It was family dinner! St.Regis is an appropriate selection! Away from city, less crowd, nice greenery and near the beach which one can enjoy when taking lunch! This was our second visit!Ambient was superb, courtesy n communication, information about quantity, quality n contents was really good! That helped in selecting start ups, soups, main course and desert!We all have wonderful food with fish crabs included, chicken, vegetarian dishes which we relished n enjoyed till entire satisfaction.As food is individual choice for ones consumption n taste including health, I will not mention food and dishes we had. But in short I can say selection, preparation, delivery n serving along with quality n quantity was just enough to be fully satisfied tothe core! It was a memorable evening in the family.

An amazing 5 star hotelWe booked for one night as we were celebrating our anniversary.The check in process was very quick and smooth. They upgraded our room and our butler was very helpful.The pool area is amazing and huge.We had dinner at Olea restaurant as part of our half board package (seafood night) and honestly the staff and the food were spectacular. I have been to so many restaurants in so many hotels in Dubai and AD but the quality of food and the staff made Olea one of the best restaurants we have been to.The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I loved that they gave us a menu and we can choose what we want from it. We were served by good luck and he was great.Thank you for the amazing stay and we will definitely come back in the future.

The best hotel staff ever, so friendly & professional.It was my first-time to visit AD and the hotel, it will not be the last visit. The staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant are so friendly and kind.The beach is so clean and crystal, rooms are big and very clean(they sanitize the room after cleaning it with sanitizing spray)and the hotel at the night is quiet and nice.

Its not easy to write a review about St.Regis Saadiyat as this place is a state on Its own. Mixed development property includes hotel, residential, villas, small commercial plaza. It has own private beach. And surrounded by huge Golf course from the sides.

St. Regis consistently delivers a high level of service. Any issue is solved swiftly, and this sets it apart from other 5* hotels. Saadiyat beach is beautiful, the hotel’s pools are great and the breakfast very generous.

Great resort. Lovely specious rooms. Great decoration. Friendly staff. So clean and neat. The breakfast is another story. Great options and delicious. We ordered from the menu since there is no buffet. The beach is one of the most clean and beautiful beaches. We stayed for two nights and we really enjoyed it. Nearby ( walking distance) 3 other restaurants not related to the hotel and supermarket. I highly recommend it for couples of families.

St. Regis is an amazing hotel placed in a beautiful location on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. But it is not the place that makes it beautiful but the people who work in it. During our stay hotel staff did all their could to make us happy during our stay, starting from breakfast where Mr. Badr took special care for our children, through the day where pool staff made sure we have everything we need and ending on the dinner where Mr Basirou made us feel like very special guests every night. Dont get me wrong, its not just about these people, its also reception, room service and casual people met during the day who worked there - they all made our stay very special. I would like to thank them all for making our anniversary stay a special one 💛

Very nice resort, good beach, wonderful landscaping, big size, nice pool, decent rooms, the one in the photo was my suite not a regular room, had a butler service which was nice experience though not much needed, housekeeping is great, had issue with coffee machine which rejected need to do more maintenance and checking, food quality is high, nice shisha but is taken from. You at 12 so better go to other place where they would allow you to enjoy it for more time, check in was easy, sanitization and cleanliness is felt, overall nice.Cons. Some staff seem to be unable to. Communicate with ease in English, parking is on your own and then you would have to walk back to the hotel, never seen a hotel that allows this amount of parked cars at its enterance which turned the resort carefully designed enterance to an ugly public parking with cars on pavement and you have to navigate your walk in between them...

