I would still recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy the day with your friends. Hopefully they will improved when it comes to check in process and they will not let their customer wait to have an available room. All request ahead of time are not given but i will give excellent when it comes to their staff from room attendant, receptionist and mostly the concierge team. I will comeback for sure but hopefully for the better experience nextime.

One of the best hotels I visited. Quick check in, friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice breakfast 😋 with many options to choose from. Outside terrace if u want to set outside (especially springs and winter time).Open buffet restaurants available in the hotel if u dont to go outside.Swimming pool perfect, shower and bathroom is clean.Parking underground is also wide and enough for many cars.Overall we like it and would recommend it for group members and business trip.Thanks

Check in was simple and easy, the porters are amazing they will not let you touch your bags regardless of how heavy they are so you have to warn them, the bedroom with the sea view is picturesque especially during sunset downfall the jet ski noise everyday you heard them from sunset to sundown, if you go to the restaurant for breakfast go early they post signs in your room on the tv and at the entrance of peck times and they mean them so if you choose to go late do not complain if you have to wait or looking around for a waiter they will all be busy, if you choose to go to the pool remember there are two I don’t believe they use chlorine tablets in either of them, the gym is not state of the art but it is enough to get a daily workout in in the late evenings the bars peaceful for a meal or drink unless it’s the weekend then you’ll get a lot more individuals enjoying themselves for a night out parking during peak season can be a hassle but remember there are other levels to park sometimes it’s just easier going down one or two more levels to park with ease and if you don’t have staying status to visit and dine in the upstairs lounge get it the services by Lilac and Ragab will have you coming back

Normal room was small but it was very comfortable, pools was nice and chill, food was great. Would come again and stay longer

The staff were always super friendly. It’s a nice property to stay in. However the place needs to be revamped as it’s slightly getting old. But old sometimes is gold as you get used to the comfort of the place. Overall worthy while considering the rate that was offered with the park tickets were exceptional thanks to the hotel staff miss Hudaima. Was planning on staying at the W hotel but she convinced me to stay at the crowne and i convinced my friends as well

Breakfast was way way better than expected. There were many food choices and all those we tried were really good. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. They checked on us a couple of times to see if we were having a good time or that if we need anything.I just didnt like the experience when we were sleeping, a hotel staff knocked at our door a few times and when we didnt respond he just opened it (SRSLY, Privacy please). It wasnt clear why he did it, he only mentioned about the menu though.. if that was something urgent, Im sure someone would be following it up which never happened.

The view is good.. the hotel rooms are a bit worn off... the housekeeping/room services are not up to the mark. Waited hours for a couple of coffee cups. May be short of staff. But 2 hours TAT is a bit of an inconvenience.Overall an average place with our experience. It can vary though...

Beautiful hotel and great staff. If you take the sea view room, higher floors you can enjoy amazing sunset and sunrise. Buffet breakfast can be quite busy but everyone can find something for their taste. Gym and pool available, as well Yas beach near by. I think one of the best places for family especially if you wanna spend your day at Ferari, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros etc.

The bed is very comfortable, house keeping keep the room in good condition, air con works well. there is a small fridge in the room. The staff are all great. only downside is the water pressure was not great, but I was on the seventh floor.

My friend and I enjoyed an enjoyable two night stay at the Crowne Plaza on Yas during the recent Eid holiday.Staff were very friendly, professional and attentive, food and drinks were good quality and value, and the room was comfy, spacious, with lovely views over the sea and gold course.The only drawbacks were largely because it was (understandably) so busy. Check in took a very long time (although my IHG membership promised me priority check in), and check out was also quite a wait. There werent sufficient sunloungers for many guests to use outside, and the pool was very busy - but again, I accept this is Eid so its to be expected.

Very good all round. Quick reservation desk. Staff are polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety with quick and polite staff. I particularly liked the cooked foods and bakery selection - always fresh. Get breakfast early, as it gets busy after 9am. Plenty of parking - which is very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony of both the golf course and sea. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom had all the needful. We requested extra bedding for our young daughter they promptly delivered and set up a bed for her. We came for playcation, with Ferrari World, was a good deal for a family of five. Will definitely stay here again, thank you IHG.

Always great to be back. Delighted the place didnt lose tge standard, like it happened with other hotels on the Plaza. Room is amazing and most comfortable bed. Breakfast is fabulous and lots of staff to serve it fast even during the peak hour. Pool could be colder, but still refreshing and its quite large. Stills bar is amazing as always.

