The stay at this hotel was okay. The room was fine and clean. It was not sound insulated as well as I hoped; I could hear doors of adjacent rooms closing. No one answers at the reception; tried it numerous times without avail. The gym is opposite to restaurants that offer shisha and the smell reaches all the way to the entrance of the gym. The underground parking is closed unless the upper parking is full which is not the case with other hotels Ive stayed in AD. The only positive note was the attentiveness and professionalism of the security guards.

It is 2 AM and AC still not fixed. After 3 hours complaining and calling and meeting in the reception. Careless staff and old facility. TV channels is do limited and public open channels only 4 or 6 no paid one. Uncovered parking and have to ask 3 time to take the luggages. About the view you can see the picture. Towels is old poor quality. They told me that small beds is bigger than normal so I requested 2 but actually it is smaller than normal so me and my 2 kids were uncomfortable.Old furniture and need to be replaced.Worst breakfast ever I had in a hotel

I will stay 3 months in this hotel. I highly recommend staying here and the Oceana restaurant is very tasty and the food is very friendly, thank you Vinay Kumar, success for the future and always friendly to all visitors.

I booked room for 2 persons but they ready room for 1 person washroom equipments was missing. Help desk not answering calls in night time. Finally room was not properly cleaned.

I was so really satisfied while Im staying in the millennium hotel

Service was very disappointing.Had to call them numerous times to fix the internet, took them hours before they gave me a different room.Other complains Ive issued; the safe, fridge, and shower.Showed up earlier to fix the safe, but so far denada.Only reason Ive picked this place is because its close to the bank.Not planning to come back here next week.

Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Room service was mediocre but good enough. Granted 2 restaurants are closed due to covid so that might have affected the food quality. Staff were very helpful though!

It was terrible. I canceled my booking 30 later after I checked-in. There was no water in bathroom and electricity didn’t work too.The door locker didn’t work.Also, I can’t control air conditioning inside the room. It was bad experience in this hotel.

Disaster. AC was not working fine . imagine 27 degree in a hot steamy country like uae!! Disaster service. No complimentary received after so many complaints, we are asked to transfer other room at 2AM!!!! and the problem was not solved and worsen! I will not comeback here for sure!

A very cheerful person and never tired of answering my endless questions regarding the ballroom for my big day. I booked spa massage for my husband birthday gift, my husband was so disappointed by the women who gave him massage asking him an appropriate question. Who would expect from a 5 star hotel having un professional and disgraceful staff? This feedback is about NYE Party at Nouche chillout lounge , especially about the organisers of party Dec 31st 2020-We supposed to go for New Year Eve with Family in NYE event arranged by Mantra Event, Myself Husband and 1 Kid age 6yrs, Brochure Published clearly mentioned that Kids are allowed and as a family we can never leave a small child behind.Last minute we were told that kids can not enter otherwise 25000 AED fine is there by Travel and Tourism Department of UAE, I was told by The Organisers verbally, No memo or email was sent out, This information was given around 0530 PM , just a few hours before the event. I had to leave my child behind. It was so last minute to even back outBut we were not informed because no one made an effort to inform us in advance , secondly booking team did not bother to even pick up phone to even send the passes ( Entry Ticket to even those who paid by cards payment but no confirmation was sent out to anyone ) There were a lot of my friends who were going along with us but they had to go through a lot of issuesBest Part is ..... When I reached the venue I found so many Kids of my sons age in the venue ,families with kids were there. Organiser lied to me or what shall I say?-Poor Communication from Organizers-No parking space outside hotel and no one informed that everyone will have to park themselves-At Entry staff was very RUDE & no politeness-Security staff treating everyone as we were robbers ( No politeness was there ) though everyone who is entering is in their senses and they want to just have great new year eve-Bar counter was messy , Not Clean & Mismanaged , Staff was trying very hard to manage but as per number of gathering, staff was not enough may be , At bar staff was polite-Food wise , Most of the gathering was indian , But no Indian bread along with Indian Curry, that was strange-Buffet got over and was not replenished after 1am , It was promised 7 hours of unlimited food and drinks on the Brochure but was sadly not delivered to even those who paid for platinum passes-As per UAE rules in pandemic, all supposed to be sitting down if they are eating or drinking while no masks on, but Organisers missed this big time. We and many had not had tables to settle in , we were being told of many a times by security to take a seat while eating or drinking but where to sit? No tables assigned because Organisers trying to make out extra cash by selling table last minute , but what about the RULESGreat points :Hotel staff at the entrench of the hotel was super cool & they welcomed us all nicely They are superb.I had a positive feel at the hotel entry but worst entry at the EVENT entry, seeing how others were mistreated & even fights with the organisers because they were not well prepared & organised. Poor hospitality, poor service and poor event management .....specially the security team at entrance (mantra event) was pathetic! No proper information with them related to event, drinks, seating arrangements and all! Behavior with guests was not polite at all!Would not recommend anyone!

