The staff were very accommodating and friendly (Kudos to Ms. Rhea for the assistance, also to Ms. Rona). We had a free upgrade on the standard family room. The sea view was stunning. Amenities are great and all our requests were attended timely and properly.Breakfast buffet is 10/10. The staff (specially Silk) are just so awesome. They will give even before you ask:) They are of great service to the guests. We also had a late checkout at 3pm which was sooooo convenient. Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable:)

A cozy hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Thanks to Rona, Mary and the male staff at the pool Entrance. The hotel experience was good a d nice ambiance. The only thing that felt me uncomfortable is their elevators having this strange banging and clunking noise as if will fall anytime.

Rooms are fairly good in size, clean and hygiene. However there is no bath tub, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers are oddly positioned and hard to dispense in the bathroom. Shower controls are not easy to use with kids.

Where to start. I come here every weekend and its become a second home to me.This place is just amazing not because of the location or anything but because of its staff. They are just amazing human beings who go above and beyond their duties. They treat you just like family treats you. A special shoutout to Peter, Islam, Ria and Marj at the front desk. They will take care of you from the minute you walk in till you walk out. They will make sure that you have a wonderful trip every time you come. No compromises of any sort.

I love this general area. The whole place is hidden off to the side. Staff are always nice and accommodating. Nice rooms. The last time I was there they had carpet, but now they have wood flooring or something like it.

Great hotel with top notch service. Warm welcome from the front desk sets you up for the rest of your stay. The rooms are clean and fresh.Housekeeping are the best and they ensure you have all you need. The best part of Park Inn is the free ice on request and the beautiful surroundings.Many restaurants to choose from and make sure to book breakfast because it is AMAZING. Also enjoy watching the golfers pass by.

Great view and beautiful rooms but however the staffs are very rude. Some of the staffs act superior and look down as if you don’t know anything, basically they look down on you as slums. Found strands of hair in my food almost four times. The laundry team didn’t return my t shirt until i made a few calls and asked them to check properly about my missing t-shirt. Of course I dont blame all the staffs some of them were very friendly and nice to me especially the cleaning(room service people)

Place is good to stay or take a break but nothing close to it for general needs or restaurants. For anything we need to go to the nearest mall, Yas Mall and we cant go walking. Its a 10 minute drive.

Saved about 40 bucks against staying at the more fancy version next door. Really not worth the 40dhs - difference in experience so much bigger than the savings.

Amazing stay, friendly staff and wonderful room with view

Honestly i just checked in i dont know the facility at all but PETER and MARJ were exceptional they help us when we had trouble with the app booking and they were very patient as sweet I observed how they were treating people even when the food delivery came to the reception Peter was so polite to him and told him to have a seat while he waits for the customers who ordered food , honestly they give a lot of positive energy to the place park inn are lucky to have them!

Very bad service, facillity,and small rooms, if you have family it is not recommended... it is one star hotel for me.swimming pool very small and limited access to guest .. they force you to book other voucher to swim

Staffs are accommodating and response to your requests promptly. Stayed for one week and restaurant doesn’t have much of a variety on their breakfast but the staffs serve us very well. Accommodating all our needs.

Had a very pleasant stay in Park Inn. Th staff was extremely cooperative and helpful with pleasant smile on their faces specially Lama and his team Kate, Rully, Froillan from Mint Restaurant .Breakfast and service were amazing. Room is fine, just right for two people. Need a bit of reminder to the housekeeping staff to clean properly, found some chips left behind on the couch & a bit of stain.

Excellent hotel highly recommended. All the staff here were really friendly & helpful. My room wasn’t ready so had to wait but to my surprise the staff at the front desk upgraded my room to the deluxe suite which was very good customer service on their behalf. Breakfast is served fit for a king , a big variety of items to eat and the breakfast chef will also prepare food specific to your request and taste.Outside there are a few swimming pools which has warm water and nicely kept . The rooms are very spacious and the deluxe suite had two bathrooms and a balcony.

