The room is so relaxingThe outside place is beautiful especially in viewing at night. You will see the lights.In the morning, you will enjoy the view of green place!I am very grateful that I was admitted into this covid centerThis used to be a hotel for pleasure.I am blessed from their high class service for us! Staffs are very friendly in the kitchen, laundry, receptions, etc.The doctors are nurses are fantastic in their care and its an amazing experience from the care of the majority of the staffs!God bless this Hotel and may this open soon after this pandemic!

Unfortunately I’ve been sent to this hotel as a COVID-19 patient to spend my quarantine there. Although yes I’m not the regular customer but the services and hospitality were really bad. When I call the guest services the employee would reply to me in a not welcoming way as if I’m a burden to them, although our stay here was funded by AD government so it’s surly not for free. When I order food from outside, my order would reach the hotel first and then it would take 30-60 min to reach my room, which honestly was very disturbing. In addition, the in-dining service was good but still the worker would talk to us in the same manner as all the employee here and we were 3 people in a room but they would bring spoons for only one or two persons. I really do not recommend this hotel even in regular days as they will make you feel you are not welcomed.

Really disappointed with the way they dealt with my issue.Booked through booking.com with a certain price(tax included).But they charged me with more than the price listed.👎🏼Not very trust worthy. Be more honest with your clients.

Had a layover and booked this last minute, very comfortable stay, spacious and clean, lovely staff. Make sure to order room service early as it can take time when they are full house. Would come again :)

Really disappointed from start to finish, badly signposted check-in and unfortunately was sent to the covid Hotel rather than the park arjaan where it seemed Id been rebooked without anyone informing me. Beyond poor and distressing to say the least.

It’s a good hotel, I stayed many times. But this time was frustrated, I made my reservation by call at 3:30pm and they confirmed to me, once I reach to hotel they told me to take the other entrance as the renovation is there, when I ask the receptionist she said no renovations but the entire park rotana booked by a company, then I been transferred to Arjan, and they told room service will be the same as in park R. later on the hotel staff told me that park rotana is fully reserved for quarantine and there was no transparency as a customer I have the right to know. Room service also was not allowed to serve fully as park R. Better to be transparency especially with customer from the beginning. Thanks

A simply fantastic hotel that has felt like home for the past month, as I transition to moving from the U.K. to UAE.Home is a home because of the people and that is why this place is so lovely. It may be big but hasn’t lost its charm or charisma.The staff are so kind, so friendly, so warm - never met anyone who was ‘off’ - their patience through this Covid crisis is exemplary especially when people were asked to be patient for someone to help with the buffet!!!Too many staff to mention but In Gingers Restaurant (great selection of food - thanks to all for your patience in explaining the dishes) Logesh, Yusuf (waiter captain from Delhi - simply call personified) and so professional, Adrian, Anne and so many more I apologise for not remembering.Jocielyn and Mary Ann and others on receptionAnd the wonderfully friendly concierges.Joyce and co in housekeeping who made towel animals for your room and were so attentive (save energy though and leave those lights off and save the plastic)The pool guys and Tom and Turin in Coopers - many thanks too.When my wife comes we will come over for dinner but Mr Melhem (manager) be very proud of your whole team. A lovely place to stay.So it may not be by the sea, deep in the city but if you need somewhere to stay in AD - home from home but with sophistication and professionalism- choose Park Rotana and Arjaan - it’s been a great place to start off my new life. Good but no parking inside the compound you have to go towards the end you will find lot of parking like for 150 cars . But keep going straight from outside the compound wall of 24 fifty four building on your right side keep going youll hit the big parking lot.

Very wonderful accomodation!

An amazing 5 star hotel. The rooms are nice and gym is good enough for a decent workout. It also has a nice pool as well. The photo is from their bar. It is called... I cant remember the name but its a sports bar. The fish and chips I ate was not the best to be honest but the waiters are very nice and during the happy hour the beer to choose is Hoegarden! In the photos I am trying to chat with a native ;)

Cleaning for rooms only twice a week and they are charging for 5 star. Sometimes order takes a long time . staff keep the stuff i.e water bottles/ laundry at your door step instead of handing over to guests.Very few options for veg food. They are keeping the same menu for a week.Get the training from Yas Rotana staff they are sensible, co- operative, down to earth and more professional as compared to you guys.

Stayed in a studio room like very much.. all the credits goes to their staffs.. you are going to love it .if you are on staycation. the ambience is also too good, coopers , poolside bar , spa , gym . Only star less due to price. its a purse thinner. smile.. going to recommend for all .

