Nice hotel. with GYM and swimming pool. Good cafe and very convince. especially their stuff do a perfect job, my room clean lady named Devi, she did flawless job and make my stay of the hotel a great experience.

Rooms and amenities are great.Staff is courteous and guest friendly.Quarantine food is extremely poor .Not fit for a hotel like this.They need to seriously rethink the food they serve to guests. Same kind of food is served day after day. No variety at all. No dessert is served.

Centro have always been one of my top picks in Abu Dhabi. I’ve stayed there countless times. Always welcomed by friendly receptionists. The rooms are clean and disinfected. The bed is comfy.I’ve spent last night in Centro and as always I enjoyed my stay. Also this time, my room was upgraded and received a 20% discount. Couldn’t ask for more!

The hotel is not having any commitment,¶ house keeping Dept - we have to make 2-3 times follow up for each request¶ f&b - providing food to guest which is worst the food provided to hotel staff ( I am having a doubt that they are providing the same food of hotel staff to guest who are staying which is packed with some packets)¶ laundry - commitment was will deliver on same day , but two days they made simple excuse they dont have sufficient man power, washing machine was out off order etcAfter many requests from my side since your team is doing the same , because of it made me make a review

Worst hotel for quarantine, starting with food then you have to ask for any thing related to accommodation like soap, tea, sugar towels etc, they will not provide you if you dont ask.

The price is too high comparing to the value, rooms are very small and clean, eslecially the hotel refused to upgrade me despite having free upgraded room even after discussion with thier manage Mr Shoikar, which is totally not convincing, and I am disappointed from the hotel and the room, you can book another better hotels in Abu dhabi with the same price

They kindly changed our room as we preferred a room without door separation to another room.Location is accessible for many restaurants and walking areas. Corniche is close by.Amenities: no big towels, just 2 small towels and 2 very small. Shower cap. Sanitary bag. Soap. Shower gel. Shampoo. I didnt need anything so I didnt order, I cant tell if they provide extra amenities. Hair dryer available.Private underground parking

Well I loved the hotel but they dont have proper toiletries like no shaving kit or comb.

But more skilled employees in the front dest as it is the front line of each hotel .... and I will be writing also a bad review in trip advisor and google for the kind of service that it was delivered to me as a guestAlso,They booked 1000 Dr upon check in and I was billed again the full amount of my stay of 5 days upon checking out and they said the booked amount will return to my bank account within Two business days and it is already been 5.Very unprofessional and can not handle guests in a manner to appear to want to solve his or her problem

Once after the Covid 19 Test, my Company asked me to do self isolation and as a result they booked me for 4 nights at this Hotel. Initially, their customer service was fine but later on they were seeing as if I was an alien or something and before completing my 4 nights of stay they asked me to checkout from there and once asked for the reason they were telling that it was confidential. Then they told they made a 1 night booking at an another hotel and once I reached there they were like we cant accept guests in this situation. Once I informed Centro on this issue, they told theyll make an arrangement immediately but wasnt getting any positive response. Then they were driving me from hotel to hotel and finally I got into one. But all this happened only after my continuous calls to them and they werent calling me back I was the one behind them. Really this was a very pathetic experience for me.

I enjoyed my stay at Centro. The breakfast buffet left a little to be desired - lots of bean dishes. The staff was pleasant, and professional. I did not enjoy having to put my bags through the security scanner every single time I entered, but the security staff was extremely nice. I did get confused and go into the wrong hotel the first night because there are 2 or 3 hotels in that same building and signage is not clear. :)

The restaurant offers variety of meal for breakfast which will make you wanting to eat more 😂, but please dont eat too much so as to start the day with vigor and zeal. The rooms are very neat, kudos to all the room attendants that do their job with smiles. The room is affordable for business travellers. You can avail yourself of the public bus service that serves the area. In fact , there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. I stayed 2 times in this hotel and it has a great price. The rooms are good and modern, the bed comfortable, spacious shower, amenities and coffee station. The coffee cup wasn’t clean which shows that their housekeeping shout get improved. The breakfast was decent and the hotel seems to be popular. Once you reach to the hotel, there is no proper space to park to do the check in, should be a dedicated space, once the check in is done you get a card to access the car park, which is convenient. Overall a good hotel at a good price.

