As I’m in the final week of my assignment here in Abu Dhabi and will be back working in Dubai, I want to thank Staybridge staffs who made my 3 month stay a memorable one. Norben, Willie, Jemimah, Vincent – at the Breakfast and SocialRendell, Olinad, Rachael, Michelle, Admire - at the ReceptionKisan, Prabin – at HousekeepingLet me express my deepest satisfaction for the wonderful and excellent services provided by these personnel. It needs to be mentioned that the quality of service from reception to dining hall and the well-maintained rooms of the hotel have really justified their professionalism and I’m happy to recommend Staybridge to anyone. I appreciate their personal care, commitment and hospitality. Not only to me but to other guests as well. The success of the hotel is dependent on the services of its crew members.Thank you for a job well done!

Excellent stay arrangements. I booked stay along with 2 day Parks passes, it was an fantastic package with breakfast. Room was upgraded and breakfast was very good. A ideal stay for families and people looking to visit abu dhabi yas island. Room arrangements were very encouraging. The biggest surprise was chocklate cake delivered in room, as the day 15 July was birthday for my son. We really enjoyed overall stay. Racheal Olinad helped a lot and i guess he is the one who surprised us with cake in room.Thanks a lot.

We are here on for business from USA. We stayd at three other hotels before finding Staybrig. We love it here and want to make it our home for the next year or so (Inshallah). The social dinner is a bonus. The place is clean and the staff are exceptionally proffecional and welcoming. Even though we just moved here they know us by name and what we like. We are happy here. The only recommendation we have is it needs a little updating. At least a new carpet :)

The room with king bed and sofa bed is large enough to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 small children. The pool is big but not so deep so the kids can enjoy safely. The food in the restaurant have variety of choices and the staff are all accommodating. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming.

This is a great hotel if you want a home like atmosphere with a full kitchen and plenty of space. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suiteand the extra space was greatly needed as my daughter was relocating back home and hadnt quite packed everything so it was great! The hotel is right next door to the Crowne Plaza so we were able to use their amenities as well! Would recommend to anyone!

Every single member of staff was incredibly helpful, kind, considerate and thoughtful.Rachael at the Front desk was very helpful and quick to check us into the hotel early. Farhad at the restaurant was extremely helpful as well with all of his excellent service.My special thanks to Mohammed El Ashkar in Sales for out of the way assistance. I spent 3 months here and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were excellent and exceedingly helpful--especially Olinad Calagui who constantly went out of his way to help me. Others in the restaurant and front desk were wonderful- Vincent, Norben, Admire, and others whose names I dont know. Great experience, great facilities, and very affordable. I could not have been luckier in finding Staybridge as my how for 3 months.

The location is good and the hotel serves a variety of delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. I can use the swimming pool in Crowne Plaza. The room doesnt have a balcony and this was not shared by the receptionist. The furniture is not modern , very old , the sofa was not comfortable. The room service needs to respond to the guests faster. It takes at least 45 minutes each time I call to ask for anything.

We had a great stay at the Staybridge on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It was great value with a good breakfast everyday and dinner on week days included. The hotel has good facilities and includes use of the Crown Plaza pool. And great location to get to everything around Yas Island.

The 1 bedroom apartment/suite was great, small but enough! Loved the sofa bed that turned into a comfy double bed and the recliner chair, they were amazing! kids slept comfortably and soundly.Kitchen was fully equipped, great for cooking, hoped there was a microwave, though, easier and faster than an oven .Bathroom was spacious .I would recommend they change the wooden baby cots as they were very uncomfortable for my son, need a cot bumper as it hurt when he moved at night. The fabric ones used in many hotels would be much better.Buffet breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel, extremely friendly staff!All in all it was a great stay, would definitely do it again when on a tight budget.

Overall the staff are really good and trying their best during COVID. My treatment during arrival isolation was the best it could be. Issues with washing machine resolved but still issues with rubbish shower screen. Why is there a bath? Strip out and put a proper shower in.The queues at meal times are immensely frustrating. This is mostly due to rude and ignorant guests not thinking of others and not speeding up. I know English is not the first language and it is impressive that they can understand and react. However, it might speed things up if they remember more than 1 food item.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting to Yas Island.

