It was definitely a very good stay we had at Sheraton Abu Dhabi...as we make it a point to stay at least once a year during summer. We stayed at around August 2007 and came back the year after.Maintained a very high quality of service, from the booking our stay, until the Arabic staff who checked us out. Even the guys at the pool bar have been very attentive to me and my childrens requests.They must have been upgraded since then, and hope I can come back in the future!

One of the oldest and good hotels to stay in. Rooms are not that modern. Main purpose to visit is for kids to enjoy their time on pool

We had a great weekend here! Don’t be fooled by the outdated facade. We booked a decent size newly renovated room and with the resort view. All-inclusive offer is good but limited specially the choices for alcohol (that’s why only 4 ⭐️) Seafood buffet in Flavors was good as well but not a wide selection. Swimming pool was not full but smaller than other hotels. Good for quick dips. They also open it to public for day pass so not as exclusive as expected. Thank you to our great receptionist, Joseph for the warm welcome and to Billy in the restaurant for the good service.Will definitely come back next time.

Weve got a good deal when we booked directly to their website. And it didnt disappoint us. Renovated rooms, good food, and complimentary cake are just some of the good points weve experienced in our stay. But all of that cannot still beat the expectacular amenities they have. Our daughter enjoyed the most the kiddie pool. Its already our second stay and will definitely come back again soon.

The new renovated rooms are very good, great bed sizes (being 8 months pregnant I need all the space I can get), great showers and overall spacious feeling in the room. The staff at reception are exceptional. Very warm and welcoming, especially Shia. She made our stay very comfortable. Resolving any issues that we had and helping us extend our stay as we enjoyed the hotel soo much.The restaurant and events manager made our stay even more hospitable. Catering for my 3y/o fussy eating and my pregnancy cravings. He was just amazing, kind and really made our dinning experience worth remembering. He is one of the main reasons we extended our stay and the reason we will be returning back to the hotel. The chef prepared very delicious food and we enjoyed it. Overall experience at the restaurant was spectacular and near to perfection.

Sheraton is a fantastic resort to get away. They have good facilities however do not get your car parked by valet services as they broke my hand brake and do not leave your car keys with them.

Great for a week end family getaway,just stay in or around the hotel .go for all inclusive breakfast;lunch and dinner. There is a beach,gym,adult and kids pool and several bars,cafes and restaurants, mini adventure for CB kids of all ages .

I am right now here for the National day, + two days more. Just have to say completely disappointed, disaster... I will never come again even for cafe. I paid all inclusive, but you have to pay additional for 90% of drinks. I ask whiskey they say only Indian whiskey included, all others have to pay. Same for beer, just one beer included... Very bad offer of food, even there is no enough food at buffet. Just after checking in I ask to reserve a table for dinner in one of restaurants and they said all reserved already for next three days... so you can only eat buffet which is very bad as I said. What to say I am filing cheated!!!

Comfortable and affordable hotel yet the front desk is not very helpful. These types of places excel or fail on their level of customer service and unfortunately, my experience was lacking.

This Sheraton is a gem. As one of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi the rooms take the guest back in time. The suits have a living and a bedroom and some suites also have a small kitchen. The bathrooms appear to be a little cramped.The staff is friendly.The pool area is split between an upper adult pool and a lower kids pool. The pool area and beach offers many lounge chairs and the trees some shade.Overall, this hotel is one of the best value for money in town..

The wooden floor in the rooms that I stayed in was very scratched and was an eyesore.I wasnt impressed with the breakfast and lunch offerings at Flavors. The offerings at the Friday brunch was a little better but still didnt wow me.The staff was super friendly and helpful and the service was prompt.

(Resolved) NO HOT WATER!!,Were in 2021 and this hotel doesnt provide hot water!No one informed us about this issue and when we contacted them they said is normally warm water.

Great room. Excellent WiFi and choice of tv channels. Spotlessly clean.Flavours restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Cafe du Foyer did excellent coffee and cake.Reception and Concierge staff were great and really helped me out on my arrival. One concierge was still checking everything was ok on my departure three days later.Recommended.

