Amazing staff and extremely polite! I was in town searching for a place last minute on a Friday. They welcomed me and accommodated me within minutes of arriving. They told me about all the restaurants and bars located within the hotel, which I was unaware of. I visited a couple and both were superb.My room was VERY nice! It smelled fresh and clean, had a terrific corner view of both the city AND the ocean, and was convenient to everything in the city.Next time I visit, this will be my go to hotel for sure!

Hotel Location is perfect nearby Beach Walk, Shopping and Entertainment (Marina Mall).Room Cleanliness and Maintenance can be improved. Its kind of a old hotel renovated thing.Reception Staffs are welcoming and nice. No doubt about it.Inside Hotel restaurant was closed when I visited the place for no reason.

Please call me Room Number 717. My Room phone not working as complaint from day 1 of my quarantine. Today it is totally dead. My room chair broken and reported to house keeping on 3rd day, today totally broken. Sinc emorning 2 times I requested to fix the internet as it is getting poor connection. Currently that also not workign well. I am calling 02 676 5000 as I am unable to leave the room during quarantine. What shall I do with such poor services at this time?

The Ambience is absolutely Modern. Its significantly placed in a quiet, but reachable area. The Indian veg food, served is adorable. I just keep calling Dharamjeet.. the front office guy for the latest ongoing in the city. And finally the sea view from the balcony is mesmerising!!!

I would like to share about my experience regarding the kalimera sports bar & Restaurant staff they have been doing such a great customer service. I would like to recommend this hotel to who ever planning to stay in this hotel its really more affordable and u will get a good customer service too. I would say to the staff keep rocking guys.

The staff was very nice, we were happy to get complimentary upgrade.Unfortunately the parking is paid 25aed a day and its an outside one. Breakfast buffet is not available at the moment.

To start on the pros of the hotel. It is centrally located in the heart of the city, close to stores, malls and beach. There are a variety of restaurants located inside the hotel and the staff is phenomenal on striving to meet the guests need. The housekeepers are spot on and through on the cleaning and tidying. With that said I give the staff a 4 star. Next is the rooms. I was staying in the deluxe suite with kitchenette, While spacious and laid out with included amenities like washer, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. The rooms had an outdated appeal to it. The beds were semi-soft not plush, the a/c was nice and cold. but the biggest problems were often water leakage from who knows where would constantly drip into the bathroom and cause the towel, toilet and toilet paper to get soaked. And at 3am when you have to go to the bathroom, that is a big shocker to have water dripping on you. While the room had nice amenities, they are lacking on outdated TV. For a so called 4 star rated hotel. The tvs werent smart TV and had a very hard time trying to connect things like ipad,tablet ot phone using USB to hdmi cords to get thing to play on the TV using the wall mounted hdmi/USB connection outlet.If they were smart TV that wouldnt have been an issue, so for that I rate this hotel at a 2.5-3 star. While it seems a bit drastic to rate so low. When you are conducting business and staying in a hotel room that makes a significant difference in the quality of stay. And not having a plethora of cords to switch around or carry. The outlets in the hotel are also outdated while using a standard socket for the host country, I have stayed in plenty of other hotels in the uae that had multi country electrical sockets. This hotel only uses standard format. That also goes into the quality rating. The hotel has a nice fitness center, but lacks pool service, if you want to go for a swim you have to let the front desk know 24 hours in advance so they can schedule you to swim at their sister hotel across the street. For a well-known hotel chain, I expect future upgrades to be implemented to be able to further accommodate multi-national guest and adopt a better amenities service for business travelers.

Washing Machine was broken, they changed itThe reception and hallways stink of tobacco, it leaked into my room, specially during the night.AC has no temperature control, either it is freezing in the room or I had to turn it off.AC had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, a couple of days when I cameback from work the bathroom was flooded. I complained, they changed it.Bed is ok but after two weeks my back was achingRoom service and food is good

I didnt like my stay there nor feel comfortable, for many reasons, first of all the rooms are not so clean, fresh or tidy, pillows and towels are not clean, but if you ask to change they will change it for you, also there was a water leak on bathroom.there is an exit sign in the room and it was almost infront of my bed, so it was bothering me during sleep Everytime i see it lighting with the green light.For parkings its very annoying its not easy to find and i didnt like that there is a cymetry beside the hotel.Staff was nice and helpful, but also i didnt understand why they have to ask for 100 AED as a deposit!!

