Hits: Probably the cheapest serviced apartments near AUH mall. Staff is courteous. Decent for a single occupant.Misses: The gym isnt functional due to covid which was disappointing. Delivery staff is not allowed to come to the room. No designated parking space available.

I have terrible experience in ivory apartment hotel. receptionist and other guy danish were rude and didn’t talk promptly. They didn’t allow my guest to come meet me in my room. Even after I requested them several times to allow them, they didn’t budge and were very non cooperative. I would highly recommend people to stay away from this place. If the hotel want to do some changes to improve their hospitality then they should change the receptionist and this danish. They have a big time attitude problem blemish. This hotel is not worth of a single star rating.

Neat & clean rooms.... suggest a bottle of water is placed in the room when someone checks in... water is basic necessity....

I stayed in this hotel apartment (serviced 1 BHK) for more than 4 months and my stay has been the most comfortable ever. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very prompt at responding to issues like light fixing etc. The housekeeping staff is regular and cleaning is nothing short of perfection. Towels and bed sheets are changed by them every alternate day without fail. The pricing is very reasonable and you wouldn’t feel even a penny going to waste. Additionally the hotel is very centrally located and close to malls, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Abu Dhabi on a short or long term basis.

I just want to share our bad experience with this hotel apartment,we booked for 2 rooms with eight people just to celebrate our boss birthday to have some dinner,since we had an unexpected visitors we ask them if the other guys can come in just to have dinner for an hour,they refused our request and they ask us to pay for another room just to let them in.So since it their policy we paid for another room it cost for 400dirhams, While we are eating like 8pm in the evening an Indian receptionist called us they’re asking for a deposit and to take our emirates id.Our Boss asked my friend what the hotel apartment they need,..But my friend he just said some alibi just not to ruined our dinner..8:30pm our boss left with the other guys..The receptionist is keep on calling ask to give some deposit?!!!He called us 3 times to ask for deposit and what is pissing us most is they’re also calling us in our personal number and messaging us for this deposit 😡😡😡First and foremost the hotel apartment should tell us before checking in that we need to give some deposit not in the middle of the night to call us and they will inform us that we need to give some deposit,And one thing more they advice us that we need to clean the room before leaving 🤔what kind of service the have..I asked the receptionist to give me some contact for the higher management but he cnt give me,he promise me that he will send me a calling card,but we just waited until we reached morning and ask the another guy for The higher management contact,the service is so ridiculous and acceptable.Hoping for an action with this kind of service that they served on us..

Spa in ivory hotel is very rude behaviour, not recommended to go

I shouldn’t even give them a one star, but I need to in order to write a review , around the hotel there is two construction projects, one right out my window and the start early in the morning (don’t abide by any laws here) and end later then they should at night. Housekeeping using a dirty mop , a huge vacuum (that smells bad when on) and dirty rags to clean with. Also the ac doesn’t work right , either freezing cold or hot. NO Parking , and you have to walk (in this filthy area) to a parking lot if you want to park in a cleaner parking lot. The windows don’t all open, they are sealed shut from the outside. They are not loyal to their long staying costumers. Old and dirty smelling furniture and appliances, bed is so uncomfortable. Trust mw don’t stay here. Horrible place !

I have stayed here 4 days.the 2 bedroom apartment is big. with 2 toilets. staffs are friendly and very helpful. there is no dedicated car park for guests.. the bed in the master bedroom is very firm/hard.

This hotel is the shame of Abu Dhabi tourist industry.We ll hold them liable for hygienic consequences arisen from our accommodation there.You can see the photos with the damages in body occured by the bed bugs and photos of the bugs.Without any prejudice well seek justice from any court in any country.Also the concerned authorities should disqualify this hotel from any booking system .The same apply for all booking agencies. The responsible managers and employees should be questioned by the authorities and their licences to work in UAE to be revoked.
