Great Infrastructure with very low Customer Service.Stayed in this hotel last year from company side for one whole month. We have 2 twin rooms booked. While checking out Receptionist just took the keys & didnt say a word.Upon entering Hotel main Gate, we have been asked every day this question. Where are you going?🤦‍♂️

Amazing Place to stay if you like a quite relaxing and friendly hotel that makes you feel home, very friendly staff and nice environment to be, plus plenty of free car parking spaces in front of it

Its just okay property in the city. Staffs are not co-operative.. Always strange behaviour from Reception staffs.Only good thing is Laundry service is free (You can Give minimum 02 shirts / pants for a day )Food - Not bad.Note : Old property

Reception staff attitude is very bad, not co-operative... Hotel ambience is good, but think infrastructure is not well updated... Washroom pipes are too tight and old!No lift... Will have to burn calories to reach upstairs! Parking is available...

One of worst experience:-cockroach in room-parking in open sand under sun (outside hotel)-only one towel, one cup, one access card-no bath tub in the room-no tv channel (almost no tv at all) only one channel-long time for checkin procedures-room not clean-too much walking between room, reception, pool, parking, etc

It doesnt met my expectations as i saw on website or bookings apps. I didnt like nothing on this hotel, 2 stars only because i was able to find a free parking.-Waiting time to check in and check out is very long.-The hotel is full of covid-19 patients and full of quarantined people.-You have to walk with your luggage with no one assisting you to your room, and then surprise, there are no lifts or even entrance to take your luggage, you have to carry it, and my room was on forth floor and they didnt agree to change it.-place is full of spa and saloons with girls waiting outside, so its not good place for families.-room is old and not so clean with bad smell.-Refrigerator is not working good.-Ac is very loud and annoying.-shower place is very small with some leaks on toilet.-not comfortable at all.

I book for one day , the alarm keep ringing and distribute my sleep ,- They charge you extra 15 AED- They charge you extra 100 AED as security deposit (refundable if you provide recipient otherwise none refundable)- no nice views from window- bed was smaller then qween size ( i book king size ) , they rejected my request to change the room

So rude reception staffs.Not any polite..There were several guests on the line to check in, but only one female staff treated them.The other woman who look like to be in more higher position, just counted money grandly with the face like that hey, you all are my money, thats all. Not getting any phone ringing, showing the money to the guests openly.Totally Terrible Hotel.I guess not any training or education about hotel staff manner.

The location is silent and cozy, with approchable staff, and thanks to the man who saved the life of a kid who is drowning. I may not know his name but may Allah bless your beautiful soul. Your mobile phone was soaked to water but you saved a life of that kid. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend here in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I also like the pool view and ambiance.

Iwent yesterday to the resturant and they told me its full and there attitude was awful no respect they was raising there voice on my face and they didnt discuss and i told them to call the manager and they said no manager was there and my friends was inside and they saw the manager so thwy were lieing im coming to there restudrant to spend money qnd they was rasisng there voice so sham on there resturant i will not go there and iwill tell every one about there attitude

This place offers you everything to gain your hatred towards it. rude security pereonnel, immature staff , over rated food , over-hyped location. Not recommended at all.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 week. Comfortable rooms but services are not up to the mark. Overall we had a good experience.

Comfortable stay,good restaurants and lots of Spa n wellness center.good heated swimming pool and fully equipped Gym.restaurant sit out at pool area.

If I could remove more stars, I would definitely do it. Frauds!Was planing my visit to Abu Dhabi and was looking for a 10day stay in a hotel, came across Villaggio and liked it. Decided to check the rates on their website directly. It was a very beautiful website with the Abu Dhabi address and everything. So I booked a room (it didn’t ask for any credit card details or ID, only name, email and dates. Got the confirmation email with the reference number.When I arrived to Abu Dhabi, front desk agent told me they don’t have booking under my name, I showed them email and reservation number, but it was not in the system.When the hotel manager came, he didn’t look surprised and said that it was a fake website and he “felt sorry for me” and offered me a rate twice higher then was offered on a website. He told me they are aware of the website, but they do nothing. They use it as a fake source to make people pay higher rates as they don’t have choice after arrival to Abu Dhabi.I am pretty sure the website is supported by them as it only benefits them.

Terrible hotel, horrible reception, no lift , poor services

This hotel has interesting concept of Mediterranean village and previously was blooming place for tourists and local visitors to the restaurants and small businesses located in ground floor.However, for many years now it is struggling with some problems. Lately they completely removed all greenery and it looks sad.The restaurants timing is not understandable, and overall place is missing the cleaning.

Nice place, restaurant inside serves good food. But staffs from reception till restaurant all look so unhappy and not friend.

Rate is very cheap. Rooms are very good.. But in the reception the staff behavior is very bad.. They think we are staying with their money that was there attitude.. If we just ask what are the timings of the pool and the gym.. They never mind...Then we ask whats the timing for break fast..at that time they told they dont know.. The whole checkin time they dont even smile and didnt say any word like have a pleasnt stay anything like that..

This is old villa not a hotel, they have a great entrance, and small old rooms. Not recommended

Good place to hangout

Not exactly a 4 star hotel. Under construction at the moment. Pool and Gym is closed. They did not inform us until we asked. The room was clean and simple but there was two black hairs on the throws and cushion on the bed. Sheets themselves were clean and fresh. Dont forget your razor. Provided razor will remove skin. No tv channels worth mentioning and the hotel information is nothing but snow. Very similar to Al Seef layout. Dont pack to heavy as there is plenty of stairs with no elevator. Cheap and cheerful otherwise.

A very good place to stay in Abu Dhabi. I booked a room in April for a month with my husband and had a pleasant time there, by the way the room was very big. The staff is very friendly, accomodating and ready to help you with what you need. The food in the restaurant is also tasty, recommend it!

Its just ok fof a normsl hotel stay, nothing much specual , thd rooms are spacious and has own carparking , and is now cheaper in rates.

The worst hotel I went ever.. Bad reseption services, they give me room at 3rd floor no left!! When arrived I asked them to change they ask me to cancel reservation if not like it!!!!!!!! Not recommended at all

Visited the garden area. Nice place for a small crowd. The projector to the white wall of the building is superb. Food was prepared by hotel on this event , and it was good. Staff are helpful.

Landline doesn’t work in the room, if you have your luggage no one will assists you good luck with it no lift. Even the reception behavior is rude.

One of the worst hotels ever .. disrespectful people, late noisy party until 2A.M. And no mater how many times you call them to express your discomfort they will ignore you, they clean your room without your permission and some times they open the door while you are still sleeping. The Water heating system one of the worst you need to wait for 15 min to get hot water.

One of the worst hotel in Abu Dhabi. We came in the hotel at 1500h, room is not ready, etc. Then we entered the room at 1600H. The receptionist are worst, with bad manner!
