We stayed in Premium sea view room and enjoyed the beauty of its features. Rotana has splendid beach of pristine white sand and turquoise sea. everything is so clean and neat in hotel, pool and beach area. in every aspect team and hotel exceeded our expectations. quality of food, all inclusive offer and service is amazing. staff is excellent, professional but friendly at the same time. we were given early check-in and late check out complimentary which is highly appreciated. thank you Rotana Saadiyat for this refreshing mini staycation

Unorganised, not reading their emails properly regarding booking of rooms, we were treated differently as compared to other guests. Unfriendly behaviour of staff towards us is this how you treat guests in hospitality sector & Poorly managed whether it was during check in or at the poolside bar.

Amazing all inclusive experience with Rixos. Had an amazing time with them. Very decent food, quality drinks and positive welcoming staff.Kudos to Yogmur and waiter at the pool (Filipino guy - sorry I didn’t get his name) for amazing service.If I could suggest something it would be:-some waiting staff in the dining area could be a little more responsive and accommodating same applies to 2nd roller skating waitress at the pool.

Lovely resort. Comfy rooms and great beach. The mattress is so comfortable and the rooms design is beautiful. The staff were friendly. The room service-food is delicious. The only thing i didnt like is that the rooms smell like smoke when we checked in. We stayed in a suit with another room. We enjoyed our stay.

The worse experience I had with hotel reception, I came late at 7 pm and asked for late checkout if available. I wished if remember her name to write it down but the way she responded it shows how unprofessional people the hotel is putting in front desk . She said sarcastically “well your room is been ready since 3 pm”. I think it was hard on her to say “ we will do our best” 🙂

Loved it, the room was beautiful with an outside porch. Bed and bath both huge and comfortable. The pool outstanding and the service everywhere exceptional. Highly recommended for a stay.

Great hotel, perfect service. Here few highlights: the pool is huge, there are turtles all around and shallow water for babies to play. There is a big splash pad for kids to play and enjoy. The breakfast restaurant has a great outdoor area near the grass where kids can play while parents enjoy a nice cup of coffee.At sunset, enjoy a drink at Nasma Beachfront.Last but not least, the Saadiyat beach is beautiful, in particular in the morning you feel you are in Maldives.

Wonderful Ramadan dinner buffet. Well organized, all safety precautions taken and lovely ambiance. Staff were friendly and helpful, I would like to thank them for their efforts during these difficult times! Food was delicious, a mix of oriental and arabic dishes. If you are looking for a classy luxurious dinner I would definitely recommend it.

I came for a beach day access expecting great service for a 5 star hotel located in Saadiyat. Employees aren’t welcoming (except the person in the lobby) and each one was giving me false information. In the lobby, I was told I would be served food by the beach. However, when I sat down and asked for the menu, I was told I needed to go to the restaurant, order the food myself and bring it to the beach. I call the restaurant and they inform me that I can only eat there, not by the beach. I would’ve appreciated it if I was told this information at the beginning, before I paid. Never coming back again.

Massive hotel on Sadiyat Island. We booked one bedroom beach villa with private pool. The villa is beautifully furnished and surprisingly, the pool looked bigger than it seems in the pictures.Bed is comfortable and pillows are fluffy. Service is top notch and you even have a personal butler. The bathroom is spacious and there are two walk-in overhead showers so couples can enjoy shower together lol.Everything was nice and food service is fast.Prices are reasonable too.Highly recommended

Make sure not to book the premium room that comes with the pool, because you can’t swim in the pool after 6pm, which is the whole point of it. If you are swimming in the private pool you are paying for after 6pm a security guard will come and kick you out for “maintenance” at 8:30 pm.I had to leave the hotel to get food because the buffet food quality was horrible, and all the restaurants were fully booked.Most of the hotels floors were wet for some reason, which is extremely unsafe.First and definitely last time here, extremely a waste of money.

Good food..the portions are amazing.. lovely staff. Only thing we find odd is that they dont have a baby changing areas for families ..cuz hey I think they think its only a womens job to do so..kindly take your child to the womens changing area.

Greenish blue water stretched out to the horizon and the calming sounds of the waves from within the comfort of a 5 star hotel... indeed a 5 star experience. They have plenty of onsite fun. There is a huge outdoor pool, aladins caves for children, evening movie screening and access to private beach. I had booked from booking.com and got a very good deal but couldnt avail that booking because of change of travel dates. We ended up paying for 2 nights what we were paying for 3 nights when booked through booking.com. The good thing is that I got the reimbursement from booking.com the very next day. Very efficient and professional, I must say. So the stay was still worth the price but left me craving for more.The breakfast was very good, offered plenty if options and was efficiently serviced by very alert, courteous and responsive staff.Whether you are looking for a place to relax or have vacation fun, the place if perfect for both. I would love to go back.

Had one night with breakfast, this hotel has always been my first choice in terms of cleanliness, huygens, service and food. The hotel didnt disappoint me as usual except the morning breakfast! I was super disappointed to see extremely low variety of choices and food selection! The whole breakfast food was nearly served on 2 tables only! I felt ripped off and disappointed...

