Excellent service from the moment we pulled up to the hotel through every encounter we had with each staff member. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Best service we have ever received from hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, beyond helpful with answering questions or requests displaying exemplary hospitality throughout our stay. If I had to rate this hotel from 1 to 10, it would be a 10 plus plus plus. Thank you Hilton for such wonderful service amd even more amazing experience.

Great stay at the Hilton Yas Island, new hotel with a few things like beach still to open. Nice practical rooms but what made this stay was the well trained, super friendly and professional staff. Breakfast spread was top class, definitely recommended for Yas Island trips.

Nice stay... Best one is their swimming pool.. Neat and clean rooms. Theme parks complimentary tickets was an additional advantage.In room there was no dental kit, bathroom sleepers and bathrobe..which is expected in such properties..

The hotel is so beautiful. It makes me think of the Louvre style.Very nicely decorated with water features at the entrance.The staff is amazing! So polite, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Especially at the lobby cafe sitting area. I sat there a lot to work and everybody greets me by my name, and remember my favourite. It gives a sense of home. I have been so well taken care of. Thank you !The buffet at the restaurant downstairs is awesome ! It is varied with lots of choices and it is smartly split into stations so there isnt too much queues.I just love the place ! I would come back and definitely recommend it !I cant wait to see the beach front side.

Pool was lovely. Hotel room was very basic and had no drinking glasses, toothpaste, toothbrushes, robes or slippers. Fridge was not cold and toilet had hairs on the floor. Shampoo, shower gel not big enough for two guests. Would not stay there again. Air conditioning was poor and room was very hot. Lay out of room was odd too.

We went for afternoon tea. Bit of a misunderstanding as I asked for more savoury dishes, but there was a bowl of fruit. Only one welcome drink between us. Pleasant enough, lovely view over the pool and as it was busy, it must be very popular.

Honestly, the hotel is nice and tidy..👎🏻 but unfortunately I called them 3 hours ago to transfer me to someone and solve me and no one answered after I had completed 3 hours and arrived to book the room, they gave me a high price and I told them in booking that it is cheaper and she said for a minute I will see Booking while she was watching. I said only kill her In front of me, I saw the price, I closed the line, and I was faced with a disrespectful treatment from the staff. I do not have to wait for you 4 hours to book a room and the line is blocked by Boihi 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I was excited about the hotel that it will open in Yas soon and I visited them before the opening, but unfortunately we are ready to prove The truth of my words and I am responsible for my words

You can open doors with your mobile phone. No need for key card. The cakes are awesome in the cafe. One of the few hotels that I have seen to have toilet and shower separate, which works well when you are with family and kids.

Amazing facilities coming soon - we had an amazing tour (by our wonderful host Georges Khalife) through the almost-ready-to-open banquet and conference center - wonderful design, huge conference rooms (over 1000 capacity in the largest one), wonderful atrium and terraces, and direct access to Etihad Arena stage... cant wait to see it in full function!

From the moment we arrived until we departed the service was outstanding.We booked a suite which had a large balcony and a fantastic view.My wife is a coeliac so sometimes finding gluten free food and snacks can be difficult. Not here, the waiter jamal looked after us superbly. The head chef came to our table and offered my wife several options. He also said that if there was nothing on the menu or on the buffet they would prepare anything she wanted.The refreshments and food at the pool were great and the staff were super helpful. They took you to your sun lounger, laid out your towels and delivered the refreshments menu, nothing was too much trouble. Allan came and visited us twice each day at the pool to check if we needed anything. Again the chefs cooked food especially for my wife.The wait staff noticed it was actually my wifes birthday, sourced a gluten free cake and delivered it to the table whilst singing happy birthday, much to her embarrassment .Such a kind and thoughtful act.During our departure 3 separate staff members tried to help me with my bag. Super friendly and helpful.

Brand new hotel with clean and stylishly designed facilities. It was not fully open though, during our visit. However, we did not notice any inconvenience as our day time was spent in theme parks with kids. The rest od the day at the hotel was just so nice and will full of pleasure and laughter with a great friendliness and service from the staff. Looking fwd to staying again.

