What a service! No valet and the excuse for that is Covid. When I asked for an explanation it was that they want to reduce contact. Obviously they don’t want to make an effort to test their staff daily, spend money on hygienic measures and cut staff cost. I had to park at the very far end of the parking as it was packed. Going up to the room, we were welcomed by the smell of mold in the corridor and the room. And that was only the first impression. I wanted to grab a bite and a drink before going to bed and was turned away from the lounge after waiting for 10minutes because it was already full. I was sent to another restaurant (garage) which they should have called garbage instead considering my experience. I waited for 15min to be attended and then I spent full 22min before I decided to leave since no one bothered to take my order even after making eye contact with some of the waiters. At the breakfast you can expect a similar queue. If I was Marriott, I would have withdrawn the franchise. Never going back again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Excellent layover stay on my way the Maldives. I got an amazing suite upgrade for my Marriott Lifetime Gold status. Room was probably top 5 that I’ve ever stayed in (Ritz Carlton Gongzhu is #1). Restaurant was good and the rooftop bar had sick drinks and hookah with a glowing view of the F1 track. #love

Understaffed in the amenities and restaurants. Trying too hard to be trendy to give personalized service. The Tap Wall promotion is a great deal, nevertheless.

Went to the garage restaurant. The deal was super nice. The drinks were light. The food platters were delicious. The toilets not so clean. It was noisy, a typical Thursday night.

I have had great stay with amazing support from the staff specially Fabio in the reception, big thanks to him for making my stay fantastic and his colleagues as well. I highly recommend the hotel location, services, cleanness and vibes.Its noticeable that everyone of the staff ensures that you have fantastic experience in the hotel, thanks to Mohamed Asar for making me happy during my stay.

The place to be. Such a great experience. Would definitely go back again for a longer stay. The looks over the tracks is very fancy. If you don’t have a room that looks over the tracks, no worries. You can make your way to the W lounge which gives you a good view over the tracks. I recommend having the Marina view from the room. It’s very fancy and refreshing.

I love this hotel. I stayed here three times, once for several weeks. The staff upgraded my room to a large suite overlooking the marina. Beautiful place. The staff is awesome. They must use a modeling agency to hire beautiful people to work there. And the breakfast buffet is so very delicious, with eggs cooked to order, beef bacon (really!) and feta cheese. I asked for a feta, onion, and spinach omelet and it was perfect!

Very clean and spacious room. Room light theme colour is so relaxing. I have planned to celebrate my wife Birthday here, surprisingly we receive a piece of cake from hotel to our room. Thanks for that.

First of all, the room charge is too expensive, i paid over 611 AED within any discount! At leats it should have been with breakfast but it wasnt!! Secondly, upon check-in, they offered me an upgraded room with a nice view without telling me it was in the other building! I got lost many times to reach my room, thats not good, when the receptionist Mohammed offered me the upgrade he should have informed me that its in the other building before i accept it. But after i accepted it and while he was handing me the keys he told me its in the other building!!! This is so not nice nor acceptable! At all! So i said i dont want a far room in the other building, he said well to earn those benefits upgrade and the view u have to go through that hassle and accept it! Its not supposed to be easy for u to earn those benefits!!!! Guys seriously what sort of logic he was talking about?!?! And how come the receptionist talks to the guest in this way?!?!?!And thirdly, after he told me the above, i asked him does it include breakfast? He said of course not! I still wanted to get the breakfast but it was very pricy guys, 120 aed per person is too expensive, he offered me 90 per person but its still expensive, at least with the rate i paid which is over 611 AED, at least breakfast should be included! It wasnt! And I asked for it and i still didnt get it! At least he should have offered me the breakfast with that far room he gave me but he didnt! Shame on you guys really! so i carried my bags and went on a trip to my room which is sooo far. But I wasnt happy with that treatment, I come to abu dhabi a lot by the way but I wont be staying at ur hotel anymore!!! Im extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way I was treated.Hence Im requesting a compensation for the bad treatment and hassle that the receptionist put me through.

Very spacious, clean and modern interior room. A view of Marina and F1 tracks. Unfortunately, the price of the room unlike others is quite pricey. They have delay in check-in cos only one staff in the reception for four people who wanted to check in.

Gym and Pool day. The stuff is amazing, Eric is great, so quick with the orders.The lifeguards always there with a new bottle of water when you emptied your old bottle. Joe at the gym is just the same. So kind and helpful. EVERYBODY from the reception to check out is part of the experience and puts you in a good mood immediately.