Firstly, I was really glad that I found a very good value for our 2 night stay including breakfast and dinner. On check-in, the staff warmly greeted us with all smiles. However, we were told that we need to wait for 2 hours to facilitate check-in as the room isn’t ready yet, checking in at 3pm. The reception told me that we were given an updgrade to a suite room, and a late check out, fair enough. The cleanliness of the hotel is overall very good though not as much as it was 5 years ago when it was new and fresh looking. That time I was so impressed and wouldn’t want to leave as we have a super impressive stay. Everything then was so perfect. The suite room was massive for the 3 of us and has a lovely view of the sea. I just have to say that the room though cleaned, wasn’t smelling fresh, or disinfected. I was also disappointed with the slow response from the housekeeping, I have to call multiple times to follow up on my requests and have to dial a lot of tries as they aren’t responding the call promptly. Food was above average and again staff were so accommodating and very polite. When we planned to go to Yas beach, and have asked for towels, I was told by reception to bring the towels from our room when I was already down at the reception, the reason I have requested is that initally I was told that I can request from them if just in case I’ve forgotten to bring. That wasted my time as I have to go back to the room and bring our wet towels! We loved the pool as it is temperature controlled unlike other hotel pools we had. Overall we still had a great time and will definitely be back some time.

Staff are accommodating and helpful and to add, they are thoughtful as they gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday. Our room was clean, decent size with balcony. I actually like the looking outside from our room as we have the golf course and the beach in our view as it looks peaceful and relaxing to me! Also, I actually did not expect much with the breakfast so I am very happy to have those food variety and munching on an outdoor/balcony seating. It was really a chill and fun weekend stay.

I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times to have easy access to yas island attractions. It is well located, run by very friendly and accommodating staff. Food is very good, as is stills bar. Overall highly recommend.

Rooms are so humid. We couldnt sleep, and I had a 7 months old baby with me. We asked for someone to check it, someone came straight away to check the AC which was working normally as we already informed them.They offered to change rooms, my husband went to check the new one, (it was still humid but less than the 1st one), but they said we should clear the 1st room and it was 1 AM. Try calling the duty manager with no luck.Do not tell me you want to clean the room, as when we find a disgusting hair in the fridge that means you do not clean your rooms properly. The 2nd room was full of fruit flies.I complained to the duty manager the 2nd day, he was understanding and nice but that wont help by that time.Never ever i will book there again.Shame you have such beautiful rooms with amazing view and nice staff at the reception.

Our experience with the hotel was nothing short of EXCELLENT! Staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. They accommodated our requests to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness and Hygiene was maintained very well throughout our stay. We will definitely return sometime during this year with my extended family members.

We stayed at crowne plaza for 2 days to celebrate my daugthers and nanny’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Staffs are accommodating, always smiling and they were very polite. Rooms are clean and my kids loved the pool too. My overall stay i might say that it was great!

First of all, when we came first in the room, it smelt like rust and smoking? although it wasn’t a smoking room. we had to wait 2 hours for another room with kids. plus there isn’t any basic needs like toothbrushes or toothpaste, not a bathroom robe as well. the rooms weren’t cleaned well. shatafa was even too short lolll. stuff were rusted. the beds feel wet? the trash bins in the room wouldn’t open. the customer service is horrible. the only nice thing about it was the hand soap, honestly. go to another place.

This is my first time to stay at Crowne Plaza Yas Island and I would proudly say that this is definitely not the last. I stayed there for 2 weeks as part of UFC support group. All the staff from the managers, concierge, receptionist, security, housekeeping, restaurant personnel and special mention to Ms. Irene who is always there to assist us are very courteous, kind and always willing to assist anyone who ask for their assistance. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The foods are amazing. Covid safety protocol are properly enforced. I am so happy with my stay at Crowne Plaza because of this i am giving them without any doubt 5 stars for their excellent service. Congratulations guys hope to see you again soon.

We enjoyed our spring break staycation. The receptionist, Magdi was very helpful. He made sure we will enjoy our stay, gave us room upgrade and late check out. Breakfast was great as the chef even made us special steamed buns. They served steak in dinner too!

Check-in experience was a disaster. Drove from Dubai to AD for a little getaway here and we were told the room isn’t ready and we have to wait an hour or more. Not only that but apparently my family who reached two hours earlier than me had to wait and didn’t receive any call about the room being ready even though 2 hours have passed.extremely poor first impression.

The resorption manger ( radeef ) was really not helpful and was not talking nice to us when we came to visit a friend he didn’t allow us to enter the room and he’s excuse was not convincing and for that we had to go back to Dubai when we already drove to adu Dhabi to be with our friend we were disappointed and it was a bad experience at the hotel

As always the Crowne Plaza at Yas Island came up trumps for a stag weekend away from Dubai. Top quality service from the staff and nothing was ever a problem. In these days of social distancing the staff were excellent in making sûres the rules were abided by without being too over powering. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I had another social engagement on Yas Island.

