Just wanted to say big thank you to SIDNEY, from front desk, for accommodating us and helping us sort out the issue we were facing as tourists. He went beyond his roles and responsibilities, was very emphatic, and provided us genuinely kind help to us and went beyond, we really appreciate it and it was so nice to experience this. We actually stayed and get accommodated in the hotel thanks to him only. This is also the reason why we are giving 5stars, otherwise the hotel itself I would give 4stars, but he made it different and exceptional. Thanks again Sidney if you are reading this. You were great help.

I stayed ther here for quarantined purpose, my 10 nights was absolutely nice. A pakistani guy i forgot his name checked me in with fully welcomed posture.Mr. Khalid Front Office Manager was always there to help his staff and guest as well. Telephone operators were so professional 👏 for sure i will visit again

Great unforgettable visit. The kids enjoyed every second of it. I like how they respond to my son allergies and gave us a safe place to have our breakfast which was by the way the best breakfast ever . The room were super clean and cold and the service were kind and thoughtful.

Worst experience ever!My friend was not allowed entry only because he had no EID as it was being renewed. Even though he had all the necessary documents to prove it! So inconvenient and receptionist was very obnoxious and un-accommodating! Receptionist treated him like some kind of criminal 🤬. I’d rate it lower than 1 star if I could! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I got upgraded room and kids really enjoyed the stay with pool and play area. Kids didnt like the buffet but the guys Hoshi and Abu made adjustment and assured my stay happy.

Staffs are all friendly and accommodating, worth the value for its price. We have enjoyed the free entry to the theme park (Ferrari world) accessible to the mall and theme parks. We just wish that there is available shuttle from the hotel going to Yas Beach. By the way there are free Yas Beach voucher too. Room and bathroom is pretty small but still comfortable after having a day full of activities. Breakfast is excellent. Over all stay is fun and relaxing.

We booked in and found out our reservation was upgraded and put us to Rotana...such a very nice treat. The staffs are attentive and very helpful. We enjoyed their pool ambiance since rotanas pool is on maintenance. Definitely we will come back here soon to try their hospitality.

Very nice stuff, however, hotel room needed maintenance, toilet door kept stucking, TV channels most of it not working, one lift only to basement parking, so if its out of service you need to walk all the way from outside hotel to reach your car, their security person in basement lift lobby kept without AC which we felt bad for him.

The staff was excited! Front desk 👍Unfortunately the beds were hard as a rock. Location was perfect,if you are visiting the parks or Yas mall and of course F1. Think its a sister company to Rotana as we ate breakfast a short walk across to the Rotana. There is no valet, wasnt a problem for my family as the unground parking lot is connected to the hotel elevator. Its a great 3 star hotel.

Surprisingly the experience int he first night itself was disappointing barring the duty manager who when I escalated has definitely addressed the concerns. However initial earlier bitter experience is left for taste.No one picks up the operator number. Not sure how one is supposed to reach out to get service in a leisure hotel without having to leave your room.Guest relations or operator; no one picks up the phone at all for hours together and no call backs either. For service alone I would rate this hotel below par and considering its one of the Rotana brand is even more disappointing as it doesnt seem to hold up the legacy.The in-room dining is another area of concern. Just leads me to believe that I need to be profiled when someone tells you that the Pizza will be expensive. In what world will a guest ask for food to be told that the food he is ordering is EXPENSIVE. strange enough right.My recommendation is one time experience and yes definitely will avoid this particular hotel next time I come to Yas Island.However in all this Mr. Sinan was Ray of hope and has stood out addressing my concerns solely and the team below him is miserably not able to support him.Thanks I have got 2 more days here so hoping the rest of them go well.To definitely add post my overall experience. I got moved to Rotana and assurance that the things will get improved in Centro. The experience at Rotana was far better so its definitely my new choice now however with the set of actions in motion I can say I am satisfied with the response to concerns and actions being taken.Changing the Rating to 3 star purely because of listening to your customer and acting upon his complaints and suggestion.Thank you Khaled for your support and immediate actions.
