The best hotel stay till now .. very confortable place .. bathtub and bath shower combination and relaxation .. the quality of shampoo, shower gel, soap and cream is high quality .. the room design is unique.. it has room automated light board where you can manage the way how your room is illuminated in a button!One more thing .. I found this precious book in the drawer .. its the Holly Quran and its meaning in English language which makes me so happy for this nice act ..The overall experience is good .. wish to come with family again ..

I have stayed in this hotel 10 days , and my days was so enjoyable . Rooms are so nice and modern , services are great . The restaurants buffet foods are so delicious , staffs is so kind , I will advise to visit my friends as well to this hotel .

The front desk staff (Dolly, Hussain and Gvantsa, Hassan, Gamal,Anwar) are very accomodating . They work very well. Ate maricel from housekeeping department is very active and hardworking also. I did not mention otger staff but overall, the stay in the hotel is awesome 😊

We spent 3days with half board service, in general we enjoyed, we upgraded our room to seaview and pool view it was beautiful but city view very boring as there is a lot of reconstruction in the area.Staff helpful but not professional.Food .limited variety. Breakfast accepted but dinner was very poor, limited variety, cold 😔Swimming pool very beautiful but unfortunately need more cleaning and since morning hit by hard sun so swimming morning time very difficult, and dangerous for kids..Boat trip to crown island is very interesting and lovely island.In general hotel is good but need to improve their food service .

Royal M Hotel is an amazing sea facing Resort and amazing Food too. But the only negative review is that their Wifi does not work sometimes and thats really irritating for visitors who come to UAE to relax. Hope they get this review and Fix it ASAP

I love the rooms and the staff’s politeness, however, the hygiene of the rooms are extremely bad, I have been in 2 rooms over the past few days and nothing else is bugging me other than the hygiene, in the bathtub’s stopper, when you lift it up there’s this plaque buildup that just looks disgusting, in the second room there is a balcony, and the balcony is just extremely dirty, there’s bird stool all over and buildup of dust, it’s just not clean.. just wish if they did a better job at cleaning

Where should I start!1. No social distancing AT ALL2. VERY RUDE STAFF3. EXTREMELY loud music not family friendly at all4. We are supposed to have boat dropping and picking up from the island. We waited for more than 1 hour and we had to call a few times for them to pick us up5. Food isnt good at all6. Unorganized.

The Hotel have an amazing view! The pool and the beach is breathtaking. Staff were very friendly, greets every guests. And heres a big shout out to lifeguard Abraham for volunteering to take photos of me since I went to the pool alone. The photos were beautiful. Thats what I call exceptional Customer Service, going the extra mile! Thank you! Rooms were clean but its my first time to visit a 5-star hotel without toothpaste and hair dryers or maybe we just werent able to find them. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Will recommend to friends and family. Will surely comeback.

We spent 2 days last weekend, it was so nice experience. The view from room to the sea make you relax, The swimming pool so big ,breakfast so delicious and much variety foods. Recommend 👍

We had a great 2 nights staycation at the Royal M, the swimming pool was great and chilled, they have a kids pool with slides, shaded and chilled. The deluxe 1bedroom was huge and very nice. The food was amazing, buffet and room service included in the half board package. In the package was included also the trip to the Queen Island, a very nice experience. Me and my family enjoyed a lot and the staff was amazing, the restaurant manager, Mr Mithat, made sure that we left the table satisfied after every meal. Highly recommended!

Love this resort. Especially the cabanas by the pool. The rooms are modern and skeekly designed. The breakfast and dinner buffets are a bit chaotic so I would recommend a la carte. The cocktails from the pool bar were delicious. Great for a relaxing escape.

We have stayed in dec 2019 for two weeks in the Royal M . Staff is very friendly and helpfull. In december 2020 we should stay again for 14days . But to the Covid we had to cancel . The hotel management did everything to help us. This Royal M understands hospatilty also in worst times. As soon as its possible we will stay again at this great, friendly and also beautifull hotel.

Honestly it was amazing, the pool was so much fun the food was rlly good although it could use some more options, the rooms were definitely great. Overall the place was fantastic I would definitely go there again.