When we got to the room, there was an access card stuck on the keycard slot to access the room (wasnt sure if it was intended or not) we replaced it with the access card that we had and didnt realize the old one was mixed with our new one. When we took breakfast the next day, we only brought one access card (which we didnt realize the old one) so at the elevator, we couldnt use it (no idea what is happening at that time yet and luckily the elevator is headed on our floor) when were in front of our room, we couldnt open our room so we have to get back to the concierge (which is so tiring). The trash can wasnt changed so some trash is left in it. It took us 3 calls to get the extra slippers and dental kits we asked for.Other than that, the facility is great. Staff are nice and accommodating, the food is great (which is what I read from the other review that makes me choose Crowne Plaza). the complementary beach access is also a plus (just 5mins drive from the hotel)Overall, our stay is still great!

Had a 3 day unforgetable stay in this hotel. Very fast check-in in the front office. Credits to Ms. Maricar. When we arrived in thr room, all our luggages are arranged neatly inside. Room is sparkly clean. Service requests are fast and complete. Pool timings are resonable til 8pm. Enjoyed the pool for kids. Overall. Its 10/10 stay for me and will definitely come back.

Great place to rest and unwind. We booked a room with balcony and sea view. It was amazing. We love the view of the golf area, swimming pool and Yad beach all in our balcony.What we love most is the breakfast buffet. Lots of delicious food to choose from. They also give Yas beach access where you can walk for a swim. It is just 800 meters away from the hotel.Great experience. Thank you

I was here a bit more than a month ago, Im back in my country now. It was a near perfect experience, except that it was realllllyy crowded; which is upper managements fault. This made the employees overwhelmed and it affected the service, but I could tell they did the humanly best. Small swimming pool too.Loved the sauna/gym, the beach at walking distance, and Yas Island is new/clean/quiet. Stunning views on the terrace for breakfast.

1. Customer Service- Professional and accommodating. I would like to appreciate staff from the receptionist to the concierge-to the room boy-to the cleaner. Well, I dont know if they have proper trainings for this but yeah, they impressed me. Never seen a hotel with such a great customer service. They deserve a commendation.2. Cons- The management might consider to change their furnitures especially the tv rack and bedside tables. They are quite old and some drawers are not working well.

Would definitely recommend!The Room:The room was great, clean, not missing one thing. However, the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use as there were no locks and there was a glass pane covered by a curtain.The Customer Service:They were really amiable and friendly and were ready to provide us extra towels, coffee stuff, etc.The Facilities:Honestly, I only got to try the swimming pool, it was great! But they didnt give us any towels there so we had to go back to our room and bring our own. Moreover, the pool had to close at 8pm (which I think is too early), and the life gaurd started asking us to leave a half an hour before that. I am sure they have a fitness center and a few other facilities.The food:Mouth-watering I can say. They had a variety of food (and drinks) and the dining area was lovely. Nevertheless, I didnt much appreciate how it was running. We had to stay in line and ask the staff what food they should put in our plates. It felt awkward and took a lot of time. We couldnt have the exact proportions of food we wanted. I think it could have been much better to let us do it and if its because of the pandemic then I can understand, but there should have been a better way to do it.Bottom line: a great 4-star hotel

I went to the spa at crown Plaza... I have to admit the place is very clean and calm.The therapist is really good at her job.But, as a spa at the crown Plaza we expect more that massage and thats it.I wanted a cup of water and they dont have it.And usually spas serve a cup of tea at the waiting area after the massage. (get a box of Lipton tea, 6 dhs) will much enhance the experience.And please ask the costumer, bcz most ppl would prefer a shower after they are done and not to leave with oily body.Note: u can get the water cups from Mai Dubai with good price!!!

Excellent managent and staff. I was required to spend 10 days in quarantine at the Crowne Plaza and could not have had a better experience. The staff checked on me at least 3 times daily to coordinate meals and delivery. The room was clean,the bed very comfortable and level of customer care was awesome. The restaurants and food quality is top notch.

Crown plaza needs to focus on brand reputation! They cant put 4 on 2 single beds. No comfort at all. They were offering a king bed for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8

It was my first time staying in Crowne Plaza Yas Island. We wanted to explore the area and Crowne Stood up from the choices we have. Checkin and checkout was shift and smooth. Rooms were clean and bed are comfy. Staff are welcoming and greets you always.

Friendly staff still can be helpful and stay smiling when staying with almost back to back and full house of guests. Housekeeping might have responded late however they do a good job. Hotel has prepared our third room after 5 25 pm however when we did not like it ; the front desk ( Mr Magdi) responded positively and changed our room to relatively non-smoking and newer one. Good price and good package to amusement parks. When in Yas get into Crowne

One of the best hotels on Yas Island. Great ambiance and fantastic dining options.Stills is a fantastic gasteo pub with the longest bar counter in Abu Dhabi. The food is excellent.Jing Asia has the best Asian food on Yas their Asian Street Food nights are to die for.Excellent service and fantastic ambiance.

