I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable. The meals are delicious. The staff especially Miss Rabia from Housekeeping department really helpful and provide excellent service. Looking forward to stay here again in the future. Its highly recommended to stay here.

I have stayed here for quarantine, exceptional service provided by the staff. The room service(food) was really good. Very pleasant atmosphere. Small, badly maintained hotel in busy tourist club area. Far from being five stars, as advertised. Starting from not friendly valet and bunch of arrogant guys at the reception (especially Eze) and ending with ripped bed linen. Good that local public already knows this, but its gonna be a big disappointment for tourists from abroad.

Location, room and housekeeping is ok. Room service, food quality is poor. Senior Staff is incompetent and arrogant. Hotel doesn’t allow outside food delivery. Guests don’t get to choose what to eat, whatever restaurant packs for you is your meal.

Staying here on behalf of the company for one month.If there is an option for zero rating i would go for that.The food they provide here is worst than what we get from street vendors.There was a crack on the closet and the water is leaking from there to the floor, but they didnt rectify it or give give us another room. And also theres foul smell in the bathroom due to this leak.They are not punctual about the food timings.When we try to contact the kitchen regarding the food issues they will not take the call.

Nice and luxury place. Very big rooms with stylish design and perfect french windows through view. Drinking morning coffee with calm city scenery. And last but not least its a hotel with fastest internet in the world (info seen on brass plaque, close to hotel entrance, my personaly measurements 425Mbps)

This hotel is very bad, i do not recommended! The food is awful! I have been staying here for more than 2 weeks and no one came to change my sheets or even ask me if i need something!

This hotel is badly maintained. For period of 14 days no one came to change my bed sheets or clean the room. The food is awful and when you complain about the food they say: Okay, Okay, and then happen nothing. On my next trip to Abu Dhabi I will prefer another hotel. Do not fool yourself with comming in this building. Nothing in common with standarts if UAE !

I went downstairs to ask the man in the restaurant to warm up my food ( I order a healthy meal plan ) , I asked them 2 times and he said to me today that I can not ask them about it anymore . I am sorry but what kind of 5 * customer service is this ???? I will solve my problem and buy a microwave! But still it is quite unacceptable behavior!

Very trendy place in prime location

Hotel not what you see on the pictures. Looks more like a 3 star to me and the so called deluxe room was small fit for a hostel meant for 6th graders. Money wasted !

Crummy Hotel. Dated. Room smelt bad. Uncomfortable furniture. Pool was tiny with no sun for most of the day. Restaurants were also a hard pass. Many loud neighbours. Definitely not a 5 star facility.

I called room service to bring me some water to drink. I have never received it, so later i went down to the supermarket. BUT!!! Reception staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was clean.

Actually thats my third day of two weeks ,, so far the room is adorable ,, the food is much yummmmy , the mattress is incredibly comfortable ,, house keepers are so clean ,, I really want to thank the managers of these hotel for there efforts . I may have one notice it might dont like some people ,, althogh the team are professionals but they dont use CRM to figure out what there customer need, there is no worming welcome that u might find in other hotel. but for me I am very satisfied and enjoyed so far

Hotel Jannah Burj is good hotel but the front desk is lost in communication with customer bcoz one executive says something n the other executive say something they are not in same page at all. Also the house keeping is good but still found 3 times cockroach in the bathroom n in room too. Too bad

Wonderful experience overall. I would highlight two things: STAFF and COMFORTABLE BED. I woke up like sleeping in a cloud. And since the very first moment we arrived (with a motorcycle btw) all the staff was super friendly and helped us in every moment. They never lost the smile. It feels a very friendly environment for a luxury hotel. Which, for me, is a major highlight. I am definitely coming back.

Had a bitter experience at your property this morning. Your products looks appealing but the staff is extremely unprofessional, making sure we never return. With high expectations I wanted to host my wedding at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab, Abu Dhabi. In times like these one would think each customer is very valuable. But the disinterest the staff showed in serving us, the negative attitude and lousy gesture was really putting off! Junior staff member with no customer service skills was sent to represent the manager. Would refrain from recommending Jannah now on. A very unhappy, would have been customer.

The worst hotel ever .. very bad I don’t know how they have 5 stars in booking.com .... I reserved there with a special needs person (father) and they don’t give any service always late .. barely clean the room and I’m actually writing this comment after calling them 3 times for cleaning the room and no one came .. I swear you don’t deserve 2 stars.. I guarantee that you don’t meet any standards of UAE tourism and hotels evaluation

We are a big groupe of the long stay guests in your hotel in Abu Dhabi.we are extremely shocked and disappointed of the new rule that came out recently which is refusing to do this small service and deliver our foor to our rooms and is also asking delivery person to wait at the basement/garage entrance in the back side of the hotel.It is very inconvenient for us to go outside every time and wait for my food delivery when there is always 4 trolley personnel that have 2min of time to send the food up to my room.It is a small thing that is expected from a 5 star hotel.I dont think its a nice image to see ladies in pajamas ,robes and slippers waiting outside your hotel for food delivery at 7am because we were fired in june and we can’t afford breakfast in your hotel for 100aed every day.And we can all agree that behind the hotel is not a nice area.I understand that delivery person is not allowed in the hotel premises, thats why it would be helpful for reception to send the food up with who ever is available at that time, its only 2minutes of their time and it makes our life much easier.Reception was nice and was doing us this little service till few days ago when we were told its not allowed anymore by OYBEK so i just wanted to know the reason for this change.I hope you understand and we can come to a solution.

Amazing place and best hotel in the Abu Dhabi

The Hotel stay is going excellent so far , Love the oceanfront view from the room absolutely mesmerising , the hygiene and cleanliness of the room is maintained brilliantly by my housekeeping staff Mohinder and the other staff are also brilliant . perhaps the only issue I have is the noise from the next room connected by the door which is the only Con in a pleothra of Pros at this hotel.