He was very concern for the safety of all the customers. The hotel management make sure that they will serve the food freshly cooked. Good job! I just want to share my experienced in hawthorn suites by wyndham hotel abu dhabi i worked for 2 years as a room service order taker in these hotel, then they did not process my employment visa they only used my tourist visa everytime im asking about my visa they keep telling that it will process and no need to worry. They make me believe that it will be fine. Then after months ago they are asking me to pay because im overstay, and one more thing they lost my passport because they are the one whos keeping the passport of employees the hr department. To make the story short, their management was not good. The hr department they are not taking care of their responsibilities they dont have a right to keep my passport then they will lost it.I would suggest that they need to improve and change their management. How can we recommend this hotel if they are not been good to their employees. Too much employees they asked to pay to process their visa or if the employee dont have money they will deduct in every salary.Wish you all the best hawthorn management and be kind. Gobless

This hotel impressed me with their thoughtful and luxurious room design. I found a hairdryer in the bathroom, ample conditioner and toothbrush/toothpaste. I was also happy to see a large complimentary bottle of water and a fridge as well as a full length mirror and a workspace. The staff were responsive and efficient. The only drawback was that there isnt on-site parking nor valet. Had that situation not caused me a little stress, Id have been over the moon considering the great location and pricing at Hawthorn Suites.

Hello,This is regarding my experience in your hotel !!I went to Casa Goa on 14th feb with my friend however it was completely empty and we decided to leave in 10 mins. After reaching main porch staff asked to pay for 50aed for parking which I found was unfair because- it was waste of my time- asking me to pay for 50 aed for 10 mins ???and later my friends tried talking to the duty/night manager.Guess what ????The manager himself got so defensive that he started misbehaving with me and with my other 4 friends. He pushed my friends and security misbehaved with me (I am a woman) and threatened all of us to call police!!! I truly feel they are either completely frustrated with their jobs or there they were racist.To cut the long story short, my friends paid the money and left.However I can’t forget the way staff treated me and my other 4 friends. Rude is underrated word !!!!!!I trust management should train their staffs before putting them on floor to deal with guests !!****I FELT INSULTED ****RegardsHardeep Kaur

Everything worked perfectly. The rooms were affordable and their amenities are very up-to-date. For example, their entire entrance system is a touch key rather than a slide, and the “do not disturb” sign is digitally represented outside the door on a panel. Much better than some of the older hotels in Abu Dhabi

I stayed there for a night and the room was nice and more than what I expected. The receptionist and the bellman were also very accommodating. I will definitely will be coming back again. Definitely a good place to relax and enjoy.

Good hospitality and service

Generally speaking, I think the hotel is a little less value than what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and especially the duty manager is super helpful. However, the first night, I was put in room 401 and didnt sleep at all during the first night. Apparently, on the 3rd floor, a karaoke bar and restaurant are located and it sounded as if some prisoners from death row got released and celebrated their freedom...More frustrating was the fact that 1 of the 2 phones in the room didnt work and the other one gave me a busy tone, so I couldnt reach the front desk, nor the concierge.The next day, staff was very willing in moving and upgrading me and I consequently had a good night sleep.