Needs more staff or to reduce the occupancy in the weekend.The staff is polite & professional but for the workload No answer for room service or Concierge.The pool needs to be well maintained with at least 4 lifeguards not one as now.The design of Suit is amazingMezz restaurant is nice & staff are very friendly but food is a bit cold may be because theyre just opened after Covid & the new system needs to be replaced because using same spoon wont keep the same taste.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Super Infiniti pool and the staff were superb. Good good and a nice themed bar. 1 star deducted for noisy banging and loud voices from maintenance staff at 3am. Took a call to reception to get some peace. However would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Very nice hotel. I like the big swimming pool. Rooms are very spacious with elegant interior design and furniture. Breakfast is great with too many choices and nice restaurant area. I like the the trip by the hotel to the private island with clean and sandy beach and also a nice swimming pool there. It is also very enjoyable trip to see Abu Dhabi from the sea. Staff are very kind and professional. I will visit this hotel with my family again and again.

Worst experience ever I had not only in UAE but also abroad. 1. Staff are so rude. 2.Service so bad, slow and would never bring all what u ask for one time. 3. Room service also bad and don’t have housekeeping after 7 pm! 4. Pool is SO DIRTY. 5. Pool and hotel so crowded and no social distancing at all despite of the current situation of COVID-19. 6. Lifeguard is not available all the time to monitor the pool. 7. Pool bar has only one staff preparing the drinks and guests are crowded around the pool. 8. They asked all guests to leave the pool as municipality people came and so the horrible crowd. 9. Room price was paid to use all facility while that didn’t happen. 10. This place is not recommended AT ALL.

I did not stay at the hotel so I do not know what the rooms are like, but I did enjoy the Friday brunch and pool deal. It was very good. Theres a good selection of tasty food, and the service is polite and friendly.The pool is not for those who are training for the Olympics, but it is for those who want to relax. However, this is a family-friendly place, so if you do not like the sounds of excited children enjoying themselves, it might not be to your liking.As for me, Ill be back.

The hotel has amazing views and huge pool overlooking the sea, however no beach. The beach is chargable on the other island, where they will take you by boat for 50 aed. The rooms are very nice and very well equipped, however keep in mind that the rooms are not soundproof, if you book the standard non sea view twin room without balcony, your sleep might be disturbed, the sounds of car engines and even staff talks outside, or the alarm clock in the connected room can be heard (all twin rooms are connected). The rooms are also very cold even without AC, so choose the rooms with balcony, they have a wonderful view, and they are comparatively quiter (of-course if you will be lucky to have quite neighbours or room which is not connected). (Stayed there for 2 nights and the experience was completely different with just a room upgrade for a second night)

Went to the hotel to take advantage of an offer for Sushi night.Upon arrival the valet parked the car for us (some hotels do not do this if youre not checking in). Then found the restaurant on the right. The selection was quite small but delicious. The managers were very helpful and even gave us a complimentary dish of sticky rice and panko prawns to accommodate for my 3 year old as he was not too keen on the sushi.Very helpful and attentive.Went out to the pool after we ate and it looked beautiful. May come back to stay here as it looked lovely.

Hotel is very good, room was upgraded to a pool view room, was able to take the room at 11.00 AM before normal check in time which is 02.00 PM , the pool is huge and very safe, not deep and kids friendly, pool bar is very good and serves plenty of food and beverages for fair prices, the cleanliness was ok, sanitizers were everywhere, Sauna and Steam are still closed as of today 24th of Jul 2020. Gym is open however!! Dinner was awesome and we had a discount for being i -house guests!! Allover the hotel exceeded my expectations!! Will definitely go again many times!!

The most amazing stay we have had in the last couple of years in UAE. The pool is so beautiful and scenic with unobtrusive views of the water. Kids pool area was so much fun. Not too big but enough to keep our kids busy and they could easily come to the big pool as a lot of it is quite shallow. Our suite was over looking the pool and was good to accommodate all 4 of us. Food and hospitality was great. Would say highly recommended for family with little ones to consider.

Dear i would like u all to know that i had the worst experiance ever at this hotel , first the service was totally bad and the front desk should be working as a back office and when i asked one of them to clean the room he said okay but no one did , cleanless , attitude the worst ever , and today i went to the pool it was so dirty and they refused to clean until the municipality stepped in and found that the pool is dirty on the other hand its was so crowded without social distance at the end I DONT RECOMMAND ANY OF YOU TO VISIT THIS PLACE so bad experiance

I dont like it . Over capacity of hotel though covid 19 and swimming pool is good but has small partion for adult so it was very crowded cuz no beach in hotel that is boring thing.Staff was friendly . Room was nice ,big & oversea view. Food was bad &cold .

This place is beautiful!!! The food was amazing! The house Beverages for the brunch is the best. Definitely worth going. The fact that you can purchase a groupon for the brunch helps the pocket. Such a great experience.