The hotel it self is worth paying, the location is really good, the room was assigned to us had a great view, the reception is welcoming, especially the security officer who assisted me to get my parking space. In short for an overnight stay was smooth. Except the person who is assisting the tables in the restaurant for breakfast, Mr. Nihad was too rude to accommodate my small request “I ask him for a tissue”, nobody was there to get me so I asked his colleague and then him, the food counter was busy and there was only two people roaming around the floor to assist the guests. So basically it ruined my morning before having my food and checking out.When I asked for a tissue, he answered “My hand is dirty, go to the counter, I cannot assist, if you asked anyone they’ll give”, in a harsh baddest way. I think there is no need to be arrogant, I was thinking he might tell me to wait for a while and he will get back to me, the hospitality standard is bad “FOR NIHAD” though the rest of the team was just fine. If I was in his shoe working in a hotel in Yas Island Abu Dhabi considering the global crisis I would never do that. I will assist the guests the finest way I can with respect to think that I am lucky that I still have a job at this moment. Everyone is facing bad days, me too, but never been rude with my clients, might be with my bosses sometimes when pressure goes unbearably but never to the people whom I serve and reasons of my source of income.I lost appetite and trying to get it back and thought of sharing the experience. My apologies but can’t hold back. Thank you.

Value for Money. Clean suites. Great customer service. Very good breakfast. Yas beach a must! Covid safety protocols in place.

Relaxing and Amazing Views. I really enjoyed watching the planes fly over and the Formula 1 track was beautiful to watch from my room.

Suites are very well design. Facilities and amenities in the kitchen are very good.Breakfast was below average and there were very limited items for Vegetarian guest.Some of the furniture needs little maintenance. Overall experience is good. Will definitely look forward to stay again.

Spend fantastic days here, , hotel facilities staff food every thing is super. Had so much options to enjoy here the beach the swimming pool every thing was perfect. Will recommend you staybridge to stay and enjoy

We have visited Abu Dhabi from Dubai to cover the most lovely 3 theme parks and Stay Bridge Suits provided hotel stay with all park access at very fair price. We took 1 bed room with balcony. Excellent hotel facilities and breakfast and staff are friendly took good care of my family. Rooms are well sanitized and clean perfect for stay. Mr Norben has very courteous and very helping staff member. Good hotel to stay with family.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options.

I stayed for one night with my family, the parking and guest service were very good, the room was clean and tidy but breakfast buffet experience was horrible, staff were so unfriendly and in hurry as they had to serve every single guest, limited variety of food for breakfast and a we had to wait for turn. The public pool was inconvenient for children. The AC automatically shutdown if the balcony window is open. Thank you.

Extremely poor service levels. Staff are not trained. When we arrived there was nobody in the front office, nobody to guide us, nobody to help with luggage. Rooms are dated. Furniture is really old. Breakfast management is a disaster. Staff serving food give us the impression they are giving the food from their own pockets!!

I arrived to the Staybridge on my first work month in UAE coming straight from Dubai. From the first moment i arrived i felt like in home. Everyone gave me excellent treatment, specially a waiter called Norben and of course Lieke Teurlings, the hotel manager which exceeds in politeness and 1-1 care.Staybridge has made the stress of moving to a new country easier for me and for that I am extremely grateful.

The Staybridge is a great hotel at a great rate. The proximate to Yas entertainment makes this a no brained

Stayed for three nights and was lucky enough to experience their BBQ night! Hats off to the chef for a lovely meal. We enjoyed everything especially the Mushroom gravy which truly complimented the meat!Love the room especially the kitchenette! Though the stay includes breakfast and dinner, it’s good to have the option to cook your own meal and we did!All the staff are very hospitable and always with a happy greeting. Thanks for promptly fulfilling our request to change beddings due to feather allergy.One downside though is the Yas Beach access. They mentioned it can be reached by foot so haven’t been there at all I thought it was actually nearby. Wish they could have provided a complimentary transport or insisted that we bring our car instead. It’s a good walk given the great weather during our stay but it’s going the main road and through a construction site passing men at work with our swim wear and beach towels (good thing we weren’t in bikinis 😉)Other than that it was a lovely change of scenery. Happy for their service!

