Emirates Palace holds a special place in my heart. By far my favorite hotel experience. Everything was exceptionally excellent. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. Reception to the hotel was awesome as we were offered fresh dates with a choice of tea or coffee upon arrival. I got a fresh red rose as well before making way to the room. The hotel is very clean and magnificent. The breakfast buffet was very rich, fresh and delicious with variety 😋 to choose from. I highly recommend this place and cant wait to be back here. Their service is excellent 👌

Amazing! Ive had the time of my life even if it wasnt the first time. Swimming pool is fantastic, staff is friendly - they deserve a raise. Food is excellent. Very nice people. Rooms are WOW ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

While the hotel was definitely luxurious, it was the staff that made the stay truly enjoyable! From the valet to front desk to housekeeping and pool staff. Special mention to Mr. Thisara who was really attentive, from pool towels to water and little treats, in hot summer notwithstanding. Kudos to the staff.

The service was superb, my family had an unforgettable and luxurious stay at this fine establishment and all the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. special mention to Mr younesse who welcomed and toured us around with an enthusiastic attitude. We would definitely recommend this grand hotel, it maybe expensive but the experience is priceless.

Emirates Palace location, staff, hospitality, rooms, food and service all exceed expectations. There is a rustic authentic feel that is matched with a modern luxurious twist and the history you experience adds to your stay. Especially love the views from the rooms, the camels and Bedouins on the beach and the restaurant (especially breakfast) is outstanding. Will come back for sure!

Wonderful stay. The service was excellent. Kayaks were free and this was great with 4 kids. They had so much fun. The slides were open, so kids were entertained. Loved the ice lollies that were handed out at the pool. It is a grand, beautiful hotel.

Emirates palace has a lot to offer as a tourist destination, the minute you arrive you are stunned by its beauty, such an opulent place, attention to details in every corner, you feel like you want to take pictures everywhere, obviously huge, you can get lost wandering around an entire day. It’s just magical.

A trip of a lifetime. Please go to this place and keep this memory. Its very expensive but every bit of it is worth it. From the moment you enter, well the doors are very heavy 😂 so have some strength. The inside is heavenly I swear. Looks like gold everywhere. I took a strawberry milkshake plus some cakes and I loved it.I did not want to leave.

If you want to see luxury then this is your place, has a myriad of luxurious restaurants too. Rooms are great, comfy and perfectly equipped. The beach is wonderful.Prices are a bit on the High side but matches the expected of such great hotels.Liked the experience and would recommend it of course.

Absolutely beautiful experience.My husband and I usually try to spend at least a couple days here every year for our anniversary. We are always beyond pampered and treated like royalty. The pools are amazing, and the rooms are the best you will find.

Amazing ambience, Hakkasan is one of the best place to unwind with friends. Better to visit during the winter to enjoy the outdoor seating which also gives a spectacular view of nearby skyscrapers.

It was a nice stay although Id prefer that they check in guests in the west wing since most facilities on the west are closed (mind you, its a long walk and club cars are not there all the time).The variety of the food served for breakfast is less than what you expect in a 5 star hotel.The hair dryer on my room was broken.Otherwise; service is great.

Hi my name is Caren and I’m 9 years old.I really really love this hotel and it’s the perfect place to spend time with family.There food is so good and I really recommend the Palace Club sandwich.They have a spa and room service is amazing!The designs are beautiful and all the gold just made me amazed!The pool in positive your kids will love it!It has jacuzzis and the pool isn’t deep, there is a lazy river and 2 water slides!This is the best hotel where you can have fun with friends and family!

Emirates Palace is very beautiful but has a cold feel to it. Very beautiful but lacks old world charm. The beds are to hard. Especially for someone with back issues. Everyone was very nice and helped me celebrate my 57th birthday.

