Amazing place to stay. Away from the crowd yet right in the middle of city center. Facility is amazing and service is even better. Highly recommended esp. if youre looking for an option with reasonable price.

By far one of the best hotels Ive stayed in for a while, in terms of the service. Excellent staff, very professional, attentive, sincere and trustworthy. Definitely recommended, especially if you are attending an event next door at Adnec Expo Center.

Pearl Rotana is a nice hotel as long as youre not on an all inclusive package. Not allowed alcohol until 12 noon (Not even by the pool) and the alcohol package ends at 10pm.

We had booked afternoon tea here but my only regret is that it serves only sweet treats. We ordered very tasty sandwiches instead. Very friendly and efficient service.

I had a bad experience. Room service knocked once and entered directly without permission. It was so disrespectful.Also, they delay you before you get into the parking space because they are using walki talki to check if you have a room. Well, look at the key in my hand 🙂If there’s a zero star I would use it.

DONT EVER GOO THERE ALLL PLEASE !!!They dont know what does hospitality means we call and booked 3 rooms we reached the rooms where not ready at 8:45 pm !! They gave 2 rooms after the delays they gave the 3rd room but its smoking they didnt mention that we have smoking rooms only available and i have allergy to smoke and lung issue. They are saying we will give you 2 bed room !?? But whyy ????, im alone i want a king bed my right was to be told not after i pay and go to the room you realise its smoking room.VERYYYY BAD MANAGEMENT JUST SEARCHING FOR MONEY !!!

Very unpleasant experience. I had booking and communicated with the staff as per my choice days before my arrival and when I reached there i found that the staff had cancelled my bookings. It was very unpleasant they made me wait and never apologized. Instead I was given another room with very low facilities and at a higher price. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. Besides the location and the view sucks. Construction all around.

Located in the business centre of Abu Dhabi aiming the business travel crowd . Staying for 20 days. Its a modern full tech Hotel with sophisticated features and gives five star service. Room service is good. Price average . 70 usd approximately per night . It takes time to travel to Abu Dhabi city from here . Room is spacious ! City view is superb in the evening with Sun set. Food is average and maintains the quality. All items and features are unique to Rotana Hotels chain

Good for short stays. Very practical. We’ve been given an upgrade for our room since we have encountered one problem which was strong Smoking smell in ( Non-smoking) rooms even when we were transferred to 3 different rooms. I guess the AC system should be checked because of the smoking smell leakage in the Air-conditioner. Our upgraded room was clean and smelled fresh which eased our mind. Also, I’ve called the room service more than 3 times and they kept saying that they are coming but completely ignored us.

Very nice hotel. Parking is limited but the hotel arranges to take care of the car for you if you cant self park.The customer service was very good. Our room was upgraded at check-in without asking, but that wasnt why they are great. The room we were given first had a problem. After we complained, we were told no similar rooms available to change except for a double, but Mr. Caesar (or Kaiser) went above and beyond to prepare a room so that we wouldnt be inconvenienced. It took a few minutes but he and the staff prepared a new room and then called to make sure the new room was satisfactory. This was all done after midnight so I know it was not as easy as it would have been if we had arrived earlier in the day. Mr. Caesar and his staff really did a great job making sure we were well taken care of.

The in-dinning person is not very friendly. Evrytime i call for my breakfast it feels like he doesn’t like to take my order or maybe he just doesn’t like his work. Why do i have to deal with all his frustration in life if i just want my breakfast in morning?., i will call again tomorrow and i will try to get his name and post it here maybe that will catch his attention then somewhat change his attitude towards his work.

Nice hotel, great stay! Apart from a couple of not very nice incidents, we had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful- thank you all! I dont remember all names, but special thanks to Musa from reception and Shamirah from housekeeping for going extra mile to serve us. Facilities are great and well thought of (except parking). Enjoyed our stay.