Now that’s an amazing hotel! Wow! A must visit just for the track view from the room. Imagine the wet deck, lounge areas, but the views, wow! Amazing breakfast buffet also and great service all around. Don’t try to go early as checkin is always 3 pm, since the hotel hosts many guests. Enjoy the rooms more and make sure to use the facilities. Will definitely come back for a longer experience!

We stayed for 4 nights and the overall experience was pretty good!The hotel is great it is a beautiful property, rooms are excellent and staff are very nice and friendly the check in was smooth and very welcoming the guy in concierge Biren was very helpful, breakfast was fresh and good but the selection can be better but the dinning experience needs a lot of work it is a huge property and there is only one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner and that restaurant is Ala Cart with very limited options and if you have half board like we had the menu gets more limited and you have one restaurant for all 4 breakfasts & 4 Dinners.Thanks to the Marriott Dine Around option we had dinner in other Marriott properties the last two night and that is the reason i am giving them a 5 stars review otherwise i would have surely reduced a star because of the dinning experience.If you cant open more restaurants due to the current situations atleast you should increase the options. A Few Indian/Pakistani dishes some BBQ kebabs and stuff would be a great addition to the menu.

I had an excellent stay at W Abu Dhabi with my family. The gentle man who welcome me was Anthony and he really made us smile even my kids love him so much ❤ when we enter the lobby there was a bit of queue and same Anthony came to sympathy with us and went to call IVY to help and she was very nice .breakfast was long but I enjoyed so I will recommend this property to people to try it and I cant wait to come back thank you W hotel

We did a staycation here for a special occasion and had a fantastic weekend. The hotel is really nice, rooms are really big and we had a great view of the track to watch the driving experiences which were happening. The pool area is great with an adult friendly area and unusual cocktails on offer. The staff were all wonderful, special mention to the chef (Luis) who went to so much effort to make us vegan versions of the dishes during the Friday brunch.Would highly recommend this hotel for a fun weekend or special occasion, well definitely be back!

Not worth it , our floor hasmoldy smell we stayed at building number 2 4th floorThe coffee cups were dirty and breakfast options wasnt up to W reputation. The pool was heated if Im not mistaken it was room temperature you dont feel the pool vibesThe gym is tiny all mirrors to give the bigger look like theyre showing in picture.

The facilities are first rate...I loved the room layout. Lots of room in the bath and the living area was spacious. The fitness center is one of the best ones I have seen in an Abu Dhabi hotel. The cleaning staff was very good and very professional. The bar staff and the breakfast staff, however, were underwhelming and appeared to be bothered by my being there.

Beautiful hotel, stunning lounge with comfortable luxurious couches with amazing views over the F1 track and Marina. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Service was constant, especially the shisha master. Fabulous shisha quality at a reasonable price. We did the promotion of 145 for unlimited beverages for 3 hours, highly recommended.

ReviewBeing a luxury hotel expected to have the best 3 nights but unfortunately it was totally opposite as the hotel didn’t have the right kind of pillows. When we requested pillows of our choice after already one u comfortable and sleepless night they just filled 3 pillows in one cushion cover and made it like a big bolster which cramped our necks completely next day morning. We had to end up having muscle relaxants and spoiled our plan for the day to visit the yas water park as we were in so much pain. We came here to relax but our going back with sore necks. They should have at least two - three variety of pillows to offer to their customers as that plays an important role in having a good night sleep.I think the price we paid was only for breakfast and the room with the formula 1 racing track. Otherwise our trip was really messed up. Please make sure to carry your pillows when you are going here or else just book some other place.

Arrived at normal check in time but despite this our rooms were not ready. The hotel staff however were really accommodating and took great care of us while waiting, and did their very best to find us the first avaliable rooms - hospitality I will never forget. The rooms are spacious, have great views, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the rooms felt a little tired and worn, the leather headboard, for example, had deep nail gouges and the reading lights didnt work. Another consideration is the lack of bathroom privacy as the glass sliding doors are basically see-through at night (the toilet is frosted glass enclosed but everything else is exposed). The A/C and lighting controls were also unintuitive and complicated.The main swimming pool being closed on weekdays was a bummer as the wet deck pool was a bit small and felt cramped. The lifeguard was also very grumpy.Breakfast in the Garage was fenominal, serving both continental and local options. The egg station was super quick and had a great variety of eggs. The many juices were refreshing and they even had pizza - brilliant!!!Some covid observations:No turndown serviceNo valetExtra cleaning and sanitisation processesAntibacterial wipes in the bathroomOverall its a great hotel when compared to the others nearby which Ive tried in the past, which I would definitely recommend if youre staying on yas 🎵 staying on yas 🎵