We happened to be there for the New years bash 2021 organised by Mantra .We pre booked just to avoid the hassle however upon reaching there we saw a total chaos at the ticketing counter nobody really knew what to do . Hotel staff was fighting amongst each other .Anyway we entered ,No social distancing no proper arrangement for tables or standing spaces .When asked where should we stand or sit the management started arguing with each other again .Ridiculous service , ridiculous food , and corrupt drinks . If you are ever thinking of hosting and event here think ten times .It has not only ruined our night but also made it clear that how little details can spoil the image of a big brand .

I have stayed in Hilton capital grand ***y times and its always been great. Executive lounge wisnice and rooms were very clean. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable with the usual standards expected of a Hilton Grand hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very amazed with their luxurious services Hats off.

Location is quite out of city center but near the big mosque. Our room was on the 10th floor and the hotel facilities are impressive. The staff is courteous and helpful. Sales helps with long term stay rates and assists with adjusting dates to meet guest requirements. Great holiday Ive had definitely will be coming back here next year.

To enjoying a nice travel is the place where u sleep the main part. Value for money hotel and meets all your needs. Swimming pool service was great always out and about giving the best service they can provide. I got my nesspresso machine and had breakfast in the lounge immediately.

I liked the place and its ambiance. Staff at Oceania were all great. The room had all amenities in it with Peter Thomas Roth brand for the shower products. I found the Hotel to be conveniently located to all the places I needed to be in Abu Dhabi. In room dining rates is high.

I specifically called then as their would be hotel workers that could attest to the noise…… At almost 12am –almost a new day and I gave up. I always find service is much higher in this part of the world than the UK. Good location for the sports city but otherwise not overly close to anything of interest.

I am pretty sure this is the same family that was across from me during August and September with the child that screamed all the time and ran yelling down the halls. Rooms are small for family stay. I am very unhappy and this was for sure my last stay in this hotel.

We were disappointed that the hotel had done away with its evening dinner buffet at Oceana, as we had made reservations for dinner the night we stayed, but were not informed of the change of no buffet. Rooms are nicely equipped. A taxi to the grand mosque is around 10AED.

لم يعجبني هذا الفندق بسبب تعذيبهم لي و عدم تعاونهم ؛ لقد حجزت في هذا الفندق لمدة عشرة ايام لكي اقوم بمراجعاتي في مستشفى ميديكلينك شارع المطار من اجل عمليتي و طوال هذه المده انا عشت في عذاب معهماولا الغرف جميعها جدا حر و التكيف لم يتم له اي صيانه الله اعلم منذ متى ؛موظفينهم غير متعاونون و لا يساعدون الزبون و خدمة الغرف بطيئين جدا جدا جدا و احيانا ينسون طلبك و لا يلبونه الا بعد ما تطلب منهم عدة مرات و احيانا لا يتعاونون معك . انا نسيت في الغرفه شنطه فيها اغراض خاصه بي و عندما تذكرت الاغراض و رجعت لهم ثاني يوم ليذهبوا الى الغرفه و يبحثوا عن الشنطه في تلك الغرفه قالوا لي هناك زبون في الغرفه مع انني غيرت 3 غرف خلال العشرة ايام و كل ذلك بسبب التكييف و كل ما اطلب منهم شي قالوا هذه هي بوليسي الفندق و هذاك نظام الفندق و جلست 4 ساعات انتظرهم ليقوموا بالبحث عن الشنطه و في الاخير قالوا انها غير موجوده مع انني متاكده انني نسيتها في الكبد او خزانة الملابس و في الخير طلبت مدير الفندق هو الوحيد الذي تعاون معي و حاول البحث عن الشنطه و ايضا جلست انتظره ساعتين مع انه شافني اني تعبانه و عامله العمليه الجراحيه في كتفي اليسار و قد تركني انتظره هو ايضا ساعتين و في الاخير قال لم نجد شيئاكيف لم تجدوا الشنطه اذ ان هناك موظفون نظافه يجب عليهم تنظيف الغرف كل يوم مع انهم خلال كل تلك المده لم يقوموا بتنظيف غرفتي الا مرتين و في المرتين انا اتصلت و طلبت منهم و يوميا كنت اترك بطاقة طلب التنظيف على باب الغرفه مع ذلك لم يقوموا بالنظافه كل يوم و كيف يمكنهم ايجاد الشنطه اذا هم لا يقومون بنظافة الغرفو بعض الغرف لا يوجد فيها ثلاجه و لا ابريق الشاي او تسخين الماء و المطعم اغلب الاكل الذي قمت بطلبه غير طيب و اغلب الوجبات هي هنديهايضا اين موظف الامانات او المفقودات

The cuisine is mainly Arabic, with a lot of lamb and herbs. As for me, it is very tasty. On the ground floor, the bar restaurant opens in the evening, you can have a wonderful time. People come there from other hotels.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. And my experience was very, very bad. At first they put me in the air-conditioning room not working, then they changed the room and put me in the lighting room, which did not work. (The bulbs are burnt out and I asked for the reception, they sent me the maintenance to replace the bulbs). In addition, there are no refrigerators in the rooms. An ordinary hotel for a business traveler. Too clever with the light switches, its very difficult to figure it out. The air conditioning control does not work, it is constantly very cold.
