This is an excellent place to stay. The location is good, and taxi transportation is always close by. The concierge staff is great! They always greet me with a smile and welcome me back.The check-in and check-out processes are quick and efficient.The breakfast buffet is excellent. Though a little fewer choices than some hotels, the food is good and eggs are cooked to order, and they are excellent!

The hotel was clean and convenient place to be for relaxation. It was in downtown city with nearby malls, restaurants, shops, spa, salons and clubs. The staffs are really friendly and accomodating, they attend to your needs promptly making sure that your stay will be of great experience. Securities follow protocols and guidelines for our safety especially during this pandemic. Their pens are sanitized. Price value of the room was affordable and not very costly. Try to come visit this place to experience such.

This was our third time to stay in this property. If you are a platinum elite member, I would suggest to look for Ms. Shailee or Mr. Joshua as these two employees know how to value such a loyal member in their hotel. The other receptionist particularly Ms. Josie wasnt that helpful and you may trust me in this one especially during the 1st and 3rd time I have an encountered an unfortunate experience with her, she has no disregard whether you are and gold, platinum spire elite member you are. The only difference this time, that I refuse to cave in on what she was offering regarding my complimentary upgrade. On the first time I let her slip-away not to ruin the birthday celebration of my daughter. But this time around I have demanded if I can talk to any supervisor at that time, then Mr. Joshua came into picture. TAKE NOTE: I have called and spoke to Ms. Shailee a day before my check-in date and she mentioned that everything is taken care of. I really dont know whats the deal with her. Overall as usual, room is clean, internet was good, able to work from the room and bathroom was ok. Everything in this hotel was good except for this incident.As an Platinum Elite Member, I am not acting as Im ENTITLED or something, at least a little gesture or effort should be made especially in checking in.

Hotel ambience & cleanliness is good. But I wanted to highlight that the food taste and presentation was average, we have checked in here for 2 days full board but we are not at all satisfied with food.They must work on it and try to improve it. So the guest will leave with good memories.

The food and all the staff are really Amazing. From front deak( Ransely and the team to Monica, chef Rupesh, malvin and rest of kitchen staff is always eager to give personalized service. Car valet guys are so welcoming as well. The only thing need to improve is TV quality.

The nice overall experience made this short stay a memorable one. I loved the place and the coziness. I might seriously consider the same hotel and the same room type for my next staycation in AbuDhabi.

My husband and I loved the staff, from the receptionists to the valet. We would like to commend the excellent services of all the receptionists we have talked to, Melvin and Besh in La Piazza who were extremely nice during breakfast, Alan the bellhop who always served with a smile and Shazan, the valet who was also always seemed happy to help us despite standing outside in the summer heat. The breakfast was also extensive and delicious. We will definitely be back.

I booked a standard room and got upgraded to a suite, thanks so much to the staff who accommodated our early arrival. The room was spacious and very cozy, I loved our stay there. Would definitely come back again.

My stay was better than I expected. All staff members greet you with a genuine smile and do their very best to accommodate your requests as fast as possible. This is one of the best places I have stayed in and will definitely come back. The room was great as well as room service. There is a large selection of menu items and the quality is great. There is a nice pool on the roof and valet parking available. It was a very pleasant experience indeed!

I would appreciate more if front desk staff would be more informative and provide more detail instead you need to approach duty manager Mr. Jay to get what you have booked. Housekeeping serives was one of the best thing which I experienced since the staff was so polite and did there job very well with full enthusiasm... Mr. khagendra was the one person whom I met was really great personality got very good attitude and politeness.

The hotel gives a warm and homey feeling, especially from the hotel staff. They are attentive and well trained to handle the customers needs. I stayed for nearly 3 weeks and would spend some time here again if I have the chance to.

Hotel is good in terms of cleanliness and ambience. But when it comes to meal dont expect anything from them, they provide tasteless food and almost nothing for vegetarian guest.

My experience during treatment at abu dhabi at this hotel from 15/07/21 and on the 2nd day at that time I felt pain in the legs, and I asked for help in the form of walking aids, did not wait long, the response of the hotel manager came with stick and make sure I can use it properly and correctly, (Thanks specifically for the hotel manager, I really appreciate it) until now Im still undergoing treatment never thought of changing hotels because this hotel is not just an inn but full of kindness, I feel good and comfortable, because from the leadership and all staff the employees are very friendly and experienced are also very helpful, thx also to Mr.allan and friends who I cant mention one by one, have been very helpful. so I personally highly recommend for this hotel.Holiday inn Downtown abudhabi

Love the hotel, love the people working in the lobby. Love the fact that I am greeted by my first name when I walk in the door regardless of how long it’s been since I have stayed there the last time. My only complaint is the WiFi usually doesn’t have a strong signal in the rooms and the tv channels don’t have enough English speaking channels for American expat. But for in the uae it may not be the best hotel but it gives the most personal experience which I love.

