One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi.I was was stayed with family 2 days. The services are amazing. Reception staff are very friendly and polite, their detailed explanation is amazing. Rooms services, restaurants are excellent.Swimming pool is one of the best attractionsReally wishing to come back

We chose to celebrate our 20 th wedding anniversary at Grand Hyatt, Abu Dhabi. We brought a customized cake from outside and had the delicious dinner from Grand Hyatt. They didnt create any fuss about bringing cake from outside. Rather they were very cooperative .......They made our day really awesome....Ultimate in customer delight....

We had a nice breakfast with the kids. Good selection of buffet options and live cooking station. Very good espresso coffee. All this at a very reasonable price.

Nice place and excellent lobby. Clean, tidy and following safety measures based on current situation. Amazing lobby area! Was quiet when i visit. I felt little bit disconnected as could not found friendly staffs. Some how lost in area but couldn’t see anyone to ask and go back to reception to approach. Not really helpful guide and informations.If you are visiting this place, remember that P1 is for 1st floor and P2 for 2nd.

Had a pleasant stay, staff is very courteous. Mr. Nader at the reception is very polite and helpful with all the information. Had dinner at pearl lounge and the staff ladies on the floor are very courteous. Highly recommended.

This hotel is AMAZING. Staff are super friendly and attentive, making sure you are comfortable every step of the way. The beds are big and soft, linen and towels are clean and fresh. The balcony has a great view. Curtains close themselves! The spa tub is LUXURIOUS 💕and the food, wow, the breakfast spread is UNMATCHED.

Good hotel with great rooms with views on the Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace and Al Marina.

This hotel is a gem! We were given a view of Hudayriat, where you can see the sun rise. I love how you can just push the “curtains open” button and you can enjoy the view in front of you. The hotel and room facilities are perfect. The best breakfast spread I had, to be honest. Definitely will come back again.

The hotel was so amazing. Me and my friend had a wonderful stay. We like our room so much and promised to come back. The view was spectacular and the Reception was helpful as well.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days, the receptionists are so welcoming and makes us feel like we’re home. The hotel is well maintained and clean, the housekeeping staffs does their job perfectly. The breakfast served had a wide variety of options and a few asian cuisines as well. The swimming pool was beautiful, its a bit small, but its very clean and the view is amazing.Covid protocols were followed by the hotel, temperature check at the restaurants and the pool. Overall the staycation at the hotel was a memorable one. ♥️

I have booked the king room with view, the room view is amazing, the hotel location is good and they do have so many facilities, the only thing you need to double check the information you ask as some of the staff are not aware of hotel facilities, and I had raised this to the management who assured me they are working on that.

The stay was great. It had a small beach, but it was still quite relaxing. I like the cluster of buildings its in as well. Rooms clean and spacious.

Air conditioning not working properly in the room. Requested assistance with this on two occasions and no one showed up . Also turned away from pool facilities at 4.30pm as it was full. As a paying guest, not being able to use the facilities is less than ideal and fromspeaking with the manager, this is a regular occurrence. If you want to be sure of accessing pool facilities, I would recommend staying elsewhere!! Lovely views from the room being the only positive I can take away from our stay here.

I am having a very bad experience in refunding my money. I booked for five nights through booking.com , they made me pay upfront for the five night! After spending two nights, I had to cancel my stay at the hotel and asked for a refund of the remaining amount which was 1250AED. From June 22nd 2021 ( the day I checked out ) until today August 26th 2021 I havent received my refund!!! During that period I checked with the hotel more than 6 times for the refund issue, but they kept giving me false information about the refund being completed!Last date they conformed the refund was 18 of August and I have an official Email from the hotel with the refund payslip that is dated 18th of August 2021 and mentioning that the amount will be refunded within 4-6 working days !! Of course I havent received my money yet!!!My advice , if you are planing to stay for more than one night, do not pay upfront!!

Just checked out.. my stay was not to perfection. My husband and I didnt like the breakfast as the choices were limited. The cleanliness was not the extreme. We saw that the price didnt match what we got interms of service and stay. The receptionist was great, not sure of her name but was asian.Overrall, average stay. But still wonder if ill come again.