Poor hygiene. Using low quality eggs on restaurant. Shortage of staffs at restaurant. Very delay in serving food. Bed not comfortable. Room size is very small. Curtain blinds on washroom not closing properly. It’s difficult to use while the kid is grown up. No privacy for washroom.

The rooms and service were great. We had a stay for 3 days 2 nights along with breakfast buffet. The stay was absolutely fantastic and the views to the beachside were very scenic. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of cuisines. In the times of covid the secretly protocols were very well managed. Recreation based they had a squash court and gym and a spa. One downside I see is that they had no arcade where kids could gather a basic foosball table or pool table would be nice if they could accommodate. Overall a fantastic place to enjoy with family and friends. You can also access the yas beach for free.

Our 8th Wedding Anniversary was fulfilling. They gave us a complementary delicious cake and they upgrade our room to a relaxing view of the golf landscape along with the sea view. The team are accommodating, you can see the genuine smile even on masks. The assisted breakfast is the new normal, the foods were delectable and they will serve you right at your table. It was a beautiful experience, we love it and will definitely come back for another booking.

Amazing view , friendly staff and good food.The reception lady was so kind to offer us Crib for our baby. I really appreciate it.Also the valet and the utility were so welcoming. Since I have a baby we had our dinner in our room, the Lamb Biryani is quite expensive but its worth it , I really clean my plate same as the sandwich that my husband ordered. Would definitely order it again👍.But I am quite disappointed with the mashed potato I ordered, quite expensive also for a bowl, but its okay. I tried it, I can still eat some bits of raw potatoes on it. I ordered it specifically for my 5 months old baby, I instructed the room service. We are not in a hurry to have that mashed potato, they even informed us that it will take time, and its fine. But then when it arrived so disappointed as a normal person, I tried to eat it, but the raw potatoes bits mixed up with mashed potatoes are not good for my taste, how much more for my child. Ended up not eating that mashed potato.Spending Valentines Day for the first time with our child with us in this hotel is so memorable, would definitely come back in the future . ❤️Thank you for your hospitality.

Highly recommend this hotel, well designed, friendly staff experience straight from check-in, room was clean, light and airy, great views and facilities - pool, restaurant, etc. Great place to stay if you want a break, or a relaxed place to stay while in Abu Dhabi on business.

Staff called ibrahim is extremely unprofessional.I went this morning at 9.30am for breakfast. There was long q of people no sociale distancing everyone standing at the buffet without mask crowd big time when i had ti register i told him i want to grab croissant and coffee and have it in my room instead of putting myself in danger he said its not possible and that he is the manager .Lack of professional, situation awareness and flexibility no respect to the covid situation rules were not followed

150 AED for 2 people sharing at Stills. Great service and the BBQ outside was great but perhaps a shade netting while you wait your turn will be fantastic please.

My stay at the Crown was perfect. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The best thing about the Hotel is its Concierge Abiod… such a nice person and very attentive, the breakfast is ok, the personnel is trying very hard to please everyone’s requests and are usually very friendly, clean rooms.

I arrived pass 3 so that by the time I reach there, all the rooms is ready and clean.When it was my turn, around pass 4, he told me that the room isnt ready. Again I have waited patiently for another hour. The line was too long, no worries for me as I can understand it was weekend therefore this is expected.When my wife saw that those people who came around pass 5, they where given a key and immediately when to their rooms. I approached again this Pradeep 10 minutes to 6 and he is telling me this all unacceptable reason, this time I did not accept his reasoning. Then thats the time he gave me the KEY in the 6 IN THE EVENING!!!!!!!From my end I have patiently waiting but it was ABUSED by this kind of CHARACTER which is not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! Reason for the Stay: Birthday of my Daughter we requested complimentary cake but NON CAME, again thanks for the receptionist!!!!! IT WAS TRULY REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD

Worst experience ever when it comes to theme parks reservation that should come with the rooms booking. Every day we waste hours of our time waiting for the tickets, everyday there is a confusion and it takes them hours to resolve the problem if ever. The first day we went to Yas waterworld and we stayed for more than an hour in the heat waiting for them to send the remaining tickets. And today in Warner Bros, were also waiting from 11 am until 13:44 for the right amount of tickets. Either the staff at the hotel or the reservations team have no idea how to organise trips. Its a waste of our valuable holiday time and additional unnecessary stress. So disappointed!

I had a great time staying in Yas Crowne Plaza hotel with clean and spacious guest room with big TV screen. The staffs (reception, lobby and breakfast) are very friendly who always ready to greet you especially Ms. Maricar at the recepetion who helped me with my queries. I just dont have time to try the beautiful pool with a great view. Maybe next time.
