We stayed here for 6 weeks (including 12 days quarantine) as we just moved to Abu Dhabi. We were at the restaurant almost everyday - they had an excellent variety of Indian, western and Arabic mix. The people (Raj and team) really made us feel at home, thank you guys your service rocks! We had the 2 rooms apartment so it was quite spacious and nicely designed with a small kitchen and washing machine. Gym was also quite good, with good variety of activities and spacious. It’s also next to the Al Wahda mall so it’s easy to pop over to do some shopping. Overall, very very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again someday.

This is very nice hotel conveniently located nextdoor to Al Wahdah Mall and many nearby shops, cafes and restaurants. Many buses have stops near this hotels and the bus terminal is within walking distance. I this this location is ideal for short and long term tourists to the capital!!!!

For a rating of 5* ,it wasnt really good. We booked as couple but complimentary stuff was like for 1 person only( slippers, shampoo and etc ). Reception staff was not really accommodating (a simple smile would do). And no complimentary for bday celebrant.

Dirty windows never ever cleaned so you will have a nice view of dirtbuffet food barely at a 3 star level.Management refuses to deliver packages up to guests roomsExtremely low value for money.Very low quality shampoo, soap etc.

We had a LOVELY stay at this hotel. Our room was on the 28th floor, the view was spectacular and the AC was working great! The gym is better than most fitness clubs we have memberships with.Connected to mall but a bit of a walk to get there, still you don’t have to go outside to travel there. Al Wahda isnt the nicest mall in the area but had what we needed/wanted and it was convenient.Taking off one star for the small pool, dirty windows at the pool that prevented great photo opps, and because our car got scratched rather badly in the parking garage.Staff was great at check-in (thanks Chattu!), and the bellmen were very friendly as well.The 90• coffeehouse was really great and I enjoyed popping in each morning. Would stay again.

The place is very clean overall. Although I checked out way early of my intended stay, Akib (the front desk shift manager) was very professional and courteous in handling the situation. In general, the floor staff were very friendly.

Reception staff quite rude. Using quarantine as an excuse to provide 2 or 3 star hotel level of service, especially in the quality and presentation of meals (doggy bag meals). Slow response to requests or completely ignored until you nag them. Manner of communication unpolished and not on par with the level you can reasonably expect from the money you spend in the place. The gym requires extra money to be paid, unheard of for a five start hotel. All in all, an extremely negative experience and cannot possibly recommend

If I could rate this hotel with minus five stars, I would.Make sure not to forget any brand items in the room, even if you will inform the hotel about it right away - they won’t find it.The receptionists will be rude to you, unless you are wearing condora or abaya.One night stand in the hotel - 400dhThe item they didn’t return - 500dhTotal loss - 100dh.Thank you Grand Millennium, never again.

Great stay at the hotel. Our all time favourite hotel apartment. Staff is very polite and apartment is very spacious and while my quarantine period I did not regret a single bit of time. I was able to move and house keeping laundry all services are awesome and to my satisfaction. Swift response from the reception, room dining and overall a great hotel and staff.

Ive been here three times and spend most of my weekends and holidays. I love the location of Grand Millennium Al Wahda, perfect for getaway and near to the mall. Accessible anywhere you go in the city. The room view was stunning from high floor rooms. I love the infinity pool. All the staffs are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come and stay again. 😊

Yes indeed..The room was 2417 under the name of my husband Mohammad.This was my first stay , they showed me a nice big room and they gave me a small corner room with a ver small window!There was no hot water in the sink and in the shower, the hot water only in the bathtub.Once you only try to sit on the bed a very high sound coming from the bed!!I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Greetings,I work in the oil field and thats mean I have to stay in hotels most of my time as accommodation or quarantine and I rank this hotel with 1 star (wish there is lower) because the poor quality of the food that they are providing (if I spend 10 AED everyday from out side restaurants it will be better) they only give you 3 choices arabic or Indian or continental with an amount enough for a small child even if you complain they will be rude with you and no action will be taken, even if you taste the food and you didnt like it and want to change it, they will ask you to return the meal, I tried most of the 5 stars hotel in Abu Dhabi and for sure this is not 5 star hotel food or staff behavior.Even in my live stream on snap chat no body believes I was in a 5 star hotel.Really the worst quarantine experience in my life.And the internet speed, you cant watch Netflix on high definition coz its really slow.I dont know how this hotel is 5 star

