The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent housekeeping! 1 bedroom with hall and kitchen is nice size. Only one star off because there is some mold smell in hallway and the building is old.

Apartment was gud, neat n clean but there were some issues that I faced last night.Its only ok in case of not finding other hotel. washroom was very small and difficult to enter properly.Hair dryer was not working.I called two times for room services but no one received my call.During online booking, it was showing two single beds but when I reached there, single beds were not available.I turned off ac but air was coming from the duct.So overall my experience was not good.

The services was not as I expected! I booked particularly a non smoking room but they put me a smoking room. To make matters worse they said the smell was because of someone who was just smoking in the area. That was a blatant lie because that whole floor was a smoking zone.Breakfast - not anything to remember at all

Wonderfully spacious rooms with a mini kitchen and decent bathroom, good wifi and not badly priced room service. A very accommodating hotel and a definite place to return.. For the price it is very considerable.

We booked a twin bedroom and it wasn’t available, since when was a booked hotel room subject to availability?! They just gave us the single bed room and did nothing about it!The wifi was very weak, it was basically useless.The wall quality was bad, I could hear a person having a shower in the other room.The entrance was tight and crowdedThere was food remains on our table in our room!To top it, you have no free parking or valet parking, you have to pay if you wanna park!Overall bad choice, do not book here.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was not very happy with the quality. Furniture was very old and dusty, we found hair in the fridge, toilets smelled though were supposedly cleaned before we take the room. Also bed in master room was queen not king.When I complained about the room cleanliness, they sent someone to clean it next day so it became a little better.But its obvious that maintenance and quality of facilities are poor.Overall we were not comfortable with the stay and they are considered highly priced comparing the facilities and quality they have. We wouldnt be coming again to this place again.

Nice hotel and affordable, theres kitchenette tools but the pool is too small and due to covid you should book to take 1 hour in the hotel, and if alot of people booked, you might not have chance to go there.

Good place for bussines trip, location is good but parking are paid and not always available. Room is clean and comfortable, the service is not perfect, you have to call them 2 or 3 times to answer the phone and hear what you want, staff are nice.The worest is that you can hear everything from corridor or the next room to you and this is very anoying.

Not bad, friendly staff and good location, however you can hear everything your neighbors do, the walls are so thin you can listen to them showering and watching tv.

Not good experience dont recommend, not willl maintained facility.

Good for a family stay the executive king suites are really spacious and clean,some reviews were complaining of thin walls and overhearing other guests but I cant say that was my experienceall the staff were really nice and accommodatinghighly recommended.

I had stayed for a day and its a nice place. But the neighbour rooms are really noisy at night. I had put do not disturb tag also but it does not work. But the room is nice and clean and have very friendly staff.

Executive suites is better hotel to stay in this locality. Been staying here for last 2 months and feel comfortable and elegant.Cost is normal and not too high.House keeping found to be better.A nice place to stay and tour Abu Dhabi economically.

Fast check in. Compact apartment. Small room and bathroom with a kitchenette on the corridor. Air conditioned, washing machine, 2 stove tops, kitchenware and a mini fridge available.

A great hotel to stay in. The staff are incredibly friendly and will do whatever they can to help you. The rooms are also fantastic with everything you would need to be comfortable during your stay. Also my door lock broke one morning and the maintenance guy was there to fix it in less than 10 minutes!!

Good and clean place. Excellent treatment with costumers, people are very helpful with foreigners. Good price for the location. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy (Burjeel) and saloons (for men).

It has nice looking rooms with fabulous customer care services. Delicious food recipes.

Stayed for one month. Good place to stay, with exception.... I had some issues, a man entered my room in the middle of the night with his key card. No one came to fix the door, until I checked out. Only an apology received, no acknowledgement from the manager, even though he had received a message about what happened 😱 Secondly, I order room service but I could not charge it to my room, as the restaurant was not operated by the hotel. The positive side, they assisted me-payment for a month stay.

All things ok except that they dont provide open space to dry the clothes. This can be provided as they have terrace.

See the rashes in my body. Bedding is very bad nd not clean. I used medicine cream now to not get more on my body becoz of not properly cleaned bed. Bad experience even it ws the first time.