Staff management needs to be better involved when it’s busy and taking care of the long term stay guests

Very nice room. A very good team on the hotel! The Norban was the most sympathetic of all. Everyone very good trained and cordial. A nice breakfast(every day) and social dinner from Sunday at Wednesday.

Room was good enough.. Customer service is very sad, no professional trained staff at all, just likr an local non Star rated hotel apartment.. Breakfast also nit recommended.Overall all i dont recommended this to anyone who look for professional Hotel Stay.

Been staying at Staybridge Suites on Business for a while. Place is clean and friendly staff. The Folks working at the Breakfast and Dinner restaurant are amazing, they cater to your every need. I recommend everyone that has a longer stay on YAS Island to stay at this location.

I have spent more than 70 amazing nights. Be you are here for business or leisure, the suite is a great choice. Relaxing on weekends at yas beach to satisfy your thrills by ferrari world, its all near by. Spacious comfortable room with great location.

My stay at the Staybridge has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is very welcoming. The staybridge is located close to other hotels in the area, all of which offer unique restaurants and menus, which ensures you can have what ever you want for dinner.

We enjoyed our very comfortable 2-bedroom suite for over a month. Breakfast (daily) and dinner (most nights) is included. Highly recommended!

Satisfied overall, obviously under the current global challenges there are many restrictions which is not related to the hotel, indeed they did their best to keep all safe. The room cleaning was good but it was frustrating that we had to wash our own dishes. The food in the morning and evening was good, and staff excellent and helpful. Finally the hotel manager was excellent, truly one of the best I’ve met, hands on and always willing to help

Restaurant staff was so kind and helpful, specially Norben who assisted us on getting foods for our kids.Looking forward to stay again at Staybridge with family on the next holiday season…Keep up the good work!

I had stayed in this hotel more than a month. During my stay, I enjoyed dining (Breakfast and Dinner) and pools, and never get bored. Every dinner was new. Hotel crews were all kind and friendly. Internet connection was good.

The space, staff, and the food are all great. We are definitely going back soon.

Even though being an high IHG level member .. this time I used other means to book ,,, the treatment was notably different... I get a room facing the pool at lower level were in the morning you could here every noise... the hotel established a practice for room cleaning which is you can’t be in your room while being cleaned, I complied n left the room to come back just to see the towels and beds re-done, no garbage removed, no toiletries replaced, the complementary water not replenished,,,, the following day when I asked for room cleaning , left the room 5 hours to come back and find out it was not cleaned at all ... the stay was completely different to my first stay when I stayed with them when I booked with IHG membership .. never had any issues with IHG except in those two hotels in YAS

Other than her, the whole staff was very nice. Hotel manager was a pleasure to talk to. She was very kind and professional. The hotel has adapted well to covid-19. Definitely coming back when I need a home away from home.

The stay was extremely comfortable, staff is friendly and maintained great rapport to offer personal experience. I would like to appreciate the assistance of Admire and Vincent who kept our interactions so fluid and accommodated our smallest request. Also, Mohd Masoom from housekeeping did a great job.

Courteous staff, clean and spacious rooms. good breakfast.Few minor comments1) TV should include more options such as amazon prime/netflix etc. Usage of usbs in smart tv should be permitted2) Complementary tea bags/coffee mix would be preferable

The hotel was very nice and modern there was no noise at all the cleaner(masum)was very kind my room number was 477 i hope this hotel always bes the same nice people and nice staff amd they have been very nice to me all the staff were generous and kind i hope everyone who stay here have a nice summer holiday

Kitchen is complete with all utensils. A/C is perfectly cool which is what is important during summer here in this region.Guest service is excellent.

This is my second long term stay here and I had another great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food offered is good though COVID precautions slow service down quite a bit. A minor nuisance only.

Overall my family really enjoyed our stay!! An and Rendel at the reception are very professional and friendly. Norben at the hub kitchen helped us with our breakfast during our 3days stay. Arnold at Stills bar is so professional when it comes to their Menu. We will definitely stay again!! thats for sure!!