Hotel is amazingly clean and maintaing best possible covid standards and especially rooms are with amazing view, unfortunately rooms are not maintained very well

It was great stay..my sister left her porch with all her important things inside and we look for it everywhere one of the staff returned it to us. but only I dont like there was that life guard who washes his foot in front of us by the the pool water even saw us swimming there thats kinda rude.and screams to the kids who were around the infinity pool.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel during the Eid holidays for a staycation. Prior to our stay we had been in touch with the hotel for some questions, and everytime we spoke on the phone with the hotel staff, the exchange was very disappointing. The staff on the phone was speaking very casually and not caring. So we were a little worried. However from the moment we checked in the staff has been very friendly and attentive. The room looked really nice. It was located at the back of the hotel and it overlook the water and various islands. Our room was located on the 35th floor. What I absolutely loved was that you could open the curtains by pressing a button next to the bed. The bathroom was huge, had a bathtub in the center, and you could open the panels between the bathroom and the bedroom, so you got natural daylight inside as well as the view to outside. They had a separate shower and toilet and a small walk-in closet inside the bathroom. The TV though, is at a very weird angle. And you cant watch TV comfortably from the bed. In the evening we watched a movie, we brought our laptop and HDMI cable, which can be easily connected via a front panel of the TV. But the TV is at the corner of the room, so from the bed you need to turn your head to the side. Which is quite uncomfortable to do for 2 hours. It would have been nice if the TV was at the end of the bed frame where with a press of a button the TV will come up and appear.The room had a bit of wear and tear. The balcony is nice, but during our time not used because it was just too hot.The bed was a bit hard. We had booked a King Size bed, but it was a queen size bed. Which I have noticed that in Abu Dhabi, in multiple hotels they say it is a kind size bed, were for European standards that is a queen size bed. It didnt bother me, as I was already expecting this. But it may be good for others to be aware of different standards.The pool outside was nice, we only used it briefly. As soon as you arrived at the pool, your given a bottle of cold water. Which I think is a nice gesture.There were a lot of jetskis, and they make a lot of noise. Even from our room at the 35th floor I could hear it very clearly. And they even started very early in the morning.We also went to the Pearl Lounge and Lexx bar. At both places we ordered drinks, tea at Pearl Lounge and an alcoholic beverage at Lexx. What surprised me was that no small snack is given with it. Normally you at least get a small biscuit with the tea and some nuts with the drinks.We had booked our room with breakfast. On both days we arrived at the restaurant before it got too busy. At both times when we left the restaurant there was a queue. We went for breakfast around 9h30, and it was already very busy. The breakfast was good, very similar to other hotels. They had a large selections of pastries. There was a counter with arabic food options. An egg station. Different hot items. And in the corner hidden they had idli and dumplings. The service during the breakfast service was good, especially from the chefs at the stations. They were very friendly, fast and attentive.I overall had a good time and enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Hi I just want to drop by to write my review during our stay here last May 21, 2021 . That’s was unforgettable experiences, the staff and the hotel rooms are amazingly good. They are really approachable which is very attractive during our stay which Me and my friends never felt left out .. specially the lady at the reception she’s really good, i forgot her name but nevertheless she is perfectly give us satisfying customer service i will give her 10/10 rate. Also one staff @ Verso restaurant named Othmane He is very witty and attentive waiter , that’s was a blissful Dinner experience another 10/10. P.S The foods are astonishingly good 👍. Thats all , and we will surely recommend the hotels to our other friends to experience what we feels during the stay. STAY SAFE! Godbless all the staff and Hotel. 💕Kimmy Feller ❤️

Great location with beautiful views! Room was wonderful with amazing bathroom. King bed, lounge area, desk and large balcony. Helpful and great staff. Food was tasty and fresh. Had a lovely 11 night stay.

One of the luxurious and prestigious five stars hotels in Abu Dhabi.Many restaurants and outlets, great terrace and SPA, the swimming pool is amazing.Rooms and suites are luxurious and comfy.Management is so focused and customer oriented.