Cleanness, first They changed my room because it was very smelly and shifted me to a room after they flood it air freshener.The second room bathroom room was very smelly and when I asked the room service to check they said it’s chemical smell that used for cleaning and this is normal, actually the smell was very strong so I avoided using the bathroom and shower the whole stay, I was afraid my baby will get poisoned from the smell. We were a family and booked 2 single and 1 bedroom apartment and all share same comments.Also you don’t want to smell the carpet in the living room, like it was never cleaned, it was really so bad.Totally very bad experience and I don’t recommend anyone to stay in.

Been living here for a year and will say the room itself is whatever. My mattress is lumpy, I asked for a new one and Im still waiting. They do a good job of cleaning. The staff is very nice and I have no complaints with them. My biggest issue is the internet and the premium price of a whopping 700 dhs/month. The free internet is terrible. Constant down times, packet losses and overall a bad experience. The high speed option is no where near what it should be. All the issues listed above and a download speed no faster than 2 mb/s. They claim 10 but that is a joke. Im wondering when they last upgraded their hardware because the issues I get are obscure, random and unfixable. Thank goodness I dont need to work remotely because it would be a nightmare. Ive told them a few times how bad it is but they dont seem to care. As someone that lives here, fast and reliable internet is a necessity. If youre here to vacation you probably dont care about this issue. Other than that, the hotel staff are great. The overall quality of life here is average.

Very hard entrance to the hotel you have to wait security to open for you the door every where even the main entrance to the hotel from basement. Access to the gym is also completed since you have to pass to the reception and take other access card long story... And swimming pool is so small.service is not fast

They have enormous facilities, excellent service special mention to Kristine for being accommodated, and to a guy who did my check-in process from Morocco, the laundry team, operators, and housekeeping fantastic service. Also to the staff at the buffet section, every morning always been happy to assist. Easily access to the mall from the hotel and the area is surrounded by a different variety of shops especially transportation wise is convenient. I Will recommend this place to visit.😍

Ive been to this hotel twice and it is such a lovely hotel. The lobby is stunning and the rooms ive been to have nice views of the city. You can get to the mall from the 3rd floor and theres Porters downstairs where you can listen to live music. The band (or singers i should say) is pretty good.

We stayed here for 3days Eid Staycation. What a wonderful stay I must say. Everyone we met in these past 3 days provided us a top notch service. Thankx to Mohammed from Reservations, Noufal, Junior, Krygma, Hassan, Chaddu, Mujeeb & Irfan from Front Office and Concierge. Thumbs up guys. Majid & Joseph from Housekeeping also very profession in their work And Mr Ussai Outlet Manager provided us with Personalized Service, what a humble and kind person he is. Worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in. Ive stayed in better 3 star hotels all over the world. It was an absolute nightmare. Food would come in a brown paper bag and would leak most of the time. The reception came to my room to charge me for the room and instead of presenting an invoice simply wrote a number down on piece of paper. They couldnt provide room service invoice upon checkout. They would stick labels to my clothes during laundry, an indication that they are washing multiple peoples clothes together, disgusting. The stickers ruined my clothes when I tried to remove them. Very unresponsive staff in all departments. After staying 3 weeks, I had to ask if they had a loyalty program. They said yes but I should have applied at check in if i wanted the points... Who did they bribe for those stars?

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Laundry comes back smelling like food, I sent it multiple times and notified them and nothing changed. I resorted to washing my clothes alone in the room. Food is terrible and always arrived cold, even got a bloody piece of chicken breast. Service is the worst, no one cares about your complaints or trying to improve anything. If I had a choice I’d stay in a tent on the street instead of being in this hotel.

