We want to thank Mr. LION for upgrading our room (room with kitchen) we enjoyed our stay. Thank you also to the housekeeping for attending all our request from getting bathrobe, toothbrush and drinking water very accommodating. We loved also the pool, although we experienced a bad behavior from another lady local guest, I noticed that before she comes near to us shes looking when we put our things in the tables, then she ask us if we book the hotel and how much did we pay for the pool. Its obvious that the pool is included in the amenities for the stay. I hope co guest can give respect to each other since all people come to enjoy and relax 🙃

We stayed on D 4-2, the villa was clean, a good place to celebrate with family and friends, its just that I smelled something awful on lockers and cabinets, smells sweat. Other than that, rest of the place is good. We enjoyed the spa, the mall. They dont accept expired emirates ID although it was renewed, they need the new actual id. We havent brought our new emirates id as it hasnt been released. Good thing the supervisor in the reception had his ways for us not to cancel our booking. Thanks to him as well as the other receptionists.

Stunning, comfy, wide apartments, warm welcoming and so much helpful staff .. below are few comments in order to improve the service:1. More sofas 🛋 will fill the empty space at the hall..2. If stairs can be changed to lifts/elevators will be great, cause we have elder people and our apartment was in L2.

I visited the hotel village with one of my friends. We were looking for a prayer room but the hotel have informed us that it is closed due to maintenance, however the manager have asked us to wait and he will find a way for us to pray to enjoy the rest of our time in the village and he did! He opened a sanitized room for us for free for 30 mins and provided us with prayer mats and left us in the room to pray! Amazing service, wonderful staff, great manager. I would highly advice families and whoever would like a great service to stay in this hotel!!

The resort consists of two elements, shops and the actual hotel. The facilities are amazing and we recommend you come to visit them, but the hotel itself please avoid, as we had experienced a horrible staff (except for the luggage boy) and the facilities of the hotel are dirty and furniture is either old or broken. I actually had a leaking roof in the first room and a broken hotel in the second room

As a hotel it required a lot of enhancements & maintenance, furniture is dated. surround area is amazing.

Unfortunately there is no rating less than one star , otherwise I will give... surprised to get very small room which they are misleading everyone and name it as superior studio...and what is more disappointing the running construction site in the middle of the hotel with such noise everywhere

Place is good.Swimming pool is neat and temperature controlled.3 bed room apartment are spacious.You are in the the side but it seems that you are out of the city.Environment is pleasant, calm , peaceful and neat.For children , there are some things like play area , pools and more.Balconies are small and compact.If your are opting 3bhk then you will not get terrace and garden. But other than 3 bhk you can have the benefit of either terrace or garden.

I do not recommend going there. The service is bad and slow. The apartment is not tidy and not suitable for housing. It emits unpleasant odors and my sons have inflammation in the eyes because of the swimming pool is not clean and I do not recommend anyone to go there

Very Very bad experiance ever in my life.i never recommend this hotel and will not go back again. The room was very noisy Its was feeling like I was sleeping inside an engine room. When I report this to staff they took almost 1 hour to identify that its due to AC and they cannot fix anything.The pool and other amenities was there and its good but we cannot enjoy any of this as we cant have a proper sleep.Also the staffs are not corporative. Its better management should focus on customer handling and room service.Overall worst hotel I ever visited so far.

Booked a two-night stay for me and my 3 children. Parking is a mess. The pool area is very nice and a good variety of restaurants. However, upon checkout, the cleaning crew went in and claimed that we misused three towels. One was used for the floor as we got out of the shower, and had a gray mark from the dust on the floor. I argued that guests dont normally leave clean towels, but they claimed it was stained. I still dont quite understand how they would know that if it hadnt yet been washed. They ended up charging me 50AED to replace the towel. Nice place overall, but I wont be staying here again.

To be honest, it is my birthday today (16th of May) and I just booked this resort wasnt expecting such a poor and irrespecutful service from the staff as well as from the management, specifically the rooms were not clean and bathtubs were old!

