Dont know why i went to this hotel it is not part of Marriot Group. Property is ok but not upto to expectation. Will try to avoid this hotel in future.

I was there many times and i like this place and feel comfortable there, but rated three stars because they need to care more about these things:- parking service.- room ventilation and smell.- bathroom cleanliness.- room furniture.Otherwise staff and service is very good, location is great, rooms are big and swimming pool is great.

Location is good . Unfortunately the services and the rooms are very poor.The furniture is to be changed urgently.If you have asthma Or any kind of allergy, i don’t recommend this place.On top of that , the rooms are very expensive. A disaster

Nice hotel and good view of Corniche. Delicious food at La Veranda, and staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to malls, supermarket, fast food restaurants and public parks.

Room was humid and smelled moldy, corridors over perfumedI even found a bottle of something in the room, staff were kind and changed the room, however the second room even smelled moldyStaff are nice thoughVallet service is bad, parking outside the hotel you got to walk around.

Wow the restaurant is one in a million with excellent services, fantastic foods which can carry you away by beautiful and pleasant aroma.I was highly convinced by the food, most especially the Pizza taste was highly different and tasty with nice dough.And also the restaurant is in nice place of view and to be seeing everything going around in the city. The designs and decoration are beautiful.The restaurant is in Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel, good job to the management of the hotel.

Rooms are dusty in all parts need to concentarte in interior cleaning also. not only changing bed covers.

We stayed there last September 2020 with my husband and he argued with the manager as they were not honest and charged us too much for breakfast.The room is old and too humid, we were staying there with my 1 year old daughter and she was coughing. The bathroom is dripping on the side and my husband took a photo of it. The room is covered with fungus 🤮We demanded a refund and move out.

Not honest staff, including the manager. It says that parking is available so we made a booking for couples, they allowed one car to park and charged the other one 50 AED/day (although using public parking for a full day costs 15 AED). Also their swimming pool is closed for 1 month for maintenance and this was not written on booking.com or endorsed to us before making the payment

Neat n clean rooms. Comfortable in many ways. Easy booking cooperative and welcoming staff. View was not very good but in this price it was acceptable.

Room is ok But they dont have hand shower in toilet.

Providing nice services.We cant say its perfect. But comparatively they are doing well.All the staff are behaving very well.Need to improve small things like quality slippers inside the room.Light settings inside the room (if we put all the lights also there is a sleepy mode. No bright lights).

Very bad customer service, unwilling to help or do any adjustments. I booked and couldn’t come due to COVID-19 prevention and they didn’t agree to reschedule for the week after. They keep transferring you to different people with no results although they have plenty of rooms empty.

I love Sheraton khalideyah.. This is the best ever for me. Its my second home. Staff are friendly.

I loved it here! The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfortable, I got a great nights sleep. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. Its a little small but its inviting and a welcome relief from the sun. There are bars situated inside the hotel also which I enjoyed. I think the only negative thing would be the buffet, the quality wasnt amazing, and I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing but apart from that it was great!

The location of the hotel is perfect, but it is not clean enough, especially the bathrooms.

Nothing special. Entrance to hotel and elevator placement is odd. Some rooms appear to have had kitchenettes -- they removed the sinks and stoves, but left the refrigerator. Nice sitting room. Cleaning staff is very good and friendly. The view on the seaside is fabulous. Breakfast is good when the restaurant is not crowded. When crowded, the hotel does not have enough silverware, serviettes or staff to keep up. A free upgrade made the stay better, but we were told we would be moved if another room became available.

Night club very bad service i get , it was frist and last time visiting for this pls , i invited my team to your place was seating in 3 separate table and i almost spend 1k dhr for only one hour, but we leave because of Security African guy very very rude with us and taking with impolite , i complain to club manager but nothing happened we lift to aviod fighting with him ,i advising all dont visit you will be Suffering same us

I stayed in Cristal for over 10 months....Available airport pickup and drop service... but not free though...Good location.... spacious rooms.... good house keeping... spacious wet and dry bathrooms....Sport bar on top has got very good ambience plus well size television for sport watch... we book the table for good view....Warm pool...Equipped clean gym...Massage parlour should be definitely tried....Clean Steam and sauna....Penty of food choices in and around Cristal...Worth for what you pay....

