Good sized rooms, nice views from the balcony and very clean.Unfortunately we checked in during school times so the entertainer was not merited (not their own fault) but I would of preferred the two night stay.However we were offered a room with a beautiful balcony view and check in at 1pm. Although it lacked hand towels, face cloths and slippers. Staff were accommodating on our requests.I look forward to spending time there outside of the busy period in a more equipped room.Thanks for the lifeguards for also being so quick to remove the children from the adults relaxing pool.

I totally enjoyed my stay! Hotel staff were very nice. The view was breathtaking. Wish there was more options in breakfast but other than that everything was nice.

My family had a booking for a Standard Twin Room. The quality and hygiene of the rooms were not up to the mark. The carpets were dirty and there were some food particles under the bed. The other room had an uninviting smell. We were too busy to request for room service which made the situation a little inconvenient for us.Other facilities such as luggage and customer service, the lobby, breakfast at Assymteri and the swimming pool were as good as youd expect it to be. So was the view 🖒🖒 which was the best part.Parking the car and loading the luggage was a bit of a hassle as they kept making us drive around the complex saying we were blocking space even tho the slot was empty despite multiple rounds. They asked us to park down before check in but to do so we needed to check in and show the card. Once that was cleared the basement parking was as good as a malls and had direct access to the hotel lift.In conclusion. The room could have been better before our arrival. Everything else was really good 🖒🖒

Stayed there for a week. Great with covid restrictions. Was missing towels, there was some trash on the floor we expected 3 solid beds but got one old extra bed with old mattress.

It is a lovely hotel well located near by Yas beach.The hotel offers a pass to the Yas beach.Room with balcony view on the beach is so nice. Waking up with a nice view.The breakfast was nice too and all staff were amazing !They made my stay memorable.I had a lot of belongings to store during my stay and they helped me that was very kind.I would definitely come back to it and would recommend the place.It is also near by Yas Mall and Ferrari world.

One of the best hotel in Yas Island. Large rooms with balcony. The room we got is facing the sea channel which is lovely view all day till sunset. Pool is great not too small but not too big. Breakfast is so satisfying with very attentive staff. Thanks to Locel for the warm welcome and taking good care of our check-in process. We will come back soon.

This Google review is the completion of the review I wrote on Radisson Blu Yas Island for which I was allowed to write only 1500 words on TripAdvisor. I am here giving more complete details for each of the parts of the hotel, mentioning some amazing people I remember very well though I forgot the names for some of them, but who deserve to have a big space in this review for their hard work and amazing personalities.1) THE CONCIERGE TEAMI am very pleased with the concierge and reception service. The staffs, who come from many parts of the world, are really professional, kind, warm and sympathetic, from the security agents of the hotels to the receptionists, from the concierges to the luggage boys. Their uniform and tenues are always impeccable and they are all the time well groomed and well mannered. One of the staffs whom I will always remember and who is a sweet funny bone is a young Nepali called Babooraj. I like his sense of humor and he is always smiling and in a good mood despite the pressure of his work.2) THE SPAUnfortunately I never had the opportunity to visit the spa except once when I just discovered Abu Dhabi. I booked an appointment in year 2013 for a massage and I was amazingly surprised to see a compatriot of mine named Premila who was working there! Premila, also known as Mila, was adored by all the staffs for her humility and her sweetness. Her English level was impeccable and she melted perfectly into the cosmopolitan spirit of the working team and of the customers and was a true professional and humble lady whom I will always keep in my heart, though we lost contact with each other.3) THE SWIMMING POOLThis is the place my son loves the most for two reasons: The first one is because he loves swimming in the pol and for hours. Each time he goes into this pool he is always enjoying an excellent time in the lukewarm water of the pool and he had the opportunity to bring with him some pool toys we could provide at the boutique of the hotel. The second reason is because it is a great place to relax and chill out when the weather is appropriate, giving you a lovely view in the sky by seeing many aircrafts passing over the hotel above our heads. I was also very pleased and surprised for the pool staffs soft side for pets, since they adopted an adorable kitty who used to roam around the hotel pool and whose name was Shasha. Shasha was very sweet and let everyone cuddling him and playing with him.4) FINALLY THE BEDROOMSStaying in a hotel mentions mainly that you should make sure to obtain a comfortable room for your sleepover. And in Radisson Blu, this was the perfect heaven to rest. Each time we had a room at our disposal, the very first sensation we felt was relaxation, coziness, and peace of mind. I always slept like a baby in this hotel and the beds are very comfortable as well as the warmth of the hot shower. You can even enjoy a very beautiful view on the Yas Beach and on the Golf club playground too.