The service was outstanding! Great staff who were always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this for families (stayed with two small children). Enjoyed the bright airiness of the hotel and the great location with just short drives to Yas parks. Thanks everyone! Amazing hotel. Check in up to 3 am which was great as my flight arrived at 2am. Super fast check in and check out. Very nice and friendly staff especially Ms Marj on morning shift and very helpful Asian guy on night shift. Fantastic room, cable TV channels galore, and shocker..iron and ironing board stocked, neat bathroom and my favourite ...changeable colour lights on the headboard. Very near to Yas Mall and du Arena, Race course, Ferrari world.

Don’t normally post reviews for hotels, but Park Inn really did go the extra mile and I wanted to acknowledge their effort. When I checked in, I didn’t ask for a late checkout by Rhea at the front desk offered it — that’s awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. View was awesome. After UFC fight night, it was a long but manageable walk back to the hotel (avoided all the traffic and crowds). 2am room service came promptly and was very high quality even though everyone was coming back from event at the same time. I asked the next day for late checkout 1pm and without me asking, they gave me till 2 pm. Asked for toothbrush, they gave me 4! I mention all this because all these little touches, trying to do more than what is asked — really makes a difference. Thank you Park Inn! I won’t hesitate to stay with you guys again next time I’m in town. :)

They made our visit special by decorating our room on our special occasion of wedding anniversary and the staff is very friendly. The view was just amazing our room. I am surely looking forward to come back and stay.

I am staying here for 25 days so I have the opportunity to experience the hotel completely. This rating is for the hotel but more so for the staff that have made the hotel experience a whole lot better.The hotel is pretty good, you get access to the gym, a great pool, and fine dining. They clean the rooms daily and ensure that you are having a comfortable stay.The people that work here are phenomenal. They help you with anything you need and handle any concerns you may have. I had a very small incident at the hotel with a charging cable and they took care of it. I am very happy with their professionalism and constant updates they give you on any incidents.Overall, the hotel is good but the people here are great. Ill definitely be coming back. Thank you Park Inn.

Fab hotel. Staff extremely helpful nothing too much trouble. Anything needed attention was arranged swiftly. Rooms very comfortable. Pool area very relaxing nice pool. Only complaint is Friday is Acapulco Friday brunch. A little more courtesy needed for residents. Its very noisy umbrellas removed from sunbeds for the use of people attending brunch. Kids of people attending brunch not supervising their kids. Felt like we were pushed to leave.

Been staying at the hotel for a week or so and I must say the location is amazing! The staff of the hotel is exceptional, I must add that the Morning breakfast team is amazing they have a wide spread of all varieties. For a person who loves food, the breakfast was just fantastic! Best hotel to stay in yas Island

The hotel itself is not that bad considering the price you pay for the room. I appreciate the underground parking and direct access to the Lobby and rooms directly from the basement. The rooms are a bit old furnished, and the floor tiles in our bathroom were broken (i thought i would go through it). Quite weird LED lighting decorative system around the bed head which allow you to change the color of your ambient color depending on your mood, with a weird function allowing to strobe the light and color like in a good old 80s disco club.

Even though the reception staff is very friendly and the rooms spacious with balcony upon request, hygiene is key when it comes to hotels, and Park Inn hasnt met the standards yet. Not to mention the very busy breakfast with sometimes cutlery that remains unchanged from a client to an other

Arrived mid day to find a huge number of people, apparently one huge family, overflowing the reception and making a lot of noise. Long check in procedure. Rooms are in need of an upgrade. Dirty bed headboard, peeling paint in parts of the room, broken tiles in bathroom, overall cleanliness is less than average. Breakfast again overflowed with the family and noisy guests. Had to wait 15 minute to sit down. Valet parking attendants not available, had to step out of the car to look for them. Overall below average experience. Will not visit again. Low price and in this case, not value more like you get what you pay for. This hotel is below the standard of other Park Inn hotels I’ve visited worldwide.

Not very satisfied with the service... first day I had no soap, didn’t even have bath towels after a shower had to use a hand towel instead, these are minimum requirements. Apparently you need to request for these when you get to your room, the receptionist was not helpful at all when I told him I didn’t have bath towels. Just to be fair it Feels like the hotel is under renovations the pool and restaurant and other facilities are in the neighbouring hotel and the corridors smell of fresh paint but I was greeted by this dead roach at my door which is not cool.

