Wonderful service from the moment I stepped foot in the hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had the cutest towel art done in our room. Roy Gonzalez of housekeeping was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and had what we needed. My family and I will definitely be returning soon!

I arrived late and when I checked in they gave me a dirty room which was not even cleaned nor sanitized so when I complained they changed my room and still the other room was dirty where there was garbage in the drawers and the cup coasters were left dirty on the shelf and it was not well maintained as the shower head was leaking water on the sides. Really the worst experience ever. Waste of money !

Room was very clean, neat and had the best view! The hospitality from the reception up to when we came into our room was superb! This was our first time experiencing Fairmont Hotels and honestly, our entire stay was nothing but the best. Loved the location, rooms are extremely clean and tight and personal are nothing but the most polite people in Abu Dhabi. I received the survey quite late and forgot some names I would really wanted to mention. Young lady from FO, unfortunately forgot her name (from Azerbaijan). She was truly helpful and took every single request very seriously and as they say “it’s all about getting it done” … we complained about the noice of construction happening at the beach and next day the noise is gone so we could relax at the pool, even slept there for couple of hours. Well, in few words: Thank you Fairmont and you should really appreciate your personal as they truly are the best in Abu Dhabi.

The house keeping was excellent . we were in quarantine from 9th and once we were out of it Mayur and sujeesh (supervisor) took excellent care in ensuring all our requirements were met the back up team Raneesh and Vineeth were really up to their job and everything was spick and span once they finished .

I went to a brunch here and the food was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I think I had the best sticky pudding ever. The service was good and the watermelon & mango juice made my soul happy.

Needs a lot of refurbishment in the rooms.Floors are stained..Bathroom Sink Tap not working and sprinkler so hard to use..Room Service is too slow, they actually dont come at all when they know yoyre staying for 1 night.Was the best when they first opened..

My family and i had a blast during our stay at the hotel (3days and 2 nights). The staffs are friendly and polite, and always greeted us with a smile on their faces especially Jamin, who was very helpful and accommodating upon our arrival. When we entered our room, we were amazed by the beauty and tidiness of our room. The breath-taking view got our kids really excited. During our stay, Roy, Jino, Chamil and Dizzane were always ready to provide what we needed. They’re really great at what they do and are very professional in dealing with guests. The towel art blew my kids away as well, they really loved it. My youngest child didn’t even want to use the towels😆. The view, the beach and the pool, the gym, the people working in the hotel and the food (at Cuiscene resto) will surely make us wanna come back…🍻🙏🌊

Great hotel, disastrous service. No welcoming, on top of it instead of offering us assistance with the delay, we faced extremely aggressive attitude from Helena in the reception and the other Russian speaker receptionist. Honestly, dont come if you are expecting positive service and friendly approach👎🏼

Only for food : Food managers need to be better trained for handling feedback. In one instance when the manager approached regarding food and stay, she was informed that food during initial stay was not good however it improved by the end of stay. Her response was ,We cant please everyone . Then why did you ask for feedback??? Very bad reply in service industry.

FairmontIs this really a five star hotel?While i was planning on booking a 3 or 4 stars hotel, i decided why not upgrade, its Eid Holidays, lets treat ourselves.Scanning quickly through the map, i found Fairmont, which i decided to book without thinking because of the name, little did i know.I paid more than double of what i was going to pay in a 4 star hotel, but received the equivilant of a 3 star hotel!Location: Not near anything, there is absolutely nothing special about the location.Hotel: A bit worn out, with a bit of construction going on, like its a very old hotel, the hallways to the rooms smell weird, probably because of the carpets!Room: Spacious, but I didn’t expect that City View would mean Parking View, they should probably be more honest and specific about the view description!Staff: Friendly and niceGym: Nice and well equippedPool: Seems fineBeach: its on a small canalBreakfast: I didn’t get breakfast because i was told that my booking doesn’t include it, maybe agoda is a bit tricky and not very clear when booking.In a nutshell, i would recommend you to stay somewhere else, somewhere near the corniche where you can actually enjoy a more central location with a better view!

Really good atmosphere and outdoor seating, probably better during the day or sunset. Attentive service, good variety in the menu and very good food! The mix grill for 2 was a bit small for us but we really enjoyed it. Warm fresh flat bread was very nice also. I would suggest going for a series of starters and sharing plates. You can view the Great Mosque if you sit at the end of the outside area. They gave a complimentary dessert for a birthday on our table, a very nice gesture. Deals on Groupon (Jan-2021).

I give 2 stars because the room furnitures is expendable and look too not good. And there is salts in bathroom accessories which colored green. There is stains on carpets. I had bad experience with room service when i want to order food, the service guy on the phone was shouting at me when i tried To order. This is not respectful and very bad. To behonest, Ajman Fairmont is the worst Fairmont i have ever been. Sorry to say that but it is the truth.