Good hotel, only one thing they should inform before to customers regarding al hosn app , i did DPI test that y they didnt allow me to take breakfast becoz my hosn app shows grey color but they serve breakfast at my room and service also best in class ,i have no regret to book this hotel , Best hotel even better than any 5 star hotel , beautiful view , very nice staff, best view

After a horrible night in a new hotel on Yas Island we moved to this hotel. Room was lovely with a great view, nice balcony, comfy beds. Loved the relaxation pool which was for 18 years and over. Sad to see so many children disrespectful to staff and rude. Loved the food in the Belgian Beer cafe. Will return very soon.

The Spa @ Radisson Blu Hotel on Yas Island was a memorable experience for me today. I was blessed with a gift from the family to pamper myself with a full body massage by a qualified therapist Maria. The politeness and tlc from Maria left me thinking that I will definitely return soon. Her deep massage with skilled hands was relaxing and I felt less stressed in this dimly- lit room with soothing music.

Actually we are in the hotel for one night and. It will never be repeated again or to be recommended.. the way of dealing with a customers from the front desk was not helpful and. Not respectful at all they need training how the hotels staff should talk !They are like who is The winner only not to assist or to do the proper duty or talk in a good way as a hotel staffIt’s really my first time to do review for anything but they are real Provocatively with dealing with us to make me comment

I stayed for 3 nights in Radisson Blu Yas. The check-in was quick. There was no valet so I had to drive my car down to the basement parking. There was ample parking spaces that are shared between this hotel and Park Inn. There are 2 sets of elevators: one that takes you only to the reception and the other takes you directly to the floors. The rooms are a good size and they have most of the things you need. I had a water-facing room so the view was amazing. The breakfast buffet is somewhat limited but they do have an omelette station and the workers in the restaurant are attentive. Driving to Abu Dhabi would probably take you 30 minutes. It is a very good 4-star hotel.

Went here to relax but got stressed out instead. Tv on our room doesnt even work. Nobody answers our call. No access on the pool unless we book beforehand. Tried booking and they said its fully booked for the day. Very terrible experience.

The staffs are excellency dealing with customers especially Mr Rahman, whos I would say one of the best. He has best customer care skills, polit, friendly, respectful and very professional. Its just because their rates are more cheaper than other hotels in the area thats it.the staff is not customer friendly & their service is very bad .for example: after getting my room I realized that they had not kept fresh towels in my room .On calling the reception who always has a standard set of answers to the customers which I will check with my team send it to room sir .but they never answer you & after several calls to them which took me an hour only to get me a towel.Even the breakfast was not all that good as there was not much of a choice .I was not at all happy to receive such bad service from the staff of a well ranked hotel.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. The service is the worst ever. I made a suit online booking and i chose the time for check in and check out and i went there with mu family from a far place and then they refused to help us . They told us its not our fault for the wrong check in and out information. Otherwise we confirmed that by calling the hotel 3 times and they confirmed everything with us and the calls are recorded. They told us you should pay more to give you this suit and my husband got tired because he is sick . They told us by indirect way that we are liars because they asked the receptionist and she said she did not confirmed while she did . I advice everyone to check with them before they book so they will not go for nothing . This is totally our worst experience ever .

I am currently visiting this place for the second time but with all honesty, this is the last time ever. Their service levels have dropped drastically.First of all, the room service takes forever to answer the phone, when they answer they just want to hang up as early as they can without trying to understand anything. I requested for an extra blanket for my kid, for instance, had to call 4 times over a period of 3 hours and all they could say was they will check with no solution whatsoever. This is not one would expect from Radisson Blu. On top of that, the agent(s) sounded very rude and lacked proper hospitality etiquette; no apologies. Rather, very conveniently, they told me on the call said that they are unable to assist as it falls under some under department.Secondly, while swimming, one of their lifeguards comes and asks us to take our kids on the other side of the pool, which was already over crowded, reason being, that the side we were on were only for adults. Absolutely unreasonable and unacceptable as we were strictly on the steps and kids had life jackets on too.This has been an extremely unpleasant experience. Very poor guys!

Ther was a problem with reservation... I did reservation online... I pay as well... I did confirmation... I got the confirmation code.... I reach thier... They informed me that ther is no reservation under my name and they want me to pay more mony becouse the price is different from the day i book the room.

