I had reservation for 2days 22nd of July 2021.. I checked out in 10 mins of checking in in the hotel . The most horrible rooms .. with leakage on walls .. worned out and stained furniture, it was just disgusting. In one hour they were supposed to refund my money 2 days no refund. The room has this wet wall odour. This very dangerous for health. I dont understand how come this hotel is allowed to operate.

Centrally located near to restaurants around, big and clean room, central A/C, hot water, wifi in room, service is not bad at all. I had seen negative comments prior to booking. One day spent now and I am happy.

The worest place you could ever sleep or imagine, i would prefer to sleep on a public park rather than this hotel...they dont know nothing about sanitization or cleaning, the hotel entrance is very dirty with a smell of shisha and bad smells, the reception working very slow and they cant say any good word. The lifts are very old and very slow. Its start once i arrive to my room and i found a big garbage pack infront of my door, the room was very dirty, smell of humdity and smoking even its non smoking room, furniture is very old and dirty, bed and bed sheets is disgusting, pillows inside is almost Black color, no towels on the bath, no fridge in the room, no slippers, and you will find a cockroach on the bathtub or in the room, more and more and more bad and unbelievable things, the worest night on my life and the worest experience, Im going directly to make a Covid test after this night.

Location is perfect and the rooms are spacious but the staff is not good... had to wait like an hour to get checked in and no matter how many times you call the reception from the room phone, theyre not gonna respond... amenities are not enough ... we were two persons and there was only one soap (a small one ) and one towel... there were tea bags, sugar packets and coffee creamer packets but no cups (smart move from the management :P ).. no slippers in washroom (either you use your own or go barefooted) ... asked for ash-tray like 10 times but no one sent it...Overall i would say that for the price we paid (which is quite reasonable) we got just fair service... i would like to rate this hotel 3 stars out of 5.

Rooms are much spacious and the services providing also good. Theres no own restaurant but from nearby restaurants easy to get the food and all. All will be delivered in room.

I spent a days here in Trianon for some business trip, I got non smoking rooms in 703 its a big rooms for hotels they have 2 safe box, dining tables, sofas, kings size bed, for the bathroom also big ones with bath tub, and new sanitary equipment big mirror creates rooms look even bigger, breakfast also provides heres, the only things that not match is their wallpaper that looks ages, and smells of carpet in the hallway to the room but its okay for budget hotels in downtown, nice receptionist, and room services, thanks Ill stay here next times

1 star hotel and very old construction. On smoking floor you can smell the smoke just as you exit the lift. Rooms are also reasonable and old building.

Compared to there overall operation a couple of years ago, I guess the hotel relegated there services to its guests as of writing this review. I visited the hotel about a year ago and I could give them 4/5 by that time but now I could barely give a 3/5. But the rooms are still fine. Location is central to food and entertainment. If its just for a short period place to stay then go ahead.

The hotel was ok just the sofas were dirty they could be upgraded. The staff service could improve too. We asked for water 3 times with no response every time.

Its a nice place to stay, room is furnished nicely, and safety & security is good, wifi is also good, this is my second time to stay here in this hotel, I will prefer to stay next time also. The only think confused me that why they need the phone number of the visitors, while they already scan the Emirates ID of this Visitors, and they already have the phone number for room owner also, so after that why they still need number for visitors, its confused me and feel me little insecure...

The hotel was ok ,not the better one .They need to change the sofas from the rooms because they are very dirty.They clean the rooms every day ,this is something very good for the hotel .The hotel and restaurant staff was very very friendly and ready to help you with everything you need .The Philippine girls from the restaurant they are very educated and very careful with the customers.Definitely I will go back ❤️

Beside the sing-along bar is their pool.Catch the breeze of fresh air at night time. The entertainment hub is located in the rooftop of the building. Excellent very friendly staff

We booked the hotel for a wedding and a photoshoot for the bride and groom and they refused us to do that. The groom talked to the manager and they still refused to let us do that. This is not acceptable from a hotel like this. Id expect better.