Good things. The location is very good and there is a shopping center adjacent to the building with restaurants, shops, cafes and Carrefour supermarket . Also the swimming pool area is huge and excellent for all kind of ages from babies to adults.Bad things. The lobby is very small and crowded with guests and their kids who wants to check out and others who wants to check out and no one knows whos turn to be serveced without any distancing. The apartment finishing is very low quality and the furniture is very dirty and is not well maintained. The room service is very slow and you have to call twice or three times to get anything done.

The place was beautiful but VERY POOR SERVICE and INCONSISTENT.1. A week before I checked in, I went there to scout the place and confirm the total price from the reception. The receptionist told me that the price was FINAL and there will be no additional charges even if I check-in on my preferred date and the MAXIMUM GUEST will be 8 PERSONS then I decided to gave the advance payment.2. When my friend checked-in (because Im not available), the receptionist asked for extra charges of 100+aed. Because changed the main guest thru their SITE, which I dont understand why there is a additional charge for changing the name of the MAIN GUEST and that the maximum GUEST will be 6 persons only3. When I finally arrived in the hotel, I talked to the same RECEPTIONIST:About the total price:He explained that the extra charge was not because of the amended Main Guest but it was the 15% tax and service fee EXCLUDED from the total price. Which I ALSO ASKED HIM MANY TIMES A WEEK AGO IF THAT IS THE FINAL PRICE. Then, he apologies. There is no problem paying the 15% tax, my point is He should have told me earlier so there will be no confusions.About the MAXIMUM guest:He told me that the maximum was 8 persons, that is why, I invited 8 persons. Then, he agreed and were clear.4. UPON CHECK-OUT:THEY ACCUSED US OF A MISSING 1 PIECE OF TOWEL!!!! MY GOSH! THEY ASKED FOR 50AED FOR THAT! I JUST PAID IT BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO HAVE AN ARGUMENT ANYMORE!!!!!I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR HOTEL.

The place is very nice for vacation Unfortunately the service was poor1- Starting with the reservation, I called to confirm whether I would get a sofa bed and the answer was yes and when I arrived I was surprised that there is nothing but a sofa2- I was also told I would find a terrace, but it was only a small balcony3- When I asked to give me a free extra bed because the mistake was from your part, the request was categorically rejected and i was charged for it4- I asked to see the duty manager, but I also could not see him, and I understood later that he was not there at all5- The last problem when we asked for towels while we were at the swimming pool, it was rejected inappropriately, justifying that we took two towels even though we were 10 people And the employee began to raise his voice and wanted to quarrel with us..I expect that everyone who was present heard our voices during that problem.I hope you see these points in consideration

This hotel has great amenities I will give them that. However, the room and service was below regular standards. The rooms are old and dark and bedroom is right next to busy street with all the people dining. We were moving away from the country and chose this hotel for the kitchen and rooms for our family. However they did not provide really anything other than a pot and pan, not even cooking utensils. They dont even provide dish soap or hand towels, but expect you to do the dishes. You got one pillow each and one large towel each and not even a face cloth. After several calls and rude responses I was able to get 2 face towels at special request over an hour after requesting. Im sorry, but I have little kids that need to be washed with a small towel, didnt think it was too much to ask. The pool area is great and little park is nice. But if youre looking to save some money by cooking some easy meals and have some what of a home feel, this place falls very short of that. I wouldnt go back!

We booked 1 suite room with balcony 2 weeks before, already confirmed and paid, when we went there for check in, the receptionist told us that it was rejected and no more available room for us. I got upset because i have my 1 yr old baby with me and we paid already, how come no more room for us?? I even called them the day before for the confimation. They werent able to give me a reasonable answer. I asked for a manager but no one showed up, they just told me to call the agency booking for it was their fault. They gave me option to book a room there directly BUT worth twice the price i paid before, of course I did not agree. It was their fault after all, Unfortunately, the receptionist which happened to be my kabayan did not even help us nor accomodate us in all my queries, hence he opted to serve other customers after me knowing i still have a lot of concerns and issues., what a very horrible and traumatizing experience, what a very bad service we encountered, We just booked to Anantara hotel and everything was perfect, I FELT THE RESPECT AND GOOD SERVICE WHATEVER NATIONALITY YOU ARE.

