The staff is very helpful and humble. Good location and rooms are nice. The only setback is the security deposit while checking in, this is quite unusual for a hotel of such stature.

I had an awesome experience.....first time in an Abu Dhabi Spa..it was so worth it. We had to book last minute for a couples massage and the lady at the Reception was so nice about it. We had 2 wonderful therapist who took their time and massaged every knot out of our bodies🤣 . Her name was Linda if I recall and she was with her other colleague. We had to document every part of the spa treatment and they both understood us and let us be taking pics and videos. We had an awesome time. Definitely worth another trip and experience 😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰🥰

I made a celebration on January 2020 (new baby Food invitation open buffet) in the banquet hall, organizing and food quality was very good. But the bad thing is that when requested them to take the excess food as take away their supervisor pretended that their health policy doesnt allow it for safety reasons, and by chance some of my friends saw their staff is packing the food and distribute it other staff. I was very disappointed for this corruption and lies. Take care please.

Nice rooms with good prices. The rooms are not sound proof so sleeping at night may be an issue if you have noisy neighbors. Bathroom towels had stains on them and even though I ordered a non smoking room, the room smelt like cigarettes. The management is very unorganized in information and below my expectations. I will probably not be staying here again, as I would rather pay a little more and receive much better service in other hotels.Very disappointed

Ramada has been my home for a few months now and I am very happy with the services they provide. My room is well kept and I am very thankful for Stephanie for making that happen. She keeps everything clean and organized. As a fellow kabayan, I really enjoy talking to her in tagalog. She makes me feel more at home. I can attest that Ramada is very lucky to have her. She makes my room spotless clean!! Plus, she has great customer service skills and can build good interpersonal relations with others. She is very nice, joyful and polite at the same time. I like to inform you that i was staying in your hotel around one month,I observe there regarding housekeeping staff due to covid situation they make properly sanitizer regarding cleaning very nice behaviour with the guest respectful helpful your housekeeping staff specially I mention the name Mrs jyoti helping me with nice behaviour and respect Lee nature I am very satisfied with her services and I am very happy to stay there again.

Not that bad, but not the best either.We got a sea view room, which has a nice view of the Corniche area. Pool was too deep, you can’t even enjoy a dip in the pool if you don’t know how to swim.Room wasn’t soundproof, you can hear sounds from the other room’s bathroom.Lastly, weird that the hotel called me at 11:20am on my mobile number to check if I would check out today, or extend. —very unusual as other hotels will call you on the room’s phone, and remind you during 12, or after 12 for the standard check out time. When I have mentioned that I would check out, the hotel staff stated that the check out is 12nn, which I knew and if I needed a late check out, I would inform the hotel prior, or request for it.After that call, I immediately went to the front desk and check out to pass their standard time, as if they were telling you indirectly “It’s almost 12nn, you need to get out of your room.” —which is not very friendly.Probably my first and last stay here. There are other better options within the same range.

Worst experience with Wi-Fi I stayed two times in this hotel and didnt get a good wifi network here complained with reception and their team came changed router but the speed is same..

Bishal cleaned my room today, he was very nice and friendly. I told him to leave my things as is so he can move on to cleaning other rooms but he insisted to do his job and wow! He was quick but left my querters squeaky-clean! I was very impressed!

I will be staying at Ramada hotel near cornich for 14 days as quarantine, its almost 5 days, the services which they render me was excellent, friendly atmosphere, tasty food, laundry, room service by that Nepali boy Mr Bishal Chai which I will not forget him was excellent, his early morning smile and friendliness was superb. I stayed in almost all the 5 stars hotel but I found this Ramada hotel the best, thanks for everything. I appreciate for the team work done by all your staff. Good work. All the very best from me. I wish tourist visiting Abu Dhabi do make it a point to stay at Ramada hotel near cornich Mina road. You all will enjoy it.

Loved this hotel, staff always smiling and respectful. Sea view is very good and the rooms are very spacious and everything is provided. WiFi, TV, bathtub and shower, comfortable.The robes are not provided only.Very clean, Air conditioning works just great. Had very good experience. Moderate price for stay cations. Customer service is great. Havent tried yet breakfasts, definitely would visit again. Lovely hotel. I am very grateful.