We went to have lunch in Turtle Bay restaurant. As usual the food was amazing and the service excellent. Shout out to Rajesh and Pradeep our waiters who were brilliant. The oysters here are the BEST.

NOT ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE!!! THIS IS VERY MISLEADING!! There are 2 Restaurants that are not part of the all inclusive deal. Also Meals ordered through room service are chargeable. I would say food was good though, they had a decent buffet with drinks included. Was disappointed with the Mermaid restaurant hours. This place is right on the beach, with what looks like a nice roof top terrace for food and drinks in the evening but unfortunately they close at around 4 or 5 pm which is a shame because I feel you could keep it open till around midnight with some form of entertainment. A DJ or even the saxophonist would be great there. Also wave pool open but no explanation as to why wave machine was not working other than its on a lunch break Are you serious? Also long waits at check in with Russian speaking female staff just walking around and not helping anyone. It was like they were there for display and did not serve a real purpose. Overall stay was still ok but will probably not return. There are other more worthy 5 star hotels and resorts that captivate us.

Worst experience ever at the spa.its a shame this beautiful spa has such bad managment. The incompetence of the receptionists lead to me leaving with a headache instead of coming to relax. I am sooooo disappointed!!

Beautiful get away for the family. stayed two nights and it was heaven. rooms are clean nd staff are very attentive. beach facilities were amazing. food experience was amazing as they had many food outlets to try, we loved the Si Italian restaurant and the Turtle Bay grill and in the evening Hamiltons was the spot to enjoy & all family had a wonderful time.

A perfect staycation! We had one of the villas with a private pool. My favorite part was the bathroom as it was huuuuge! Loved how it was built so two ppl can use it at the same time. The private pool was super lovely and clean all the time. The staff were amazing and so accomedating

My family and I stay at Saadiyat Rotana frequently. I tried to have a wonderful and relaxing stay this time but actually I had the opposite experience . The standard and quality of service changed. The kind of treatment I got from the manager’s shocked me we are already a members of Rotana exclusive since 2016 this time because my husband isn’t personally with me they didn’t allow me to use the membership( knowing that if you live in Uae you usually buy this membership to enjoy with your family - meaning wife and kids) the manger called Glad- kept on insisting on making my stay a horrible experience even after my check in ( he called me on the phone and argued with me for like 10 min about the rotana exclusive membership policy and that I couldn’t use the benefits because the card is under my HUSBAND name and he is not physically with us( wish doesn’t make sense at all). This was after my 2 years old daughter hurted her hand with the new sliding door they installed at the parking area upon check-in-additional to that Everything is not allowed my 2 years old daughter was not aloud to drink water on the pool side, they put everything under the COVID -19 precautions, but the truth is that they have unqualified and unprofessional employees ( rude and not welcoming) actually the life guard sitting opposite to the pool bar removed his mask and sneezed on me and the kids without covering his sneeze while we are in the pool. Definitely saadiyat rotana is NOT an option for me any more and definitely NOT recommended hotel if you want to relax and chill.

Sand is extremely delicate, the water is infant blue, they offer fridges and water at the pool and at the sea shores in addition to towels. Stunning sea shore, enormous inn, beautiful pool and ideal assistance in Saadyat sea shore which is probably the best sea shores in Abu Dhabi. Best spot for stay cation extraordinarily for families with kids, the pool is a fun pool(not for swimming) staff are exceptionally kind.

One star not for the venue, it’s for very bad front desk staff.Was there today with my wife and kids. the lady at the reception was so rude. She didn’t even smile and she was talking to us in a very rude way. Honestly my wife and I were both shocked because we didn’t expect such a treatment from Suck a hotel. I Was really really disappointed. Don’t recommend it for people who want to be treated with respect ;)

Loved the place! Highly recommended. The hotel is amazing. Starting from the lobby to the rooms to the facilities. Very new, high tech and very clean. Big variety of restaurants, we tried two: the italian called Si Restaurante and turtle bay. Both had good food and good service. We also tried the bar at the piscine, there is a lovely drink called Frosé. Recommended for families and kids. The beach was also amazing. The clearest bluest waters and whitest sands. They provide you with towers and coolers with water bottles all day on the beach and the pool

It was an enjoyable experience from check in to check out ,staff was really nice especially Caroll at the restaurant who helped us with last minute order of bbq pork request eventhough the kitchen was about to close. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose ,we wanted to stay more cuz we really loved the place ,but there was no room availability for us.

You’re paying for a 5 star hotel and can’t access their beach after sunset. I understand if that is applicable to children but for a paying adult it does not make sense to not be able to use the facilities. Bad experience and would not recommend at all!