The worst guest service ever...The 3rd time here and I think the last oneThe same problem ask for dental kit and they sent it after 2hours and after more than 1 callI dont know why!!!!And as always I am waiting now more than 1 hour just to see when they will send it 😡Note 1 ...I told the receptionist about what happened last time and it happened again!!!!.Note 2. The previous time I left my room and went downstairs to the reception just to tell them about this problem .Note 3. Not even a star .

I felt they steal things from the guest, I realize that I lost things when I was emptying my stuff in home . Plus there room service is very low standard you should call 3 or 4 time to get what you want!

This is a nice hotel. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome!The only drawback, and no fault of Pearl Rotana, is the construction of a large structure across the street. If you have a room facing the main road, ask for one on the opposite side. Workers on the project work until after 7PM, and start about 7AM.The noise is temporary and the Pearl Rotana is still one of my favorite hotels.

They have big rooms and there price is good .Location outside the city .Good for families.The only problem is underground parking is not enough all the time is full P3 and P4 not for hotel guest which is strange is reserved for contractors !!

Nice stay very good service and food as well and thanks to the Mr Wyclif for his great and kind help for parking and yeah lobby parking helper is not co operative he looks like indian he was speaking rudly with me regarding parking issues at night please keep somebody who can explain nicely and in details so that we get convince .

Unprofessional, low quality service. I asked them to get me a toothbrush at 5:40 in the morning, and I kept calling them every 20 minutes and no ones cared no respect for someone time, I am gonna be late for my work because of them it’s 7 am and I still didn’t get the toothbrush and the house keeping doesn’t care I kept calling and he had excuses as the shift is changing.

2’ walk to Adnec. No car needed. The best check in experience ever. Kind. Quick efficient. And they offered to pick Up the stuff I had forgotten in my car and brought to my room.All the staff is very friendly and competent.Don’t even ask at restaurant, they anticipate water and take the plates away.Very professionalRoom big , bed comfortable , all amenities available.GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Excellent stay, during your stay, is a short taxi ride to the international airport, and to other places to visit within Abu Dhabi if you have some free time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. rooms are nice and comfortable, and the cleaning was good. nice roof pool with a beautiful gym, sauna and steam room. and lovely Italian restaurant!

The hotel is lovely. Architecture and design are top notch, same as functionalities. Food at the Saffron restaurant is very nice and the whole F&B department is working hard and doing their best to satisfy the guests expectations. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and views of the city from the 20th floor. Gym is large and very convenient. Staff working on the 20th floor area (gym and swimming pool) are very polite and helpful. However, reception must undergo some extra training in order to meet the guests expectations. Guest service on the other hand were professional and helpful, trying to do their best to meet the guests requirements. Housekeeping is also hard working and delivering good service. If youre familiar with Rotana as a chain - youll feel good as a guest at this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room is spacious and homey. The check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. It was a very short stay but I look forward to visiting again.

