Its my favourite place for celebration. Beautiful comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and one of the snazziest chillout spots. Helpful, friendly staff❤️.I also absolutely love the swimming pool area, and the grills @ chillo is a huge step up. Cant wait to go back there again

We had a nice experience with sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche,and we visited Jazz&Fizz Barr located by 36 floor, it was amazing ruff top city view at the evening , and they servicing delicious food & classic cocktails and staffs are all helpful + professional. Definitely we’ll beck wit my friend …

The hotel is simply amazing. Their rooms are spacious and truly 5 star luxury. The interiors of the hotel are so beautiful. They have a lovely bar on the rooftop called Jazz & Fizz that serves great food and drink with wonderful serving staff. They have a well equipped gym and a great pool. The staff was fantastic and really made the experience just perfect. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and have already booked to stay there again.

This is a long overdue review but can’t take a miss in not writing a review for Sofitel. We stayed for one night and we were given a complimentary upgrade by the front desk, Simona. Kudos to her for knowing how to entertain her guest, while doing the check in. Explaining the facilities, encouraging you to sign up with the membership, and having little chats. The next day, we requested late check out, and she granted it again.In terms of the facilities, everything is great. The room itself, the breakfast, the pool and the lovely view of the city and Corniche.We can’t wait to be back.

Grills at Chill O amazing with wonderful staff And food

Very affordable price, and the service and facility are quite worth the price. The room is certified clean and has an okey feature. Close to the family park and the shore so we can enjoy some morning/evening stroll. Hope they upgrade the pools for more baby-friendly types though. Other than that, i enjoyed the staycation there

Hotel on the view of sea. Also near to downtown Abu Dhabi. Who love Beach or side walk on ocean. I prefer them to stay here in this hotel.

Best way to end the week in the best hotel in Abu Dhabi. The service is fast and they are very friendly and helpful. I liked Jazz and Fizz bar the most, it is the finest Jazz bar Ive been to so far and I recommend you try it out.

Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche is a very good hotel. Good location and top class service . Food is also ok . My only concern was the WIFI speed and stability . Pretty slow and not stable .

We booked a table for our wedding anniversary dinner. We were quiet disappointed to see that there were only a few dishes to choose from. The food was served cold. Unfortunately, lots of food went to waste because we couldnt enjoy eating it.The only saving grace was the complimentary cake we got. Thank you for that.I hope next time we will have a different experience with this restaurant.

Me Radi the salaes manager is the best in Abudhabi.The hotel is Lovely with fantastic location and cheerful ambiance.

30 minutes.I asked for extra towels, and toothbrush 30 minutes later I had to call and remind them, then 5 minutes later they appeared....then at the restaurant Grill, I ordered a beer, reminded another waiter I ordered a beer. Then another, finally beer (30 min later).Finally, I got to the pool, and sat there with the waiters watching my wife and I. The lifeguard was amazing and brought us menus, when I asked him. He told waiter (who stuck on his phone 20 min, vs tending to a request). I called hotel directly 2x, for a smoothie and water. Finally got it. 30 minutes later.Hospitaly, is Def. Sub-par. I wont mention the carpets.

The worst buffet experience everWe visited this restaurant thinking it was going to be an amazing experience but we left with a completely different experience. The buffet was at very low quality, the food was horrible and there was not many options just a single line for food and it didn’t even taste good. The dessert was not tasty there was only one item that tasted good. There was no staff to help us with the table we had to move to another one just because no one would help take the dirty plates. And I am very dissatisfied because we were lied to about the cleanliness of the restaurant and the photos compared to the real buffet is a lie. Very disappointed

Wanted to give a huge thanks to the Sofitel on the Corniche for the lovely and atmospheric iftar! Thank you Karl for the arrangements! He was in contact quickly and was very helpful! Won this lovely prize here on Best Bites and my friends and I enjoyed a beautiful breezy night outon the terrace by the pool The food was plentiful, very tasty, and as we were a group with lots of different tastes, we all were satisfied. Lots of stations for grilled meats, vegetables, kebabs, and lots of traditional dishes to try! Huge dessert area (as well as salads, breads, cheeses and other things!) indoors as well! The staff were lovely and attentive as well! There was ample seating inside and outdoors according to preference, and plenty of social distancing. Dove into the huge array of food options before I had a chance to take pics but it was all great. Overall, a relaxing and very pleasant experience- a great way to spend an evening

We came as a big group to watch the Euros at grills and chills , The offers for and drinks were very affordable compared to other high end establishments. Ask for a server named Shafi, He offered us top notch service and made sure our stay memorable.

