Happy to spend my weekend at Dusit Thani. It was very relaxing stay and thanks to Rogen for upgrading us to a bigger and nicer room with living room and kitchen. Ahmed was very helpful during the check-in, it was easy and fast even though we arrived a little bit early. The hotel looks very sophisticated from the lobby to the interior of the room.We enjoyed our breakfast with different kinds of cuisine. They are very particular with the safety of everyone esp this pandemic time. Warren and David were great on serving and very attentive. They ensure that we had the food that we ordered.I will recommend this to my friends whenever they wanted to come and visit Abu Dhabi.

Didnt live up to the expectation. Very limited choice and the food is tasteless. The staff are very curtious. Dessert was good though. Expected better options and more variety specially its lunch time. Not worth the money.

I’ve been here many times and they didn’t fail to amaze me every time I stay. From their front desk reception to the room which is clean and spacious. During my previous visit I ordered for a Hawaiian pizza unfortunately it doesn’t looks like what I expected. They just put pineapple to look like Hawaiian. But, overall twas a good stay. Highly recommended.

Diner at the indian restaurant was fabulous experience of savour and taste. Enjoyable evening.

Very nice hotel for a family get away. The staff are friendly and attentive. The receptions staff helped us get a better room for our family size. The family rooms have a bedroom and loving room with ensuite bathroom. The pool on the roof has a great view of the mangroves and Abu Dhabi. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits, porridge, breads and warm options. Loved the hotel and surronding area.

One of the best hotels we visited. Weve been here how many times. Its 10 star 🌟for me. From the reception to the food excellent. Their buffet is the best and not to pricey. Im highly recommending this hotel.

Amazing and Fabulous Hotel. But recently with Covid , the rooms service is a little off. We took a Humongous Suit- it is literally and One bedroom apartment, connected to a twin-bed room for the kids- the suit comes with fully isolated queen bed bedroom , living and sitting area with Kitchenette, and isolated bathroom

The hotel is good but WiFi is very poor, some of the services is slow, I had in room dining and I asked them for ketchup and Mayo it came after 1hr despite me calling them 3 times. This hotel can turn to excellent if they work more in customer services, WiFi for sure and change the furniture

Went to Namak restaurant... The food is really good and the service is quick.. 100% should try the lucknowi gulati kebab and mutton rogan ghosh... Good experience and wonderful service by Ms. Hema

The food and variety in Urban kitchen (Restaurant in Dusit Thani) was by far the worst i have experienced here in UAE. The buffet is AED 170 per head and was a disaster. No variety plus the food was dry.

The building and infrastructure are great but the service was bad. I went for coffee at their lobby Cafe. It was bad and wanted to leave

Still 4 days before I leave this nice hotel, information desk, hospitality & service in the restaurant is wonderful.What I 👍 like the most is the COVID19 awareness, as it is highly observed, about room, access to other important things is great, too.So far, I think some of the outside calls phone operators need to be trained how quickly need to respond.The Asian artist playing music around noontime, is 👏 fantastic.Before I leave, I hope I 🙏 can give you my full 5 starts.Ibrahim

Very nice hotel except for the Filipina lady who is answering the phone on housekeeping is very rude and unprofessional.

IT doesnt take 2 to Confirm the High Luxury of the Dusit.The toilet sink not Ergonomic at alllll it gives u a back pain just to brush your teeth (& I use an electric brush)what about wearing contact lenses what about shaving what about fixing your hair ( by then I are crippled from back pain )The bathroom interior engineer doesnt know how to spell ERGONOMIC Toilet sink.

Me and my family felt a poor hospitality at the urban kitchen restaurant. The glasses in which the water was served was really smelling bad.The management please have a look into it. This bottle is located in muoor st and no much competition. Its in front of Al jazeera stadium and in the time of sports events this can be the best place to check-in.I visited this place for my company Iftar buffet and the even was very well organised.The staff was very welcoming at the same time taking care of the covid safety.Very tasty food. The lobby of the hotel is very elegant 👌 over all I had a great experience 😍👍

Dusit Thani is one of the most prestigious chain of hotels.The Abu Dhabi hotel is well situated in All manners.Down town is just few minutes away. Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island.Hotel staff is humble and happily provide you any kind of extra facility upon availability without putting a hole in your pocket.Room service is also great, responding imminently. Restaurants, I didnt get a chance to try, but looked great. Coffee is awesome.Parking facility is available for guests and is sufficient.