Al seef resort & spa andalusReally it is a bad experience and the manger really not helpful at all because what happened fir me and my friend it first time in my life happened my friend got her period actually and some blood was on the bed sheet they let us paid for the bed sheet and for the towel in the wash room suppose to remove your make up and dry your face there was little bit of the make up ont the towel they let us also to pay really it is weird that they give us towel and we suppose to return it back clean and the receptionist girl her name jen was very very rude really i felt bad that i spent money on this placeThe place is amazing but the staff and the manger not good at all

Amazing place for relaxation and staycation, staff are accommodating and even have a wheelchair and golf carts prepared anytime for those who wanted to explore the place but cannot walk like a pregnant woman like me. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back. 👍

This place offers a escape from the middle eastern architecture right in the heart of Abu Dhabi .I felt like back in Europe, all green, flowers a lot of open air restaurants ,coffee shops and much more.

The place looks like an old compound turned into a hotel, unfortunately Hotel rooms are old and not up to the 5 stars standards, but the restaurants main area is cosy and deserve a walk, overall the place has good vibes

Its literally a home away from home. The way it was designed will make you feel like you live within a village as the rooms are villa type. Its also extremely convenient as there is a mall adjacent to the hotel. All you will need for your stay is only a few steps away in case you forgot to pack a few things. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are pristine.

Really the service has changed a lot. I am a regular client to this resort but I seen the difference that’s happened in the services. First of all I faced difficulty to check in, I stayed there for 1 hour and half only to get a room.The room was unclean and very dirty, the photos already sent to manager coz this is not acceptable at all, & by the way we are in Covid-19 days they have to be more considerate about the cleaning service.There’s no security’s in this resort // balcony key does not work ... no security at allSince 2 July 2020 till date28 July 2020 they promised to refund my funds back and they said it’s will take only 14 days !!! And stillI am following up with manager to get this done but no action yetI want some of responsible authority to stop this problems that may affect other client also.

A lovely place, however it could do with matching crockery, cutlery and better cooking utensils and vessels. Definitely not ideal for self catering as it was intended for. Faulty electrical appliances and sockets. When we called for maintenance it didnt arrive, extra blankets were requested never arrived. Upon checkout we waited for ages for someone to come and pick us up. Eventually we walked to the reception area to check out. Meaning we had to carry our own bags from the rooms to the reception area and pack our own vehicle. I have other places where rated as 3 stars and they have provided better service than this place. Very disappointed in the service and the staff had a dont care attitude.

If there is a zero rate-I would definitely give them a zero. The front desk supervisor and housekeeping are so rude and unprofessional. They charged us extra 200 dirhams for cooking a fish in our suite. But hey there is no clear rules that we are not allowed to cook fish in the villa. Staff cannot even provide written policy. And for the record, we cleaned the kitchen before checking out. All kitchen utensils were properly washed. How could someone still smell a fish that was cooked yesterday??? Tell me??

Location is great. It is close to many areas in Abudhabi. Staff are amazing and wonderful and really sweet. There is a mall with many shops and restaurants within the resort. The pool area is great for children. Overall the resort is great for families or couples. Even business men/women. The rooms are cheap/not expensive. However, I think they should have paid more attention to the furnishings of the actual rooms.