I’m currently staying in this hotel. Unfortunately I booked for two nights which doesn’t deserve. A five star hotel don’t have a valet parking, you have to park your car in basement which is already full and walk for 1.5 km to the room. Hospitality staff unprofessional at all. Delay in receiving the room while the hotel is not busy at all. Not recommended

Loved the place and the vibes it has. Truly an adult place with full of energy.It has good views of the F1 race track and a splendid view of the sea/lake.The rooms are designed very differently to instill the sense of youthfulness.

The hotel informed us upon check in that family pool is closed for an event. They gave us the option to use Crown Plaza Hotel pool instead!!!!! WowAdditionally, we were told that the hotel has beach access; However, when we tried to hit the beach, we were told that we actually need to physically drive to get to the (beach) using our personal car! Apparently, the beach is offsite.My advice to the hotel staff:If you have an event, direct your website to other hotels for reservations other than trying to accommodate guests sub-optimally and with absolute inconvenience.Will not recommend

Horrible customer care!Im trying to book a room and just by calling the number listed here you get an idea about the quality of service youll be getting if you stayed there.the auto reply is such a mess, keeps repeating the options even after pressing one, then when i finally got through to an agent, the lady barely heard me and ended up putting me on hold without even asking me to, stayed on the line for a while and hanged up. thanks for the heads up Marriott, no thanks!

We had a good time, in general, its a nice place to relax with a swimming pool and bed/cabana and they provided water and towels for free but when my friends and I wanted to share the bill, one guy from the staff was not professional handling us. He didnt show patience with our questions and in the end, he gave the excuse that he was there all day since morning (Im also handling clients from morning till evening in my job and I never pass to the client this atittude). We didnt complaint to the management, we felt it was not necessary since we cleared everything with him and he apologized.Also, it made me confused because the first impression I had when I reached the place was really amazing... the staff all happy and friendly!Regarding the menu, there is very little options (per example: only 2 types of pint beers available) and the prices are high (81aed for a pizza).Beside that, its a good place to spend your day off or vacations.

My third stay in W hotel yas. Beautiful hotel in Yas Island. Location is excellent with all theme parks and yas mall around you. Receptionists are super friendly and polite. My first two stays I booked regular rooms but got an upgrade to suite as Im a gold elite member. My third stay I booked in WOW suite which as the name indicates : WOWAbsolutely massive, spacious and beautiful suite. The biggest suite Ive ever seen so far. The living room is so huge. The small toilet near the entrance overlooking the race track. The main toilet is huge and the bath tub is as big as a bed you can even sleep in it. The bed is so comfortable. The room service is nice and fast.One thing I need to note and hope the hotel see this : In WOW suite no. 2226, the curtains in the bedroom does not fully close and so much light comes through the gaps on the top. Also wish the curtains are a bit longer to the ground to prevent all the sun lights coming through. Early morning the room was so bright it felt like the curtains are open.This is a very simple issue and didnt ruin my stay.We will come back again for sure.

The experience was really great at viceroy. I went there with my family friends. We had really fun there. The rooms, the ambiance, the view from the room, the terrace, the swimming pool, the restaurant and the food. I loved each and everything about viceroy.

It was a long awaited staycation with my family since the lockdown and W Hotel was like a dream come true for us !Our booking was handled by Donald who patiently answered all my queries. We were welcomed by the most courteous staff, Camila and Fabian who had even arranged a special sweet treat of cupcakes for the kids.The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a spectacular view of the Yas Marina. Pool area was so relaxing and refreshing that we didnt want to leave :)We are definitely coming back here and looking forward to more offers in summer months.

What an incredible place to spend some beautiful time, I thought I done the review but I have only rated. Visited W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island back in 2017 August, it was my first time staying at five 🌟 place and looking back I dont regret anything at all, what a great bunch of staff, great service, wonderful food, amazing breakfast and the view from the hotel to the yas marina circuit = one word AMAZING. The view from the hotel window is just over the moon, yas island is just crazily mind blowing. I would recommend anyone to visit this place and at least spend a night. We didnt find it was very expensive at all offcourse we got a good deal. We looking forward to coming back again once everything opens up, we really miss but aii we had some beautiful time at W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island 🥰

Super clean, the room floor was literally like a mirror, air is clean and fresh, Suite was veeeery spacious, sooo elegant, the smart features of lighting and ambiance control is perfectly implemented, the floor plan of the room is so convenient that makes you feel like you are in a duplex, room service is instantly responsive, staff in each and every function are professional, welcoming and super friendly. The Garage restaurant provides great experience, delicious, well cooked and greatly served food, cozy and fulfilling ambiance. Pool was super clean although a little bit small. Parking access is easy, the view depends on which side u get the room, but for sure all sides provide nice stay at the terrace.