Revised. Gingerbread decorating.I had written the very positive review below, however then we broke off some of the gingerbread house to eat the day after.Unfortunately the gingerbread was burnt & tasted awful. What was considerably worse though was that the gingerbread house had been glued together, with actual non edible glue (see pictures). With a glue gun! Truly unbelievable & unacceptable, at no point had we been told it was a decoration only gingerbread house. If my daughter had eaten some of the glue by accident she could have ended up in hospital. This could have been entirely possible as it was sold as an edible house.We complained of course & the management did not handle it well. They seemed unconcerned that 35 other kids could be injured from eating something sold as edible that wasnt. I did not have confidence that they would contact the other parents to highlight this as a precaution. The management were dismissive of the situation & did not take responsibility for what is clearly a public health concern. You simply can not sell food with glue in it. Shocking.Weve done the gingerbread house decorating a number of times over the years at the Rosewood, Emirates Palace & others, all edible. If you want a good one for next year do Emirates Palace or Rosewood, both excellent. Avoid St Regis.Sadly please ignore the below............Visited for the Gingerbread House decorating for kids. Very well done, lovely gingerbread house, plenty of sweets & icing for decoration. Plus it came with afternoon tea which included sandwiches, mini pizzas, cakes, treats, drinks etc. Our daughter got to keep her cloth apron & chefs hat plus a small gift, wrapped from Santa. All lovely touches. There were plenty of staff on hand to help & they created a lovely atmosphere for the kids to enjoy. Only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have some Christmas music & decorations outside but other than that spot on.

Nice Hotel. The surroundings are beautiful. I did not care too much for the beach which had a lot of micro plastic in the sand. Breakfast is amazing but during Rush-hour it gets too busy so you need to wait. The rooms are spacious and beautiful...loved the bath room.

We are currently in the hotel and we stayed in room 412, the stay was a gift of my sister as we just married. My sister called more than 8 times to organize the surprised giving our names and asking for a personalized card with our names and a gift voucher paid by friends for the spa that usually when is a surprised should be written with the name of the person who gave that as a surprise. All of this was previously asked and they said by phone that everything was ready. When we arrived they were not able to find our names, we went to the room and the name in the card was wrong. The amenities were not for two persons (only one toothbrush 1 gel 1 shampoo , no cream..) the concierge was unable to send us more amenities and his voice thru the phone was like no energy to work and not even a single sorry or thank you. This hotel doesn’t worth the money that you pay.

Staycation for 2 days with husband and 3 kids. Loved it!!Excellent property. Brandon and Lennon at the front desk went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.Breakfast spread was amazing- don’t typically see that much variety for vegetarians . It was brunch practically since they were serving till 1pm. Waffles deserve a special mention. Thank you to the manager Anurag and Marco for awesome service.Facilities were as you expect at a great property, but small things like ice-lollies at the beach made it so special. My kids had a blast.Great array of restaurants and spinneys and pharmacy on the hotel premises is always useful when travelling with kids!

I loved that we booked during weekdays because there are few guests. Me and my husband get to enjoy the beach and pools by ourselves. I specifically wanted less crowded hotels as a precaution for covid. I think the room rates are cheaper nowadays because of the pandemic, otherwise, I dont think It will be within our budget if it is on regular price. I am ecstatic that I get to experience an overnight stay in this gorgeous 5 star hotel. We felt like a royalty from the way they treat their guests through out our stay, from hotel entrance, to check in, during swimming, while having breakfast and until check out. You will be assisted by a butler to your room and he will give you a brief room orientation instead of you figuring out by yourself where or how things are. That saved us time in getting to know the room and we immediately went to enjoy the beach. 😊 Another thing I love about this hotel is that they served free bottled water (dipped in a bucket of ice), popsicles and cut fruits. Overall, money well spent.

The beach is great. I liked the fact that some sting ray, turtles and crabs are around you, so natural. As for the hotel, the room is spacious and view is great. There are few restaurants you can choose. I personally like Sontaya for its Asian delicacies. My family enjoyed the swimming pool although the water was a bit cold. My daughter left a note to the hotel expressing her happiness. I recommend this hotel and its facilities especially in September and October when it is not so hot.

