My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and we really enjoyed each and every moment of it. Each and every staff member that attended to us was very courteous and helpful. The service was overall great, the hotel itself had well maintained facilities. The ambience even along as simple areas such as corridors were picture perfect. All in all, our stay was perfect and memorable.

Rays bar is one of my favourite bars, the view is amazing, very classy atmosphere, food is super tasty, the drinks as well. We tried margarita drink, truffle fries and calamari. All so good. Friends made different choices of wine and beers and all were really satisfied.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff. Extremely polite and helpful, from security passing by reception and restaurants , for breakfast and also the pool bar till the bill team and the valet. The only thing that beach view is blocked cuz of construction on the opposite side but overall it is perfect. I totally enjoyed the time there and wish it was longer

We had originally booked to stay for 4 nights but extended our stay for a further 2 nights as we were so impressed by the services of this immaculate hotel. My family loved everything about Conrad. The room was huge and had a beautiful view of the marina. We were always greeted by our name everywhere we went. We were impressed with all the amenities - huge family pool, stunning beach and well-equipped gym. The observation deck on the 74th floor was a real treat. We felt so happy here and made unforgettable memories. Thank you to all the staff who interacted with us and gave us their best service.

Our experience was really good. Beautiful sea view from the higher floor made it even special. Breakfast at Rosewater, Swimming, Observation deck high tea were all quality and enjoyable experience. Must visit.

Great staff who made me feel like home. Good facilities and nice little beach for a swimming break. Nice pools (I didnt use them though). I especially enjoyed the gym which was above average as compared to gyms found in similar category hotels. All in all I had a great stay of several days and Im already looking forward to return there in my next trip to Abi Dhabi.

I highly recommend the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. During an extended stay at the hotel while working in the UAE, I felt very much at home at the Conrad. Though I was there during the pandemic, I felt that the hotel did all that was necessary to keep guests safe and healthy. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly, and the restaurants are excellent. The hotel is on the Corniche near shopping and tourist attractions.

First of all I Appreciate the manager who gave us check out time till sunset.. staff are friendly especially Antony, perfect destination for couples or families. rooms are neat and big and coming to the view from the room which in unbelievable. Breakfast had lot of varieties, pool is good my son enjoyed a lot in it.

There’s a lot of staff which is a good thing and they wouldn’t miss to assist you if you need them. The room was gorgeous with a fantastic view. Rosewater restaurant bfast was divine. We ate a lot and it was worth it. The best one was the pool and beach area. Loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing atmosphere and view specially sunset time

Conrad Etihad Towers is truly a top of the notch hotel in Abu Dhabi. The atmosphere, the hotel crew and their services were beyond excellent!

Excellent location, service and accommodation. Fine dining, bars, beach and pool this facility has it all. I have moved into the Residences now here and made it my home in Abu Dhabi.

All the staff were very accommodating from checkin till check out. We particularly liked the brunch at Nahaam. As always, even with the pandemic restrictions, their brunch do not fail to satisfy our cravings. Will definitely come back!

Must commend Harris(IT) and Ashwin (Executive Events) for their prompt support getting our Town Hall successful and smooth held at Executive Lounge. Kudos to you guys! Great service and facilities.

Outstanding experience in the Conrad Etihad Towers ...Everything about the service was impeccable.. All the employees at the front desk, the food and beverage, the house keeping, the gym and the swimming pools, that we dealt with, were happy and ready to go the extra mile to ensure their guests are satisfied..We tried 3 restaurants and they were all excellent in the variety of the menu and the taste of the dishes we chosed. For people who like lebanese food, I strongly recommend Li-Beirut which serves traditional lebanese appetizers, Main courses and desserts with a twist that makes it an unforgettable experience..I dont usually give a full mark on any review, but my experience in Conrad was really perfect.

This has to be the Most Amazing Hotel we have ever been to and definitely will be going back. From the time we had entered until the time we had left. Room service was Amazing. Luxury. The hotel decor is very eye elegant. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Covid precautions are top notch, everything was clean and sealed. The views from the room are amazing towards the city and the presidential palace. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We would definitely consider going back.The other tower contains an observatory deck at the 75th floor.

Booked trough booking a bedroom for 2 adults and one kid. Hotel provided the smallest room on the overall hotel, suitable for 1 but definitely not for 3 people.They tried to blame Booking, but actually is the hotel fault since they are aware they should fix it, instead of that they said they were happy to change the room for an extra charge. I am sorry it is not my fault, is Conrads who should not sell and individual room for a 3 people stay.I complained at the end of my stay, and they try to apology, refunding the expenses on the restaurant. But again, we felt ourselves treated like second class, you should see the space available in the room with the additional bed, it was ridiculous. Checked with the plans and indeed is the smallest room, actually is the room connecting with a proper double room for families.Very disappointing.

