To begin with we booked the reservation for a night via online website and got a summer discount. After the check-in, we were allocated the room, however it wasnt exactly what we booked online. Upon requesting we were given another room facing the pool which was somewhat good as compared to first one..Rooms are of decent size, comfortable and ideal for small family (Couple+1kid), minimum requirements(toiletries) with good products(TV and fridge) in the room, can be maintained even better. Previous days leftovers/trash was not cleared from area next to the pool. Pool access was good and nicely maintained, however some slides in which children can enjoy were closed due to COVID-19.

First of all I’ve booked for a night. When we arrived at the reception and the lady said ( we will upgrade your room because the resort is fully booked )I felt it was LOWGRADING NOT UPGRADING to be honestShe gave us a room facing the Deers. There was maintenance over there I felt like nobody was given rooms over there except us!The TV wasn’t working, phone was out of service, and the restroom was too stinky.The workers came around 8 AM to finish whatever they were doing and we couldn’t sleep at all because of them chatting and because of the equipments sounds.Im sorry but I didn’t enjoy my stay at the resort! But the Zoo was more than amazingThank you .

I am sure my experience was different because I visited in the time of a pandemic but it was awesome just the same. My little one enjoyed the visit, she was able to get a good clear view of the animals while I was comfortable she was safe interacting with the animals from the glass.They have a wide variety of animals and birds to view. This is a full day trip, enough activities to keep my 4 year old busy and interested. The seats provided along the trails for rest stops was a plus for me. The mini Cafes for juice, water and ice cream was nice too. Definitely worth the buck!

We went there with some friends and my family. We celebrated my sons 9th birthday. The place was amazing and it exceeds my expectations. There are things for improvements though like the following1. No sleepers2. No flat iron3. No hangers4. No selections of great restaurants.We all had some fun specially the kids. We will surely comeback oneday, perhaps during the winter to explore this awesome place.

Amazing place! Very nice pleasant atmosphere, cool entertainment around and good safety. Staff is very nice!We lived in shallet near giraffes - its fantastic to wake up and see animals while drinking coffee! Also you have some activities, can see animal shows and feed elephants, giraffes and goats.Highly recommended. Will back again.

Emirates park is my favorite 🦒🦒🦒I always stay at this resort so that I can interact with the giraffes and visit all the animals. Not to mention the staff are always warm and welcoming, they always make me feel like family.I usually eat the same things when I visit but this time I decided to try other dished and they were all delicious ! The new menu is awesome! Love it. Cant wait to be back

Fantastic Big Cat experience hosted by Mohannad, who really knew his stuff. The Zoo is intimate with a range of unique opportunities to get up close and personal with the animals. If youre in Abu Dhabi and have children this is a must visit

The hotel is good but it need slight renovation and more bright lights in the washroom...otherwise the place is amazing.

Resort is great staff very friendly and nice. Cant compliment them enough. There was no cutlery or anything else available in room due to COVID and the pool slide is non functional since a long time; we were told at the pool. So didnt use the pool at all.Can recommend a one night stay in the family villas with view on giraffe. One night is honestly enough.

Was very happy with our stay in emirates park resort . The hospitality team their was very generous and welcoming and gave us an upgrade with pool facing suite .Their were animal barns on the back side of the room too . Swimming pool was nice and neatly maintained . The morning walk through the flamingo and bird area to the coffee house was truly memorable . The zoo visit was complimentary .Very Happy and highly recommend to stay at least once.

We had a very bad experience. There was a major accident near the swimming pool area. One of our friend fallen down due to an uneven floor. There was no signage even. The hotel is not caring about guests

Awesome placePerfect staycation for kids. Animals at your door step. You can have coffe with deer, oryx, giraffe at no extra cost as they are just in front of your door. Well maintained pool. Rooms are small but thats ok considering the different experience it gives compared to other resorts

Kids really enjoyed alot.... Especially the activities i.e. Elephant encounter and Sea Lion.....The only problem was hot and humid weather....

Not that much worthy .. An average three star property only

Looks a bit outdated from the outside but the rooms were recently renovated. Simple, clean and comfortable. Also super affordable for families. You also get zoo passes for each day you stay.

Completely packed entertainment for kids, as well as parents. Wonderful short trip for weekend

Friendly staff, restaurants close by and the zoo is only a 2 minute walk away. We stayed at the Deluxe Chalet which had a great view of the animals right outside the room! Definitely worth it, comfortable bed, spacious rooms with a couple TVs, microwave and mini fridge.

Emirates Park Resort is a 3 Star Hotel located next to Emirates Zoo Park.weekends busy with customers. Within Bahiya and Shahama this only one hotel available.

Good for weekend family tour...near to abu dhabi...various collection of animals and birds. Lots of activities for kids..very nice

It was very bad experience I have never seen. My journey was spoiled and I didn’t find what I booked for!!! The staff was recommending me to contact the agency to double check with them as they are a third party company😒, instead she was supposed to assist me contacting them to solve this matter out🥵. I never recommend it to anyone else.

It’s a budget friendly and a cozy place which lets you enjoy resort amenities and wildlife encounters while you stay in the resort.I had booked the resort for 1 night and our check-in was done late at 4 pm instead of 2 pm(reason the room wasn’t ready and also parking space crunches🙄). Later we were given room and the reception guys did apologize for the delay and told we can do late checkout the next day( which was good for us as my kid could enjoy more time in swimming pool).The zoo is small but they have decent variety of animals , my kid loved watching Bengal Tiger and feeding elephants and giraffes and deers. There sea lion show is very nice and We did hooting for that. There were other species of reptiles, birds and pets which too are great. Lastly we had great time scrolling through the zoo and the room was like a regular ones with basic amenities included.

No value for money. I do not reccomend. Rooms are very old and furniture needs replacement. Also the worst fact was that despite avarage occupancy (hotel is obviously not full) they put us in a connecting room where we were hearing every sound from our neighbour, so after struggling 2 hours without being able to sleep from his noise, we tried to call reception, and the number 0 (which they told us to dial) was not working. So we couldnt connect and reach reception from the room phone, eventually we had to call hotel number from mobile. Also, the bed sheets I think were not cleaned properly as my husband found a lipstic stain on it.

Nice hotel in the Emirates Zoo, staff are welcoming, pool is nice but it’s more for children (not deep), room is okay, a bit old furniture but nothing critical.

A fantastic idea to stay in the resort, a different experience, deers are right in front of the room window, you can visit the zoo and enjoy all activities.

Lots of different animals. Great to watch the lion s bring fed. Great to be able to feed the monkeys, giraffes, camals, donkeys. So many more to see. Great fire children of all ages. Horse rides too.

It was okay, some enclosure were closed which was not mentioned online or when we call to do enquiries. Seals also not available

Chalet rooms are very nice and updated.Staff is very unhelpful and rude. I was in doubt, but my experience isn’t different from the same comments about the staff in TripAdvisor.Zoo is awesome, animal variety is big. Well take care off.Restaurant is below average, serving in room with all under cooked and soggy food.3/5 - missing 2 stars , one for the rude staff that’s are inexperienced in hotel management, and one for the quality of food.

Would definitely stay here again. V. clean rooms, with excellent A/C, v. comfortable beds. The hotel was full but still quiet, lovely pool for grown ups and one for kids. Some rooms had animals in pens right outside their rooms. The capabara and mara at the entrance were so sweet. The staff were attentive, helpful and courteous. Plus free access to the zoo. All for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this place too highly.

Such a nice zoo after all. Strategy to feed animals from customers is awesome. Thought of animals with big space should be appreciated.