Very poor service. We booked a non smoking room and no one in the team smokes but we got a call saying there were cigarettes everywhere in the room. Ridiculous.The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not assist us properly and we had to call the agent to make the changes.

The fine dining restaurants were excellent & no more expensive than you would expect from a hotel of this standard. There is a varied wine list with a wide range of prices.There is a dress code which is imposed even for breakfast but it is not too onerous - mainly it is swimwear that is unacceptable. In the evenings smart casual is required. There did not appear to be a surplus of Designer wear as I had read in one report! Try it!

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever been through. Beautiful reception sets expectations high, but immediately after check-in it all goes down hill. Room reeked of fungus. Only one piece of sope/toothbrush/slippers etc was provided (for a family room). No additional blankets, towels, pillows. Nothing. Single teaspoon and two glasses was all that was available. However enough storage space to accommodate three people for a year. All empty. They charded me 56 AED per person for breakfast menu was: boiled egg, omlet, pancake, chicken liver toast with jam. Outrageous!

Service not good

Old property but fine looking place. Lots of convenient shopping options available nearby. Drop off area is not so convenient but hotel staff is extremely courteous. If possible get a room facing corniche for a fantastic sea view.

Worst services ever,Bad management.No follow up on issues.I hate the stay here because of the services I got, it was the baddest ever in my life.Its not the same as other sheratons.

All great except for WIFI

We stayed for almost week, actually while waiting for our new apartment in the city.Our first room was dusty with moldy grout tiles in the bathroom. We then, complain to the manager and move to a presidential suite. I think cleaners are loaded enough to focus on really cleaning. Some management issue, it is.If you stayed for one day just to sleep I think, you wont bother but we stayed for few days with my baby so it is quite frustrating. It was affordable but I hope they can focus on cleanliness.

I had a lavish lunch with my friend for a very competitive price. We used a buy-one-get-one-free voucher. Food was very delicious and the service was simply great. We enjoyed the free perks readily offered by the restaurant staff. I strongly recommend it to my friends.

Spectacular experience, a place to truly visit.

An average 4 star property. LA Veranda serves breakfast with average cuisine choices. Hotel has small entrance and rooms have old furniture, have a small rooftop pool with a very good view of Corniche. Overall if you are looking for a short stay you can go for it.

The hotel is dirty and the rooms are dirty and why do you have a kitchen without a stove and the price is so expensive and the pool is not the same as the pictures this is the last time we come

Not crowded and bad music choice

A very good old family hotel wuth almost all necessities packed into it. Very comfy mattresses where you fall into deep sleep the moment you hit it. Good friendly supportive staff and service. Located in down town area close to most essential markets and shops.

Excellent staff and service. Good location.However the building is quite old now and the fixtures and fittings quite tired. More of a three star hotel to be honest if it wasnt for the staff. Not quite what you would expect for a Sheraton.

Today we made a booking from agoda to sheraton khalidiyah abu dhabi. as soon as we got a confirmation.. we go to sheraton. reception ask us to wait as we just booked and they didnt received yet the confirmation from their system. after 1 hour we try to communicate to agoda and told us to wait in hour. after this they r telling the hotel is fully booked. and after that we told reception about this.. thats the only time they check the system.. she said no update from supplier. and the supervisor nabil just talk in rude way explaining its not about their system. so we have to cancel the booking.we are one of the guest just experience a bad service from this hotel.. now we know why they are not getting good feedback anymore

Great place to stay

Just checked in. Had asked for non-smoking room. The room is stinking of nicotine. Staff didnt or couldnt do anything. There was no refrigerator. On my request they brought an old fridge from another room with ice frosted all over the defreezer. Wifi is not working. They have assured to change room tomorrow. I have booked for a week counting on Sheraton tag. Let me see if there is any improvement.