Guy at reception was very quiet. No hi or welcome or anything. Gave me room key without telling me about the location of my room or elevator. Never mentioned the breakfast restaurant. Room not very clean. Some places are dusty. Also, found dirty stuff. See photo i posted. I paid extra so that i get a room with breakfast. That was a bad decision. Breakfast area reminds me of a 3-star hotel called ibis. Seat yourself and serve yourself. Table was not clean. I had to ask for forks and spoons. Overall food served not bad but not as good as other 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi. Why is this a 5-star hotel?!! It should be 3-star and no more.

Royal M Abu Dhabi is a great place to stay and relax. The room we had faced the sea, was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was great, room service was prompt. Pool was amazing. Great for families.

This’s the last time ever for me staying at royal M, when i did the reservation after midnight around 3Am, They will give me late checkout at 4pm,,, unfortunately at 1:45pm they start to call asking me checkout ,, the girl who called me she was very rude even when ask to speak with manager he told me some how I’m laying and even didn’t try calling the night shift stuff to make sure and he said to me not allowed giving this late as hotel policy,Dear royal m manager in the hotel policy they allowed you to accuse the customers as layers,?? instead call at least call and ask who make the reservation,,make sure that the stuff you run are doing their jobs in right way and you are not qualified and unprofessional at all to be manager and zero experience with customer service ,Ps: i and read my profile will see my previous stays always been with late checkout 5 or 6 pm & more,, dont use policy’s when suits you if you have issues with your stuff keep-it behind doors,,

Not impressed! Booked for brunch on the website at 12.30 but they opened at 1 pmStaff doesnt seem to be trained much. It takes long time before they serve your drinks. It takes even longer to clear plates and later on you dont see staff at all....Going back to the buffet you find most plates empty! When you ask for a tea you have to pay extra. We would recommend senior management to spent more time on training and supervising staff. It also occurred to us that staff is a bit afraid of middle management. A more modern approach in management style might improve atmosphere.All together we are not impressed at all. Will look for an other place next time.

Its 5* hotel in UAE. Clean, good service, food, drinks etc. all good. Has infinity pool overlooking sea. Cabanas are free. The hotel has its own offshore island and they offer regular free boat rides there and back. The hotel is not usually very busy so its a great place to sit back and unwind.

The hotel was clean and really spacious. We had a dinner with our family, you can try purchasing in groupon for a cheaper price, food was delicious especially the beef steak,the salads and chocolate cakes. They even gave a surprise birthday cake for my sister and extended the hour for check out til 3 pm. 😘

I am really disappointed. How can you organize a pool party with alcohol drinks without taking in consideartion the kids and the families who are not participating. There is no safety and at all, my 6 years daughter was injured with a glass bottle cover and this is a SHAME !!!

A new hotel constructed beautifully. The location and interior ambience is superbly made. Since the hotel yet to be opened no comments now about the hotel services.

It had a nice pool but service was poor. I had changed rooms and in my first I left a shirt. I called if they could bring it to my new room but I had to get it myself. Also, the hotel had no recreation room, they only had pool. Not so good

New hotel so everything had that extra fresh gloss. Room was large and had a decent view. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options for every tastebud and dietry requirement. The infinity pool was large and had lots of deck chairs, and the kids pool was a nice touch! Overall a great hotel for the money.