First of all, the pool smelt really bad , I even asked my partner , and they said the same thing . Second and most important , this “5 star” hotel didn’t provide us with towels ... due to the covid , while all other hotels are providing full towel service. This is pathetic. Service from staff was extremely bad and rude , not finding us a solution for this towel situation and leaving us freeze in the middle of the pool. Would never go here again if it was even free. Disappointed

I visit in the hotel.. but i was very disappointed to the security guard who was standing in the main entrance.He was treating to the guest like animal.I was just asking him about the bar, he was answering in bad/rude way.It was my first experience in the star hotel the security treat like that to the guest either he/she is in house or walk in guest. He don’t know the hotel’s outlets ..he is telling to the guest ‘yella go’ what does it mean. Is this his company teach him..he should know about it and hotel industry..I think he should have more training about hospitality..And hope it will not happen to other guest..Thank you..

Lovely facilities, great staff, fabulous food.

The hotel is clean and nice, though it is old but still can call it a 5 stars hotel.. the beach and pool are excellent and it suits families or couples. Also if u wanna enjoy a day use it is really good and they charge 130 dhs per adult with access to all facilities. The drinks are the same average of everywhere else. One beer will cost around 35 to 40 dhs in weekends and 25 in weekdays.

This was a very short stay, as I was on a business trip.The ambiance was ok since its in the city center, our experience in the Blounge was not ok, the food was nice so was the ambiance but the service was poor, chairs in the tent area was uncomfortable so we couldnt stay as long as planned.Room service menu was more Asian than international for a 5star hotel.To be honest am quite impressed about the maintenance of the bathroom area, it was a bit difficult to find any spot of sort. For the bedroom area there are a bit of stained patches almost everywhere.Breakfast didnt have that much of option maybe due to covid I cant tell.Ohhh and if you have to take your car to this place be ready for self parking as they do not have valet parking.If you like the night life then this is your most suited place as there a some bars, clubs a walking distance from the hotel.Overall I would say they can do better so definitely not a 5star from me.

Sheraton was one of my favourite hotels in Abu Dhabi until my last stay. I need to say Im quite disappointed and sad as it shatters the Sheraton image.I wouldnt recommend it for longer stay, especially with ALL INCLUSIVE package as it does not deserve the title. There is very limitted number of items from the menu of the bars and restaruants that are included in the offer, even though it says all inclusive. This is a clear example of false marketing and over priced packages in my opinion.Food is poor in choices, and quite frankly not deserving of the 5 star hotel.Most of the staff is nice, I got to admit, however there are few exeptions that should not be working in tourism as they lack the attitude.All in all, Sheraton Corniche in Abu Dhabi should lose few stars and work harder to earn it back.

Room is excellent. Staying here for quarantine. Unfortunately the food is abyssmal. Not sure if thats because it is quarantine food or because the chef lacks imagination in making vegeterian food😁

Old property with small room size. Though the hotel staff in general were quite casual, the staff at Flavors Restaurant were very good.

The gym is on of the best gyms in the UAE, the staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist Demi who alway goes the extra mile to make your experience exceptional.

One of the oldest hotels in Abu Dhabi, brings in many good memories. Their health club is also one of the best in Abu Dhabi. Beach is small and crowded, but the gym and other facilities are top notch.

We went to the Flavours Restaurant located at 1st floor. The buffer dinner had a reasonably good choice however, the service was below average. This may be due to house full situation. The food and the choice was good.Its an old property and the location is great however, as soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you can smell dampness. The hotel authorities may like to look into this matter.

I went there for my birthday and on the day of my birthday I had 2 of the same problems. I had a all inclusive package and when I order lunch both me and my wife had to wait 3 hours for our lunch and when It came it looked like leftovers from the kitchen as per attached photo. The pizza was nothing like the pizzas of our friends who joined us. And later for dinner I again got my food late but the restaurant manager and the chef handle the situation very good and both apologised personally and made up for the mistake unlike the hotel management.