It was a great staycation at Sofitel Hotel the rooms are nice and clean but the most memorable is whe we dined in at Grills at ChillO we celebrate a birthday the food are tasty and the staffs made it very memorable thanks to Ms. Garen who arranged the cake and looked after us Shafi and Zeeshan was great theyre very accommodating. We will visit again soon.

Appreciated the accommodating staffs but it turns out that the floor we are in is a quarantine facility. There’s chair with food outside the doors and we’re the only guests who are not in quarantine. The food doesn’t taste nice too. Toilet doesn’t has a bidet which is very unusual in UAE coz every apartment here has bidet attached to the toilet. Kinda disappointing 😪

Had a splendid weekend at the CHILLO Restaurant. Nice environment especially at the pool side.

Staff, food, general feel of the hotel is below par. Special mention to how bad the food is. Also felt the staff could really engage well, very robotic. Such a disappointing experience, clearly the name is being used only.

They have covid patients in the hotel!! Our next door was one and the ac shared between all as it’s one main unit !! Though they signed us forms that we don’t have symptoms when we entered !!!!Other than that Great service from the ladies only at the checkin and hotel atmosphere is great but the ac is not great

Im definitely not recommending this hotel to anyone, I had a bad experience, a bad AC a broken TV and internet connection disconnecting every 2 minutes for like 30 seconds:) I had to use my phone hotspot to get a proper connection for my laptop.

Luxury hotel, actually one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi, it is located in Al corniche area, it has car parking, bar, gyms, swimming pool, spa, many resturants, professional friendly stuff, great hospitality , excellent value for money, tasty food, good view. Clean luxury rooms. I really enjoyed my accommodation and definitely I will come again when ever I have a chance.

Good but not Wow ..rooms were specious but swimming pool located beside a restaurant which was not comfortable for me and my family as the restaurant guests spending their time smoking beside the pool and watching us.. sorry sofitel we are not their entertaintment, the pool service the worst ever ( they were helding a friday brunch so they decided to stop the service beside the pool 👎👎👎👎👎👎.. ) really dissapointed

Never ever even think about passing by this property, those creatures know nothing about hospitality and oyher related services, I dont recommend this kind of hotels at all!Stay away and find a proper relaxing spot to spend your vacation.

Spacious place with good Covid 19 precaution taken throughout the hotel. Not crowded on weekdays . No large groups are allowed. Food is above the average. Liquor is available with huge varieties. Staff is friendly and the service is good. Washroom availability in the Jazz bar is not enough. Quiet place and recommended for relaxing with some liquor

Amazing stay I will surely come back

I did not regret choosing Sofitel to celebrate my birthday. :) I actually put a note in my booking that I will be celebrating my birthday with them and it would be greatly appreciated if they’ll help in making it special. Truly enough, upon checking in, Agilles, the receptionist, really made it one of a kind by upgrading our room to sea view, late check out until 4pm and gave us drink vouchers. With that gesture, it already made our stay wonderful. However, they put extra effort by giving a birthday cake and one more free drink voucher for my friend. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are so prompt in doing their jobs as well. The hotel provides sanitation station in each elevator and they really follow protocols with regards to sanitizing the rooms. They didn’t disappoint us with their services. However, amenities and entertainment options could be better by providing bidet in every room and by adding more channels that other nationalities could also watch. Overall, I would like to give two thumbs up to the services that they provide most especially to Agilles by going extra mile in making our stay comfortable. Surely, we will book again next time. ☺️