Our Stay @ W Abu Dhabi was exceptional theres alot of class and luxury in all areas of the Hotel. Staffs were on point and very welcoming, Anthony the Bell boy is very hard working and discipline and helpful, we really enjoy our stay and will surely come back 👍

At the moment its a quiet hotel close to Yas Mall. The lobby coffee shop (Roastry) is open and one restaurant (Garage) offers a range of items. There is a bit of noise from the nearby airport and the race track it sits beside. We enjoy watching the cars, or the boats in the marina, so that didnt bother us. There is no valet parking at this time, but the parking is underground and Anthony and Ivans were very helpful with our bags. Deanna and Tatum at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, and got a little snag sorted out for us. One of my favourite places to stay in Abu Dhabi. We didnt use the pool but it is open to adults. They have a shuttle to take families to a nearby hotel for pool use.

Amazing hotel in an unique setting and with an extraordinary design.All staff a very attentive, friendly and have the W vibe.The rooms are well designed, comfortable and stylish. I really like the huge window- fronts.The bathrooms are spacious and have the Bliss products.The hotel offers two pools. The Wet Deck is on the Main Bldg and is really great for kids that just started swimming. The lower end is very shaded while the deep end is sunny in the mornings.The other pool is on the Sun Deck, which is located on the Marina Bldg. This pool is not shaded but has a very shallow end that gradually gets deeper, which is excellent for small kids.

The worst hotel I have even been .. made me wait for over 2 hours but were not able to assign the room as per my booking ..The staffs were not even apologetic enough for it ..

The hotel furniture was old not improved after it becomes W, no prior notification that Marina side was closed, didnt feel welcome in the hotel compare with my many previous stay in the same hotel, the food quality was dropped drastically, currently iam staying in the hotel without feeling comfortable spacial if iam Marriott member,you can check my review for JW marquis Dubai to understand more.

Amazing hotel.designed my Zaha hadid . Modern architecture and recently renovated.hopefully they will improve the elevators and some small old detaits inside the rooms . Its a bit tacky than before as the interior was in the minimalist side but overall still impressive

Unbelievable place, had the privilege to stay in the W-hotel for 16 days, I did not want to leave. All staff is amazing, fun, lovely, competent, the food delicious, greatest breakfast ever. Elinah from the roastery makes the best coffee and teaches you how to roast. She is such a bundle of energy and positivity. Had a wonderful time. Thank you!

So i came with my friend to this so called high service restaurant and they treated us so unprofessionally , we wanted to set outside but it was fully booked so we understood and sat to the lounge next to it as the host invited us to since we wanted to set outside , but we actullay wanted to set in garage so we went back and sat inside for like 10 mins without anyone serving us servers were literally just looking at us in a weird way then they turn back when we look at them , then finally someone showed up but it was just to say the the table is booked and we cant set here without even guiding us to another table!! so we just left with our dignity , that was the worst service we ever had , what ever it is you should never make the customers or anyone in particular feel like trash , and this is exactly the vibe we got, never coming back here...for this service even 1 start you dont deserve 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Pros: the staff are nice. This is the only pro i can think of!Cons:Very noisy neighborhood (car track is really annoying till midnight. Not recommend for families who have kids who need to sleep early! And if you stay on the marina side of the hotel, Iris is really loud and music stays till 3 AM!The breakfast buffet is poor for a 5 stars hotel. I have seen much better buffets in the UAE!Really not worth the money paid and I would never again stay here.

The staff were rude and horrible. Told us that there were happy hour deals but then the bill came and they charged us full price. The manager didn’t care. He wanted to charge us even more.

Nice, clean, modern, spacious room with balcony. The buffet breakfast was so good especially the French toast, the sausage, dumplings, and the selection of fresh juices (the bar tender made for me a green apple - ginger - cucumbejuice). The staff were very friendly and efficient especially at the check-in counter and the restaurant. Truly a 5 star service!
