It was a great experience. The staffs are very nice and polite. The room is a little bit small yet clean and comfortable and relaxing for just affordable price. I will definitely go back when I got the chance.

The room is very small compare the price. Because I have adnoc employee, so I stayed more hotel abudhabi city. Every hotel room is big . But here rate same rate equal 4 star hotel . Otherwise he provides small water bottle only . Also they take extra service charge 75 dhs for tourist. I dont know understand i last 10 years i stay abudhabi then why they take tourist.

Very cheap and affordable hotel, but dont forget.to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. I think they are not giving it.

Worst Costumer service front desk .I’m a VIP member in Agoda I was having booking with top star worst hotel in the city for two days unfortunately I couldn’t check in on the first day of my booking coz of my PCR delay result coming from Dubai I reach on the 2nd day the front desk just told me that I have instruction from my manager ur booking is cancel cos of no show As I have booking for two days so they must accommodate me for the next one day but they have very Worst costumer service ever they are Just stealing ur Money if u late to arrive on the day of ur booking they will cancel ur booking without informing u and u will be charge with full amount for the whole booking . I contact with Agoda and they are just apologize coz agoda can’t do anything if the hotel cancel ur booking without informing u .Very disappointed worst experience ever.

This is a nice but extremely basic 1-star hotel. I asked for sunlight and a view? Anyway I got what I asked for. Sunlight the whole day, and a view of alll the towers around there!Rooms are small. You cannot fully open the bathroom door because there is a commode in the way. And the TV is 32 inches, but its HD ready so no issues with your consoles etc.One day, I was just observing the hotel from outside. I noticed a big room up on the 2nd Floor with a massive TV in it too. Man I wonder how to get those rooms or why even there is a difference.The main problems are twofold here. You may or may not like the compromise though:1. There is no complementary breakfast, and furthermore no food prepared or served on the premises. So you can either order from out, or step out for dinner entirely. Its definitely gonna work out much pricier than usual if youre here for quarantine.2. Their policy is to give 2 free 500 ml bottles of water per room per day. And thats it. I always see someone arguing at reception about how they were overcharged on the water. Water is a basic human need. Really heartbreaking to see it being abused this way.Apart from the water policy, the staff are very friendly and cooperative people. Here is someone named Adeesha who is a very polite staff ready to listen to your concerns and give you a complete picture of what you ask. Tourism, travel, food, technology... Im yet to see something this Sri Lankan guy isnt knowledgeable about. If you see this name tag, be sure to tell him how awesome he is.The older staff, the Asian staff member at reception and the Sri Lankan gentleman with the combed hair are also very polite and accommodating. I requested a micro USB cable in an emergency, and the Asian staff person searched it gave it to me and let me keep it for 14 days. Then the Sri Lankan combed hair person makes surprisingly light conversation.Anyway, its clean and well-maintained. Surely your stay will be comfortable here.Id say the food and water issue really set you back money-wise as a tourist. Denying or overcharging for basic needs is inhuman. For this reason, I would rate it 1 star. Please note that the reason it deserves 4 stars is for the amazing staff here. You guys are nice, please keep up the good work.

Have been using this hotel for some time now and sit yet the workers are not friendly nor recognise a regular person.there are very fewer towels kept,just 3,and the towels are extremely old.the price keeps going higher each day.I checked in with my man on the 7 and asked for extra towels which was never given,checked out the next day and we still returned in the evening.the next morning 9 ,the staffs were not one but friendly,they couldnt even say a hi,they were all looking at us with frowned faces.maybe we gonna change hotel cos this is not welcoming at all

They charge us double the payment we pay for one night... And especially THE MANAGER is very disrespectful to the customers. . Very rude... Guys please take care before booking.. Lol

Despite the affordable price, the rooms were not well maintained, the towels were so old and worn out and i was even scared to use them. i had to purchase my own towels to use due to fear of using such old towels.Furthermore, maintenance were not carried out as the room above was leaking and the water dripping from the ceiling into my bathroom with a horrible stench.I was so disappointed with my stay as i had to relocate. So thats the reason for my rating of 2 stars only.

Receptionist don’t have common sense, she is very unsupported by nature. One of my cousins came to meet me receptionist didn’t allowed to go inside😡 because 3 days back my cousins EID was expired.and his EID under process for renewal I want to ask to hotel management , in UAE who can make id with 2 or 3 days, not possible to make new id within 3 days But this hotel staff didn’t allow to go inside My cousinFeeling very angry 😡