By far the best resort in UAE.Very nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, super clean venue. Amazing endless sandy beach, full of shells. And amazing friendly staff.You can feel that everything is well thought of:1- On the beach, there is a dedicated adult section excellent if you want to relax and another section for families.2- It is the only place we found where the breakfast extends until 1pm, so you never have to rush before breakfast ends.3- The breakfast is top notch, where all details are taken care of. Not a single detail missing, only highest quality food served, taking breakfast experience to a different level. Amazing care to both flavors and plating. Even after Covid, they maintained the same quality of food and huge selection of food and sweets all delivered to your table with a huge smile.Olea, makes us crave its food and keep returning to Saint Regis!4-The staff is obviously trained to deal with kids. They are super friendly.

This place has a great feel, very kid and family friendly, as well as suntaya and buddah bar for date or just to hang out both places have great food and great cocktails. Beach is nice to hangout out at chill and unwind! My fav resort and fav beach in abu dhabi!

Beautiful hotel, splendid locations and great staff. We spent two nights in this property and would have stayed longer if we could, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was perfect and amazing service and hospitality. The staff are very accommodating from the front office (special thanks to Anna - front office) to the butlers and Shin Nyein at Oleas was an excellent and she made our day by giving a surprise birthday cake made of fruits and also a big thank you to Oleas supervisor Mr Mohamed, they made our stay extra special a stay we will truly cherish from Breakfast to dinner in Oleas. The butlers arranged a wonderful surprise in our room to celebrate my wife birthday with decorations and a cake. We had truly beautiful view from our room to the ocean. Room was top quality with great sea view. Dinner in Sontaya was delicious and service was great. Overall the attention to detail and service quality was clear throughout stay. Highly recommended for couples, families and friends outing to have a fantastic and chilled out time.

This is a very luxurious and fantastic resort. Rooms are spacious, especially the suits. All (or most) rooms also have a balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The room design is modern with a tile flooring.The hotel has two pool area and a nice beach. The main pool is max 1.4 meters deep with the water chilled down to a very comfortable and refreshing temperature in the summer. Towels are provided at the pool .All staff is courteous and helpful.There is even a gaming room on the ground floor.

On if the finest luxury properties in Abu Dhabi. The resort has a private beach. The Thai restaurant serves delicious food. Excellent service. Kind and cooperative staff.

We stayed in St Regis, sadiyat island recently and had a wonderful experience there. The resort is extremely beautiful overlooking beautiful sadiyat beach. I would especially like to mention the hospitality we received at the resort. It was exceptional. We have stayed in so many resorts in Abu Dhabi last year but this was the best experience till date. Their chefs are doing some amazing job with the bakery and they have the most lavish and delicious breakfast I have ever had . Also I would like to mention our waiter Mr Marco who took special care of us and made sure everything was perfect. I would love to go back there again and will recommend St Regis to everyone !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the St. Regis, Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi! The hotel is beautiful, classically-modern in design and superbly maintained. The service was great; from the manager who greeted and chatted with us, to the rest of the staff who were professional and helpful, to our butler (apparently each room gets one) who placed an elaborate arrangement to celebrate our babymoon. It was impressive just how well-coordinated the staff was in ensuring a great stay.The beach was incredible. If you havent been to that end of Saadiyat island, you must experience it at least once. The waters are clear and clean, the sands soft & white, and theres not a single obstruction in sight- no buildings in the peripherals, no annoying offshore yachts, no buzzing motorboats, no construction barges, just pure turquoise blue waters and a calm horizon. What a place to meditate and relax!

If there were more stars than 5 Id surely give.Friendly staff, spacious room, excellent welcoming, my husband requested for a special surprise for me for my birthday and it was stunning.Also the breakfast was superb wide varieties with perfect quality.I cant wait till my next staycation there.

Great hospitality, beach, food and service.

This is our primary destination for a staycation in Abu Dhabi. The facility is very well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly. The restaurant selection is also top class and the Manhattan bar is a must to spend time at. The bartender is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been visiting this hotel regularly for the past 9 years and the experience is consistently superb. From the minute you step into the resort you are surrounded by the kindest and most professional staff, nothing is ever too much for them. Service is really what makes this hotel stand out from all other hotels in the UAE. I will choose this hotel over and over again when I need a perfect couple retreat.

