Good hospitality..Rooms are well maintained and clean.. only issue is the parking...once u find a parking just dump the car and take a cab to go anywhere... it will be next to impossible to find a parking after 9..

Emirates plaza not only the bar or hotel it is relax and enjoying palaza no body care about you what you are all feeling well when they entered Emirates plaza I came in Emirates since 2015. Every time I have new experience new friend for all the nationality which is very help full good person. Emirates plaza all staaf is very good and bouncers also help full. I am celebrate my birthday 🥳🎉 5 time in sports bar and club 4th floor.once in a month I came in Emirates plaza 2 times weekend only.

Not ideal for families, very bad location and level and quality of visitors staying in hotel is not good.

Pathetic experience. Suite room was below average with a desktop computer sized TV. The AC vents were leaking. Overall very poor experience

The location is good with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.. The staff is nice but the room is not very spacious.. There are night clubs which keeps the place quite loud all night... The place is always crowded with people (mostly the night club visitors) which keeps the elevator busy in the night.. so it would take like 15 minutes for you to reach to your room from the ground floor everytime... Not enough amenities like soaps, body wash, shampoo and couldnt find any refrigerator in the room.. No closet for your clothes and I couldnt find any safe to put my valuables... The price is bit high for the quality of the service you get... Not recommended for families and kids... cleanliness is very good (both outside and inside the room) ... I would rate the hotel 3 stars out of 5.

If heading for club, i suggest only Punjabi people or those who love Punjabi atmosphere prefer this.This is the best place to stay as we feel like being in punjab

Bad: Room is small and there is no controller for AC (room is cold), Bathroom also small lil bit old design. Wifi is slow.Good: C/in was fast they will not give you hard time and alot questions, hotel location is good.

Security staffs are too rude.. ..... I advise nobody to go there..

Poor staff and customer service, dosnt know their own policy and dont inform their clients the correct information , very very bad service and management dosnt care about their client , they cost me a mawaqef fine simply because their filipino receptionist forgot to tell about their parking spots and their manager one Egyptian guy dont know a thing about management and cant give his staff a proper training , i don’t recommend this place to even a homeless people to go to. Very very bad service.

Weak customer service staff, giving wrong information to clients, Filipino receptionist gives us wrong info about the paid parking around hotel area which cost us a fine from mawaqf, highly not recommended place to stay in plus we couldnt sleep because they have a clu with laud noisy drunk people.

Not Good! We Booked the Hotel atleast to comfort the tiring day on Exhibitions at Adipec as Exhibitor. Unfortunately the Loud Sounds thats bothered you on the 4 nights of stay never gave us a chance to sleep well. You will be cradling on the Boom Based from wall and Noisy Sounds. Never ever come back from this Hotel. Even you called the Reception they just told you you cant do anything at all without apologising to us atleast by experiencing the Night Clubs they had. They should Published as Night Clubs not a Hotel to stay!