There was no sanitizer in the room. Also at reception was a dirty bottle of sanitizer and the counter was not sanitized and dirty. There was a lot of hand sanitizer stations but 80% was always empty. To prevent the spreading of covid not a good attempt at all. Except for this and the bad air-conditioning it was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s fairly good, the rooms look old and not clean.The breakfast buffet is very limited and we stand in along cue to get our food.With the same price you can book better hotels in the same area like Anantara and Rotana.Maybe the good things in the stay were the view of balcony and the nice reception staff Fouad and Hazem.

Housekeeping is very bad.The water kettle provided was of very bad quality. Complained to check and replace with a different one, even the replaced one too was pathetic.I just left it unused. Thats the positive note I learned from them.

The location is not too far from the city proper. The room setup was very nice. The beach and golf course background was fantastic. Food in breakfast were terrific that better if you dine it near the swimming pool. All staff from especially the receptionists were very hospitable.

A friend of mine just had a bad experience with the reception desk, the guy was absolutely rude with him (I was on the phone with him and heard the whole conversation!!! A receptionist called Rahmaan was absolutely out of control !!!!.I was asking my self (is that hospitality?) 🤣🤣

Went here last night and it was a terrible stay. Even if youre checked in, you need to book to swim on their pool, and the swimming pool was fully booked the whole day. TV is not working, did not bother to call cause there is no one answering on their One touched Service hotline. Radisson blu is a respected hotel BEFORE but now it is terrible. Not recommended, look for another hotel here at YAS island.

My experiance to Radisson blu start from booking the room. I called them to confirm the prices Den from reservations spoke with me. He was very polite and really knows how to handle the enquiries. Gave me the best price. After discussing with my family I again called and then the lady picked the call she was quit rude and gave me answers like to get rid of me. And she gave me very high prices the second time. And upon telling her my conversation with Den she told me you better book online. So i booked tge room online. Now to checkin. Checkin at the hotel by Lisa was very smooth. She was very polite and answered my all questions very well. Hotel in staff were all very nice and hospitable. Although pool was 2 hours per person but due to no rush they allow us to have our all sweet time in the pool. Room service was amazing and offered us some extra bottle of water which was very helpful in our stay. Very amazing experience and my kids loved they stay and specially the pool. Kids pool was separate and very shallow. My stay was breakfast included and the breakfast was also amazing. Lots of option in buffet. It was very crowded at the restaurant during breakfast time but tge staff handled all the crowd very well. Will definitely come again for some other family staycation.

We book a family room two days during Eid holiday.The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was not that bad. The only thing that disappointed me was the jacuzzi was closed. To use the pool you had to book, each slot is 2 hours. The pool was over crowded with guests from park Inn, the life guard had to ask them constantly to go back.

Terrible Service Given from the start.1st When we called, hotel informed buffet is available.2nd when we checked in said no buffet only fixed menu for half boad will be provided.We were okay for that too...When we (6 adults, 5kids) went for dinner, we were thrown away by Staff at the Belgium Cafe saying kids were unable to dine after 10pm and we were not informed prior.After an argument restaurant manager Mr Kiran respectedly agreed and arranged us a table near the pool with coolers and got staff to bring our 3 course meal out side.But the restaurant staff at the belgium cafe threw our starters , main course including the dessert (ice cream, waffles, etc on the table at ones.We were discussed by the way they did it!Food was not apitaizerble after all that drama which took place.Very much dissapointed and will not recommend to anyother for the way we were treated during our stay.RegsMaria FernandoAbudhabi

Good customer service, but I ordered from the hotel restaurant, and bill was so high even the cola was 30 dhs and the worker didn’t inform me before she confirm my order the bill was 240AED just I have too add 20 dhs and I can stay one more night , just for rice and cola?

Long waiting time for check in at hotel. Almost one hour que for check in

Over all, the hotel and staff ate great. I just gave 3 star as we didn’t enjoy our stay. We stay there last Eid holiday and man its too crowded. We haven’t access the pool as it is fully booked. When our time for the pool access come, the guest who booked earlier are still there so the pool is still over populated and we all know that we must avoid crowd at this time eapecially we have a small one. Yes, we have access in Yas beach but same scenario, jam packed as not only radisson give free access to the beach but also the nearby hotel. Food are great and not expensive as the other hotel. I still recommend radisson but avoid it during holidays As it is jam packed. Maybe we will give it another try some other time. Better luck next time for us.

We booked the hotel this weekend, when we arrive they tell us they have had a event book in yesterday and no longer have room for us, so we have to go stay at another hotel nearby. No call before hand, no manager available to talk to us. If this is the way Radisson blu operate inwouldnt like to have shares in them.8 years in Dubai and working in hospitality for the same and this is hands down the most unprofessional service I have received from any brand out here.
