Ordinary service , i booked through booking.com but then they said its fully booked so we were transferred to resident apartments which was fine but it took some effort to do it , service is always not on time and doesnt come with one phone call , u have to keep following, room was hygienic

Lovely staff! Especially Yousef at the front desk, and another guy who’s name I’ve forgotten, he’s from Uganda. They were super accommodating and so polite.Only issue I had was the pool area. Hard to believe it’s Covid times. So many people in the pool, and what they call an adult pool was actually for kids also. It’s was crazy! I don’t dare go into it. Strange thing is, people were on top of each other at the pool, when we went to get drinks however, there were 5 of us and we had to split up they said 4 at table only. Meanwhile there were locals sitting near by with about 10 of them at a table. (Am talking about the hotel area btw which rotana residence have access to.) staff at the bar were really great. Lovely people

I have been living here for a month, and this is the second time I wake up at night (2am and 5am) from the terrible sound of a fire alarm! Beginning to dress, as soon as the alarm goes off! At the reception they say they dont know what happened! I don’t recommend it!

I cannot praise the excellent standard of service , cleanliness and comfort my family and I enjoyed at the beach Rotana residences. From Mr Ali and Ms aura and staff in check in, housekeeping up to par with COVID sanitation standards and smooth check out, I cannot fault a thing. Looking forward to equally excellent service from Rotana Dubai.

One of the best serviced apartments in town. Property is relatively new so everything is in working order. Plenty of storage space. The service need to be improved. Very show in responding to request for to staff shortage. That should not be a excuse for the delivery level.

Good choice for families , just in the middle of the city , accessible to Abu Dhabi mall ,the only negative comment is on Acacia restaurant, the staff was in a big miss , lack of proper arrangement, the Chef is a professional but with a clumsy staff and bad restaurant manager he could do nothing , he was preparing the food as requested by guests but the staff could not recognize to whom this food for !

So far very good I truly wanted to give it 5 stars but due to the fact I was not told about the 24/7 building work prior to arrival I am holding back on my opinion.This is a half way report. The breakfast is very good and plenty of selection. I simply adore the chef on show cooking fresh omelettes.The staff are exceptional in the restaurant as they are on housekeeping and reception.The gym is very well equipped and bedrooms are very comfortable with super king beds. There are plenty of sunbeds on the complex but you may have to chase the sun due to the buildings. We came in November so the sun is a bit lower.They do happy hours at certain bars on the beach between 4pm and 7pm but wont serve you if you are in swim gear. So make sure you come to the beach in your 3 piece suite, dickeybow tie and crevatte and you may get served.A rather pathetic rule as the bar is next to the sunbeds but at the time when you want a drink maybe at the end of the day they wont serve you.All in all a very pleasant trip but management need to make guests aware of the building work.

I would like to thank the Rotana management for helping take the decision of never staying in any rotana ever again. Why? Zero hygiene. Zero service. Zero qualified staff. Zero enjoyable time. Zero facilities. Zero care for customers. Zero professional. Want to have fun anf enjoy a weekend with your loved ones? Dont come here, they will make sure to ruin it for you!

The place was nice and cozy. Everything went fine except when we asked for kitchen utensils from the housekeeping and it came after 1 whole hour. That was ridiculous. Bht aside from that, everything was fine.

That is by no means a gateway to have some fun and relaxing time. This is my second experience with Rotana and both were very disappointing. Rotana lacks what hospitality is about.

I am writing a reliable review. It is positive, just 4 stars. First, I will write about the pros. The apart-hotel as a whole deserves its declared 5 * a) because of the location on the territory of the Beach Rotana hotel with all the infrastructure, b) because of the size, c) because of the design of indoor and outdoor, the quality of public places, service, staff. There is a beach, right on the territory. There is a childrens and communal pool. The water in them is warm, it is palpable, 31 or more degrees. You can sit in them for several hours without harm to health. The water in the sea (channel) is even warmer, but naturally salty. The weather itself in the emirates is excellent, ideal in my opinion (end of October). Abu Dhabi mall is adjacent to the hotel. Coffee houses, fast food restaurants, clothes, souvenirs. Around the city, you can wander around to explore. But you need to know about the cons. I must say right away that I did not see all the numbers and I will judge only by those in which I happened to live. Booked a hotel with Coral. When booking, there was a choice between Classic room one bedrooms and Premium room one bedrooms. When checking in, it didn’t occur to us that they could give a lower category number and we didn’t specify at the reception (we are going to a civilized country, we probably shouldn’t be cunning here). In fact, at the booking and the operator did not have information on how exactly these numbers differ, except for the price. We thought that if a premium is more expensive than a classic, then there may be a coffee machine, or a view from a window, or a higher floor, well, etc. (but, I repeat, this is not described anywhere). Having settled into the room, we were glad and noted that, in general, the room is similar to photos, design, furniture, decoration, everything seems to be in place and we told Black fight that everything was ok. The next night we found out that the noise insulation of the panoramic glazing is weak, not every child will be able to sleep normally, especially if a couple of sports cars pass over the bridge, the view of which just opens from the window. And yet, this number is angular, so that although there was a good view of the canal from the living room, the construction view from the bedroom was preserved, but work was not carried out in this part of the construction, so it was not heard.

Check-in was good I asked the employee when I checked in if there was a possibility to give me a room with a sea view, and she told me it was possible to get it.But when I got to the room it was a room for the disabled !! Excellent apartments, large area, very good interior, decent service. The hotel has 12 restaurants, although you can cook at home (if the apartments). The entrance to the shopping center from the hotel is nearby, a decent beach and swimming pool. Honest 5 stars for very reasonable prices. Restaurants, however, can not be called cheap, but the restaurants are very good.
