In Nakhel hotel service is very good . Today is my last day in this hotel and Ibwas there more than 10 days. House keeping stuffs are very helpful name : Allan, Omar however I really appreciate a lady name micell who is very much helpful, she has cleaned room , kitchen and washroom not only that whatever I need she arranged it in advance. As I was staying alone wdh my small kid they always send my food in my room even from outside also. But the wifi is not good . Overall service is very good.

Its ok, A bit old but its fine for a mission short stay

Rooms are quite spacious, only washrooms are little old few wear and tears in the washroom.

This was my first time in UAE and I have fallen in love with UAE and Abu Dhabi. And in no small part by the lovely experience in Al- Nakheel.My greatest admiration and appreciation for the hotel leadership and the hard work and dedication of all the staff. Many of the staff I know by name, but also the many who work in the background and have never met. My thanks to all the staff of Al Nakheel for making this a lovely home for me, those whom I have met and also those I have not.A special thanks to Mr. Hesham, who went out of the way to make my stay so comfortable, and Mr Nihal for amazing maintenance support and facilitation.I had to cut short my visit due to personal commitment in my home country, but whenever I am back , it would be back at Al-Nakheel. I cant imagine staying anywhere else in Abu Dhabi.Amar H

This hotel Apartment are very good and has all the basic amenities needed. the water and cleaning is done every 3 days. The service is good and the hotel staff is also nice

It has become my home away from home. Been staying here last couple of months. Both pre-lockdown and post-lockdown. The experience continues to be amazing.Great location. The apartment is spacious with a large kitchen and a large living room and bedroom. Mr Hesham, with a smile on his face always, goes the extra length to make your stay comfortable. Housekeeping and maintenance services are top notch. WiFI speeds are excellent. Never faced any issue.As far as any negative aspects, try as I might, cant figure out any. If you are considering a 1BHK hotel apartment in Abu Dhabi… dont need to think twice.

Went for a dinner invitation for small party. Food is tasty. Buffet has variety of dish to try. Good location easy to locate. Good for Budget parties.

I came from Saudi, Room is big space with all amenities, Basic Kitchenware provided with 4 burner Gas Stove, Baqala, Petrol station, Car Wash, Mens Saloon, Vegetable, Bakery & Fruits shop, 24Hrs Pharmacy all are walkable.They dont have their own car parking. But they do vallet parking, we have provide full day parking ticket daily which is 15 DHs.Room is neat and clean.Staff are friendly.

Descent hotel for the price. It is located in the middle of Abu Dhabi and has a few restaurants near by. From there, you have easy access to other parts of the city quite easily for for a cheap taxi fare. The staff is friendly and offer great service. It has more traditional furniture and could use a slight refurb.

We had over almost a week stay in this place and I must say, we had a fairly good stay. I appreciate their kindness and accommodating reception during our stay. We had experienced having lunch and breakfast at the restaurant as well. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is 25 dirhams per person when you are checked in the hotel. Though it didnt matter so much to me (just because I was able to survive the day), the wifi didnt work on our last day. I called for support but still to no avail. Lunch is quite expensive too but somehow they served Filipino dishes. Overall, our expectations were met in terms of amenities you will need and maybe they could work on the other check items in the future. And before I forget, I would like to specifically commend their conditioner, I loved it a lot. I hope I can find one in retail stores! 😁

The staff is too slow to respond. The japanese lady at the reception was not amiable. Service can be improved by a lot.

Good service, good location. Breakfast is very nice. Room is big and clean, like at home.

The lady receptionist was not friendly and arrogant! I will not come back again on this hotel and i will not recommend this to my friends because of her! Thanks to the lady in the al breem restaurant she is more friendly and accomodating, i take the booking because of her, i’m about to back out when i encounter this lady receptionist of the hotel!

Very efficient service..delicious food. The apartment I stayed at was fully serviced 1BR flat.

Terrible hotel, completely out of date and not very clean. The bathroom was particularly unclean. The security staff wasnt very nice, asked for ID from my guests in a very rude manner and were threatening when we explained that they would retrieve ID from the car. I had booked the hotel in order to attend an exhibition and ended up leaving early, booking another hotel. The breakfast was a complete rip off, it was a basket of bread with coffee. Theres no parking available either and this one of the busiest areas in Abu Dhabi.

Very good hotel and cheap rates

Absolutely the worst experience here. I checked in early so that I could keep my food in the fridge. When I got back, I learned that they had thrown it all out! I had 7 meals with me and all they offered was a measly free dinner. They only offered me with a complementary dinner for a night! I will never be staying here.

Pros:- very spacious one bedroom apartment- great size fully equipped kitchen with stove and and oven.- bed is comfortable and big.- the internet is 90% perfect- very calm and quiet and clean- very helpful friendly and patient staff- great easy location- great m restaurants just down the building- easy to find taxi- very good value of money (but then i got off season deal)- parking is not difficult around- I didnt go to the hotel gym but there is a very good bodybuilding gym called rak gym 7 mins walkCons:- local calls in uae are free. That is a known fact but this hotel charges 3 dirhams per minute.- every visitor must present ID so it is not easy to bring casual sex encounters for some fast love- the net is fast and good but it keeps dropping now and then- they can try to over charge sometime about things. So be persistent and vigilant when they do that.- the reception is very small and only one person does the check in and out and handle guests calls. So things can take time.

Not good for group of people having a good times due to non-sound proof rooms and the people was so annoying they always call and go to the room to door bell so disgusting and they dont have free water or ice and also their wifi only for three gadgets unlike other hotel having all of that but the place was good near to bus station and have a good room, bathroom and kitchen with utensils.

I stay here every time I come to Abu Dhabi, the rooms are clean and spacious. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and bathroom. The gym is closed due to Covid 19. Employees are very courteous and courteous, always helpful. When I come back, my preference will be here again. There is a lady named Ann in the restoration, very genial. Thank Ann 🙂🇹🇷