A calm and clean place with pleasant staff. They also have a separate jacuzzi for both ladies and men but the swimming pool is open for all. The 24 hour open gym was just adequate enough to barely serve its purpose. Overall, liked this place.

I was honestly surprised with this hotel... its super nice... the facilities were great too... nothing to complain about at all... i hardly ever give a hotel a 5 star rating but since they surprised me a 5 star is worth in my book

Best hotel

The rooms were amazing, good touch screen panels and controls. The mini fridge was just not a fridge it was warm.There is no ice facilities either for you to enjoy the beverage.The housekeeping staff are amazing so kind and caring.The actual reception staff are rude and judgemental, not sure if they know how to actually do there job.Took four people to check us out of the hotel and you also get charged for a breakfast even if you don’t eat it.The pools really nice, good temperature, can get a good amount of sun in the day.If you want an open 5* prison then stay here by all means.If you want to enjoy your stay then avoid at all costs.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. It is beautiful, with lovely touches in the rooms and amazing comfort. The location was great with many food places in close proximity. The staff very very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for best value for money.

I had bad experience actually and i believe its overrated hotel, i came and was happy at the beginning when i saw many stuff working in the reception with some supervisors and manger . I have asked the reception once check in for extra towels and i came after an hour and it wasnt there, once i called the guy came and told me the we dont have towels now we are waiting the laundry to bring and his way of speaking was rude by telling me use current towels and later ask for another ,there was no shampo in the bathroom imagine the hand wash soup its the same being used for bath body and hair

Cozy room, fun bathroom

Perfect location right on the edge of shoreline giving breath taking view of sun set. Staff is so professional and helpful. 100% value of money, food is great here. A must come place with nice deals. Highly recommended destination either for short stay, business trip or if you want to pamper yourself.

Excellent hotel. I decided to stay here for a long time. Close to corniche and everything like super markets etc. are at walk able distances. Hotel itself has a good restaurant and facilities are perfect. Car parking at the basement is an added convenient facility for me. 👌👍

We were check in today evening. Reception staffs were very nice. .and kind. We want up grade room to suit (also charged.) Give us lower floor but kind manager ask me how about moving high floor. Im so happy for that. I will stay here 29 nights with my family. Also they are happy now. I highly recommend here to people.very nice service.

Ive written one review for this hotel. But I continue to be impressed by its elegance and style. Great food too. The people who service the rooms are so polite and friendly. Mine was Hardik and Ive been delighted with the attention he pays to how Im using the space. I dont use many pillows, hes noticed and leaves many of them off the bed. My toiletries are arranged more neatly than I left them which is delightful. Yet he does not disturb my work which Ive left on the table. Really excellent service.

Good for a cup of coffee

This is my second stay in Jannah Burj Al Sarab and it is simply wonderful. Just as it was the first time and just as I expected. Great service, clean rooms and the stay is just so pleasant it makes me dont want to leave. The location is convenient as it is located nearby Abu Dhabi corniche which takes about 10 min to get there. I enjoyed my stay and if I visit Abu Dhabi again, this hotel is at the top of my list.

More than average hotel. Good to stay and worth money amenities around area makes it attractive. Only issue is location of their restaurant, it is after you get out from elevator and you can smell all food when you get in and out

For a 5 star Hotel, youd expect them to know how to deal with the simple task of receiving a booking reservation days in advance of arrival and consequently getting that room ready in time for their guests arrival.I arrived at the check-in desk, only for them to not have my reservation in their system. The guy at reception called a colleague on the phone to try and retrieve my details. I overheard the reception guy asking his colleague why the booking had not been put through and why of late they had been taking so long to process guests reservations? I was told to sit in the waiting area whilst they prepared my room.I had been travelling all day so was extremely tired. After almost 30 mins of waiting and no further communication from front desk staff, I approached the desk to find out what the hold-up was. The reception guy rang his colleague again and to my horror, they had not even started to prepare my room! Ridiculous.The reason I considered this hotel was because of all the 5 star ratings.Terrible first impression. Shame as the hotel itself is really nice.

Very spacious room and modern,very nice finishings.The bed was amazing,so comfortable & I liked the bed sheets & pillows.Was no noise heard inside/outside which is very important.Huge TV with good satellite channels selection.Everything looks & smells new & clean.Amazing staff:starting from reception -was very warm welcome & upgrade to the sea view room,very helpful with everything in general,very very polite all of them.Thanks to Oussama & Patrick at reception,for showing me the facilities,helping with the luggage & checking me in☺Good menu selection for room service & food quality.Fast delivery.Duty Manager is very helpful and caring for the guests.I felt people working in a hotel are very professional and value their guests.Very good location:very near to Abu Dhabi Mall & Galleria Mall-5min away.Lots of nice restaurants,supermarkets,liquor store -just 2min away.Very good room rate/value.I will definitely stay in Jannah again & would highly recommend this hotel.Thank you!

Best hotel

The hotel was HORRIBLE, we checked in and couldnt stay more than an hour and checked out..Towels and bedsheets were changed and still had stains, the hotel smelled really bad, service was late.Wouldnt recommend even for a budget stay, better spend 10% more in a cleaner place.

Ellegance, structure, nice view and fair prices. Above everything else, however, is the most comfotable bed I have ever slept in. I was sad because I had to wake up so early and leave this uneartly, well distributed softness. I need that mattress home!

Staff is very friendly. Location is good, not far from Museums and Corniche, theres a valet service and abundance of nearby parking spaces. The food is good. A family friendly place, very popular with Staycationers.