Profoundly suggest the stay to anybody who has browsed this property. Genuinely delighted in the breakfast served at Sahha. Ms. Priya at the front work area went out of her way to encourage us and guaranteed we had an amazingly important remain.They don’t tell you once you make your booking that get to to facilities will be exceptionally constrained - The Pool & Endeavored beach is continuously full and get to controlled due to the confinements - as it were able to accommodate 65 individuals so you have got line & hold up. We seem not get to the pool or shoreline on our to begin with day. The Spa is the same - ZERO availability Yes it is Eid and active with families but fair tell individuals some time recently they book at 750 ($200) Dirhams a night Lifts are a nightmare Breakfast line was long and eatery was ineffectively overseen - gigantic tables standing to be cleared and staff all indicating anticipating “someone” to clear. Other than that, the stay was exceptionally good 🧡🙌🏻💯

We strongly recommend to search for a different hotel, this hotel is not even close to what you expect from a Hyatt. Service is extremely poor, cleaning of the rooms is done by third party employees that do not understand how to clean, bathroom is full of molt, and if you want to make use of the facilities we recommend you make reservations in advance as the pool area is also accessible for outside guest which makes it a playground of kids. The do not take any care of their residences or long-stay guest, always forget the discount these people have and the management has excuses for everything. Hotel is still working on the snacking list when the hotel was build some 6 years ago, so that says enough. Look for another hotel is our advise, you will get more value for your money.

Hotel location and rooms is very good but staff specially reception Supervisor she doesnt have minimum skills to talk and take care about guest .in additional to that there is delay in service whenever you request (trolley for luggage take more than 30 minutes to reach the room)

I had my wedding at Sahha Restaurant on friday 14th may 2021 in Grand Hayyat, and I was very happy and satisfied from the organization, Polite Treatment espically thanks to Chief Ibrahim for the Great food he served us. I had breakfast ssme place next day of the food quality. IT WAS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE i had tasted. EVEN The guests i invited were satisfied with the food.I recommend this place for organizing event and make sure you meet chief ibrahim to taste his food :)

The Grand Hyatt has a great location in Abu Dhabi. We were welcomed by the friendly staff at our car door and were served with absolute comfort and friendliness in their beautiful hotel. We enjoyed a wonderful day relaxing at the pool, and were also able to dip our feet into the sand on their private beach. The pool is cool and refreshing with drinks and food outside aswell. It was a great day and we really enjoyed relaxation and experience.I really appreciate their sincerity in their services and we will definitely be back for another visit.

One of the worst housekeeping services ever 3-star standard.I called the reception and complained two days ago about the cleaning standard. Grape strands on the floor just were it was not Sweet .cussions of the sofa out of place and in tidy.Today I called hose keeping to speak to the person in charge. They transferred me to someone who said that he is not in charge. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The tables were not cleaned, water bottle lids still scattered, hangers even on the floor, chairs out of place, and when I spoke to the duty manager, she could barely understands English. When I asked her company stars is your hotel, she answered it depends.The coffee bar has a boiler with no place to fit the socket, and this is in a superior king sweet; I dare to wonder how bad a basic room would be!!!I do not see my self staying again at your hotel.The only pleasant staff who were highly professional were the waitresses during breakfast; the ones in brown were a breath of fresh air.

Beautiful hotel but empty!!!

Had our reservation done at Pearl Lounge through the entertainer for 1 30pm. When we reached the place. The lounge was closed. Would open at 5pm. It was a big disappointment for us. We made the reservation 5 days prior. No one from the hotel cared to inform us. Then we were directed to Verso. The italian restaurannt. The service was very slow and mis interpreted. But food was excellent....

4210 was an amazig room with fablous view.. Excellent hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences i have ever been through from luxurious rooms to amazing views of the emirates palace and corniche marina and top notch services with minimal waiting time. The gym is wonderful and fully equipped with the latest machines. If i could rate this hotel a 10, i would. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel, you will definitely get your money’s worth.

