Rooms are spacious. Neat and clean. Good 4 star hotel. But swimming pool is very small.

Located few minutes walk to Abh Dhabi Mall and quick entry/exit to the City from Dubai using the Saadiyat road. I love the covered pool and not to mention the amazing front desk team, who are very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice place , we use the pool here.It is a small pool but very maintained.The temperature and cleanliness of the pool is pleasant.They also have swimming classes for children and adults, the staffs are friendly and professional.We recommend this swimming pool membershio for leisure and also to learn swimming techniques.

The service is great. The reception is small and the rooms are nice. The cleanliness is 90 on hundred. They have smoking and non smoking units. I loved the experience there.

Great hotel:1. for location; it’s very close to Al Maryah Island and 2 blocks from Abu Dhabi Mall and Galleria Mall2. for the rooms: spacious, clean, comfortable (awesome pillows for a guy that has issues every time), with a fridge, hot plates and plenty of space for a long stay too.3. for the washroom: clean and well looked after, regularly stacked with towels and amenities.4. for a well equipped gym, it’s cleanliness, availability of towels, staff that wipe down all equipment quite frequently.5. Excellent pool - you can do laps for hours.Kind regards to Rakel at reception and great service from the team! I will be back!

Hala arjan abudhabi has the worst customers service that I ever recieved. I had a booking and came to the hotel to find out what the staff only offer me either one room on the first floor (which I dont stay at first floors because of noise) or a smoking room which I cant breath if I stay in ! The attitude the responses the lack of any sense of customer service that the receptionist and duty manager rafiq had cant be described it was just horrible and dirserspectful. I stayed in Rotana hotels for months now and havent seen such a disgusting service. STAY AWAY go anywhere else that has a respectful staff.Oh ya I ended up storming out of there and not staying after checking in.

Worst costumer service ever, Very unprofissional manager. First they charged for extra night without any notice and they refused to give me the refund as they claimed that they refund only Some people with specific criteria. Second, I have asked for cleaner but they refused to come as they cleaned earlier!! Never happened before in any hotel !! STRONGLY Not recommended.

Lovely month!very clean, helpful staff and my son loved the pool there.I am staying in the studio, its nice spacious but for a family, you need to reserve the Deluxe one its really nice I could stay there forever.they have fast room service, help is provided whenever needed and the gym is great the best thing about it is the trainer, she is the best really claim and she is really good with children, my son like her.you should check if the parking is covered with your room reservation because the parking area is for Mawaqif. reimbursed

Courteous staffs.Nice ambiance.Room service is good and they clean the utensils daily.I am finding difficulty in storage space and kitchen space.If you are planning to cook daily, you will find the difficulty.

I stayed in this place for longer than a year. It was very satisfactory. Overall reception was very helpful. There are two types of small rooms, one type is on corners and the other is in the middle. Middle ones have separate kitchen which makes it more convenient for longer stay. For short period i believe corner rooms could be better since it has larger bedroom and better view.

Very lucky to stay here. Friendly helpful staff always ready to help. Clean rooms and excellent room service. I would recommend Hala Arjaan by Rotana any day

Great as usual, thanks again to all the staff, front desk, and of course the breakfast ladies team.

Kind of okay but provided furniture is very old matts in TV Lounge ver dirty an inhygenic. Worst thing is no reserved parking. If you are late after 21:00,hours you will not get parking. And no one is going to assist

Nice amenities. New construction. Rooms with fridge, microwave, locking safe and washer and dryer. Very helpful staff. Big mall about half a mile away. Lots of eating places nearby.

All are good here but house keeping staff is not cooperative...sales team is very awesome. I had interaction with sales team and they are very professional..sales team helped me to get internet working and also other basic necessities in room.But house keeping staff is very arrogant and incapable of arranging basic amenities in room.So its time for rotana hotel to retrospect their house keeping staff service in Abu Dhabi Hala Arjaan hotel.

Rooms were good, clean and tidy.. spacious relatively.. good service.. the location is really bad. The hotel was surrounded by construction from all the side and we spent a lot of time trying to get in or out from the hotel all roads were under construction.. most of the staff were very friendly but I had an incident with the manager who refused to help me and refused to be more flexible, I waisted a lot of time trying to solve the check in problem.. though I liked the room but will never check in again in the near future may when construction is done..

Nice location, easy access to interesting places, good food and friendly staff. The room is very relaxing and house keeping is top notch. You will have a beautiful night view of the neighborhood from the roof top bar and swimming pool area.

We highly recommended Hala Arjaan for family and friends. The pool is small but covered, facilities like steam, sauna and gym are fine.

Nice hotel. Classic suite is very big and has a full kitchen. Room service / restaurant has good food. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately there are roadworks ongoing on the main street in front of the hotel. It is a little bit noisy. 4 stars. If roadworks are done most probably 5 stars.

Very good facilities

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very courteous staff. Didnt try the restaurant since we were going out regularly. They have a temperature controlled swimming pool which is fabulous with the city view from the top. Plenty of parking space. The service is prompt for any requests. All in all definitely a place worth staying incase you are in that part of the world.

Very nice hotel, polite and good service. It is not like Beach Rotana but you will find everything you want here.Swimming pool is great, half open type almost on the last floor.Gym great, clean, no funny smell. Spa is great, I used it a lot.You will not find many exotic meals, or even regular ones, but you will be satisifed with what you have for the price you pay. All recomendations.

Super hotel and wonderful hospitality by Hotel Staff

Very poor no recommendation from my side. I was lived there for around 2 weeks. Staff attitude is very poor and they dont want to help customers. Internet facilities are very bad.I complained lots of time but the answer is Our internet quality is very good and well then showan the same snapshot to the IT manager of the hotel.

Came here for the breakfast brunch at Gallery Restaurant.Its very nice. Good options nit much, hut the food was tasty. The breakfast brunch closes at sharp 10:30 am. But we can sit there afterwards.Good place.

Everything is perfect except loud noises from the windows, the gap between the windows and its frame is too much and because of that you can hear the noises specially in rush hour.The restaurant Gallery was awesome, beautiful interior design and delicious meals 😋👌

Nice hotel with spacious room, i was travelling with teo kids. Receptionist was so cooperative they improve my room to executive. With a nice view of Marya Island from tge balcony.Tv, fridge, hot plate, microwave, clean and spacious rest room .... What else? Parking was available no need to go basement.