Poor check in. They do not let you into the car park now until after check in. No signs so you get stuck at the barrier and have to go round again. Tried to get me to take single bed then gave me a room with a connecting door. Not impressed. Bed was terrible as well. Lumpy mattress.Breakfast is not worth the effort. Luke warm coffee from the machine. Food is cold as well.Croissants were stale.Shall not be returning.

First time in Abu Dhabi and booked in the hotel because of the good comments I read on trip advisor, so I decided to stay in Park Inn hotel and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. The staff of reception was amazing and very friendly. They were ready to help all the time especially the lady on desk Marj and the wonderful guy Shahid who arranged some trips for us in Abu Dhabi

We hosted my daughters birthday here on two occasions. The staff are helpful, accommodating and friendly. The outdoor area has everything one needs for a toddlers birthday. Grass, playground and pool. They decorate the place and cater the most delicious finger food. Such a convenient, no fuss venue.

Disappointed to be told breakfast was not included in my booking despite an email indicating that it was. Having made a fuss, the reception desk staff did get approval to let us have breakfast but only told us while we were checking out, too late for us as we had to leave at that point. Rooms overall were OK although, toilet didnt flush properly, hose didnt work and shower head wouldnt stay up.

Rooms are good. I have stayed earlier but surprised that no bathroom amenities were there this time. No shaving kit, shampoo, conditioner etc. Not sure if they were saving cost. There was a notice to contact front desk for amenities.

Amazing Mexican restaurant inside this hotel, the chef and one of the managers come directly from Mexico which makes this place really authentic. Service is really friendly in the whole hotel and it doesnt reflect the 3 star category at all. The tacos are amazing, make sure to try them!! Breakfast is also plentiful and a lot of variety, definitely one of the best breakfast spreads Ive seen in this kind of hotels.

The room as spacious and clean. It was nice that the tv had streaming capabilities. Customer service was good and check in /out time was really fast. The restaurant though was a bit overpriced even after discount so would suggest eating elsewhere.

Radisson quality. Very friendly staff always ready to help. Position is perfect for YAS attractions. Rooms very spicy. Mexican restaurant in the lobby floor served above expectation food. A bit noisy due to its position in line with the landing path of local airport

The hotel staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met but the hotel Management needs to do something about the flies at this hotel. It is disgusting!! During the day you cannot lie by the pool or eat outside because there are thousands of flies landing on you and your food. To stop this problem is such a simple solution. I have complained to the hotel to purchase a dozen plastic fly catchers and put them around the pool in the bushes and this would eliminate the problemin 1 day. At a cost of maybe $40 USD. I have been at this hotel several times in the past year and they refuse to fix it. Its absolutely disgusting!!

For the value its a great place to stay. Staff were great, rooms were good, location isnt a concern in Yas because everything is next to each other. Would stay again. Employees at breakfast area very helpful and those at reception exceptional, especially Marj, Rona and Islam.

We stayed here for 3 days, location is too good. The view from the room is also good. Taxies will be available round the clock. Breakfast was good with wide variety. Hospitality was good. Few Restaurants are around.

We had a delightful stay! The deal combined with themed park tickets is worth every penny! Fast check in , decent size rooms , balcony views were awsome! Mini bar was ridiculously expensive, just like at any other hotel lol. Bath gowns were missing though. Tea coffee was complimentary. The room had iron - amazing! The pool was small but was interlinked with Radisson blu and they had bigger pool so we went there. Super relaxing environment, familes were really enjoying. Breakfast buffet was ok , not a lot of variety though. Staff was very friendly. Vallet parking was available. Enjoyed pur stay and will definetly go back!

We had stayed in park inn for one week before few days , Good clean and modern hotel for traveler , staff are friendly and polite. Good location , surrounding restaurants and mall . Breakfast is good , restaurant are clean and planty of varieties , will be back .

