This is one of the best experience I ever had. I enjoyed bonding with my friend who was celebrating her birthday. I enjoyed the spectacular views from pool side, to restaurant and even to the room view itself. The experience is world-class! With a top-notch services. After a dissapointment in Dubai with another Hotel, we checked in in Andaz for a couple of days. We didnt book a suite or something, just a normal room.We were very pleased with the cleanness of the room, the ameneties, facility, shower, etc. Everything is very high standard. Especially the staff and the food quality during breakfast in the Cyan restaurant lived up to their 5 stars. They made the stay very special and every evening we were looking forward for the brakfast in the morning.If Id have to nitpick, Id feedback the following minor issues:- Lightbulb in the room broken- No towels in the gym, had to get pool towels all the time- The guy responsible for Gym and Pool didnt take care much. He didnt refill shampoo in the showers for all the 4 days we were staying- Someone smoked a cigar in the pool and threw away the packaging in the pools drainage. Wasnt cleaned for a day until I made the pool guy aware of it- Guests blowing their noses in the water. Pool guy didnt do anything. But its not fault of the hotel- Some strains on the carpet (wine, they cant remove it) and black mildew in the shower (hard to remove, I give them that)Apart from that:- Receptionists VERY, VERY welcoming. They could easily be working for The Plaza, NY- The view during breakfast + from the rooms is phenomenal- The simple rooms are better than 4 star grand suites in Dubai- Housekeeping is very thoroughly- Hotel is a bit far away from Corniche, but its VERY quiet- Guests cleaning the machines in the Gym after themselves- Great SPA on the same level as the gymWill definitely come back.

Beautiful building. Am artistic touch of engineering. The building is quite high having offices and hotels. The lobby is spacious.The different thing about lobby is an art gallery. Number of beautiful paintings with stylish look just enrich the vision.If you have a chance to visit abu Dhabi the building is worth to visit.

It was a very nice experience. The service was great. The room was so relaxing and comfortable. I love it. And the breakfast, its perfect. I enjoyed a lot and will surely come back again.

I visited the restaurant in the 18 floor and its amazing. Highly recommended during sunset for an amazing experience. The only con its little hot in there due to the building design.

Had been to Andaz to meet our friends... Great place, quite modern, good staff (especially Joan, she was very helpful). The ambiance has something mesmerizing that attracts you towards it. Will surely plan a stay soon. Cant wait to see the pool and try the food n drinks.

We are staying here for Eid, and are more than pleasantly surprised by what this hotel offers. Rooms are great, the view from the Swimming Pool is amazing, the food offering is really top notch, but above all it’s really the staff that will be what we will remember. They are very friendly and always accommodating, it’s a real pleasure to we welcomed by such a great team!Edit the next stay still as a guest: Honestly it’s frustrating that I have to edit and remove a star due to an interaction and the bad parking situation. We were asked to park further away (where the residents car park is) because the available spots were for a resident (who strangely enough does not park at the resident car park), Tesla (not there), and one marked company VIP (it’s EID this VIP does not work). Fortunately someone went away so we could park there (with 2 small kids / stroller). (2nd edit the « company VIP » space is now used by someone is a nice car that came with his family, confirming that it was BS, and they accommodated an additional space for someone is a Porsche - if I didn’t come with my Mustang but with my Ferrari which would have been difficult with the family, maybe we would have been given this privilege).Another thing minutes later, you have to use the same bathroom towels for the swimming pool and when you shower, towels are not provided there. This would be an easy fix.

Luxe hotel with chic quarters & city views, plus a rooftop pool.What an amazing building.

Booked this the morning of on Hotels Tonight. It was a great choice. The service was impeccable, no disappointments. Staff was friendly, answered any questions asked, And were very accommodating. They gave us a quick tour of the beautifully decorated restaurant, Cyan. Marko, one of the managers, even took the time to tell us about the surrounding area. We also, had the opportunity to upgrade the room at check-in. My only complaint: there are no microwaves in guest rooms. They did not accommodate otherwise because of Covid rules. Anyway, we asked for foil...to warm our food. Thank God for improvising!

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite and really enjoyed the large window fronts. The room was designed in light wood and was stylish and comfortable. The living room had a three seater couch.The pool is divided into parts. There is a round in pool sitting area and the usual pool.The pool bar is welcoming.All staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.I also like the artwork on display.

Dont like the reciption in level 18. And we should take 2 elevator to go to our room. Dont like the room service. Dont like the bathroom

This is a special, dare I say magical, place. From the first moment we have loved this hotel and stayed many times. Especially if you appreciate innovative architecture and artistic touches, the whole place is a work of art.The staff is wonderful under the leadership of Mr. Bahl, and we have especially appreciated the kindness of Dionne at reception, and Ranjan and Mohammed at the Cyan restaurant. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere to match.Everyone should visit this hotel if they can.

