Happen to search and opt this place at last minute for overnight stay, due to change in our stay plan at Abu Dhabi. We took for general price of 200 AED as this was an available option, as most of other hotels rooms were already filled and unavailable. Here, rooms are too small and when checked for it they say at this price, this is the room offered. Lol, quite rude. After being to several hotels and resorts in UAE, this place is surely not what it rates in google reviews...Basic things are missing. Hand wash was almost empty bottle or say few drops when we checked in and no tissue boxes. Laundry bag, tissue box, handwash refilling will be provided only until asked for at reception. Dental kit is charged (hearing this first time), body lotion, shampoo etc not provided unless paid for. No slippers. Only body wash will be attached aside to bath tub. At pools, they check for alhosan app so need to carry phones (btwn they allow a guest check in only after confirming vaccinated before check-in, not sure why again at pool). Had tough time, since I had no proper stuff packed for stay. As we never experienced any place charging for dental kits and basic amenities like body lotion, shampoo. Tissues and sanitizer even a street vendor keeps it for hygiene sake, wonder why we should ask for it everytime. In addition, very slow service too. We happen to ask for Iron box, they gave a very old iron box with leaking water. Lol, I remember echoing in mind everytime before calling at reception this price, this offered. Never visiting here again, period.

The online booking it’s a disaster !I book a room for 2 person on September 15, 2021 and I paid online.I couldn’t show up on that date and I canceled my reservation through phone, but they deducted money (full amount). With some additional charges. When I called them, one guy answered me and he was very rude to me.I asked for a refund or at least to change the date maybe I can come next week. He didn’t agree. I asked to speak to someone else he refused.I didn’t even enter this hotel but after this bad communication I will never recommend it to anyone else.I emailed them. Until now no one contacted me.I have been 30 years in UAE this is the worse hotel ever.Zero star.

Very comfortable stay, room already have extra bed enough for family, Luqman house keeping guy is helpful and so friendly, sure will come back

They canceled the booking the night of arrival, two hours before arrival time, without notifying me. The execuse was my credit card was not working, but in reality it was. They said, we can not use your credit card based on reservation.. So why to take credot card details and not use it. Frankly, it was a disappointment to reserve in the hotel and had to suffer to find another place within a short period of time. Totally not acceptable.

Best hotel in abudhabi by its good service I recommend mr Pranav and Rizwan...best off luck

Got a good sleep, and the privacy and quietness of your surrounding is 👍🏻. The place was neatnd comfy. I had early issueth my room AC. Hotel inte. nance name Mr. Atta Mohammad fixed and solve the problem very fast.

Never staying here again!!I have stayed here for period of minimum 6 months and was treated differently depending on what I was wearing. The procedures were tighter when I was wearing casual shorts and t-shirts and were laid back when I was wearing traditional dress (Kandura).In addition to that, the hotel management kept changing my room several times to accommodate other bulk guests (without informing us beforehand).It is very disappointing to witness such service from a well known hotel and I truly hope, for their reputation that they work on their services.

Very nice and comfortable place. It has swimming pool and a small gym. Staff is very nice, friendly and cooperative.Ample 3 level basement parking space. The only drawback was hotel charges extra for dental kit, slippers etc.

Quite and comfortable location. Only 10 minutes ride to city. Swimming pool and gym are Perfectly maintained. Will Prefer to visit again.

One of our family member forgot her EID though she have a photo on her phone was asked to go back home to get her ID. Which took her sometime to come back. I hope they can improve their system (via email or anything that they can accept in the www.)Plus the reception plays a game that cant give us a check-out at 3 and saying high occupancy on Saturday. I felt upset that the countless times we stayed in Premier Inn its the first time we requested and got rejected. Good thing that reception staff called back and grant our request. I will not mention him but it seems like his not hospitable the way he communicate and response.The good side is we have a sumptuous breakfast by the pool.Though many times we have stayed in Premier Inn especially in Dubai we never experienced breakfast by the pool especially with relatives. Ms. Avon and Zakir from the restaurant take good care of us and our kids have fun and likes their breakfast. Quote the breakfast are served hot from the kitchen which makes it more delicious unqoute. Kudos to the kitchen staff.

Overall it was good and comfortable stay, Price was very reasonable. BUT one thing that bothers me is why no tissue box, why no complementary dental kit, comb, soap or shampoo. I believe that wont cost a lot. But it can simply feel very odd for the person to ask for it and then being said you have to pay for it.My suggestion: Management needs to find other ways of cost cutting.

Perfect all over except for the food, buffets were not serve because of the less occupancy, hotel staff was efficient and professional. Advantages:Clean facility.Quiet area.cheap price comparing to the provided services.Fast room service response.Polite and helpful staff.Disadvantages:Didnt find tissue box in the room and called the room service to get it... (Its minimum requirement) and shall be kept in all rooms always.The shower head is fixed type, having flexible type will be better.Bed lift side no power socket, the power only available on the right side, if 2 persons are using the room, only one of them can charge his mobile.I will definitely book there again.

Very good service staff is also very cooperative, especially Rushik.Good basement parking space.One awkward experience hotel does not provide dental kit and slippers. You have to pay for it. Management should rethink this strategy as it bitters the whole experience.

Frontline staff should learn how to treat & welcome the guests specially a lady. Housekeeping staff is very good.

It was good priced hotel.. But bad hospitality when you reach.. No valet parking at least to wait with your car until you check in and take parking card.. No amenities like tooth brushes, cotton ear bud, bath robes or even shampoo and conditioner.. You got to use only the fixed one in the toilet which is by squeezing the bottles and this is very un hygienic..The pillows were not comfortable at all.. Pool close at 7 and no seating by the pool side..As a building its clean and new.. No smells that was the good thing.

My wife and I had an awesome experience staying at the hotel, they have a very accommodating staff and Management and the breakfast was very nice and Kris always make sures that we have everything we need . Above all I will recommend this my friends and colleagues to have a relaxing and wonderful experiences.