This hotel was good.But the receptionist was just saying blah blah I had a broken glass so they 1st told me 2 glasses r missing n then they told me 1 is missing so we deduct 25 aed its not abt the money its all abt the guest respect the hotel management must know if glass is broken then there r alot of ways to handle the situation not there will b a charge n boom

Good place for stay

1-The bathroom was not clean2- the shower head was leaking all over the place3-the toilet was leaking4-the bathroom was not clean5-very bad customer services especially from the hotel manager who knows nothing about handling customers6- unfriendly reception staff (they dont even smile its like you are going to jail !)7-very bad parking service they say call half an hour earlier to get you car ready which I did and surprise surprise the car...wasnt ready !)8- there is a desk but no near by power outlet ...Seriously !9- the building is very old and it shows everywhere in the room the ceiling the floor the beds. For the same price you can get a much better hotels.

Nice hotel, Comfortable StayI stayed in Ramada more than a month and half. The hotel is quite nice and very comfortable to spend short and long term stays there. It is close to Abu Dhabi mall and the Corniche. The room attentant from Bishal Chai has been exceptional. He always greeted me with a smile, he is keen on details & properly understands his work.He was leaving my room sparkling clean!The food has many options to choose and the swimming pool is very clean and gives nice view. Also the lifeguard has been very attentive and friendly. Overall, I recommend Ramada hotel.

Very good hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and sanitized.Just be aware of parking I parked outside the hotel and the Mawaqif towed away my car and had to pay 850dhs to get it back, the hotel provides valet so please keep that in mind.

Good stay with nice view rooms. All the staff were so friendly (bishal chai- the room boy with brotherly affection. Binumon- restaurant guy with plaesing character) . Only problem is the entertainment , tv is a piece of dispaly only.

I come for my first time to visite this hotel because my friend told his good place to enjoy we are not drunk and we want to expand our money dear I visite the first club and I want to visite second club before I have fun but I dont the first floor all full I come back the first club the security he told me not allowed to come back again and he punched me and he push me down I ask for his general manager he told he not have general manager and I ask reception to call me general manager he say the club not include with hotel really this my first time some people do for me the same what happened for me to day without drink it inrespect and I will never forget

Best place to stay with reasonable price

It was ok. The tv channels were not working. The parking is so small. Just few cars can be parked.

I checked in to this hotel 2 nights ago. Jonathan was at the reception and was very helpful. Got me checked in a few minutes.My housekeeper was Shola. Great service provided by him. Room was clean on my second day when I came back and loaded with all complimentary items as mentioned at the time of booking.That being said, the soundproofing in these rooms is horrible. The first night, at around 1am I could hear a woman moaning for a good 2 hours with some intervals. Assuming this was from her having sex.The second night, I could literally hear someone having shower in another room at 3 in the morning!! I havent looked at the floor plan, but I believe the washroom is right behind the wall in the room.Ramada is supposed to be this fantastic hotel. But I am disappointed and do not plan on staying at another Ramada location again.

The worst Experience ever, Im writing this while Im still at the hotel. Be careful there is no parking in the hotel, no valet and no public parking spaces available near by.I already got a fine of 500AED for parking at the hotel entrance and the hotel tells you its your responsibility.The reception could not be less helpful and they blame the municipality for this believe it or not.

The worst stay ever i book a room through booking but they give me another type of room category also i asked for smoking room they didnt give me however i called the day before to confirm it and they said its available also i checked in at 2:30PM and i was there from 1:30PM bec they said the room wasnt ready however i mentioned on booking the expected time . really i dont recommend anyone to stay there theyre not professional dealing with the guests.

Worst experience to have ever, however manager in duty Hossam can not fix the issue, I’ve booked in Ramada only because of car parking, and reception informed me 100 % parking will be available, but once I spoke to duty manager he said we can not accept any more cars however parking is full, at the same time he made exceptions only for fancy cars. How rood is that!!!! and said First come first serve. I believe you know very well about hospitality. #Not_Recomended

Mr. Jonathan, at the front desk offered us the best and the most extraordinary service. He treats his customers with a smile which is the most pleasant. Apart from that the rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Its worth the price and I would definitely recommend it.