My stay was excellent due to the outstanding service of the concierge personnel. Although I am handicapped, they constantly looked out me including personally bringing my meals to my room. Ms. Margaret was exceptional outstanding providing service above and beyond the call of duty. She ensured that I had hair care service and any other outstanding needs met without hesitation. She is obviously ready for increased responsibility and a MAJOR PROMOTION!!! I would also lie to commend an individual whose name was “Wali” for his efforts as well. He often bought food to my room to avoid further injury to myself

I have been booked this hotel for 15 days from 22 nd August. Room location is OK. But the service especially related to food very poor. Since I have quarantine they are delivering food directly to the room. No one here cares timely deliver. Lunch delivering 1530 hrs. Dinner served yesterday and today at 1045 pm. When you phone the concerned they dont care at all. Even though I am complaining no improvement shown so far.

I was here for mandatory 14 day quarantine. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.1. I contracted food poisoning twice from their kitchen. The food is made of poor quality ingredients and there is no set schedule when you will receive your meals. But worst of all the meals are cold when you receive them. Which is a breeding ground for bacteria to grow. I find it disturbing that I can get hot food delivered from across town, but they cant manage to deliver a hot meal from their own kitchen. A short elevator ride away.2. The room cards expire all the time. This left me in a dark room in the middle of the night 7 times. Ive had my room card replaced around 20 times. Sometimes 3 per day. Luckily I had my little flashlight with me. This is a major safety concern!!!3. Internet / wifi is abysmally slow. Download speeds of 1MB/s. You can barely stream Netflix.4. Air conditioning fan in the room sounds like a jet engine. My system only worked on high fan speed. I switched it to low, and it stopped working completely.5. The cleaning and concierge staff are very nice and do a good job. But the front desk personnel definitely require some soft skills training. Consistently quite rude. And theres only ever 1 person working the front. It took me 1 hour to check in.

Room was just ok. The hotel shouldnt be a 5 star hotel it should be 4 stars max. The parking is really stupid as If those guys never heard of a card reader , plus there is no nice view one side is facing the very close two towers and on the other side there is the sound of the chillers of the mall. Bathroom was not clean there was hair on the the hair dryer and the toilet paper holder was out of place. Even entrance from the parking to hotel lift lobby was painful they (again) dont have a card reader (please for Gods sake put card readers) and a poor guy has to sit in the parking in the extremely hot weather and wait till guests come to open the door for them (yes he sits outside not in the air conditioned lobby) how inhuman is that !

Unfortunately the cleanest and hygiene of the hotel is not taken care of , specially the room carpet and curtains .The management is not supportive as they kept my cousin in the lobby and prevented her from coming to my room to babysit my one year granddaughter, coz she has a copy of her passport not the passport itself .They are not at all understanding or considerate .The sheets and bed cover were not clean and smelly .

What an amazing hotel!!!! Super highly recommended! It definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The views from the room window are amazing! The beds comfortable, the bathrooms magnificent. I had a little bit of problem with my bathroom (leaking ceiling and leaking water hose and insufficient towels) but they were all fixed immediately with apologies. Id definitely stay there again the next time Im in Abu Dhabi.

Spent a week in October 2018. Room was very clean and had a nice view. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets had a great variety of local, western and Indian cuisines.Swimming pool is quite big, also with a great view of the city.The room service can be improved.

Hotel is amazing, but I hate how they managed the self parking, 1st day I checked in they let me go down in B1 to check for a parking while all parking slots were full, after that they asked me to go check b2 while they knew b2 was full as well....they were buying time till someone go out... tho many reserved parking slots for unknown, in addition when I went to parking in b1 next day the security told me parking is full go to b2, I parked in b2 and went to b1 to find many empty parking slots....I dont know why they lie 😕 I felt insulated as I cant stand lies specially when Im buying a service, 1 star for the hotel for his parking security attitude and their manager who even dont care...

Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.. Unfortunately they took long time while check in for other customer before me.. I had to wait for a long time as only there was 3 staff for check in and out... Second, the elevator takes very long time. Housekeeping staff were good.. But when i cleaned the boiler and dried it, there was little dirt.