The staff is very friendly, they all make you feel Iike at home. I have been here for quite a long time, they are always responsive to any concerns that I might have. Cleanliness is of high standards, esp staff named Biswas makes sure that the rooms are regularly cleaned. He takes care of the guests and He’s very friendly. Restaurants /cafe at hotel have wide variety of food which is of good standard. I recommend to all my friends to choose to stay here!

Im surprised from all the reviews, either the hotel treats customers upon their reservations or they are racially profiling their customers..So I guess im going to do the most honest review ever. First im in the hotel for 22 days so its enough time to evaluate all departments. Catering staff I can give 6/10 but the food is actually not edible, not hot, and brought from outside the hotel. Receptionist i will have to give 3/10 sometimes due to work load they show a little bit of attitude which is so disrespectful.Im staying through the agency of my company.. and newly a resident of the country, but the hotel wants to keep me in a 20 days quarantine and even more till no i cannot use the hotels facilities, I dont have a key to my room, I dont get my room cleaned.. whenever there is a complaint they simply reply with call your agency.Which means they respect who pays not the customer.. Im being held as a prisoner in a dirty room due to the hotels management who only obeys the agency not the room residents so as a total rating to the whole hotel I give 3/10.. Ive to other hotels with unpopular names but they deserve a higher rating from this hotel

Really had a great stay as the property is located in the middle of the town well connected with all the sorroundings. Rooms are small and dingy with little natural lightTheres a small window in the corner that gets covered by a curtain, so you use the dim lighting to move around, unless youre directly in front of the window.Housekeeping is twice a week.Water, strictly rationed at 2 liters to cover 3-4 days. Theres a grocery store across the street where you can buy drinking water. Youve also have to manage with two towels a week and few toiletries. You can buy these from the supermarket next door though.Most of the rooms were empty but the staff say theyll give you a room as soon as one is ready. This went on for a week, so I decided to move to the many better options available nearby.Not your regular Holiday Inn..Good for short stays of a few hours.

It was a great vacation with my family in Eid Al Fitr. We staid in Single room apartment and it was very pleasant experience.The location is great near to everywhere and to all malls in AD, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was responding to any request irrespective the time. The room was clean as well and had microwave and refrigerator.Highly recommended.

It was our second time to check in for an overnight here. Last time was just last month, November. I would say, the hotel is safe and has procedures which were strictly enforced with regard to the pandemic. Like the other establishments, they have the temperature monitoring and guests are required to use the sanitizer before entering the premises. Front desk is helpful and was able to provide the requests we made. We ordered dinner as well. For health and sanitary precautions, food were served in disposables which is acceptable enough but, we were deeply disappointed as the food quality and quantity is not what you would expect being served in a hotel. Breakfast is still buffet style but served with assistance of a lone staff to avoid contamination of the wares and the food. The restaurant personnel who assisted us was accommodating. Overall, the experience is up to par.

Edit: I came for a second time to the hotel and was really impressed with their service and hospitality and how they made sure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The managers themselves greeted me and were super hospitable and I had a great stay. Thank youNice hotel but bit old and there is lots os noises if people walk in corridors or close their doors. I couldnt sleep well my whole stay. Plus their blackout curtains arent really blackout. The pillows smelled a bit funny like someones sweat. The staff though are beyond amazing which is why Im giving 3 stars as this hotel deserves 1 without the staff.

Service provided by the staff was excellent - they were very courteous and helpful. Although the room was clean, it could do with a bit of refurbishment. The breakfast spread was not large but very good. However, dinner provided in the room as part of the half-board package, was not up to the mark. Hygiene measures in the room and common areas (for Covid protection) were satisfactory.

The staff is professional and helpful. Overall service was excellent. The price of the room was increased on the day, i booked it. It was lesser a day before. I was upgraded so i wont complain. The breakfast was very basic and dull. In UAE, food and its variety is always high as compared to other places but, unfortunately it was not the case.

The restaurant was fantastic !A beer on return after a long day was great.During these uncertain times the hotel needs to be more accommodating on booking changes.I had stayed a week and extended for another week waiting for a flight. I suddenly got a flight and was charged 2 nights for cancellation after only 2 hours of making the booking....sad.