EXCELLENT! SPEECHLESS! We went to the pool bar for a happy hour. If you are having a bad day or in a bad mood, this place gives you positive vibes. Not only the place is stunningly beautiful but the staff is giving world-class customer service. I was surprised by the service. From the security who made us smile before entering the lobby up until the staff in the pool bar, all they have given us is good vibes. We felt really great when we came in until the time we left. I just reserved a table on Facebook and I have mentioned that it was our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary cake. We didnt expect that. If only I get all the staff names I would mentioned them all. But Dana was the one who assisted us and the other waiter in an orange shirt, probably Ismael. I didnt get his name but they treated us like high-profile people which is rare to some hotel industries. I will definitely be booking accommodation next month and to more happy hours. I loved it. The bar has great views of the city, the decor is remarkable...however, what liked the most is the art gallery (IAM) they have in the lobby... with excellent pieces of art..and a great representation of local and international artists...

Andaz Capital Gate by Hyatt is one of the best 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi. Very elegantly looking, rooms are spacious, windows are from floor to ceiling, Prive restaurant serves delicious dishes, hotel staff are very accommodating, parking spaces are not limited, accessible to a lot of places - especially the Abu Dhabi expo location. The hotel reception is in the 18th floor. Prive restaurant is in Mezzanine floor, the gym and pool are both in the 19th floor. There is a coffee shop in the ground floor. All of these are inculcated in my mind due to the positive impression the hotel gave me. Needless to say its by Hyatt.

I like this hotel for their cleanliness and safety because of Covid-19. And thanks a lot for the free birthday cake that i ordered with a beautiful arrangement❤️but I didn’t like the valet service they didn’t respond quickly and explain to me where I have to park by myself:(Room was modern and specious, food was delicious you to try the omelette!

The architecture is stunning and the interior design is uniquely interesting.RECEPTION is on the 18th floor. Free coffee all day with dates, nuts and butter cookies.The STAFF was kind, considerate and accommodating.ROOMS and view are lovely, well designed, but could tell the desk wasnt cleaned beforehand.Complementary breakfast buffet is nice with fresh juice, breads, custom egg/omelet and alike, but wouldnt consider it 5 stars.Recommend staying here if attending a convention.OVERALL: 4 Star experience. Would stay here again. Would recommend.

Best stuff service and the hotel is amazing

The facilities are amazing and everything is so friendly and helpful. From the front desk staff Mr Sami, to the people in the Pinnacle Lounge, Ms Lara and Ms Dae Young, to the concierge. And did I mention that this building is in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Very nice furniture and decoration, spacious rooms, affordable prices with FEX promo code. But no balconies and the location is very far from the city.

The rooms were beautiful, the hotel was beautiful; very unique and well organized. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Minibar was free as well as served coffee and tea in the lobby with some snacks. The breakfast was not too great, but overall well. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with super comfy beds and feather pillows. The restaurant is really good with great service and a friendly smile, plus I appreciated the welcome tray of delicacies that was waiting in the room and personalised welcome letter. Contemporary look and feel to the hotel that works well given the iconic nature of the buildings structure. Overall, a great experience.

Amazing place for staycation. Very well maintained and managed. The service was of really high standards. Definitely will come back another time. The view from the rooms are beautiful. I had their breakfast buffet and it was a huge spread. The pool is peaceful and comforting. Worth it.

Fantastic, lovely, modern, extraordinary place to stay. Architecture is fantastic, the rooms large, modern and clean.Every day complimentary wine tasting, non-alcohol refreshing at the room are complimentary, too. The breakfast buffet is huge, covering traditional Arabic food as well as western style. All made of fresh ingredients, vegan and vegetarian is available, too.The restaurant, 18•, is fantastic. Awesome food, wine and specials.

Beautiful hotel. If you dont feel at home and well cared for, perhaps youll have better luck on the next planet. Spectacular service, beautiful attention to detail in my single king room.Lighting in the room is technical and fun, though there are a few on/off-but-still-on master switch bugs to work out.The breakfast is worth your money. A multinational masterpiece, the fare is suited for both substantial eaters and the lightweight grab-n-go.

Awesome stay in this place. high class in design and romantic room with bath merged in the room itself. Lights makes you feel so good. The sea view is incredible.The design of the room is very rare even in the high class hotels and this because the bath has view with the room and even outside. The bed is comfortable and all lights can be controlled from the bed. The blue lights from outside gives you romantic view to the outside. I really enjoyed the 2 nights stay with them.Only the bad thing is you have two have to lifts to go up or down since the hotel starts from 18 floor.

