Hotel feels like an old soul but the people working their are the best. Its the employees of Crown Plaza that makes this hotel alive n vibrant. One of the best customer service I have experienced lately. Breakfast was average but the chef n other staffs were very warm n welcoming. I would like to Thank all of the staffs working their during this pandemic for providing such a home like feel. Thank you!Sofas in the room looked dirty n worn out. My biggest issue with the room I had was I could hear water running on the other room every time they would use the bathroom. It was very irritating. Apart frm that, during my stay ( Aug 9-10) demolition of an old building was going on,next to the hotel so overall it was very noisy.

The room had several insects, a very terrible smell and leaking water from the bathroom ceiling. Not to mention the furniture condition is way too old and terrible for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast and lunch isnt even edible at all. Worst experience ever had to do an early checkout. Do not recommend at all.

Crowne Plaza gym has spacious, clean and best gym equipment. I have been training under Sheriff from past 3 months and it has been a very good experience. He has been the best trainer and he is very co-operative. He has helped me not only to reduce my weight but also helped me to change my lifestyle for good health.Highly recommended :)

My son joined swimming classes with Sheriff and within 3 classes he was confident enough to go in deep and be there alone. I could feel that he is confident and wants to practice more. I will say Sheriff is the best instructor in town, really happy with his dedication and commitment to teach swimming to my son

Well I came here before and the service was perfect but then I came here on a Friday to order some food and some drinks. It turns out when I came here on a Friday it was a soccer night in their underground bar area which you could enter through the left side right after the lobby. When I received my food the vegan sandwich was cold and dry including the buns. I informed them about the issue and I haven’t got a reply yet. So I continued eating my food and paid my bill. So next time don’t come here if your trying to eat.

Ive stayed in the hotel many times and during all stays, I loved the hotel facilities, rooms, location and specially the friendly great staff.The front office staff were very nice and always welcoming me with beautiful smile all the day. Mr Mostafa always helped me to check-in in very short time, treat me as Platinum IHG member and always gave me a very nice comfortable room exceed my expectations. I met also Ms. Kaye in the front office that she always meets me and made sure that everything in my stay is perfect and she brought me to the room by herself that was very kind of her. she provides the best hospitality.The room was always shining and clean. Also I had a very nice chance to meet the housekeeping Manager Mr. Nasser several times taking my feedback on the housekeeping services of the room and the hotel facilities which always in perfect clean conditions.I was so lucky also to meet the GM Mr. Khalid Zaki and he treated me very nicely and welcomed me again in my favorite hotel.Thanks for IHG, Crowne Plaza staff and management for making my stay wonderful, relaxed and very comfortable.

We had the best experience everytime every time we stayed in their hotels. Staff are accomodating and friendly. NO DISCRIMINATION FELT EVER. I totally disagree to the kabayan who said that maybe she is the problem. What I like about the place is very convenient and comfortable. It is like you are at home, a family who enjoyed their staycation within the city. Pool and Gym are great also.