Thankful for making my daughters birthday extra special.. Servers during breakfast were very friendly and attentive. What a terrible customer service experience! I came here for a staycation and it was anything but relaxing.Check in - I was told over the phone I could check in anytime from 12pm-1pm. Upon arrival, despite it not being busy, we were unable to check in until 2pm on the dot. When prompted, the staff said they were completely booked and NO ROOMS were available. This was a clear lie as there were rooms available, but there was no willingness to accommodate. If that was the case, they should never mention it over the phone.Luggage Delays - Upon arrival to our room, we waited 30 minutes before receiving our luggage.Pool - I will say the lazy river is a nice touch and the pool was good. The service at the pool, however, was not. We flagged down multiple people for 20 minutes before someone took our order.Dinner - We arrived to dinner at 6:55pm after reception told us they made a reservation for us at 7pm. However, as we checked in the restaurant for dinner, they noted reservations were never made. Once we finally sat at dinner, our waiter disappeared and we just waited around waiting to be attended to.Room - Although the room was nice, we did not have hot water in our room. Instead of giving us a new room, they sent a handyman to fix it. He was clinking and clanking for 30 minutes in our bathroom at 9pm as we tried to go to sleep through the noise. Apparently, there were multiple complaints about hot water from other visitors as well.Valet - We sat around waiting for 25 minutes before we got our vehicle. As we waited, we observed several visitors arrive and wait around waiting for someone to assist.Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend anyone visit with this kind of service. They were clearly understaffed and also had NO INTEREST in even trying to accommodate guests. Although not outright rude, they were no helpful and did not care if anyone enjoyed their experience or not. There was no recognition by the staff about the disruptions during our stay or any intention to make it right. Other visitors there also noted the service had taken a big downturn.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my son’s birthday during our stay. It was a lovely surprise when they left a bottle of champagne in the room and also they arranged delicious palace cake worth Aed 305 for us. Also an excellent breakfast buffet from le vendome. We will definitely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel. The beach/ pool facilities are beyond our expectation and the staff are always available and ready to make your stay a very happy and enjoyable one! Thanks so much. We will definitely be returning!

Service was great. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Place was hard to navigate, although the place was picturesque (like literally living in a palace) so getting lost in the maze of halls and exits make for a great adventure which i loved.

If you want to have VVIPS treatment than this is the place to be. No other hotel would provide services such as this one.I specifically love their china and cutlery set.Also if you play tennis they have very nice tennis courts.

This place is majestic and elegant as thy name. inside interior is dominated by gold colour. They also serve the famous gold coffee. symbol of richness.

Went for Iftar....typical food and much truncated affair not just due to Covid. Theyve been cutting back progressively on the lavish factor each year and this was year was no different. However Service was amazing as ever and whatever food was there was top notch. Only sad thing is that coffee isnt included in the price whilst unlimited water and soft drinks were! Made no sense....

Great looking hotel and can feel the luxury as soon as you enter the hotel.Surely try the food from MLT food truck at the hotel.Decent breakfast spread, good food at the Indian restaurant.Some issues during the stay; which I won’t mention here.

A huge place, one has to walk a lot from check in to the rooms. The style might not be everybodys cup of tea, a lot of golden things, sometimes too blink. The place is somptuous, nevertheless. The check in was an unfortunate experience, there was not enough staff and the hotel seemed to be surprised that a lot of people came to check in a 1500. 45 minutes wait does not match the panache of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, enough waiting staff there.

Does not meet standard of 7 star hotel.I think theyve changed the hotel management.Pool and beach where the best thing. Had a blast tbh at the pool.Other than that, no. Not recommended for Weekend stay.

AC control in the rooms dont work. Everything else is great, but cant sleep peacefully at night.

Its Emirates Palace. Need more explanation?Amazing ambiance everywhere in the property. Rooms are luxurious as a palace. Amenities are amazing. Breakfast was superb. Saw lot of management staff assisting the breakfast buffet. Huge property where walking around itself is an adventure. Staff is very hospitable but the star is Sandra from Front Office. Amazing personality. Atif, Joseph, Youness and the bellmen who assisted us at the check-in are great assist to the front office as well. Must try? Gold Cappuccino, Gold Water and Tour around the property. Must stay place at least once in your life.

Because upon arrival their was a lot of staff in the main entrance but nobody was willing to assist me and my family especially with the luggage. Upon departure still the same, i was carrying my baby and i was the one who carried our stuff to the taxi. We dont feel like a guest in a 5 star hotel because the hotel staff in the entrance look at us as visitors. But when a nice car arrives they give full attention and hands on service. I wont recommend emirates palace to guest who dont have a nice car because they will treat you differently.