Gorgeous hotel, room service was delicious and the restaurants were awsome altho its a little hard because they each have their days that they are open. I had the worst experience with hotel security to the point I ended up just staying in my room because of how embarrassed I was. It seemed to bother him that I was coming in and out of the hotel. Never have i been so humiliated in front of so many people and when I told front desk they just brushed it off like nothing. I felt so helpless specially as a women on my own in a country that is not my own.

Formerly Jumeirah Etihad Towers, this hotel is one of the luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi. Located opposite Emirates Palace, the view from hotel room is just incredible. We stayed here twice (and is planning to go back for a birthday celebration soon) and was able to experience different views from our room. For me the best view is city view it was impressive. We booked a King Grand Premier Room for both stays.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for our wedding anniversary. It was a very memorable stay. The hotel had prepared our room with a complementary bottle of wine. The room is split into two with one room available for the kids and another for ourselves. The views of Abu Dhabi from our room were spectacular. The pools are great but the beach is a little small. Views from the Observation Deck at 300 was amazing and the service is good. We had a half-board package. We enjoyed our meal at the Sole restaurant, and had very good service again. The hotel staff are all round very friendly and helpful. This is a very high quality hotel and I will definitely come back.

Best afternoon tea in abu dhabiThey have the best cheesecake

We went to try their Iftar. It was lots of lovely options from very healthy but also sweet and naughty food. Like dates and nuts ice-cream or traditional Arabic sweets.

I’m staying in the hotel for 2 nights, in the second night we could’t sleep because of a baby crying from the upper room, the baby continue crying for more than 3 hours, I called the reception more than 4 times, from 12am till 1 am to find out where is the sound come from. I asked the reception I want to speak with the duty manager and she said he asked me to call you, he don’t even hear from me.We paid for a noisy this night.

Room was amazing, service was amazing. I just wish the observation deck had cleaner windows... it was quite difficult taking good pictures. Besides the pool and beach there was no other inhouse entertainment activities. But in a whole, still a very good hotel!

This place was amazing. The food was amazing, the pool was amazing, the service was amazing. The staff was amazing.The name may have changed but the Jumeria(sp) presence is still there alive and well. Special thanks to the bartender from Mauritius, cant remember his name, but he was really good. I love the fact they are on Groupon as well. I went at a time where there werent many people there. Also, places like these tend to have a lot of birds around when the food comes. This place had the fewest birds Ive seen at a place like this.

I stayed a week in the hotel and was happy to choose this. An outstanding service in all areas. Desman made feel well pampered during the breakfast and Solaiman and Rahim solved the trouble with the PCR testing during the public holidays at the end of Ramadan. The view from the observation desk during the afternoon tea was fabulous - I would love to eat in the Le petit chef restaurant but it was fully booked all days. Take a treatment in the Spa, it will definitly enhance the experience during your stay. Also the free of Charge parking was a welcome benefit. Even the view from the Premier room was a USP why I choose the hotel - the Windows definitly need a clean up ;) all in all a very pleasant stay and a definte recommendation.

Excellent hotel and very pleasant service

Tori na su is a one time visit place for sure. We over all loved our starters but main course felt like all of the meat dishes was preboiled and the sauces were just tossed in it. The vegetable which was served with the dishes were more flavourful then the main food.

Excellent service again at the pool bar. Our waiter Gandip, super guy, knows we are trying to lose weight so he brought is this fab fruit glass

Why your reservation personnel offer a rate higher than the price shown on the web after adding taxes and Service charge? at the same time it takes 1 day and numbers of phone follow up before you get their email response.

Staying here in hotel for 2 nights, it was an amazing experience from a breathtaking view from my room’s windows to a variety of food during breakfast. Furthermore, staff are excellent in terms of customer service especially Ms. Salisha in front desk she was very accommodating. Finally, i love the swimming pool and beach activity ( banana boat) it was fun. All of this experience is beyond my expectation and thank you for that wonderful experience as guest.

Just in time for the spring.Delectable savory selections and oh-so yummy decadent sweets. The English scones is lovely, but what surprised me is the Matcha White Chocolate scones, it was amazing! (A bit bias since I’m a matcha lover.)Tea selections were great as well! All-you-can drink cold or hot teas or coffee specialties will surely satisfy you. We personally loved their best selling Silver Moon Tea, Iced Chocolate Mocha, and Lemon Mint Green Tea! (All teas served are from TWG.)It was in the lobby of Conrad Towers (formerly Jumeirah Etihad Towers). The weather wasn’t that great that time so the view is quite dusty. Weather is indeed changing now, summer is coming yay! (Or nay?!)Anyway, the staff were so enthusiastic and took their time to explain the menu. They even prepared an anniversary slice of cake, on the house for the couple. Overflowing sweetness indeed, literally and figuratively.