We had an amazing stay here and are definitely planning to stay here again when we come back in April. All the staff are super accommodating, helpful and friendly at all times. The facilities are amazing, well kept and fully adopted to COVID requirements. The food and service in all the restaurants is top class. We manage to see some dolphins off shore which was an added bonus. Too hard to remember everyones name of the ones that helped us so much but here are a few but special thanks to Eliza, Ko Ko, Francis, Eduardo, Shin and all the rest. See you soon.

My preferred luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi.I prefer this hotel every over the Emirates Palace Hotel. Reason: the rooms are spectacular and feel very fresh Anna modern, like holidays. Bathrooms are just so beautiful too, which a huge shower and beautiful toilet and the free-standing tub.They have very good beach service - amazing fruit platter!Nice breakfast buffet too.

Private dining is above standards! Feel free to make a request from the chef for something that is not available on the menu. The food here is delicious. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff are above par and sooooo friendly!

We very much enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile. The food at Olea was also very nice and the options were good. Brani and Gayathisi were especially accommodating and helpful, thank you! We also enjoyed the beach access and the availability of chairs and umbrellas. The cabanas at the pool were also available and very clean. The pool and beach staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I just wished the pools were connected (the shallow and deeper pools) rather than having to jump from one to another. Also having some slides or fun activity in the main pool would have been nice for the kids.

My stay at the St.Regis on Saadiyat Island has been an amazing experience, and I credit it all to the wonderful staff who make this place a fantastic and luxurious resort. Beautiful hotel on a pretty beach. Room (suite) was amazing with a great view. Lush grounds in a lovely setting. Did not give it 5 stars due to a couple of issues. Buffet restaurant selection wasmore limited than I would have expected for the Middle East. Some tightening up needed on staff training - had a couple of issues that were more difficult to resolve for this class of hotel than they should have been - once another staff member intervened the issues were fixed.Overall a very pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is also big and clean with a shower area and a bath tub. My room was quiet and very clean with a balcony facing the Maria Island. Sitting there was very beautiful during sunrise or sunset. The swimming pool is nice. There is one outdoors and another indoors. The breakfast at Olea is very nice. There are variety of dishes available and many lovely seats available inside and outside the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is so the butler service which is very helpful. They changed my soft bed mattress with another hard one. They also helped in getting my clothes pressed a couple of times.The hotel is very recommended, whether with family or business trips.

Stayed here as a couple in an Ocean Suite for four days. The whole experience was wonderful. The suite was huge: separate sitting room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Oh and two balconies! Dècor was good and the whole suite was very comfortable. Enormous shower, plenty of towels, two separate toilets....I could go on. Suffice to say that this is probably the best hotel room I have stayed in in the UAE.The hotel staff were all lovely. Professional and incredibly friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.The restaurants which were open were top knotch.I totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a grown-up getaway.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. It was my friend’s birthday weekend and the butlers Sarita, Antony and Hark did a fabulous job of decorating our room. Our dinner at Sontaya was fabulous. We went for the afternoon tea on Friday and Rishav, Ilyes and Hira were wonderful hosts. The table was ready for us, there were balloons, my friend could not have fish in the high tea menu and they very happily swapped the salmon options with chicken sandwiches. The service at every stage was wonderful and we are so grateful for the experience. A special mention to Anup who allowed us late check-out. This was our second visit to St Regis Saadiyat. We visited last year and now have decided to make this an annual tradition :) everyone was so genuinely happy at this hotel, it made us happy! Thank you so much!

Amazing hotel in saadiyat island abu dhabi,

We recently stayed at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi. It was one of the best hotel/resort experiences I have had! The service was fantastic and beyond any expectations. The food was every bit as good as any 5 star restaurant I have experienced. The location was spectacular with a beautiful private beach with all of amenities. Everyone we met or saw that worked there were polite, friendly, and helpful. I cant wait to return!