UNFRIENDLY GUEST SERVICE, WOULDN’T STAY NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND!I stayed in this hotel from 17-20th August 2020. I am an frequent visitor to Abu Dhabi and have always stayed in Sheraton (Khalidiya & Corniche) and this time thought of trying something new and ended up here as it was near to the Sheraton Corniche.First problem is they do not have a parking and all nearby areas are resident parking, so one can imagine the horror of coming back from work from the ship in hot summer and finding no place to park. There are 2 unmarked parking places in front of the hotel. The front desk told me that it was for emergency purposes for maximum 15-20 minutes and I saw a Mazda car parked there for whole evening until next day morning.Secondly room was not done first day and the second day I reminded the reception while leaving the hotel in the morning for work, that room has to be tidied up and to my surprise it was not done when I returned in the evening! No drinking water too! Had to make some noise and the reception sent the cleaning boy at 20:00 for cleaning up.Wouldn’t have given any stars at all but that option isn’t there!This is my last visit to this place! I am done!

I was surprised with this hotel, very nice and comfortable, clean and tidy rooms. You have even small kitchen inside. Only thing is room walls are thin you can here the neighbors and all whats happening in the corridors. And no parking, you have to pay extra for that.

Nice spacious and clean rooms, blankets and bedsheets are cleaned and maintained, silent corridors, a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Located near Corniche area and very near to the sea, has a supermarket nearby the premises for shopping. Staff are well mannered and take good care of the guests , special kudos to the front office team for their excellent services.. I ll always recommend this hotel.

One of worst place for car parking, can you imagine in surroundings of hotel you cant park your car because its for residents of area, so you have drive to next area to park, hotel staff are not friendly, when y request for change of money they will tell you to go to west zone supermarket. There is no valet parking facilities at hotel. Not recommended to stay here.. zero rate

My family with two kids went for lunch buffet . The food was amazing and there is lot of variety. Also, the food flavour was very good . We had a few requests for my kids and the chefs were able to accommodate all our requests. I will be back with my family again, for sure.

We had an excellent stay with Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham. With their location, its convenient for sightseeing around the city. Supermarket is also within few minutes walk. Simple and nice, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff.

Generally the hotel room is OK. But I find the Hotel Restaurant staff rude/impolite(Specifically the Filipino Staffs), I am not being racist as this is just based on my observations/experience. They are selectively polite to those people wearing coat/dressed nicely. I passed by to the reception area and as if I was invisible. Then I notice that after me was a guy wearing a coat,he was approached nicely and they greeted him well. I guess this is a simple issue and others find might my comment too shallow or me being too sensitive, but well if you are at the reception area I think it is a common practice to greet the guest well. BTW also very little selection on the buffet.

Surprisingly calm and quite for an area considering its in a bustling part of town. Very accommodating staff specially the reception. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

I used this hotel couple of time... the reception peoples are wonderful... im hear @ 11th aug 2020 i forget my key in side one person came and open the door @ 12.20 Am one shot guy.. he was horrible in his expression and attitude. again im telling resection peoples are nice and well behaved.... this is for the management again date 11th august 20 @ 12:20 floor 2nd the shot person was dissected one.. ask him to smile at lest act.... i rate this hotel only becaz of the person 3 star...

Dont stay here, find another hotel for the price that will be able to clean a room like a normal hotel and bring a hanger without 6 phone calls. Paint/Construction and loud bars with cigarette smoke daily and staff do not have the training to help without being handheld the entire time. Kitchenettes do not come with any cutlery/pans, they will take 6 calls and at least 12 hours of staff confusion to bring, then be dirty. the list goes on and on, we couldnt wait to leave. Go camp in the desert, its be way more relaxing and beautiful with the same amount of dirt/random hairs in everything. Bring one of the underpaid -undertrained and overworked staff with you as an escape!

Great place to stay in Abu Dhabi, excellent service. The hotel is located very near to the famous Corniche beach road and walking distance to Abu Dhabi Mall. Gym available on premises. There is a good breakfast buffet and a hotel shuttle to popular destinations.

The staff are polite and accommodating especially, The location is in the center of the city. Everything is walkable, its a great choice for those tourists who wanted to see the beauty of Abu Dhabi. Supermarkets, Gift Shops, Abu Dhabi Mall, Reem Island and even Corniche Beach is just a walking distance, its good to walk especially during winter. Thank you for the great rate and convenience.