The staff at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort is lovely, friendly and very polite to any traveler. Only downside about the hotel is the dated Rooms and floors to the rooms, I think a substantial update Needs to be done here. No USB charging at the Rooms? No BT connectivity to speakers? The bathrooms were lovely though. All together I can def. recommend the Hotel, just don’t spend to much time in the rooms ;)

We stayed for a week long family holiday and enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, a great kid safe fun pool and easy distance to all the attractions made it an ideal choice. The fact that smoking is still allowed in the lobby and restaurant bars was a bit gross and we didn’t enjoy being in those places with our young daughter. Time to catch up with the times and ban smoking indoors!

4.5 *. Lovely hotel! Everyone who works there are friendly and helpful. The pool was pristine! The rooms are a bit old fashioned but suits it! Loved it here and cant wait to return. Corniche is only a short walk away. The onsite restaurants are wonderful and the British pub there was great! Only downside was an odd Valet parking situation.

Very worst, bcz they did not maintain timing.ex. if u order food 7 o clock and u will get 9 o clock. Then wifi also bad conectvity. Daily they giving same food.no verities.if u try to call reception they will didnt answer . Better go to any 3 🌟 hotel.

Outdated hotel... not recommended at all

It was our first stay. But we definitely will come back. We liked the service. Club lounge is very comfortable and has good value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy to go to city center or corniche.

The staff at the hotel make it. The rooms are a good size and well designed. Only standard free view type channels are available on the tv. Not great. They have removed the ancient welcome video but it always made me laugh and replaced it with some banal, awful, tacky twaddle. I didnt like the breakfasts so much but they are great if you like troughing with a large variety of different breakfasts. The Indian, Lebanese food and the eggs are bestI love the hotel and keep going back. The senior management do need to be a little less controlling and more trusting in their staff. For example, I needed a knife to use in my room and I was told that they were not allowed to give me one! I had to go out to the shop and buy one. I imagine they are the same about anything sharp and perhaps about matches too? Maybe it is just me? Who knows, go there and enjoy the character of the place.

This was a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly at check in and we got an excellent rate. The pool is lovely as is the beach. Its a great place to relax, even if the view is a dirty great big sky scraper between you and the sea! Without at arranging it they had a little cake for me for my birthday which was a nice touch. The rooms are lovely and very well appointed but they are beginning to show their age in style. But as this is one of the oldest hotels in the area, its easy to forgive this.

Mayas restaurant .. but the problem you need to pas inside the hotel and walk a long way to reach it . Because they close the normal way .

Sheraton Corniche is a perfect place to stay in Abu Dhabi. The services a numerous and all high quality.The staff is willing to help you at any time.Being not too big the hotel is enjoyable and care free.

We got quite a bargain here around the Eid Holidays (2 nights stay and park tickets) for a very reasonable amount.The hotel was perfectly adequate.The bed was large enough to fit 3, the elevators were fast, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.The bathrooms were a bit weird. There were no hand showers in the bathtub or the shower cubicle. The flush was a bit strange. And although the bathroom was large, it a privacy door would have been good to separate the toilets from the bath area.We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant one evening, which was decent... But definitely there are many far better places to eat.The pools were good, although it was really bad weather when we went.

My experience overall with the new combined program is less than pleasant.My stay here was not a good oneFirst the good... The pool and beach area are great. The grounds are clean and well kept. There is no service staff on the beachThe rooms are small and cramped and no upgrades were offered even though the hotel was clearly not busy, however there was several other guests with similar complaints that were voicing displeasure on my check in.The amenities that used to be in the room on arrival were not there and only one set of towels. Clearly there are cutbacks happening at the expenses of guests.The restaurant for breakfast was very disappointing as the grand breakfast buffet was half what is seen at other competing properties. The Mexican restaurant for dinner was a huge expensive disaster. Called El Sombraro, see my review of it separately.Check out was uneventful, but not helpful when repeating the problems of the visit.There are way too many other properties in the area to repeat again