We decided to treat our selves for our 3rd year anniversary, so booked a room at Royal M.Check/In : Arrival was great, hotel is new, spotless clean. Front Desk team are super professional and friendly, check in was smooth and swift, we arrived at around 4-ish. Our room was on 2nd floor, we got room facing the pool & ocean which is stunning. The hotel team was very thoughtful and kind, surprised us with a Happy Anniversary Chocolate Cake, beautifully decorated, definitely a lot of thought and care has been put into everything. After an hour or so after arrival, we received a courtesy call from guest relations to make sure we are comfortable and that we have everything we need and they wished us a happy anniversary as well.F&B Experience: I would like to give a special thanks, to Mr Tamer L. He made our night a very special night, a night to remember for as long as we live, thank you for being apart of our special moment and being so kind with all the arrangements. Since it’s the occasion of our anniversary, he’s helped me arrange a small surprise for my better half. Everything was done with full love and attention with the Romantic Dinner Arrangements - including special message for the water show and music and everything!The even started by meeting Mr Soufine, greeted us, welcomed us so warmly. Then one lady (hostess) I am so sorry, I missed to catch her name. She was very friendly, engaging - walked us to our table where we were seated and welcome again by Alae.Alae, the gentleman from Morocco. He is a star, he looked after us until the end of the night, everything was spot on. A beautiful night, Romantic Dinner, nice gentle breeze, Champagnes and Oysters and next minute, my partner went down on one knee and have asked me to marry him! OMG, I know right? I felt like a queeeeeeeen. Showered with so much attention, top class service, beautiful food, beautiful hotel and the kindest soul, most loving gentleman, has asked me to be his wife (oh, he is now stuck with me) 🤪😂😊❤️I could right forever but I’ll try to wrap up and keep it short.Check/Out: we got late check out until 2pm which was very kind (as we’re not early birds lol), everything was smooth and quick. And I’d like to give a special mention to Sabah at Reception, she was very kind, helpful and genuine. bright smile. Last note. I’d like to thank the house keeping staff who found my fiancé’s wallet (he lost it in the gents rest room). We almost turn the room upside down as we thought we lost it in the room somewhere, while we heading down for breakfast - we went to the reception and inquire about it. The lady was very kind to assist and double check and return the lost wallet to us with everything still inside. It’s hard to find good sincere people in this world, but I’d have to say Royal M have all the right souls, right people to run the business. Well done guys.I am a hotelier and I am quite hard to pleased and never in history I would write a review this long, I even use emojis. I would like to wrap up this review, and say thank you again for being apart of our night, a night to remember.

Friendly front desk staff and room attendants. Facilities were great and the food was sumptuous. Top of it was the Island experience that was amazing.

1/When we come the bed of children not come to the next day.2/ room clean service not come and the room stay dirty for one night.3/the foods service didn’t answer the phone quickly.

It’s a nice hotel, staff are very friendly, neat place, aside from the windows were very dirty, pool is great with a breathtaking viewUnfortunately the room is below average, the design is so plain and boring, it’s almost sad how blunt is the room , not even one painting on the wall... doesn’t feel homely at all, and the room service food is a not very advisable.

Nice hotel but not 5 star the food is ok but not great and food whats supposed to be hot is warm at best, and having no plate warmers does not help. The pool is covered in algae and slippery to walk on ,and was that bad the last two days of our holiday we never went in it, they tried to clean it with chemicals but it made it worse , I saw no pool cleaners, only lifeguards trying to clean it with brushes only round the edges not in the middle of the pool .

Simply, one of the best hotel experiences you can get in the UAE. You can actually feel that the staff really want to help you out, even if the booking was not direct (using another source like booking, agoda, etc.).Other than the massive infinity pool they have, and the shaded coupled sunbeds that are designed to give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the entire pool, they can take you to a private island where you can spend a number of hours secluded from technology and all the city noise.If you are really up for it, it will be a stay to remember.

Best about it: nice viewBad about it: sound isolation is very bad. I literally hear the guy next to me snoring like sleeping in my room. Also, you cant get rid of the music at poole even if you shut down the windows

This is a new hotel/resort that has a great architecture and great choice of decorations.The lobby is fancy, with well trained presentable receptionist.There is bars and restaurants with great decors and friendly employees.The swimming pool has a view of the sea that has given it a nice touch.Rooms are finished on a high level and all categories have great furniture, the royal suite has leather walls and you can smell it as soon as you enter the room, the supplements used are all from the brand of Aigner.Great experience, highly recommend to visit this hotel.

Actually, I didnt use the rooms, I used the hotels facilities.they have a very nice pool, bar, and view, but unfortunately the pool is not deep enough to swim freely.I have a small comment, as I came to the hotel because of the pool DJs party, and the lady on the reception (I forget her name) told me there is no party and you have to pay 150 AED, while if I purchase the partys ticket I will take two complementary drinks + 150 AED for entry fees. Then the partys manager solved the problem, my comment is all the hotels staffs should be aware enough about any event happening in the hotel.Also, I want to say thanks a lot for Robin (pools bartender), he was very nice and helpful.Regards.

LOVED my stay here. My family and I stayed 3 nights and then EXTENDED our stay an additional night. The facilities are brand new, the service is great, the pool is ideal for relaxing. There is is steam room and sauna. We will be returning for our Christmas vacation!

Helpful staff clean and elegant place, lovely view and nice neighborhood but we had a problem with the electricity at the start and the reason why I gave it 3 is because of the moaning sounds coming from the next door.

We stayed for a night there & I really liked the service. The pool was very clean, free cabanas were amazing, boat ride to the island was worth it for 25aed per room.