I don’t usually keep reviews about the places I visit, but this time I couldn’t help it.My Girlfriend and I booked a deluxe room for a 1 night in Saadiyat Rotana - from April 2 till April 3 2021.We reached the resort around 12 pm on Friday and had a swift check-in. During that time I spotted a suited man who was greeting a big group of guests and told my girlfriend: look, how nice from the front office manager greeting guests! I have been in many hotels and believe me, this is unusual.Once we reached the room, we actually did not like the view, and within minutes we received an upgrade to a beach view room. Again this is so rare to happen in big hotel chains!Later during the day, we spent some time at the beach and had lunch at “Nasma”. I spotted the the same guy again, this time making sure his staff is Ok and that guests are being well served.The next morning, during breakfast, while we were waiting to be seated, I was again surprised to see the same guy racing towards us to great us and show us our table. Yes him again!Later that day, we checked out and spent some time at the pool. Around 1:30 PM, peak lunch time, I couldn’t but notice once again the same guy - Fabrice juggling between the bar and the kitchen delivering the food to his guests. This time I walked towards him and told him: I don’t know who you are, but thank you for the amazing service you are offering!He then replied and said: Thanks allot for your kind words, however as the GM this is what I should be doing, working with all my teams to help them serving our guests.Just amazing...

We just payed for pool day and you get vouchers that you can redeem.But if you want to order anything from the beach you have to personally go to bar that non of the hotel around in Saadiyat ask you to do such as thing. Take example of Park Hyatt that you can just WhatsApp to order!Also I wanted to try your pool offer with proseco and fruits plater but barman were sending me around from bar to another bar to get the offer. Generally the worst pool services so far.Quite disappointed 😞

Things to improve :Trainer in the gym shouldnt be using all machines and guests have to wait.They dont deliver food to the pool or beach, but is close.Food takes long to be ready.Check in takes to long and is confusing.________Amazing service by Alok, Arun, Sinto, Mahinpal.Restaurant turtle bay very recommended, try to find Raul for advice on what to order.May update with more stuff later.Thank you

Room is great, facilities is fine, reception is very poor on handling guests, they want to give you the room that they want, even I f you mentioned before 2 days for the reservation center, and they dont care even if you are an exclusive member. Totally different than other rotanas hotel.and the lowest in saadiyat Island all over

Amazing Resort, sunset view and service very convenient for families

Overall, the resort, rooms and service is amazing. Lovely and helpful staff, great location and very enjoyable. The only thing is the hotel food (outside the restaurants) is really disappointing compared to the rest of the experience. Examples being the potato hash that is soggy and oily, clearly cooked in only lukewarm oil, and the eggs benedict that came with mushrooms. Head chef needs to get back to basics and not try anything fancy for a while to match the rest of the hotel. Otherwise, would definitely go back anytime.

This place is stupendous! The decor is welcoming and the staff are super courteous and friendly, went here over the weekend with my family and really enjoyed the spacious rooms, their focus on cleanliness was extremely obvious and the attention to detail from the pool staff to the breakfast buffet was top notch, I have been looking for a place with an amazing pool and beachfront and I believe I have finally found it in Abu dhabi, I look forward to many more visits and cannot wait to try out the beachfront villas! See you next time!

After many visits in the UAE for work, Abu Dhabi & Dubai specifically, I got finally an occasion to relax and to spend some days in Abu Dhabi this month.My surprise was big as I never expected such a beautiful place in a such modern and busy city like Abu Dhabi.Saadiyat island is where the famous louvre Abu Dhabi is.However it has also one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen.In this new resort you have the feeling of staying in one of those famous Caribbean islands: white sand, blue hot water, amazing fish and even dolphins if you wake up early.The service was great and discreet, rooms spotless and really big (suite size in Europe) with balcony.I will definitely come back and this property is for sure the perfect place in the region for a perfect relaxing time, alone after business meetings or with family (the endless pool is a child dream).

We enjoyed our stay, they have different facilities including restaurants and one cafe.. the hotel is open to the beach and unlike other hotels their beach is not crowded and they provide towels in the beach. The in-room dining have different options but it’s little bit pricey, the food was good also. I didn’t like the bathroom door it provides 0 privacy. But the view from the balcony was amazing, the rooms and everything was super clean and as an overall we’ve really enjoyed our stay.

Every time we stay in this amazing resort, we really enjoy our time as a family. They have something for each one of us 👌🏼All the rooms and facilities are excellent; the beach, the pool and the restaurants.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏼

I have chose rotana for the 5 th time i love the rooms they are soo spacious and the colors are tranquil yet was disappointed with the rules after covid even though neighbour hotels such as Jumeirah and st regis offer beach service they dont which was very inconvenient.. and when asked why they said because of covid how is service at the beach which we drove all the way from dubai to here and its the simple things that count . I also hoped that we are returning customers that we will have some kind of returning customer offer but that was not available we were treated like any other new guests .Beach chairs are way further from the beach than supposed to .Anyways thats my view as a person that always comes to saadiyat to switch off

Very Nice Hotel

LOVED this place. Doesnt even feel like youre in the UAE. There were even dolphins that came up to the shore. The parking attendants arent very helpful, but the room wag lovely and the beach is gorgeous.

Better service than we have had in a while at Rotana. Sim Sim brunch is worth the trip!