Good location. But misses all finer details of their brand value, for which They are renowned world over....1) receptionist was cold ( a mid aged oriental couple asked him rack rates, n he rudely replied that hes with a guest..2) poor designed room. Mine had no hangers, no bar fridge, ...3) served me minced meat toast when asked for cheese vegetarian one. Not even sorry...!! Very disappointed ☹️Wont go again. Wont recommend

Three years ago my family and I stayed at this hotel and the stay was great. I have to say on this occasion the standards have dropped considerably. The carpets were very dirty, not vacuumed regularly. We were having to constantly ask for clean towels, bath mats , the chambermaid on our floor never left enough despite knowing there were 3 people in room, we also had to ask for toilet paper on a couple of occasions, the bath was not scrubbed for the duration of our stay{ 8 days}. Another problem was the constant booming of music at nights until the early hours of the morning coming from downstairs and we were on the 14th floor, for my friends on the 10th floor it was louder, The staff at the hotel I found to be very pleasant and helpful. I very much doubt I will be returning the Sheraton Khalidiya anytime soon.

Sheraton Khalidiya is very famous hotel in Khalidiya Area. It has a restaurant as well which serve buffet at very reasonable rates. If you are looking to through a birthday party or family gathering at good place at reasonable cost, you must consider Sheraton Khalidiya. Normally they give good discount at buffet for groups.They have menu nights, they day I visited them was International menu night and it was delicious. Totally worth it.

Amazing hotel in the street of Khalidiya.

It was the worst Hotel we have ever seen till now in Abu Dhabi.The swimming pool water temperature was not controlled at all , it was massively Hot , as my baby daughter could not be able to even touch the water.Me & my wife were able just to stay 20 minutes and later on we went directly to bathroom to get cold Shower .When we asked them, they said AC is under maintenance & currently the AC Chillers for swimming pool is OFF . Ambient Temperature might have reached today to 48C°

The location is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent, parking is convenient. But the quality of cleaning surely can be and should be improved.

My neighbourhood spot.

Value for money hotel. Not very luxurious and grand from the appearance and facilities available but provides decent comfortable stay at a very economical rate. Khalidiya mall is nearby to cover all shopping needs. KM trading and Al safa supermarket are at walking distances as well.

A nice place to chill

The staff are friendly and responsive yet there’s so much noise from the night club and from the neighbors rooms. I couldn’t sleep until 2am because the people in the room next me was playing TV to the loudest and yelling and shouting. The staff interfered eventually but still they keep talking very loudly.

We expected more when we heard a name sheration but it was not disappointing for the cost we paid

Neat cozy and its in the middle of the downtown so its very nice place sea views and town view rooms reasonable prices the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is very nice and delicious with a variety menu of eastern dishes for me I really enjoying my stay in the hotel open swimming pool the kids is also enjoying spa and beauty salon I hope you enjoy your stay in here

Ok type hotel. On website it advertised a 4 star Hotel but in reality it is NOT a 4 star , It’s a 3 Star Hotel. Need a renovation of this hotel, it’s not an up to date hotel. Everything look old. Cigarette is permitted on the corridor which is very odd, also ash tray is provided on the corridor. I would not recommend family with children to go there due to smoking issue because when you walk through on the corridor just smell of smoke. Also they do not provide additional bed 🛌 for children, although I booked for 5 persons I was given two bedrooms with two single beds on each room.

Acceptable rooms, terrible service. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as they claim to be.- I asked for a fork and a spoon to my room and they didnt bring it, at all, even though I called the reception 3 times to ask about it.- House keeping will throw out anything that isnt in your bag.- I had a food delivery and asked the consierge to put it in my rooms fridge as I wasnt in the hotel, instead the consierge throws out 3 meals worth of food without any good reason.- Hotel will not provide you with information, provide you with plug adapters, or even attempt to answer any inquiry you have.Pros:- Rooms are good for a refurbished hotel.

Very affordable, for a reason. The building is atleast 25 years old and the rooms and facilities show it. Location is good. Service was not bad, i booked a nonsmoking got a room that smells like an ashtray. They moved the next day when i asked for it. No apologies or even a complentry discount to inhouse restuarants/bars. Not very clean, washroom, bedsheets and towles! There was mould in the first room and the second one had burnt carpet.Then figured out why that is, this is a hotel for one nighters with ladys of the night. Thus the smoking in the rooms and the subpar cleanliness. If you have a family and kids this is not the place to be.Stayed for 3 nights, 2 stars for affordability only.