The hotel rooms are very clean, employees are very gentle and efficient, and breakfast is excellent. My room maid Frida was very efficient and left my room candidly clean and well prepared. Thank you all, Id surely visit again if I came into Abu Dhabi

Customer service is good but Reservations team is a mess. Have been lied not just once but twice. Have made promises and was not honored and saying there is no way to fix the issue. Such a waste for a good hotel. Train your employees properly.

Good value for money hotel. The room was comfortable, with a beautiful view in the 19th floor. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Nice amenities too. Breakfast was amazing, really worth it. Very nice stay overall.

Nice hotel, staff pleasent and helpful. Gods breakfast and quiet rooms. Stayed for 3 nights and my only complaint was the length of time for check. They only had one desk in operation and a very large party were in front. Room was clean and with everything Id expect, breakfast was good and the pool area clean and tidy. Good place to stay but not really that special, Id felt it was a bit like an up market premier Inn. All in all it was good for a few nights, if I was visiting the area again Id try and stay at the aloft first if budgets would allow.

AMAZING experience at the Centro Capital Centre!Went there for an overnight stay with 3 other friends so we booked 2 rooms and the staff I dealt with were very professional and polite and got us connecting rooms and we felt very welcomed. Wouldnt recommended the WiFi for streaming purposes but its still pretty decent. We ordered sandwiches at around 4am and they still tasted fresh, was very impressed with that as some hotels just reheat something thats been made and serve that.Great experience at the Centro Capital Centre and I will definitely be going there again!

Poor Rotana i stayed in Abu Dhabi.Stayed 10 days.Small but good rooms.Poor Wifi in my room. Complained 4 times(one time i went lobby). No body came or fix the issue.Poor North and South indian food.Not easily connected to mal or restaurants.

Room was tiny,washroom locks you in,receptionist tells me one price on the phone and than it changes when iam there,overall bad wouldnt book again and would advise any one to do the same

The hotel as equipment is OK but the service is very bad the staff are not trained enough. The guest demands are not answered easily. The whole cleaning in the room igive only 2star.

First the room not same as the photo. We was shocked when there is no bathtub.. we did not sleep til 5am because of the hardness of the matres and pillows Frankly we slept to the ground.. no basic things such as toothpaste and lotion. The staff was helpful so much.

It has a good breakfast selection and it is in a good location. Anytime I want to go to an event in ADNEC I stay at the hotel since I do not live in Abu Dhabi. FYI, it is possible to live in this hotel. It is expensive compared to other places, specially for a single room, but if you arrange a deal for a long term like 6 months they might reduce the price charged. But there are more cons than pros. The pool has a good view but it is not big enough for the hotel capacity, in the high season the pool is mostly full and not a lot of seats available. You can not eat outside food in the tables that are outside where you breakfast. The rooms are not that good in the sense that they are small.

You can get a modern room all over town. What elevates this hotel is the service. A well trained staff, bright, cheerful and offering to go the extra mile at every turn.Genuine caring is difficult to find. I found it Brian in housekeeping who came back on his own to check if the wall outlet adapter they provided was working. I found it from Surjit, the housekeeping and guest services manager. I needed medical attention, he got the physician they use on the phone, the physician determined he was not the best option and walked me to a taxi and instructed him to take me to Mediclinic nearby. I was back in an hour after x-rays and treatment, and he checked on me to verify all was well.Soundproofing between the rooms is superb!! And I know the hotel is completely booked because of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend.

Neat clean and healthy environment

I like the room, clean and comfy. Staff was professional. Surrounding was nice and peaceful. I can easily recommend this hotel to my friends and family for a shorter stay. Parking is a bit congested and its hard to find a vacant spot.
