It was a poor experience, waiting so long for check in, room not clean, no towels, bed not comfortable, pillows very old and not clean, bad wifi, room service was asking the reception to call me on phone at 8:30 Am to open my room for them to clean it, even i was put the dont disturb sign!!! And she called!!The only good thing about this hotel is the parkings and location

This is a 2 stars hotel located inside Aljazira club, the rooms are wide and has a good view, staff are friendly and the overall experience is goodOne thing made me little uncomfortable is the trolley used by the housekeeping to clean the rooms in the morning is very noisy specially therere no carpets in the aisle, made me wake up many times because of the noise it makes while walking in the corridor

Room was small with Fungus on the ceiling and bathroom, wallpapers were detached, the safe box was inconvenient and not working, Wardrobe was small you cant put long dresses or dishdashas, the curtain were cut and very strange to open looks like sail yacht robe, over all it needs to be refurbished, parkings are not shaded, and they didnt upgrade me too. Its a one time experience hotel just for a sleep over not for long stay guys

It was one of the most worst experience ever- Poor service cleaning and customer service- Kinda of cheap but doesn’t mean you should mot have a least standard quality- No restaurant or anything only beds- Free wifi

Worst Rooms ever seen in a hotel room.. plenty of holes in the bathroom.. broken switchboard... need to open 10 minutes to get hot water .. got pics also...Attitude of the room service guyz are ufff!!! I felt like they offered a free stay

If someone is visiting here to one of the emirates id office for fresh new visa finger prints then they should know that this service is not available here. Though there are many other id related services here. Thanks

Beautiful ambiance, humble staff, good location

Just visited the tahseel centre down to the Al Jazeera club.. parking during business hours is a real hectic task there. Though the area is not marked by Mawaqif and you dont need to put a parking ticket, they are still penalizing the cars parked in the middle of the parking lot.

The staff is very good and respectful, but the place needs a complete refurbishment. The room is dark and the basement does not function as a mere décor. The carpets are old enough to find insects such as cockroaches walking around, so the room is comfortable. The bathroom is also the overhead shower, which functions only as a decoration. The internet is so weak that more than once I change my location to find a network.

A very good hotel in terms of quiet, the staff is very friendly and respectful, the rooms are large, the lighting is beautiful and hidden, the location is very good, all the restaurants are in front of you.

The lack of cleanliness and the best removal of carpets from the rooms because they are old and cause allergies and also carpets corridor when the rooms filled with dirt from the sides and the best removal and alternative is marble or granite for easy cleaning
