Stayed there for a few nights on a business trip. A cozy affordable place for a short stay. Staff are mega friendly.

I have stayed in many hotels around world but this was my worst experience in my life.I booked for 2 nights, I called to front desk and asked for bottle of water they said only they provide 2 bottles of water on arrival day even for long stay guest they do same. He told me if I want water I can buy from outside and dropped the call.Secondly there was fire alarm early morning at 5 am till 6:30 and they were not able to fix it for 1 hr 30 mins, lobby was full of guests and they did not even asked for bottle of water or any apology. Third we find lots of ants 🐜 in our dining table and not cleaning service was provided.Rooms are good but staff needs to be trained and service needs to be improved.I have some pictures which I will share on Booking.com and other sites.At last I will never recommend or return back to this property again.

It was amazing staying there , nice atmosphere and staff .. we stayed there for a month and everything was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful..especially Mr Radesh for the house keeping.. thank u guys so much .. I rely so reccomend 👍👍

Dirty Room with smell of cigarette all around. A lot of hairs and dirt in the floor. Upgraded our own room with extra pay but we have to wait for 2 hours before we can use it. As it is covid season, sanitation and hygiene is very important nowadays especially that we have kids with us, but this place fails on that part. This place is not recommended if youll staying with kids.

WiFi connection become unstable...science 1 year

Worst hotel ever the room was smelling fishy pillow cases not changed they had holes in them ,the bathroom door l guess like one year didnt clean it, I open the drawers I found garbage inside, I didnt stay even for one hour I changed ,the hotel room was disgusting .poor service

The room was smelling fishy, pillow cases not changed,they had holes in them, no source pans, the bathroom door l guess it has taken like a year with out cleaning it , l was in room 306 but it was disgusting , poor services, when l called at the reception and l asked the guy to send someone to come and clean my room , when the guy came for house keeping didnt want to change the blanket yet had just checked in and he wanted me to sleep in the sweat of another person OMG after when l insisted he changed it what services are those. The following day no one come in to clean the room honestly l got the worst services and l can say the worst hotel in abudhabi have ever been in cause l got the worst room and very disappointing room l recommend no one there cause l was there 2days ago.

The worst place to be, they do have bed bugs and the apartments are not clean in general, the staff is really good, they are very professional and polite. They also have spa in the 11th floor with no security in the entrance, i had someone knocking my door twice asking about the spa and massage center, and one time he wanted to get inside without even asking, so its not a recommended place for families!

Without Breakfast then it is okay. Indian staff good but hotel no Indian food, but nearby one salam bombay rastra for Indian Veg food good. Cleaning alternate day, but you need to ask everytime for stuff, complementary stuff not provide by default.Public Transport Bus stop is near by with Al Nahyan and central bus terminal is also next stop. Almost near to main city. Good Location. Spa paid and swimming pool , sauna, steam zacuzi free.

Very worst WiFi connection. It sucks when you come here for business stay.Even after several complaints also they werent bothered to fix the WiFi issue.

Good value and a great coffee shop

There were insects all over the room !! In the bathroom , on the towels , on the bed and on the floor ! And even when they came to clean the room they just wipe up the surface only and nothing to remove the bugs .The kitchen cabinet and the closet drawers smelled awful !

Honestly, amazing 😃 .. Quiet, clean service, the extra bed does not have any fees .. There is an automatic washing machine .. Everything was special .. Even the rooms are spacious .. A problem that I suffered from as for the family not which is the lack of comfort in the bed for me .. I love family I dive into you 🙄 my opinion

Dirty hotel poorly maintained (kitchen cupboards and greasy walls) dirty floor carpet out of use / we were moved to a new apartment, it was slightly better and with traces of urine dried on the toilet flap, underground parking with heat of 40 ° permanently because of the air conditioning / swimming pool compressors with a depth of 1m70 over the entire surface not great for children and those under 1m70 Who cannot swim++++ professional reception staff / bedding if it is clean_ _ _ _ dirty hotel poorly maintained damage / pool furniture out of service and in use and once again dirty