Was a horrible stay!! The customer service was garbage, had to wait at the reception for a long time. The rooms are not cleaned at all. The furniture is old and is dirty. Would never stay here again even if it’s free... Forgot to mention the smell is like garbage.

Just a normal hotel,courteous staff,in the heart of the city.Comparitively older building with very large space rooms.nearby to many restaurants and prime places.opposite to al maryah mall.

Descent, cheap, clean, great bed and bathroom. Would recommend it. Underground parking is immediately next to the hotel, and it cost 15 AED 24h, so all convenient.

Too bad

Hotel is dated and old. Lift up to room was jerky. I had requested a non smoking room at the time of booking only to have a smoking room in the end. Curtains in room were falling off the railing, bed overly hard, no towels and there is quite a bit of damage to the furniture. I will definitely not be booking here any time in the future. I had only booked as it was F1 weekend and everything was sold out in the city.

Overall, the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is very special, the room cleaners are excellent and skilled and high efficiency, the prices are distinctive, the hotel can be rated as more than three stars. Exhaust system at the washroom was not working well or not working at all. Maintenance guy (a pinoy) was sent to check but didnt do anything just said that a poor exhaust system was normal in the hotel. Bidet had a leak so the floor was always wet. Sofa and dining chairs had stains seemed messy. Standard supplies like slippers had to be requested for. AC control was not functioning. Fridge was not cooling properly. A staff said they were sending another fridge but it never came. Under the bed, it was too filthy. Dust mites could be everywhere. No safety vault. If not for the hotels location, spacious room and nice housekeeping staff I would generally consider it the worst hotel in Abu Dhabi. Should train them to wash or sanitize hands before changing the beddings. Two weeks was a long, sad and pricey stay in a place of this kind. Not worth it. Never be here again unless total change happens.

No much things to do in here..View is better than near by facilityHas got spa,massage, Moroccan bath..Most of the facilities are available..no parking available for the facility..Valet parking , not sure exactly...Never saw any one on the podium dedicated for valet parking....Taxi services is readily available..30 to 40 min away from Airport..Airport shuttle service might be available on request..,make sure about the charges for it...

The photos are a few years old, the place has seen better days. The rooms are clean and comfortable but you have to ask for towels and a kettel. We were in the executive suite. The place and furniture is full of chips and scratches. The staff are friendly but you have to press them a bit to get things sorted. We asked them to replace the fridge as it was not working in the morning and when we got back late at night it was still not fixed, we called then twice and got a new fridge the same evening. We have to get our room keys re-activated every evening when we get back🤬 and we make sure to keep them away from other cards and phones! It is a budget hotel now, not as nice as they advertise it. Some small things like the chain safety catch does not fit in its slider, the mirror is stained and needs replacing, there are stains in the bathroom and holes in the bathroom mat, there are no plugs in the sink or bathtub. Everything is clean but the hotel needs some tlc.

Cheap and cheerful. Check in took 20 mins after waiting for 10 minutes. Room was average, bathroom suffering from damp and mould. Locals playing cards in the reception so there was no room to wait. Not enjoyable experience for me

Best location to get easy transportation and restaurants.. especially for south Indians..its a budget hotel with royal look.. everything easily accessible.. markets,malls, exchange,gold shops and restaurants..all within 1.5km ..

Cool. .. calm and quite. . no night club or bar. . need to be have some renovation. . staffs are very honest. .. especially receptionist Ms pannam Begum (not sure about the spelling).. she is humble and Noble ready to assist always. . cheaper .. and all the time there is taxi just outside waiting for guests for ride. . lots of food chains close by. . bank KFC pizza Hut. . salon. . shopping mall. .you can name it. ..all together i am impressed with the hotel. . i stayed there since March 10 to 29..thank you

This is a very basic hotel. The rooms are large and beds comfortable. Other than that, everything is low grade. Stained furnishings, poor service, everything worn, a slight lingering bad smell and no facilities.

Interior fitouts looks really old. Had to change one room due to loud AC noise. Staff is good and had a good sleep in a comfy bed. Location of hotel is good. Parking can be done nearby by paying Aed 15 for 24 Hrs.
