Affordable well cleaned safest and in the heart of city. Nearby mazayed shopping mall. They charge you with normal prices and can be booked line withdebit credit or cash on arrival. It is opposite of emirates plaza. Food options are good. By the way i liked their facilities. Thats all what i know of it.

Nice hotel. Impeccably clean and quick to help you I any thing you might need. Theres a little cafe island in the lobby which serves very nice Starbucks coffee and the barista ladies are very friendly.

Visited ES ladies salon in cristal hotel, I always come here for my hair services. Best thing is that the hairstylist understands what I need and I don’t have to explain much, moreover it’s guaranteed that you would be satisfied including that your money is well spent. Posted three pics with doffernt hair colors done from the same salon.

Its okay the food , if you want unlimited bbq meat and seafood with side dishes kimchi with drinks. Not bad for those meat lovers.

Budget hotel at moderate price....The location is at Madinat Zayed which is within the city easily accessible to all areas....The room is also clean & friendly staff....It also has a pool at top floor which we had ourselves for long time ....At morning have a good view of Madinat Zayed from window🙂

Excellent 4 star hotel with big rooms , available parking and serving foods in rooms breakfast, lunch and dinner with very good taste, I enjoy staying in Cristal hotel recommend it to anyone search for 4 star hotel but during the last week they delay the lunch more than one hour since the hotel is almost full.

Good caring nd nice Hotel

They gave me a large room in which there are bed room and Living room separately. The size of the room made me very surprised at the moment that I looked inside of the room just after opening the door.The Price is very reasonable comparing with other hotels around.The local mall is very close to the hotel so that It is easy enough to go out to eat something and to look around for seeing peoples life.They were willing to extend 1 hour on my checking-out time for free.Id like to be staying again in this hotel.

Cleanliness of this hotel is great. Housekeeping is also effective in delivering when you order something via phone. Fitness has a lovely view and the lifeguard whos also responsible for the gym is really service minded. Swimming pool is indoors and small. The room was of a good size and we had a lovely view towards the mosque and a shopping center. The bathroom amenities were good too. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Restaurant has a very nice view and a great selection of dishes, a chef is on place all the time. Ive tried both their breakfast and lunch buffets and they both were fresh and delicious. The chef is able to prepare you the eggs (for breakfast) the way you want them as well as some Indian morning dishes - DOSA is my favorite gluten free Indian bread. Staff are polite, however there is a need of a bit more training to some of the hostesses and the reception staff- the issue has been raised and the management has provided adequate help on the particular situation, which was highly appreciated and means that the management is acting professionally. Price and value were matching. Location is good and central making it a good place for sightseeing.

Flawless experience. From the checkin to the checkout, the experience was top notch. Breakfast, room service, cleanliness and reception was all quick and superb. Location is great too. Many tourist attractions are nearby and the taxi doesnt cost much. Rooms are comfy and spacious.

All the receptionists were very welcoming and really do know how to be hospitable. The room was good and liked the colours of the wall paint and bedding as it made the room lively and bright.The breakfast was good but very limited in terms of variety.I liked the fact that the swimming pool is an indoor pool and opens till late.But it is very small.Will see you again.

Clean hotel with an incredibly courteous staff. A bit of advise they charge for ice. But the rooms were spaceous with mini fridge(not that cold) and the hotel had an indoor pool.

We love the Korean Restaurant inside the hotel. They have buffet and short orders too. They serve alcohol also and opposite of this is a KTV room as well.Plenty of foods to choose here. However, the staff are not so approachable. Sometimes they are too busy and its hard to call them when you ask for something.But food and raste wise its good.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were l friendly and they were able to give early check in. The bed was very comfortable. I had a massage at the spa. Not the best Ive had but it was very relaxing and worth it for the price. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Not too far via taxi from Lourve Museum, bus station, or shopping.

Amazing hotel located in a very convenient area for tourism and close to interesting sightseeing places. The attention is superb, the food quality fits perfectly the politeness and disposition of the personnel. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and have all the commodities one can imagine.

It was a business trip to stay over cristal hotel.The hotel is in a prime calm location,4 star amenities and very well courteous staff.the breakfast is healthy and delicious in the morning.Spa and small swimming pool is amazing.Health club with multi gym,very clean sauna and Steam bath amenities.A must try ayurvedic massage.i could say the best ayurvedic or even the only ayurvedic massage available in the area.

Feels like heaven. Absolutely perfect and the service is super fast. I called the lobby late night to get a power adapter and they got it in 5 minutes! The beds are so comfy as well! Loved staying there!