Overall stay was goodVegetarian food very poor not much variety unfortunately it ruined our anniversary.But the service at the pool was amazing and Thisara made our anniversary very special and organised a picture of us and put it in our room which was amazing he went above and beyond.Wouldnt return in a hurry to be honest. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and by far the worst with regards to food for Vegetarian or vegan. Pillows in the room are very soft. Hotel is so big that porters service takes over an hour to take baggage for check out. We went in Ramadan so maybe this was the reason for it.We felt like Restaurant staff who where serving the food had to be told by managers to do there jobs. I had to ask for the plates to be cleaned of the table at breakfast.Wouldnt

One of the most beautiful resorts Ive ever been to!This is a very luxurious hotel with amazing grounds located on the Arabian Gulf. Multiple swimming pools including a kids area with lazy river and water slide make this a perfect family destination.The rooms are extremely posh as well. Each room has a butler who attends to every request.I definitely recommend a stay at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.

Best place to relax and rest from all the trouble , noise and problems. Perfectly quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Super-Professional caring and positive staff. The swimming pool with river imitation is the best experience for me by now. There is hardly a better way to relax than floating under the branches of exotic trees being carried away by gentle current. The magnificent park around the hotel and the access to the open sea creat peculiar micro-climate , and even the hardest heat of UAE summer will not feel so bad in the Emirates Palace. It is really a Palace. Inside it one can feel like a king or a lord in a fantasy novel. Such luxurious fusion of styles amazes. Equal luxury can be felt in European royal palaces, though, unlike the Emirates Palace , there you can only witness it, not being involved in it. The price may seem high, but stay in this Palace is worth every dirham spent. This experience will probably stay with you forever as one of the best memories of your life.

I forget how old the property is but then its opulence is timeless. The only headache is the amount of walking but i guess its good for cardio. The BBQ restaurant was honestly excellent. The steak was perfect.

The service ladies helped me get in they helped by giving me some head, and then they told me to print a picture of Mikey Mouse and then to rub shredded carrots on their belly buttons. Hotel good, concierge service very bad, but what is terrible is the room service, sending a key to the room at 1 am took an hour and 30 minutes, we ordered breakfast to the room it took an hour and 20 minutes , terrible service, it shows that they do not have any level of service and much less training to the staff, this does not happen in a four seasons. if you are looking for service this is not the place, the Hotel is very beautiful as something emblematic in Abu Dhabi

I visited Emirates Palace many a times on different occasions with my friends. It is indeed one of the beautiful places in Abu Dhabi. If you are on a visit to UAE, the Emirates Palace should be on your list.

I was very angry at the reception during check in as the hotel receptionists Mustafa and reception Lady Indian nationality( no name on the jacket no introduction was made) as they were looking into my face and lying about my reservation, pushing me to accept the room next to hotel gym facing Friday crowded swimming pool. Mustafa was insisting on that I and my family need to go to that room to take a rest. Overall terrible experience of check in process.We arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm, and there was not room ready.Finally I managed to check in at 4.45 pm and another 60 minutes was waiting for the baby crib.No excuses from the hotel except free tea and coffee for 2 hours of waiting, 1 hour sitting in the lobby. My 3yo kid missed a day sleep.Usually people want to relax and enjoy when come for vacation to the hotel and I am very disappointed with hotel Emirates Palace management.

The service particularly at the pool was extremely slow with no one attending to the adult pool section. Food & drinks arrived at least a couple of hours later, once we were done with the food, it stayed an another 1.5 hrs without anyone clearing it.

This was our second stay at Emirates Palace, and it was even better than the first due to the fact there were so few guests! The outdoor areas are unparalleled in Abu Dhabi, and we didnt manage to explore the entire grounds even after three days. Our garden access ground floor room ensured that we could easily enter and exit, and was very convenient for letting our daughter play outside. The food was delicious as always, and service (with exception of breakfast on the second day) was top notch. We will be back!