I enjoyed my stay here. Its a cute little village with cafés and restaurants all around. The rooms were very nice and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family stayed last month overnight. Im giving it a 4-star because the room and its facilities is a pleasant surprise considering that the price is really a good value. It was Eid when we checked in and I have to appreciate the front desk staffs who managed to be composed and very accommodating even under a lot of pressure. The room is extremely spacious with a cooking facility. Its good for long stay and for families or a group of friends. Its good for budget conscious individuals who does not want to sacrifice a bit of comfort. Theres an array of restaurants inside and the mall is also connected to it. The hotel is a 15-20 min drive from city center. The hotel is surrounded by mostly residential areas.The pool is always crowded though and not very enticing. You could see wear & tear in the room, shampoos & condiments not replenished properly, housekeeping will take a bit of time to reach rooms because the hotel area is quite huge. Took me some time to figure out how to open the TV, I actually called the maintenance but they never came which is understandable because its peak season. Kids (12yrs & below) can only stay in the pool until 7pm if I remember correctly. Overall, its something that I would recommend.

The resort is located away from the City Centre but is probably the best option there is in this part of the city. It is located right next to Al Seef Mall. There are several restaurants inside the resort as well where you can choose across the different cuisines available. Coming to the stay, the service apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous too. Its been an enjoyable stay so far.

I wish I could give 5 stars since the place infrastructure is very good. However, the staff and way of managing the place spoiled our 3 days stay. We arrived at the beginning of check in, however, the receptionist was insisting to give us 2 rooms in 2 different buildings and floors. After more than one and a half hour, another receptionist offered us a bigger room with difference payment. We forcefully agreed to save time and start our entertainment trip. At last day just before check out, the reception called me asking to pay difference for my upgrade request!!! I told them that I already paid the difference at the time of check in and that they cant come at last minute and ask for more money as I could have stayed in same booked room if they told this amount from the beginning. Its very obvious that they have a major issue with managing the place. Most of the reception staff is way below the level of required professionalityAlso, the TV in the room was removed and the TV in the hall was not working.The money safe was locked open and we couldnt use it.I dont recommend this place.

I stayed here for 2-3 days and the experience was amazing. Luckily we got the villa next to the pool. View was amazing. Somehow the weather was pleasant in the month of April. Thus we enjoyed our stay to fullest.

Convenient to the mall and to the grocery store. Our room floor was very filthy and dirty. I couldnt put my babies down to crawl so they had to play on the bed which was hard for us The carpet was very dirty too. Everything needs a good scrubbing . The shower was leaking alot...there was a poo like smell in the washroom from the time we arrived...kitchen was really unclean. The whole room needs an upgrade and a really good cleaning. It looks nothing like the pictures. Pretty runned down resort.

Well....1- If you book the studio keep in mind that is just for washing your dishes. There’s no microwave, no kitchen .2- I upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, the room wasn’t clean at all . I found one cockroach in the kitchen . There’s noise in the room from workers outside early in the morning.If i give two stars is because the bed was comfortable.

The ambiance was amazing. The service by the support staff was good but the reception was horrible! The staff at the reception had no information, super rude and dint smile. I booked through booking.com sent emails back and forth, got information from the reception hut when I got there, they claimed they had nothing to do with booking.com. Staff at the reception need customer care service training.

Boutique mall kinda vibe. Very relaxing. Good options for restaurants. I would recommend people to stop by when the weather is good to enjoy the outside area with friends or family.

Great apartment rooms but the only issue is the shared entrance with other guests not always thinking about others we often woke up with people shouting and running up and down the stairs.The management does not care if guest SMOKE in the *Non-Smoking room/apartments. We woke up in the middle of the night due to guest smoking heavily in their room and the smell came into our room.It was an Okay stay.

Considering that the hotel is a 4 star hotel, the service is extremely bad. The duty manager - Vicky and the life guards are inconsiderate, discourteous and impolite. Me and the rest of my friends booked 3 units for our holiday expecting that we could take a day off to relax and unwind. But from the moment we checked in and to the rest of our stay we were discriminated by their staff. We cannot recommend the hotel at all due to the bad service. Ideally the location is good supposedly because it is close to the city and there several shops around the hotel, but again their service is really really bad.