The hotel location is Great if you are here for the theme parks cause its average 10 Mins between the hotel & Warner Bros, Ferrari world and Yas waterworld.But it’s 30 min far from the Corniche and the downtown.The breakfast is OK but there isn’t much of a variety of choice.The rooms are clean but the Housekeeping don’t clean that muchOne day I found the same Cup with my wife lipstick on it with just the inside of the cup cleaned.Otherwise it’s a Good hotel

Just checked in with my wife a three months old daughter. What a start it has been - cant wait to share my experience.The staff at the reception was very charming and welcoming. We booked a room without seaview using a deal, which the receptionist - Rahim - changed to the best view. We simply love it!He further added we will get a surprise to charm us on our wedding anniversary.Thanks guys!

The mexican brunch at amerigos was really really good. I love the soft taco and the churros though the variety was a little less please more and add fruits in the list. But in the over all I had a wonderful time. The staff and crew were very efficient and accommodating. Drinks were very well serve. Sharing photo for attention.

The hotel is located on yas Island near to Ferrari World. View from hotel is spectacular as you can see sea and also Ferrari World. Food quality was good with number of varities. Just had bad experience with hotel boy who took our luggage to the rooms.

It was my first stay in this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the heart-taking gulf course view from my room and the food was absolutely fantastic...not to forget the warm treatment I received from the beautiful staff: Marj, Hicham, Rachel and Shahid..thank you guys all for everything

I had very bad experience at the pool side where one of the pool staff named ‘Thakur’ ordered me arrogantly to leave the pool as I was not wearing swim suit ...this guy was very harsh ..didn’t even know how to behave with guests..Even though the manager apologised, such people will definitely tarnish the reputation of hotel.I hope in future you train/educate your staffs to avoid such indecent behaviour towards guests.I stayed in Junior Suit, were spacious and well maintained. Everything was great except this incident. So i won’t recommend Or prefer to choose Radisson (Yas island) in future.

A great place to relax with the family. They had an amazing summer offers where you can stay , get a breakfast and visit Warner brothers for less than $150 only. This is for a family of 2+2.Staff are all friendly.

Simply horrible experience. From smelly bathroom to forgetting to place hand towels in the bathroom and taking them 5 hours and quite some yelling to get a towel, to room service being below mediocre in quality and service, to the windows not being insulated and therefore the storm was basically whisteling in my room all night ... it is shameful to have this as a hotel attached to Radisson Blu chain of hotels!

The Staff make the Hotel they are very polite and are willing to help with everything you request. The standard and business rooms are ok if you are just looking for somewhere to stay in-between travel. Very clean and modern, the room service menu needs to be updated with a greater variety. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family due to its location on Yas Island next to all the main attractions. I am happy with the service and will be going back thank you Radisson.

Its budget hotel.noise of planes are constant. breakfast is good.they didnt provide enough toiletries.there were no shampoo,conditioners or soap. minibar was empty.check in process is quite slow. staff doesnt look enthusiastic.

Had a great stay there. Got a free upgrade of the room as I was the 1st time visitor at Radisson Blue.The staff is super courteous. The lady at the reception gave us a great welcome and see off. Free passes to the beach & daily transport by Radisson Blue were the features.

It was an amazing experience, the location and view of this hotel is perfect, also the staffs are very kind and helpful, the only thing that I was not satisfied with it was that all hotels that I have stayed so far in them provide some personal hygiene kit contains small soap, shampoo, tooth floss, even tooth brush, but this one didn’t have any!!! But anyway I totally recommend it

The cheapest hotel on the YAS island.Room:The room was clean.The pillow was almost non existence.The LED light bedboard was the main selling point, but don’t really understand its function.The room is equipped with a smart TV that can connect to your phones YouTube or Netflix which is a plus.The bathroom water pressure is low, and the soap they provided is Dove.Breakfast:Way too many people during breakfast time, didn’t really get anything to eat.For some the variety might be nice, but I didn’t see anything I like from the breakfast buffet.Shuttle to parks:There are shuttle bus provided to go to different parks, which is quite convenient. You’ll need to walk 3-5 mins to another hotel situated across from Park Inn.

Very friendly stuff and very good breakfast, they even cooked oats specially for us. Very good location and view from balcony. Small swimming pool. If hotel has a lot of guests it is easier and faster to park your car by yourself, dont use vallet parking.