The staffs are excellent.The location, interior, exterior, ambience and the view is amazing. The Emirates palace has two wings - west and east, which are enormous and you can take your time exploring them. I stayed in the pool view room. The pool is well maintained and kids will enjoy playing in the pool. Pool is large and gives a relaxing experience. Hotel has very nice restaurants.Rooms are nice but can be made better for the rating the Hotel has. Room Interior is average and balcony can be maintained better. Each day the security needed a confirmation that we were inmates. There should be an option (maybe like a card/token), so that the securitys does not have to stop for verification every time we go out and come back.Overall the experience was great!!

The Emirates Palace is a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. There is no entrance fee for just visiting the Emirates Palace. Known as the third most expensive hotel in the world to build.

Wow what an experience. So glad we got to try this amazing resort so close to home. A must for a staycation. Very clean and great service overall. Sprawling property helps for social distancing. Some things were closed due to COVID but did not feel it took away from the experience. Mustafa at reception gave us a great rate for a suite and late check-out. What more could we ask?? Will be back again!!!

Stephanie at the front reception was amazing.To be fair, the whole experience at this resort was exceptional. At the same time, Stephanie really went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful birthday and anniversaries week-long getaway. There was some confusion at check-in, and as you can imagine that can sometimes cause some tension. However, Stephanie was responsive and understanding and helped de-escalate everything and got our amazing holiday getaway back on track. This place is truly a slice of paradise. I don’t know who is in charge of training the staff here, but they should be highly commended. The staff are what make this place truly special— they all seem to be empowered and trained to help make the guest experience as wonderful as possible... even the man that ran the pool gift shop was thoughtful and attentive. Well done Mandarin Oriental and emirates palace on making this place exceptional.

What else than five stars can be expected for Emirates Palace? This is, by far, the best hotel in the Middle East - and probably top 5 in the world.The amount of gold and marble in this hotel is just stunning. Fantastic service, polite and well-spoken staff and while the rooms may seem a bit dated, I also know that a revamp is in the making, so it wont be long until that too again will be a wow factor!

We were there last week to celebrate my bday. Absolutely everything was amazing, the staff and service were the best. They had arranged for the cake and balloons since before we went in and they sang the birthday song together with my family. The pool, beach and gardens outside are top and the best part is that at this time the hotel is not crowded at all and you can enjoy it in your own privacy.Special thanks to Youness, my little boy keeps on saying: Youness is a good man 😂😂 every time he sees the little souvenir that he gifted us.

We stayed at the western wing of the palace and were celebrating a special occasion. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please us. The spa experience added to the stay and I would recommend the place for a weekend get away and celebrating special occasions.

Good Service

An absolutely fabulous hotel inside and out. Gold grand and opulent with no expense spared. The hotel is huge so you can walk miles. Security around the hotel is very good only gaining access into rooms with your room key. The Breakfast buffet was incredible with the widest selection of food I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous and very well trained. The pool area was immaculately clean and well staffed. The pool water was heated so you can swim all year round. The palace is stunning and huge and being a fan of boutique hotels feared it would feel impersonal - how wrong I was! We felt warmth from every member of staff we encountered and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. The whole facility was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. It’s hard to imagine how Mandarin Oriental can improve it but I am sure they will find a way and we want to return to experience it. A couple of suggestions for improvement- have better signage for each restaurant as this being a huge hotel there’s lots of walking around and the sign that just says restaurants is not overly helpful! Also lighting controls were fine when you could see but when the lights were off it was hard to determine how to switch on the lights especially during the night.

Had the most amazing stay at Emirates Palace - we went for the inclusive breakfast which was definitely worth it. Best pancakes Ive ever had! We were given a room upgrade when we arrived. The private beach is just lovely, and the staff bring you complimentary water and fresh juices while you relax on the sun loungers. The hotel also provides complimentary Kayaks and Paddle Boards but all other water sports come with an additional charge. The West Wing pool was just awesome! They have water slides (which were closed due to Covid Regs - side note, the east wing pool was also closed due to covid Regs) and the lazy river was my highlight of the day - juat float your stresses away! We had dinner at the BBQ Al Qasr and enjoyed it thoroughly. We booked for around 7pm and it was almost completely dark by this point so I would recommend going for a sunset booking to add that little bit extra wow factor. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider going back. The hotel is just huge and is the perfect place to getaway to if you need some luxury and privacy.
