coolers and making us comfortable as much as possible.. And lastly the food is incredible and very tasty and extremely affordable.. Must try..

Having a very bad experience to be Quarantine here. A lot of renovation work is on going with full noise of heavy machinery all day. I asked them to change my room but they refused. Food quality is below average. I will not recommend anyone to stay here for Quarantine at least.

The room was divided from another only by a locked door, therefore very noisy environment, the room seems very cheap and smelled of smoke despite the smoke sensors at the walls of the room.High prices.. Low value for money.Not recommend!

No pool or beach access. Renovation ongoing. That information I got after booking. Glad that I only booked one night. They should start renovate the rooms and front.

This last year I have spent several months staying at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi. The property is conveniently located near both Abu Dhabi Mall and Galleria Mall with amazing restaurants, shopping and Theatres. The Hotel has a beach, sauna, gym pool, and a village of bars and restaurants with a great selection of food. The Hotel staff and Hospitality staff are amazing. Special call out the Mahars team at the Captains Arms. Excellent group of people who take amazing care of their customers.

The people are great, the breakfast buffet decent, and the beach was enjoyable but the hotel is showing its age. There were dark spots in the sink caulking, the shower leaked, windows were dirty, the toilet didnt work for a few hours (when we called about it the problem was known but we werent told there was an issue), and there were no towels in the room when we arrived. It was no where near the standard of Le Meriden Al Aqah where we stayed in February.

This hotel, even if really deserves a full fit out, is located very conveniently in the heart of tourist club area. The hotel courtyard host several restaurants with different menus and the in house restaurant deserves a try as well! The beach is nice and good to spend half a day of relax in the sun. The sea is internal as per the other hotels in the same area but good for a swim.

5 star hotel near Abudhabi mall

Being our first Christmas in a new country, we decided to have a Christmas lunch here on recommendation from work colleagues. Booking was easy, and on the D-day, seating arrangement was already in place and took less than 5 minutes to be ushered to our seats. Variety of foods, ranging from Chinese, Indian and other continental cuisine was available. The waiters were so prompt with the drinks and at some point, had refills without asking. Entertainment wasnt really great as we could barely make out the songs that were sung by the in-house entertainer. Hard to tell if it was the quality of the entertainer or the speakers but there wasnt really a great connection between the entaertainer and the crowd. Perhaps, a dj would have sufficed. They chucked in gifts from Santa for the kids which made the whole experience really cool. On the whole, it was a real bargain as the price we paid for a family of 4 (2 adults and kids) was very reasonable. Will definitely come here again.

Older hotel, but has several restaurants and bars to choose from. The pool area is very adequate for families. Come early. The beach is man-made if that is a factor in your choice. Nice drink and food options at the pool/beach bar. Usually has specials... We received 25 AED house beers. Overall, we enjoyed our day.

That wasnt me, because the timing was to early from 7pm to 11pm, but of course its Joanna with the other one, away from that its really great experience in this place I advise with it.

This is one of my most favorite hotels. I am a frequent (very frequent) hotel guest, and seem to be always going back to LeMeridien time after time.

We havent been to the property since the renovation, so we werent sure what to expect. But upon arrival, we were so impressed with the chic and modern new look of the lobby. Already I was communicating with the Front Office team prior to our arrival to make some arrangements as we were celebrating my wifes birthday. I must say I was fascinated with the communication flow and how everything was arranged flawlessly. The check-in experience was so personalized and smooth with Sirine. Overall the team at the hotel are a huge asset and they definitely reflect the leadership of the hotel. Our room was amazing, we loved the colors, design, comfortable bed and monster Tv screen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and cant wait to be back.

It is well kept for a veteran hotel being one of its kind in AD. Fairly clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Dinner n brakefast buffet are rich. F N B staff are friendly ( Joy/ Chef Elias nchef Romeo are good) rooms are fairly big but reasonable for its price. Pool is good. Life guards r professionals. Beach is nice n clean. The village is an attraction despite covid conditions. Receptionists are friendly especially ( Lourese). Stayed for 4 days. And will never regret it. 4.6 /5

The lobby, the room and the beach are great, but the week has been a delightful experience thanks to your staff. No matter where, there was always a professional Le Meridien staff member giving best service. Nevertheless there are some pearls amongst them: Elias the cook who enchanted us with his food suggestions flavoured with the perfect spices (grilled sweet potato carpaccio with tomato marmalade and black raisins and many more other delicious things) or Neeru who is an excellent waitress, reading our mind and being there for us all the time. A big thank you to your staff to make our holiday a great experience. Bravo!

They had in the past an extraordinary seafood night. We was twice in this Hotel. Once before and once after building of the Spa. Hamam was great.

We did not stay in Le Méridien Abu Dhabi because they messed up our online booking. When we arrived there, no rooms was available. They advertised free parking but there was only paid parking available. We weren’t the only people with this problem there. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Nice family oriented hotel with a big pool, a shaded childrens pool and an adult pool (which is closed during the pandemic). As Bonvoy Platinum members we were upgraded to a spacious suite with a very large rooftop terrace. The suite was comfortable, functional and clean.The kids liked the pool area. While I understand the reason to have an adult only section, I do not understand their rational to not let families into a completely free adult area while the families section was completely full. Especially in times of social distancing.The beach is nice with a steepish gradual decline.

Swimming pool and facilities are very bad, I came for swimming classes it was verrrry bad, I paid alot of money and learned nothing I made complian people in reception of the pool very bad not helping, will never recommend the facilities for anyone, its personal experience.

Very good place for get-together nice environment

If you think if u are going for lavish staycation then keep in ur mind its kind of ok ok hotel....there is no beach buy using a beach word for a still water kind of lake. We took only breakfast option but its was ok kind of with very limited options. Abu dhabi mall is just a 2-3 min walking distance and you may go out for dinner or lunch out side as many options and restaurant available nearby. In my opinion I would never prefer again for many other reasons.