Service at the hotel couldn’t be better. Staff, including Masum that cleaned and maintained my room and kept me in water and Somrup Chanda, who was in charge of the food and drinks have been outstanding.

Came to Abu Dhabi for business and completed my quarantine at the Staybridge Suites. It was comfortable and clean hotel to work through quarantine. The markets deliver groceries to cook, each room has a laundry machine, and the parking is in a protected underground garage.

Highly recommend especially the food, it’s really awesome!

Spent a month here in May/June 10 days of it in quarantine. The staff were excellent throughout and the room maintained to a high standard.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Everything was perfect and staff was lovely. Vincent, at the beverage area, was very helpful and friendly.

The receptionists and servers were very enthusiastic and engaging. I felt very welcomed, to add to it all the view from the 7th floor was impeccable.

A great stay with a great service from all the hotel departments and staff. Its a lovely place with great facilities and located in one of the best areas in Abu Dhabi. The free access to the beach, the free bus to Yas Mall, the nice promenade sites next to the sea are definetely some great bonus. A special mention to Admire from front desk and Norben from breakfast team. I will definetely come back.

Originally booked with Crowne Plaza, but without any prior notification (until the check-in day) it is cancelled, so have to call them to learn its yet closed and my booking is transferred to here. Because during pandemic and Yas Island just opened, can feel the hotel management is a bit chaotic, which is understandable. But have to say my check-in experience is not pleasant. The staff, either he is undertrained or being deliberately slow. I was the only guest there, and later two guests waiting behind me. He did not appear noticing the guests behind me the whole time, and I feel embarrassed for keep them waiting. Particularly because he started to preparing, printing, folding the receipt into an envelope (like Mr. Bean in Love Actually, btw, isnt this normally at check-out or at least he could ask do you need receipt especially under this paperless encouraging environment)?Parking is not convenient, you need to leave your car outside, check-in, get the door key, then drive your car to basement parking. Same for check-out, do not return your key to reception, keep one for parking access, then give the key to security at exit. Might be easier once valet parking is available, but someone could tell guests about this, instead of we drag our luggage and walk around from here to there. Beside the above cons, the rest are all good, great and clean room, nice balcony, lovely prepared breakfast, attentive team. Special thanks to the restaurant team, enjoyed my food and service there.

Starting from the reservation, Mr. Shafeeq was very helpful as he finished my booking over the phone in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast and social dinner were very delightful! Farhad from the restaurant was a very hardworking person.

One of the worst hotel that I experienced in my recent life. The staff are so nice but the hotel is not a suitable place for several reasons: no windows to open, no balcony, weak internet connection!!, noisy neighbors, low quality and bad organized breakfast, no automatic daily cleaning. May be you should get less number of costumers in the same time, if you dont have enough potentials to satisfy them!!!!!!!!!!!

Although nicely furnished and spacious space but when I stayed with them on Dec18-21.2020 I was disappointed. Some Kitchenette stuff didn’t work, the beach is a bit far and blocked most of the time ...! When most of suites were empty they gave me a defective one..! The Marina W hotel beside it if far better and similar price..!

Cant comment on suites much as I was only there a few days. I did note that the entrance with social distancing rules was cumbersome if pulling luggage. Rooms were clean, and fairly priced, not fair to comment any further.

The hotel is very nice far from city noise and very clean the food amazing and very delicious also recommended for family

The staff is very attentive and accommodating. They do their utmost to make sure your stay is a good one. The location is very convenient to theme parks, the mall, and marina. The rooms are equipped with a combo washer/dryer which is very convenient and there are additional washers and dryers available in the lower level. The ability to buy and store food in the refrigerator and cook your own meals is a huge plus. I was working odd hours and this allowed me to prepare meals when I was ready. Overall, a very positive experience.

The room is nice and comfortable however the cupboard in the room is quite small for long stay purposes.The aircon in the bedroom did not cool the room down as did the aircon in the lounge area - not sure why?Nice bathroom with really nice shower - nice big towels as well.For the rest, the breakfast was as good as it could be under the circumstances, same for the dinner as we had to queue-up to get food.Quite a nice stay