We stayed here for two full weeks and I have never experienced such issues with smoke before. We had a constant strong smell of cigarette smoke in our bedroom and apartment due to other guests smoking in their apartment which is not allowed. I have asthma and had to use my pump 6 times a day. It got so bad we considered calling the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health since management sent security out and just kept on saying that the guest shook their hands and said that he will stop but it never stopped. Once that guest moved out another guest moved in and we had the same problem again. If you and your family want to stay at this place then be prepared to struggle with sigarette Smoke in your apartment.

Nice and quiet resort about 20 (auto)minutes away from the centre. Rooms are modern and spacious and a small mall with a supermarket just around the corner

We arrived and our expectation was hight as the rate is not cheap we expected good quality service, we checked in the staff are very slow and they are not helpful, no social distance a lot of guests are complaining the lobby its very hot no welcome no hospitality, finally we got our suite key and no one directed us to the suite my husband he was the one carrying the luggage and no staff to assist with the luggage also we was walking in the hot weather while no buggy to pick us until we found one buggy on the way we stopped him to pick us to our suite, at the entrance you can smell very bad smell and there was an open door like a garbage room dirty and I felt sick immediately, we tired to go and see the suite its was not really clean and uncomfortable we decided to leave this hotel as we have a baby of 12 years cant stay in a dirty place and no sanitizing no atmosphere, careless staff unfortunately its was the first time in uae I have kind of experience and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The valet parked my car and didnt shut it down properly. Ended up draining my whole battery and offering NO ASSISTANCE in helping. Not even an apology. Stood there and watched. Bad service.

Its a nice place, but very poorly managed. It felt as the concept of reservations and pre-payment was new to them.Booked and paid for a specific type adjacent rooms. I called them before starting my 2 hours drive for extra heads-up. After reaching, I waited for almost 2 hours to check in. I got my card key, just to find my room is already occupied! By a walk-in guest!!!First they said it was my fault for arriving late, when I showed them the call logs and that I actually reached them before the check in time I was told to wait for the manager, whom arrived after 30 minutes with no sulotion to the issue. He offered us two far apart lesser rooms saying those were the only available rooms. By far one of the worst experiences. Again its a beautiful place, but management is horrendous. Not recommended.

If there is a rating below zero, I would give to them. They cancelled my booking that I did 2 months ago with no justifiable reason. I just to came to know that while I was on the way to thier facility. I called them and they were very rude and even did not bother to rebook me again or find a solution. All this because I booked earlier with cheaper price than what they were offering at the time of check in. Luckily I found a free apartment with LArabia Apartments who thankfully did thier best to accommodate us. You need to think seriously prior booking in this place as they are totally unprofessional in dealing with customers.

Great concept resort with lots of outdoor retail and dining space, fresh air and outdoor pool. However after the departure of CEO the service levels has dropped dramatically. The reception staff allowing themselves to be highly unprofessional.

The Resort is very clean and quiet, has practically everything you need near you. Shops, cafes, supermarket, laundry, you name it. You can practically stay here the whole time and not need to go anywhere else. Anne the brand manager was extremely professional and helpful while doing the booking. Would highly recommend this place in Abu dhabi.

The room that i had was a studio. Room B8-2-2. The kitchen accessories like pots, pans, etc. have dust, so i feel like the room is not well cleaned. The toilet sink drain has no cover. The drainage in shower is poor, almost overflowing. The 2 pillows are disfigured and a bit hard like an old used pillow. The slippers should be asked still and not available immediately upon arrival in room. The doorbell works for both room, wherein if the other room across have a visitor and uses the doorbell it will ring in the room too which is very disturbing.

Good appartment/hotel but you need to see the room befor paying. Some units are neat and some are below average

Great location-right in the middle of a mall. So many food options. Great for long term.

This place a very well family oriented place. Very perfect for family gathering and meet ups. You can bring some friends from different places and celebrate some occasions. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the vicinity.

I don’t know why this is a 4-star hotel. It should be 2 or 3- star max. Overall service is very bad. This is a relatively new hotel but it feels like a very old hotel. Staff need training. Hotel staff uniform looks exactly like those of ADNOC gas stations. They even act like them. Fail