From front office to security to services, Everything was so bad from the minute I came to check in to the minute I left the hotel!My original booking was a Classic King Bed, I came to check in AFTER the “checking in time which is by 2pm or 3pm” a receptionist called Faith did my check in, she first stated that they have NO AVAILABLE KING BED ROOMS. She said we only have Twin beds available. I did the booking in advance, if you did not have enough rooms why would u promise and make it available online then? I kept insisting that I wanted a king bed room since I am alone in the room! She simply gave me a SMOKING king bed room without even asking for my preferences or if I have any allergies!Then I went to the room assigned for me, I was so surprised that it is a smoking room because as mentioned in my original booking i want a non smoking room! I have a very strong allergy from smoking, they did not even consider that.they told me they have nothing to do other than changing my room the next day. I CALLED FROM MY PRIVATE NUMBER the front office team and reservation team and I asked if there is any available king bedroom for today! I told them that i need a new booking they simply said YES kindly pass by the reception i went to the reception and Ive spoken with a lady called mary i believe, i told her i was on the phone right now and u said u have available room so i want it today right now! Because i cant stay in the smoking room. faith came laughing and said its actually available but on dirty status, while minutes ago it was all sold out? Anyways after talking and all of that, I couldnt stay in the room! Im in the hotel since 3PM until 6PM I didn’t get what i came here for. faith and mary told me that the house keeping will clean the room and might take time until 8pm so I had to wait for 2 MORE HOURS.I went out and came back to the hotel around 8:30pm and what happened is that i asked for the room to be changed because it have been 2 hours and a half. A kind man called zakaria tried helping me as much as he can but they still promised me and ive been waiting and nothing happened. All fake promises.THEY EVEN TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO ROOM MOVE PLACED FOR ME FROM THE BEGINNING!I came to try the hotel for couple of days so i can be one of the long stay guests, i even met sales team! BUT I COULD NOT STAND STAYING AT ALLL I EVEN SHORTENED MY STAY!!one of the worst experiences ever! I had to stay in a smoking room with all my allergies and they’ve done nothing.at the same day of check in, faith and mary told me to come back at 8pm for the non smoking room, it was still not available. Zakaria mentioned that by 10pm the room would be available which is the room that they did not request from the beginning by faith and mary. i called and tried reaching the reception @10pm regarding the room They never called or answered my call at all.Who checks in at 10pm anyways Like seriously All of that because a king bedroom I even told them i will leave if u dont have it They kept promising and it full of lies.No phone answers tooThe parkings are the worst as well as the employees working there! Its realllyy badI have been asked to park in P2, however its full and there is only one parking available but the security rejected and told me not to park there. However, Why didnt he check The audi car that was blocking the free parking? Or many other cars? How is possible that some park and close on other cars and some dont? Then he asked me to park all the way down to p4 HE EVEN ASKED ME FOR THE KEYS of my CAR because it is not even a rotana Parking What is the use of self parking then? And a guy kept asking me which room are u in the parkings This is really unacceptable.Everything happened these two nights or one night and a half is the worst thing ever that can happen to any guest!! It just ruined the image of Rotana completely. They’ve done nothing but troubling me with everything since I stepped into this hotel.

The food is great here, the bathtub is relaxing. The view isnt pleasant, but the room isnt bad. If you have a sensitive back then bring some of your own pillows because these beds are stiff solid, my back hurts from this bed. And the fridge is too small. It only has baby shots and water bottles. The restaurant in the building the are very worth it. Very pleasant, beautiful and delicious foods.

Super location definitely the brownie point. Down side the hotel doesnt have any restaurant open after 11PM you can order room service but the food options are limited to pasta, biryani and club Sandwich. Rooms are big and super convenient staff are friendly and helpful. Not bad for a 4 star standard hotel.

The hotel is brand new, very very clean, the stuff are very welcoming.. rooms are very spacious.Breakfast is great as it’s offering many options.The view from the gym and the rooftop pool is amazing.The guy in the gym was very helpful, he showed us how to use the machines there.The stuff in the bar are very friendly they will give you that feeling that you are at home.Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Such a pleasant experience. It is a walking distance from ADNEC so it is a perfect place to stay if you are attending an event there which was our case. We were originally booking to stay at Centro Rotana but a few days before arriving, we received an e-mail that we were upgraded to stay at the new 4-stars hotel Pearl Rotana and it was a real upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the needed amenities. It had a very nice view and the breakfast is well made with a variety of options. The staff were always present and helpful.

Very new hotel directly opposite the exhibition centre. Two decent restaurants on site, along with good breakfast facilities. Good gym and pool. Despite being new, I didnt find anything that was unfinished. The rooms were a high standard and spacious.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Very modern and has all amenities. The staff are wonderful esp Mr Zakariya. Has a very pleasant fragrance throughout. Would definitely recommend it for both business and pleasure.

The rooms are very nice and the bathroom is larger than others. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with a large selection of fruits, as well as, cook to order eggs.
