Staff and team are strongly motivated and trying hard. Remarkable is the staff in main restaurant. Their service is really excellent - both in terms of fulfilling your wishes and acting fast and efficient. The choice of food is rather limited and focusing on Indian and Arabic guests. But if you dont like or your stomach cannot tolerate Indian food, you may leave underfed. Rooms are of 1980s or 90s standard, all correct and usable, but just not cosy and making you wish to leave the room asap rather than enjoying coming home.

We had a complicated stay because it was Covid season and our original destination was closed to us but we had a great time at the hotel, Bob at the service desk was fantastic and helped us extend our trip a few times, he was always there to get us what we needed too. The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms have a good view. The only improvements I could think of were that they have instant coffee in the rooms and Tea but you’ll have to go out for real coffee. Also I don’t think they have a complimentary(free) breakfast with your stay, even if it were simple it would have been nice since everywhere else I’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn there is a simple complimentary breakfast. Otherwise I loved staying there and would do it again.

Great people and very good hotel. I enjoyed the quietness of the place, the green surroundings, the high standards of the hotel and the amazing staff who really cared about the customers. I stayed two weeks there to find good conditions for work and relaxing, and was very satisfied.

I recently moved to the UAE from the UK and spent my first week at the Holiday Inn just off Airport Road. I arrived at around 8am (check in is 3pm usually) and was greeted by Bob at reception. He could see I was tired and spent around 10 minutes juggling rooms to enable me to check in early and get some sleep! Being new to the country, I naturally had many questions and reception were always happy to help during my stay. The security guards were also very happy to give advice which isn’t something you see that often. I ate mainly at the hotel restaurant - Stock Burger (there are other restaurants also) where Harry and his team run an excellent operation. Harry greets all his guests personally and insures they have everything they need. I was looked after by Amit who was very attentive and friendly. Dileesh the bartender ensured service was fast and makes a great cocktail! To top all of this, the food was fantastic. Dariya (the manager) makes an effort to talk to all of the guests and I was very impressed with her personal touch. I will certainly be booking here when my parents come to visit later this year. Well done Dariya and team!

The Receptionist, names Bob was very fast and efficient, and he gave us a room upgrade since it was our first time to book a stay in their hotel. The food was great, the staff were so hospitable and they all make sure that we get what we need fast. The room was very clean and also they follow safety measures for Covid 19.

I arrived at the hotel late evening due to an extremely tiring business day.My stay at Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi really made up for that long day.The room was spacious and very clean.All COVID-19 safe practices were in place and made me feel confident that I wont face any health risks during my stay.Id like to extend a special thanks to Rose at the front desk, who was very friendly and polite enough to offer me a room upgrade without me asking for one.

Nice and clean. Felt choices were a bit limited in breakfast. Swimming pool is quite small and usually occupied and most of the times one needs to wait for a while for the turn to swim.

I don’t know really where to start. I have booked a suit room for 2 days in Holiday Inn beside Airport road through Agoda’s website.However I reached on the day of check in around 5:00 pm which was a Thursday, surprisingly the shift manger Mohamed said that the room isn’t available and there is a guest already in our suit and it will take around 45 mins to be ready. What’s even more shocking him saying that we are lucky that they emptied the room for us as the previous guest wanted to extend for the days we booked for. After a long debate we suggested that we get a free breakfast for two days as a compensation for the dereliction happen, but the generous management approved only 1day not 2, so I did cancel the booking.I haven’t faced any similar issue in 1 star hotel, knowing that this is 4 stars hotel. Holiday Inn please train your staff well as the shift manager was very rude.

The staff went we’ll above the necessary to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible under the current Covid laws. Thank you

We stopped by Stockburger for the wings night on Tuesday, and I must say we were served superbly by Ms. Saru. She was exceptionally courteous and always checking on us if we were having a good time. A shout out to all wings fans to try this place out on a Tuesday and you’d be lucky if Ms Saru was serving you.

There is no valet parking, which is understandable given the current COVID pandemic that we are facing. However, the hotel personnel do not control where people park in the drop off área in front of the hotel. In consequence, people park everywhere, completely blocking the drop off area. The inconvenience of this is when you arrive for checking in. You have to park far away from the hotel entrance and carry your luggage by yiourself. I complained with the front desk staff about this and they didn’t seem to care at all.

I booked in the spa for a massage, but unfortunately the massage rooms do not live up to the name of the hotel, and this masseuse, if we consider that she is a masseuse, had interests other than massage, she did not do a massage for the whole of my hands and feet either.

Pleasant experience from beginning to the end. Check-in and check-out were seamless transactions thanks to Waleed and Bob. They took care of everything. Bob even helped to load my bags. Mari had the tough job of moving me in with all those bags. He was very friendly and helpful. My son cant stop talking about his breakfast. He said staff at the Silk Route Café were attentive each day he was there. Thank you Awais, Prince, and Aakash. Cant wait for my next stay at this hotel.

Check-in was fast and easy. Parking is underground so your car will not get too hot during the day. My room is decorated nicely. Clean floors, walls, and bathroom+ The bed is very comfortable. A/C unit is quiet and does not have any odor++I like how the hotel is quiet at night without loud clubs, music or people taking. During the day there is a major highway but not bad or any loud construction during my stay.Breakfast is fresh and a good value when you book together. There is a sushi restaurant downstairs, I havent tried the bar yet. Most all food delivery services deliver here. The location was perfect for me because it is close to my workplace and traffic is not bad like downtown. If you are looking for a large pool area and gym there are better hotel options but it will cost you more expenses Staff is friendly and eager to help. I would recommend this hotel to a friend

Hotel is great in general, and hard to criticize. Parking is wide at the basement, as well as the “paid parking” out side. Being a member gets nice discount. Staff are amazing, cleanness is perfect. Food is lovely.