Rooms are excellent and food is great. Amazing location too. Highest safety and hygiene standards. The teams personal attention to detail to plan a surprise arrangement on a special day of our lives made our stay even more memorable. Access to a theme park is included in the tariff and this is excellent value for your money.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this brand new Hotel. The staff was particularly wonderful as they upgraded our room for my husbands birthday and left us a lovely birthday treat! The pool was lovely and refreshing. Cant wait until they open the infinity pool in August! We may have to make a trip back just to enjoy it!Once Etihad Arena opens it will be an ideal place to stay to go and see any event as it is right next door.

The hotel has all the benefits of being on Yas Island and close to the theme parks and Yas Mall.I got a king size room over looking the pool. Whilst the view was nice, there was no balcony to enjoy it, the bed was facing the wrong direction, the room was small which didnt allow us to sit and chill on the sofa. The fridge in the room wasnt exactly cold either and I dont feel like the AC was as cold as it should be (baring in mind we didnt have balcony windows open)The breakfast was good, I couldnt fault the staff and their attentiveness but it was very busy due to the summer holidays. We had to wait outside to be seated which was fine but the breakfast window was pretty short.The room had no toothbrush kits, robes, slippers, drinking glasses and other complimentary essentials that other hotels give. Whilst this may be part of an environmentally friendly movement, there was no advertisement of this campaign or anything to say if you require any of the above please contact this number...The hotel was clean and the pool was nice and cold with fresh towels being provided. However, the room I stayed in was rated at 679 aed without breakfast, which I personally wouldnt pay when there are competitive hotels near by with entertainer and other offers available.

Great new hotel with amazing service. Team is very helpful, and nothing is too much for them. Stayed for two nights and checking out today. Pool is good, restaurant is great, had buffet on Friday night which was amazing and service was also good, Selma who served us was very good. Hotel also gives access pass to three theme parks which was bonus. Overall good hotel. Duty Manager Mr. Darwish was also great.

We stayed for nine days in July 2021 given rooms 4117, 4119, and not even a day had passed and we noticed a putrid odor coming from the room bathroom. A few days later the noisome vapors became stronger. The manager Ksenia decided to change our rooms to 5114, 5116 with an upgrade, and we were thankful. However, housekeeping said we weren’t able to access 5114. We returned around 5:00 to check if room 5114 was ready. Josh, the receptionist had told us there was water leakage in room 5114 and we had to move again. Our disappointment was evident as we had already moved. Josh then moved us to 7073 and 7075. It’s not a matter of changing the room, it’s HOW CAUSAL they were and offered no apology for changing the ROOM AGAIN. WHILE moving to 7073 /7075. We were told that room 5114 was okay by the housekeeping and there was no water leakage. It was guests that stayed another night, The food service wasn’t inclusive to vegetarians at supper. A mention to Mr. Fabian from the buffet service who helped us with some dishes. Also, the first time we needed a cab, they REFUSED to take my family as he thought that the trip was to DUBAI, the person calling the cab apologized and left and gave the job to the porter who never managed to call a cab. FINALLY, we did call UBER ourselves. We never requested another cab until we checked out. Overall, one room was okay for us but the reason I took 2 rooms was so my family wouldn’t be disturbed while I worked. It’s a new hotel and we hope you improve in the FUTURE. PLS DO NOT apologize, as you never did during our stay at Hilton. The theme tickets, the pool, housekeeping, and the shuttle were excellent. The casual attitude towards guests is to go away. This was very disappointing.

It was a great experience, the staff are all helpful and friendly, josh from the front desk help us a lot, he was very accomodating and helped our stay very enjoyable, rooms are very clean and very comfortable,they also have a free bus to go yas mall which i find very helpful especially for tourist, their breakfast was dope too, me and my friends had a great time and i will definitely comeback again and recommend to my friends

Awesome new hotel in Yas Island. Spacious rooms and big swimming pool. They have excellent Covid-19 measures with freshness seal on rooms and especially at the buffet restaurant where there is a server on every section. The deal with free tickets to Yas Island theme parks to all the rooms residents is adding great value. Definitely recommended and am waiting to revisit once the 3km beach walk is completed and open for visitors.