Struggle for vegetarians to have options. Dal is sometime in the menu, even veg curry. Sometimes have same veg curry in lunch and dinner.

They have the most unprofessional staff! I was staying for a week for the second time and every time I asked for someone to clean my room, one staff me member always say that they will come as per their schedule and not upon request, the rest do it immediately even though I explained to him that I will be in the lobby waiting for my room. He doesn’t let me speak and keeps interrupting and talking back. The rooms are not clean and have patches all over. The water was leaking in the toilet, the knob for the shower is not even stuck so we can’t change the temperature, the the tub is stuck too. And when I complained they only offered an access to the lounge! Cuz they have good view and food!!! I don’t even care!! I don’t know why is it a 5 star hotel I would give it 3

Loved the service and hospitality we enjoyed at Urban kitchen yesterday. It was my sons birthday and they gave him such a lovely surprise and made him feel so special..The food was good quality though the choices were a bit less but totally understandable at this time...

The Reception staff who checked us in was not professional at all, Talking a lot and in a way he shouldnt talk to a hotel guest. He told us that they will allow a late check out until 3 PM, but at around 2 PM the reception staff called us and told us that we had to checkout immediately. The room was not that clean as well. This was my first time in this hotel and definitely my last time.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds hard. Check in was an extremely tedious process. Gym is well equipped with views from 20th floor.Restaurant was the biggest disappointment. Overcooked noodles, bland sauces, salty taboulleh, creme caramel that must have been stored in the fridge et c.

One thing is for sure, the food here wont disappoint. If youre a fan of East Asian food, then this place is for you. The portion sizes are generous.The swimming pool is a little on the small side considering the size of the hotel.Why the four stars? No one in the hotel was fully aware of the package we had taken. Everytime we chose to privately dine-in meant talking to several people, reception, restaurant staff, managers who all were not aware of our package. It caused a lot of undue stress.BUT a few staff members did really make our stay more comfortable; Restaurant staff: Ibrahim and Shishir and front receptionist: Orchid, all went above and beyond their job role to ensure we were happy. Thank you :)

Not a bad hotel but even the non-smoking rooms smell (I have stayed twice, and twice they smelled) and neither the operator, the reception, maintenance, or housekeeping picks up the phone when you need something. You have to keep calling and calling and calling. It gets frustrating quickly.

This was one of the most amazing hotel experience I have ever had. The room was a dream, the swimming pool such an experience, the restaurants were so high quality and diverse. The staff impressed me the most; their hospitality is beyond the 5* level (restaurant staff, cleaning lady in the room, reception, concierge, swimming pool staff). I would like to thank everyone in the hotel for making our stay such an amazing experience and making our honeymoon a dream.

Food is not so good. Service is ok.. during my stay TV didnt work properly, Internet was slow. Staff is quite friendly.

Exceptional hotel and staff. Great gym and dining... sadly never got to use the pool!Top tip: there’s a late-night supermarket, pharmacy and normal working hours dry cleaners behind the hotel which compliments all the services provided by the Dusit Thani. Having options is always great.

The longer you stay in a hotel, the more accurate your review will be.I have stayed in the hotel for 46 days, and the level of service was below expectations!Food quality was very bad that only pets can eat it, and whenever we complained we were answered by rudeness of the kitchen staff. Especially Windy from the in room dining, she was the most rude of all staff.Unfortunately, the rudeness of staff was from every department, even reception. Imane from reception was very rude to me, and once she almost kicked me out of the hotel, as if it was her fathers.When Im back to Abu Dhabi, Ill definitely NEVER choose to stay there!

We have visited it at asian night... Open buffet... Mny countries traditional food like thailand, japan, chinese, indonesian... The best dish was romen with sea food and coconut soup and chinese noodles and from desserts the coconut Pina cotta and the passion fruit cheesecake... The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is the sushi some were too salty.. Some werent tasty at all... But there was a great variety including duck breasts...

The ambience and interior is awesome. The open lobby makes it look larger than life. The food at the Thai Restaurant Benjarong was awesome.

Love the place,clean tidy amazing buffet and you can take a cup of coffee with you if you like