I love this hotel. So clean, my suite was fantastic . The hotel is in the Guiness book of records - super nice staff - great breakfast.Finally common sense in color coding shampoo conditioner and soap.Didn’t have time to use my private jacuzzi but loved the pool and gym.

This hotel is truly fantastic!!! I have stayed here a number of time. Dont expect a lively hotel, but if you prefer breathtaking views and very nice rooms this is the place. Bathroom is a true masterpiece especially in Deluxe rooms. Breakfast at 18 degrees is excellent with very good selection of hot and cold dishes. Unforgettable stay at a the building holding Guinness world record for most tilting tower in the world!

The food is terrible, at night you can only eat one plate, thus, you have to go somewhere else to eat. Also, the location is pretty bad since it’s far from anything you can visit. The building is beautiful to see, but that’s all there is with this hotel. Not recommended at all, especially if you have hungry kids

Perfect hotel! The rooms are spacious, the views are breathtaking and the hotel is not too crowded but not empty. It is also not very touristy which is very nice. I stayed in the presidential suite and it was lovely the room had an amazing ambience and the staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi if you are planning to visit the city.

Hotel is located is a spectacular tilted building. Rooms are spacious and appointed with modern stylish designed interior. Bathrooms have a bath and separate shower with good water pressure. Bathrooms have glass wall on the bedroom side, a style also found a lot in China and Thailand. Rooms have coffee and tea making facilities and large TVs, nice touch is the adapter plug in the socket near the desk in case you did not bring the UK 3 legged plugs. The hotel has a beautiful fitness area and a small and stylish pool that is a bit too short for morning workout swims. Good selection of dishes at breakfast, outside seating is also available which is nice in winter. The space inside is somewhat limited so I image that in summer it can be pretty full. Hotel is located adjacent to the convention center, with a car most sights and the airport are a 20 minute drive. Overall good hotel, very friendly and efficient staff with a good location if you have a car.

Valet car park at ground floor and the reception area is at 18/F. Need to change to another lift to access the room. The interior is modern and clean. Beds are comfy and breakfast are okay. Time for getting the room ans car was short

Amazing skyscraper in Abu Dhabi, with a very particular shape. It is wanderful in the dark, when the entire surface is covered by small green lights. Its mandatory to visit the rooftop lounge, and enjoy something to drink with the amazing landscape as framework.

Its a really really cool hotel. Rooms are fabulous and staff is helpful. Got room 2606 thats a really huge room compared with the others. The pool n gym are fab too.. the food was a little drab compared with others hotels.

Stay here. This place rules. Fabulous breakfast buffet, good rooftop drinks, incredibly nice staff and supercool rooms and vibe. If I’m ever back I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable hotel with a modern vibe. The room are spacious and comfortable, but many little things dont quite work - too many light switches, electric curtains, TV remote etc. The pool is small and more for splashing around in than swimming. Breakfast very nice and the staff all welcoming and efficient.

Very friendly staff, and room service was superb. Buffet had an excellent variety of food, highly recommended.The only thing that was different compared to other hotels was the lack of taxis at the hotel, but thats not an issue as you can get the hotel staff to have one ready within a few minutes.Will be coming back again.

This beautiful Hotel is amazing in every way possible. The modern and challenging architecture is so interesting both from the outside, with its leaning tower physicality and the resultant views from within, that it creates; in short stunning. Add to this an informed and empowered staff and you have a perfect, totally perfect, hotel environment. Rooms are best described as awesome in their size and design, so one is tempted to say typically Hyatt and the views from all accommodation, being located between two stretches of water, has to be seen to be truly appreciated. The (virtual) infinity pool offers superb views as well as comfortable lounges and attentive staff nearby at the pool bar, should you wish a snack together with cool or hot drink. Finally, the well informed, empowered, attentive and naturally helpful staff are a real asset; truly wonderful. Food and drinks were both relatively inexpensive and truly a delicious experience to add to your wonderful memories of this fine Hotel in a wonderful part of the Abu Dhabi shoreline. Jon

Spectacular luxurious hotel in Abu Dhabi, the building itself is amazing architecture.Rooms are nice, bathrooms are really good. Breakfast is excellent and you can find everything here. Staff is excellent. Minor downside, not in centre of Abu Dhabi but you can find taxis here.

Modern hotel belonging to the Hyatt group in a very distinctly shaped tower. Reception is on the 18th floor where they also serve free coffee and snacks throughout the day. All rooms are above and have a great view of the surrounding city of Abu Dhabi, large layout and cozy bathtub. Also on the 18th floor is their amazing restaurant ‘18 degrees’ which offers thoughtful mediterran food and unique cocktails plus an outdoor terrace. Overall really enjoyed my stay, staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms are big, clean and modern, would definitely recommend and stay again.