The service is good and the hotel is beautiful and the staff welcome you in a beautiful way but there is one problem the hotel is annoying I slept at 3 am and woke up at 8:30 am because of the disturbance you can hear everything around you I don’t know why is the walls so thin that you can hear everything that happens from the rooms around you And the corridor is for this. I only give two stars to this hotel because you cannot sleep and take your rest, so what is the point of your reservation in the hotel?

Food was good, however there was no food items variety.Hotel staff is friendly and we liked hotel furniture.

Nice new hotel, rooms are clean and tidy. Near to Etihad arena. You can reach to all attractions within the island with A bus. The rates are in acceptable range it includes the parks enterance, Im not sure if that offer though

We stayed the first week it opened.It had some teething issues such as no highchairs for kids, and a blocked shower these were quickly resolved.The water pressure for the shower was very low in both rooms we had, I dont know if this is through design or a general problem.Breakfast on the whole was good, the restaurant in the Hotel itself in the evening was limited in the Brunch for what they had for kids, and the food was so so, I wouldnt go back.In time to come when the Kids Club, Pier with additional restaurants and the Infinity pool are all open, it has the potential to become a great Hotel.

Family of 4 stayed for a weekend staycation. Outstanding customer service from start to end. From the valet service, checking in/out at reception, restaurant (breakfast & dinner) and the facilities (brand new hotel - everything was new and clean). Everyone was very helpful and smiling (always willing to help). The bonus was the complimentary tickets to Yas İsland theme parks. Suggestion for improvement - need to have a beach or be part of a beach club eg. Yas Beach.

It was a terrible experience in Hilton.Rooms are very average. Toilet was pathetic with water leakage. Worst about the package was terrible breakfast. Really disappointed with Hilton @ Yas island. Wont come again. Not recommended.

The hotel is brand new. Design layout is modern. We have been staying here with my family for 4 nights. Hotel granted us free theme park tickets which is very good (4 tickets access for 4 nights). The reason for 3 stars is due to technical issues particularly on our check in (Aug 17) our room was flooded. Reception sent 2 technicians and asked us to wait IN THE ROOM till they will be done (it was already midnight - 01:30 am). However, this is beyond unacceptable especially during the COVID. We were extremely exhausted and kept asking how long it will take but received silence and were completely ignored. After several calls and insistence with reception they finally agreed to moves us to a different room.Another issue was with dining, our stay included only breakfasts: but we were given promotion for the dinner 110 AED instead of 190 AED per person. However, when we decided to use this promotion and have a dinner, reception staff refused us saying “if you want to use this promotion you must have purchased it in the first night and for whole your stay meaning for 4 nights. Since it is already night 2, you must pay full price for all members”. However, reception did not inform about this policy at all. We were exhausted and hungry (and with kids) and reception said “if you will enter now they will cut my salary so order room service. I cannot do anything for you”. We were speechless. God bless Ksenia D for resolving this issue. She quickly resolved the matter, offered us to enter dinner for the promised price of promotion. She helped us make our experience better. If not Ksenia, our experience would be horrible. Ksenia truly saved Hilton reputation.On August 20, we were again refused to enter dinner due to the Al Hosn app’s tech issue. We had grey icon even tho we had negative PCR test of the same day and even vaccine certifications. This app is horrible and unfair for tourists. Even though we were showing our vaccination certificates and local negative PCR tests, staff rudely said “I have no power, do anything else. Order room service or something.” Ksenia was not on work that day, so I’m sure if Ksenia was there, everything would have been solved.Overall, reception staff was the main issue. Rooms were nice and clean all thanks to wonderful Bernah: she is truly amazing and deserves a huge recognition. Dining staff inside are good, very nice and kind people.If we will decide to come again it will only be because of Ksenia. If Ksenia will not be there, we unfortunately will not return.

From the moment we arrived at 1am, the welcome we got was incredible, from the valet parking staff to the pool staff and everyone in between. The Covid-19 measures in the hotel made me feel very safe. I must mention just a few that helped us a lot; Gerardo, chief concierge, Wakeel from HR and Jason the operations manager who helped with the alhosn app and PCR tests. We couldn’t have managed without them. The staff at reception were very friendly and Isra made us feel right at home. The staff in the bar were very friendly and always had time for conversation. Over all it has been a great 3 weeks and if I’m ever back in Abu Dhabi, the Hilton will be my first choice