The hotel is very nice. Upgraded myself to a club room...only to find out that the lounge is closed and they are just serving coffee in Verso restaurant. REALLY not the same...it kind of defeats the purpose.... Hotel bar only opened 4 days a week for some reason. Location is amazing with fabulous views.

The worst brunch in Abu Dhabi the food was below poor and I cannot write the word on here to describe it the lobster smelt and was off we got a replacement platter the shrimp was raw and smelt no attention to the fact the food that was served was atrocious the service was extremely poor I can’t understand why this restaurant still has patrons we were a table of 20 we will never go back

This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful, to include the dining manager who is very involved with the guests and her staff. The hotel is located close to the beautiful sites of the Presidential and Emirates Palaces. The views are nice from all sides of the hotel and the amenities are great also. This hotel appreciates Hyatt Rewards members, as I was able to enjoy benefits when I was an Explorist and a Globalist. I have also stayed at the Park Hyatt and Ritz in Abu Dhabi, both which are amazing, but I prefer this hotel, due to its location and views. I do wish it had a larger beach area, but it is near the Corniche, if guests want a beach option. It is also interesting how weekend jet skiers like to show off on the backside of the hotel. If I had a recommendation, it would be for the hotel to clean the balcony exterior glass more often as it degrades the views from the room. Overall, a great option for business or vacation!

I have stayed at various hotels but my stay here was truly incredible.Ranging from the cleaning staff who paid meticulous detail to ensuring everything was perfect to the ever obliging staff who work tirelessly to see to our every comfort.The non stop complimentary beverages and superb breakfast add to the amazing experience of staying at this hotel.Special thanks to Muna at Sahha restaurant who was so friendly and attentive.The panoramic views is an added bonus.Excellent and definitely a hotel I will be back to.

Very nice place and organized place to go

From these 2 stars , 1 star i would like to give the guest service/housekeeping guy who was very courteous to us and 1 star for the property architecture and room interior.... rest was a bad experience for me.. value for money is zero.. better to find other options.. we were family of four..2 adults and 2 kids..(above 12 they are counting as adults)1- grand suite king..90m2 area. with Dining table for 6.. and..a- cannot accommodate one extra guest..(only 3 adults and 1 kid)b- only 1 extra roll away bed provided..(policy.. huhh ) so 1 kid will sleep where?c- no extra blanket provided, only bed sheets..2- waiting time for check-in 45 mins.. ok may be coz of 31 December.3- breakfast for extra guest 140 aed... not worth for the value.4- lifts were slow... waiting time was irritating.. again maybe 31 dec.not satisfied... what i was expecting from the brand ..HYATT..

The room and lobby was decent.BUT the room service was poor. We check-in @ 2 pm, we request the reception & room service for a pair of plates, spoon & fork. Nothing arrives. We end up eating our dinner straight from the container and shares 1 spoon with my daughter and wife because we dont want to use our hands for health & safety purposes because of Covid-19.We dont like the beach. The shore line was around 20 meters wide only and i feels like the water is stagnant because it is surrounded by breakwater & buildings.

Once its fully functional, the hotel will be one of the best in town. Friendly staff but some felt nervous wonder why. The rooms are great with balconies overlooking the sea and the Emirates Palace. The standout for me was the gym, very modern and well equipped with a great view. I think Ill like to go back and stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay to this hotel everything is clean and the design of the room is simply amazing.Nice swimming pool, also the breakfast buffet was amazing as different options of food that in general you dont find them in all breakfast buffets, so this is a very good point.I really recommend this place and definitely I will be back.

It should take any star, one of the worst hotel i have been in .. they cant even send some one to fix the tv remold control, after 3 calls they send one in 1 hour, the man opened the door even before i let him in .. no security not a safe hotel ..and if you want to call the restaurant in the hotel no one will answer. Their beach is small and full of stones.. Not worth your money

Room is good sized, pool is not huge, beach is too small not worth the visit.breakfast buffet was served by restaurant team and after long waiting, we sat on the table by our own- no cutleries- lack of waitress and we ended up having a hair in the egg omlate 🤢🤢.. defenitaly not my choice at any time