Its amazing & every careful

Above average hotel, good size, comfortable bed.The pillows could do with an improvement, as they were very limp.Their king size bed was a combination of two twin beds, and you could feel one was softer than the other, but they werent too big a discomfort.Definitely value-for-money.

We booked 1 night stay in Park Rotana. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Though check-in time starts from 2 pm, we reached early and git early check-in. All Staffs are polite and co-operative.Breakfast was also nice and well arranged. Swimming pool was also clean and well mentained. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

Located at a strategic place. Peaceful location. Easy access to all parts of Abu Dhabi. The hotel is taking all the efforts to maintain hygiene during this pandemic.Well equipped gym. There is a decent size pool and pool bar. Also, a tennis court.One draw back I felt is that, there are no balconies. So felt like kind of locked up.If you managed to get a room facing Maqta bridge, you would be able to watch the Sunrise.

The front desk employees were so friendly & helpful especially Raj &Nicole.. The 1 bedroom apartment was really nice & big with a nice view of the street & beach, the pool was also a nice place to chill & relax.. Overall it was a nice, enjoyable experience 💙💙

Nice hotel, very busy. The location of the hotel is good for business as it’s located I the ministries area. The prices is reasonable. They have a free valley parking service for their gust. They also have a ballroom for big events, and small meeting rooms for meeting and training. They have variety of restaurants. Around the hotel there is khalifa park, and lots of nice cafes.

I was really impressed by how luxurious this hotel was. Its a little far away from downtown but taxis are cheap and readily available. Ladies Night and happy hour at Coopers were great too.

We had a great vacation at Park Rotana.. Rooms are well organized and very comfy beds they have.. Inspite the hotel was full that time but the service was great.. The folks who are working there they are so friendly and very welcoming.The swimming pool is a little bit small I think they need to make it bigger or make another deeper one.Food is tasty at Ginger all day dinning.For sure we will be back.

Overall it was an amazing stay, super fast check-in no fuss friendly staff... The room was great soothing colour palate, which i really liked bed was a bit sub standard one of the middle legs was broken. Only sad part was the very rude treatment we receive from an employee named Joshna, i was quite taken aback by it. Felt as though i could check out that very moment but her behaviour is no reflection on anything else. I would recommend a stay here...

Comfortable rooms, great value, and good amenities. Not much in the way of entertainment: theres a bar with darts, a swimming pool, and an outdoor pool table and ping pong table. Nothing stood out on the room service menu. Concierge service was stupendous.

Great place not so active but nice

We spent 5 lovely nights on the Arjaan side of the property. The service was fabulous!!! Ginger restaurant was delicious and the service was fantastic. The pool and grounds were very clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children (11 & 13)

A quiet and elegant hotel for relaxing during business trips, in close proximity to the airport and a critical high way that runs deep into the city center

I always stay at a Rotana when I am in the middle east. Park Rotana is a great value as far as Rotana goes. The Club room at park was the same price as the regular room at Beach Rotana. The buffet was good not great, the pool is very small and it is a little bit of drive to almost everywhere we wanted to go in Abu Dhabi. The staff was great especially the Club staff (that is who we dealt with for most of the stay). Room was clean and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating. I would recommend staying if you have a car and dont mind a small pool.

Quite and nice place to stay in. You can choose the housekeeping from your room either comes or not to come before checking out at any time. I loved the system.

This is truly the perfect hotel. The best stay I’ve ever experienced anywhere! The staff treat you like family. Everyone was fantastic but especially Ashok, Logesh, Lorencia and Sam, they were all AMAZING!! The most kind and friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One night the hotel brought me a fruit bowl for no reason at all, it was such a pleasant surprise. I can’t say enough good things. I stayed for a long time and had zero problems. It’s more than a 5 star hotel, it’s home away from home

Rooms are really beautiful and clean breakfast is the best. Pool is small with bar. But simple and good.

It is an awesome hotel. It has a lot of breakfast variety. Standard room is already spacious. Staff is so friendly and the hospitality is very well maintained. Hotel garden is a great place to spend time in it. It is very clean. Everything is perfect here, but the issue there is nothing around you.

Very nice hotel, good location especially if you are visiting ADNEC. good staff. Very nice breakfast Variety. The rooms are good in space and clean. A little bit dated furniture. I do not have an idea about the prices so could not comment on that.

I have stayed at park Rotana Arjaan for a long time. Every service is great.Especially, house keeping service is so satisfactory. I want to give a compliment on Michael,house keeping staff.

Does not have a great view, or even many things to do. But the staff is amazing and the all day dinning was great too. They made special veg food for us on order all though we had inclusive half board and had to choose from the buffet only.
